This hotel is disgusting! Hotels.com you should not recommend this place. It is not as described. Booked an accessibility room and they said they dont have those and when asked why they listed them she didnt know. So we ended up in a 2 double bed room. It was totally trashed and it didnt even have a waste basket. It was a 4 person room with only 3 pillows and they were old and disgusting. Lots of patched holes. Filthy carpet lumpy old beds broken furniture the chair in the non smoking room had a chunk torn out and cigarette burns. No microwave when one was listed on the room i booked. The room smelled terrible. We only got 1 towel and washcloth and they were stained. Told the desk how bad it was and they said \"yeah we are working on remodeling but that room wasnt one yet. So why am i paying full price if you know the room is bad? No offer of a discount no apology. Just a yeah we know its bad. And that it should be remodeled in the next year. Save your

The room was not clean, dead bugs on the floor, parking lot was full of broke down cars. People in and out all hrs of the night. Doors slamming. They hotel allows long term stays, so most are living there full time. The heater did not work. Was luck the temp outside was above freezing last night.

The clerk was on the phone when I came to check in and I had to stand there for quite a while before he was able to assist. He was pleasant and polite. Once we checked in we were given no direction to our room and it took a bit to figure out where it was. The walk way was full of trash and smelled of urine. I booked a non smoking room, but once we got in side, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was shabby, dirty, and the bedding was stained and dirty. The smoke detector was beeping and the heat barely worked. We ended up leaving after 10 minutes. That red roof is nasty.

The room was not very good. I guess I should have realized that when the gentlemen who checked me in said \"you have 5 minutes to decide if you like the room or he would give me a refund.\" If I had gotten there earlier in the I probably would have taken the refund. I have always thought that Red Roof Inns were nicer places to stay.

Too outdated

Staff was super friendly! However, when we got into our room, the heat was set at 80, and the bed was so uncomfortable we ended up checking out at 5am. As soon as I laid in the bed, the springs went straight in my back. Shower would only work on ice cold or blistering hot. It was a good hotel to sleep for a couple hours, wouldn’t stay again.

The bathrooms needed remodeling. Lots of stains on the tubs. Dead bug on floor. Sprayed Lysol everywhere since we were afraid of bedbugs. Hotel was run down. The floor boards in one room were separated from the wall. I don’t think we will stay here again!

Nasty but cheap

It isn’t a great place by any means but it’s the cheapest around so you get what you pay for I guess. Not even upset just a nasty room though. Multiple burn holes in bed sheets. There was a cigarette on the floor. The floors are dirty, I was hesitant to step on floor without socks.

Basically, if you’re down bad and your back is against the wall this place will do. But don’t expect cleanliness by any regard.

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed. We woukd have been more comfortable sleeping on the ground in the parking lot than on the poor excuse for a mattress. Would not recommend to an animal - also sketchy people drinking in front of our room breaking beer bottles on the concrete. Scary experience. Not worth a nickel.

My room was dirty. The shower curtain looked like it hadn't been changed in over a year and had crusty red fungi clinging to it. The bathroom too was overall hard to believe in terms of a franchise with a recognizable name. It looked like it was some kind of utility room turned into a bathroom but keeping the industrial drains--ugh I cringe thinking about it. The bed was creaky and uneven. The sheets and towels were mercifully clean. The furniture was old, worn, mismatched. The walls had many dirty spots, even stickers people had put on them over time. I put up with it but don't plan to stay there again.

Reminds me of a third world country.

First off, I was a Marine for a number of years and have slept in dirt. This hotel is not fit for normal human beings. Trash was left from the previous tenant, including drug prescriptions and food, black mold all over the room. The mold was easily smelled. They came in and turned off the A/C when we were gone the smell was great. The front desk could care less about any of your concerns. It took two days for the fridge to work, we had to clean it out ourselves because of some substance on the bottom.

Room didn’t have any towels, went downstairs and asked the front desk for towels they said I could only have one.
The room smelled of mold, found multiple spots of mold growing
Found stains on bedding.
I paid for a king size bed, when I went to check in I was told that room wasn’t available anymore, and got put in a smoking room that had two small beds which is not what I paid for, when I asked about getting some sort of a credit due to the room change he told he couldn’t do anything and to have a nice day. Very unkind, unhelpful, poor customer service.

The conditions of this hotel are atrocious! We didn't stay for even a night, it was that bad. Black mold, smelled like smoke in non-smoking rooms, broken down beds, holes in walls and furniture, etc. Hotels.com shouldn't even offer this hotel on their website.

Dishonest desk worker and listings.

I didn't stay there, used the app to get a non smoking room with a bigger room. When I went to check in, the guy at the desk said he only had one smoking room. The website showed multiple rooms available. He offered to let me see the room before we checked in. When I went in the room the putrid cigarette smoke was too overwhelming and the toilet was running constantly. I told him I couldn't stay there and he said no problem, call Hotels.com and they will call the hotel, he would tell them I didn't stay and the charge would be refunded. I used the chat option to contact customer service and they tried to call the hotel. The person at the chat said someone picked the phone up and it got disconnected. I told her he was there as it was watching the desk guy from my car through the window. The desk guy told the customer service representative that I cannot get a refund, totally lied to me.
I didn't book a smoking room. I didn't stay at the hotel. The desk worker told me to go ahead and try to get the charge reversed with my credit card in a taunting way. Finally when I told the chat person that I would be filling a complaint with the state, she disconnected the chat. Not sure I will use this app again. They are advertising rooms that not available.

This motel is for transients and drug addicts. The people next door to me were camped out all day and night in front of their door, which means I could hear their late night and early morning conversations. They had a nice pile of cigarette butts in a bowl on the ground, next to a beat-up work truck with a flat tire. How nice. The room was plain, and the sights and sounds were a little discomforting, but it worked for my purposes and it was cheap. Even so, I would never stay here again.

One night stay for a concert

I did not stay here. It was disgusting. Room smelled like bleach and wet dog. Carpets were not vacuumed. Hundreds of flying insects in room. I asked for another room and it didn’t smell as bad as the first room but was dirty and had those same flying insects. Got a refund and went to stay somewhere else.

Do not stay here!!! Absolutely not safe. People living in hotel, sketchy individuals hanging out in the parking lot, and holes punched in entry door. Not bad for the price

The place could use some overall updating, but the floor was filthy. My feet were black after walking around the room.
For the price, it wasn't horrible. The bed was comfortable, the linens were soft, & the unlimited hot water for a shower was a Godsend after driving all day. The place just really needs some maintenance & cleaning. The staff was very nice.

As others had said the sheets had cigarrete burn holes and did not look very clean. There were two of us in the room and we were provided with two towels and wash cloths. The only good thing was we just really needed a place to sleep and shower for two nights, so the room did provide that. And it was quiet at night and I did feel safe.

The owner was super nice and was very helpful guiding us to our room. The room itself was absolutely disgusting. Smelled of mold, had mold in the shower, toilet didn’t stop running, one light worked, fixtures were barely holding onto the wall, sheets were disgusting and had blood stains as well as burn holes. In the back of the property there were toilets everywhere.

I checked in, went to the room they gave me, it was filthy and stinky, I took pictures and went back to the office. They switched me rooms and that room heat didn’t work and it was freezing outside. It was 3 in the morning and I was exhausted so I slept in my coat but first thing in the morning I was out of there. I asked to speak to a manager because the rooms are not what they are advertising, they act like the manager wasn’t there so I just gave up being refunded. I would never go back and don’t recommend this place to anybody.

Don't stay here. My toilet was missing pieces. There was hair everywhere and it was filthy. Drug deals outside my room all night long. Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Bed was uncomfortable and smells funny. The front desk clerk was making breakfast and coffee in the foyer with no shoes or socks. I will sleep in my car before I go here again.

I booked a few weeks in advance. When I arrived I was told no rooms were available for the specifications that I booked. I was offered an accessible room of the same type. I said okay and was then told none of those rooms were available either. They wanted to charge me the difference for the room I ended up getting. On to the room. Stink bugs on the wall and sun flower seed shells on the bathroom floor. You can even clearly see outside through the gaps around the door. I'm certain it will be a fight to get my deposit back do to the staffs mixups on my room. At least it was really quiet.

I had to find a hotel (arrived at midnight from the airport) to just sleep that night because had to travel to West Virginia in the morning and when I entered the room it looked like a horror movie….a roach was waiting for me in the bathroom to welcome me…to add to the whole experience… well there you go that was my experience from this “hotel”

Check reviews, before you book a room !!!

To start off with, the floors were so filthy that we had to leave our socks while walking in it.
After our 1st night of staying there and when we returned for the next evening.
The room wasn't cleaned, nor the trash removed and no clean towels or wash clothes.
Supposedly, they had 60 people check out on Saturday.
And they were more concerned with getting those rooms ready, than to care for our needs for that night as well.
I had to go to the office to get our own linens and toilet paper, or we would've had to use what we had already bathed with.
Depending on how this matter is reviewed and dealt with.
will help let me decide whether to stay in one of these hotels ever again.
And I understand, that I'm only 1 customer, giving this information and it's not going to hurt your status among others.
I will soon know, how your customer relations handles situations such as this, in showing any satisfaction to the matter at hand.
