Always use this hotel when in Kuşadası. Great location on sea front/harbour. On site parking. Very polite, helpful staff. Rooms clean and modern but no balcony with the sea view rooms. Could use more bed sheets. Best breakfast ever with incredible views plus nice pool on 8th floor terrace. Gym in basement but I didn’t check it. Bars, restaurants and cafes all around. Clean city. Highly recommended.

We loved the property in every way and staying here made our visit to Kusadasi more memorable! The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything and across from the sea. The rooms and all facilities were very modern and clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing, and the views as you eat are very picturesque. The price is very reasonable. The staff were wonderful and very professional and helpful. They spoke English really well and gave us advice and helped us locate services we needed especially when I got sick and required medical assistance. A very special thanks to Harun for his excellent customer service, and the entire team there. Even the valet parking service was so quick and convenient. The only feedback is that the bathrooms are a bit annoying because water drips after using the basin due to the design, and the bidet also leaked through the toilet seat when used. But as said it was design related not maintenance.
Will stay here again.
Will stay here again.

Hotel located in the heart of the old city with access to almost everything. Service and staff were attentive and helped us with an issue immediately. Rooms are small but clean. I recommend you stay in a room with sea view. If you have a car, it is almost impossible to find street parking yet the hotel has their own and they will park it for you
Marwan
Location, cleanliness and staff welcome
Ketevan
The hotel’s location is ideal. A special highlight is the terrace and the pool on the terrace. The views are absolutely beautiful. The breakfast is also very good.
June Young
Breakfast was good and the view from the 7th floor breakfast hall was amazing.
Cameron
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The views could not be better!!

The cannot run Aircondition and heat at same time for each room. So you end up toasting in the room or freezing in the room. Also if you are toasting midnight you cannot open the window if you are sea facing it is noisy. In 3 days I had to call reception 5 times midnight to switch to air conditioning as it was hot inside the room.
If you visit in extreme weather it should be fine. Rooms are small for 3 people too. Extra bed does not leave any room to open the bags or walk around easily.

Great area, amazing staff and car service, beautiful view and hotel!! Highly recommend!
Richard
Nice spacious room overlooking the Sea. Nice bathroom facilities, comfortable bed.
Brendan
Very well located, well designed room, scenic rooftop breakfast. We would definitely stay again. One suggestion: is to rethink the linens. just the thin blanket was plainly insufficient. We were warm enough with the extra blanket from the closet. Also, the bathroom sink was not draining.
Rita
Good location. Staff helpful. Great views from room and breakfast room. Breakfast food good variety, room average size, but sufficient.
Nancy
Perfect hotel for us! Staff was exceedingly helpful, arranging last minute driver for the day, breakfast was very good, rooms were nice with a view, and the location couldn't have been better, especially for the ferry and great restaurants. We would definitely stay again!
Abdullah
Good hotel
Emily
We stayed here for a few nights, whilst waiting for our Villa to be ready. Could not fault the hotel in any areas. It was clean, tidy and modern. Then views from the rooftop were amazing and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options. We also brought some lunch at the pool bar which was also amazing. Would definitely recommend.
Eamon
Excellent location and all staff very friendly and helpful
Rajiv
The location is very convenient. Shops are very close by and open till midnight. Hotel is in front of the sea, which is very very beautiful.
Zhana
We stayed here for 8 nights and the location is unbeatable! Your so close to the port, shopping, beach, restaurants that we barely had to take a cab anywhere.
I want to thank all the stuff there for being so accommodating, friendly, and helping us out when we decided to stay extra 2 nights. Especially, the manager Erden (he has a ponytail), who helped us out when there was a language barrier/miscommunication with another staff member. Honestly, i would definitely stay here again due to the location and the staff!!

Great Hotel
Great central location. Modern, comfortable and immaculate hotel. Roof top pool and terrace offers some great views of the city. The sunset from the roof top is not to be missed. Staff are amazing. We would highly recommend.

This is a great hotel in a great location. The rooms and facilities are modern and comfortable. We enjoyed the fitness center and the restaurant as well! We highly recommend it!
Daniel
Great location. Convenient for ferry travel and historic sites.
Melisa
Beautiful
The view was absolutely stunning. Fridge had free waters, coke and cookies. They were able to provide a pack and play for my baby to sleep. The air conditioning didn’t work. It would randomly turn on and then just turn off all night and the front desk always had a different excuse for it. We went in April so it wasn’t unbearably hot
Siljan
Our stay was good. Great location.

We booked the room at the hotel for the couple which got married the same day. The staff decorated the room with rose petals and red hearts. Thank you very much for your hospitality , warmth and excellent service.

Superb
The place is super located , the breakfast room has an Amazing view and breakfast is good . Staff is friendly . Maybe more elevators and larger bathrooms would be something to think about but overall: great
Siamak
The location is very good and accessible in town.
Jeffry
This is an excellent hotel with likely the best views of the ocean and harbor in the city. We are driving up the coast so the valet underground parking was super important. Give them your car on arrival and get it back on departure. Certainly no need while you are here because the hotel is in the center of everything. We had room 603, ocean view corner, and it was superb except that chairs started squeaking early at the breakfast restaurant immediately above. 503 would probably be the best in the hotel. Fantastic views and comfortable chairs in the room to sit and sip a glass while enjoying the view and the evening breeze. Large walk in shower in a modern bathroom. This moment enjoying the view from a chaise by the rooftop pool while ordering margaritas. We stayed 3 nights. What's not to like?
Jigar
It was very accessible location to sea front and also very good location for local food.
Lisa
Great location. Rooftop bar has great views. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Better breakfast than in other cities in Turkey we’ve visited. Rooms are fine - bed is not the best nor is the blanket. Staff is friendly and helpful
December
Great, Central Location with Beautiful Views
If you're looking for a hotel with a great, central location to lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc. within walking distance, this is the hotel for you. The water view from our room (Room 404) that looked out to the Ege Port where all of the cruise ships docked was fabulous. We also really loved the rainfall shower head. The hotel has a Starbucks on the ground floor and there's a really nice pool deck on the roof with gorgeous views below. The only major issue for us was a lack of parking space for our rental car. The hotel did not have its own parking and we had to park several streets over, both days we were there, because the area near the hotel was very full and busy. The bed was also smaller than I imagined and it sat quite low to the ground, but was decently comfortable. The staff were very helpful and gave us a great breakfast recommendation for the first day as we were meeting up with friends who were not staying at the same hotel. We ate breakfast at the hotel the second day and it was nice... they had a good variety.
ENDA
VERY POOR BEDDING
The hotel is in a great location near the town of Kusadasi.
However the worst part of the hotel is the bedding or lack of it. Just a mattress sheet and what I can only describe as a big towel to cover you. No upper sheet and the towel type cover did not lend itself to warmth at all. I actually slept with the ill fitting bath robe from the bathroom. Worse still was that the towel type cover did not fit the bed, so once you turned over the upper towel type blanket completely went with you. Terrible bedding. I think that the hotel should invest in some light weight quilts the proper size of the bed.

still great for a repeat visit (after 9 years)
last visit was in 2015, and our repeat visit was as equally wonderful. surprised to see starbucks in place of a former restaurant. the rooms were immaculate as expected. awesome location.
Timothy
Good location on the front in the centre of Kusadasi. Good parking.
Jack
Expedia advertise this property with city view and sea view, unfortunately hotel doesn't mention about old and dirty building right in front of the hotel, which is NOT city view.
Murat, front desk, threatened to cancel reservation, imagine checking in at 9pm, declined to upgrade the room upon asking an upgrade. Wish Expedia posts the image of the CITY rooms so people have an idea what they're getting.
Breakfast and location is excellent, but wish illayda management hire better employees to handle customers instead of saying \"this is it, take it or cancel reservation. Even though offered to pay for the upgrade.

Best hotel ever!!!
We missed our cruise ship in Athens Greece and were flown to Izmir airport. Ilayna hotel took care of our transfer from the airport to Kusadasi. We were so impressed by the service, friendliness of the staff and how they went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. They directed us to restaurants and the market and arranged a taxi for our trip to the cruise ship pier.
The breakfast buffet was top notch. In all of our worldwide travels, we have never had such delicious food. Far superior to any hotel or even cruise ships.
We would love to visit kusadasi again just to stay at this fabulous hotel!!!

This property has a lot of potential. It’s pretty and in an excellent location. Very close to the port. However, as I spent three in Türkiye this was my least favorite stayed. The hotel staff was not friendly or helpful at all. The front desk shouted out my room number when I checked in. I traveled solo as a female and I find that inappropriate. The two guys behind me laughed and told me my room number so I knew that they heard it as well. From there on it was not a pleasant experience. The rooftop closes early and the restaurant stops serving dinner at 21:00. Also I asked the hotel on my last morning for a feminine pad and they told me they didn’t carry that. As my transport was about to arrive to take me to the airport. Luckily the airline provided me with one. I don’t know any four star hotel that doesn’t have that. I will never return to this hotel. All the other places I visited during my stayed will have a returning customer. Not this one!!
Audrey
Nice place to relax when in Kusadasi, and conveniently located to the port. The breakfast would have been amazing if there was a designated no smoking area. The food was excellent as well as the view. Housekeeping was also great.
Ozgur
Great location great hotel wonderful breakfast buffet. Very reasonqbly priced. Friendly staff
Ian
Nice hotel Kusadasi
Great hotel in the busy water front area. Very convenient for ferries and great view from top floor pool area of the harbour area. We saw the cruise ships coming in. Two organised tours picked us up from the reception.

Worst stay ever
Was not great no restraunt no food after 7pm no lift to pool husband disabled no amenities for disabled people stayed In Room for 3 days and couldn’t use pool was terrible

Everything is good except the bed size. Bed size is double bed not king( I don’t know maybe the king size of Türkiye is different).
Erdal
It is in downtown and is a great hotel with rooftop pool and bar. Nice rooms with beach views.

Great location right across the street from the boulevard that parallels the beach. New hotel with all necessary facilities. Great view from our room (605). Breakfast was ok. Staff very helpful. Highly recommended!
John
Good hotel in excellent location

Highly recommended
We travel to turkey alot and always stay in this hotel, its literally central to everything, no taxis are needed. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, 24hour gym also provides bottlw water for guests to have. When you arrive they have water, coke and biscuts in the fridge for you. Room service daily and staff are all so nice and friendly. I wouldnt stay anyware else and i would highly recommend
Vincent
The property was very clean. Room was bigger than I thought it would be.
The roof top swimming pool was excellent. Views of Kusadasi city from all angles. Breakfast was also excellent and was served early enough for us to catch the ferry to Samos. Breakfast at 0700hrs. This is a great hotel. I would highly recommend it

Avoid
Most staff have serious attitude problems. The hotel rooms are very small, and in an extremely busy area. Avoid.

Small but ok room. The area is very noisy but expected as it’s located in the center. Service from staff and breakfast were nice.

Nice place to stay. Even better if I would book a sea view room.
Clara
The staff were very friendly obliging and always went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyef our stay
Eileen
Enjoyed the roof top pool and bar. Only comment is that the kitchen closes at 9:30pm and the bar closes at 11:30pm, as we arrived later in the evening grabbing a bite while at the pool would have been perfect.
Frances
Nice modern hotel with great seaview and good breakfast
shima
It was quite alright, nice pool, tasty breakfast options and view from lounge area, but one night they had some issues with smoke detectors and all of them started buzzing while we were sleeping, and the wifi is not that good...

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped in working with the airline so I could retrieve a lost bag. Breakfast and rooftop bar were amazing. Bed and pillows were harder than I’m used to but that is just personal choice.

Easy to ferry. Right on the water in town. Very satisfied would use it again

The room smelled like cigarettes smoking and it was very noisy from people speaking and laughing until 5 AM. There is no AC in the room, it got very hot.

Did not like the mattress & pillow. Also extremely limited non Turkish channels on TV. Bathroom is quite small. I think for the price paid or even much less there where much better hotels. I spent only 3 nights in the hotel & moved to another for the rest of the 10 days I paid for.

I like the property as a whole. The staff are politely wonderful, very helpful and well-trained

We had two rooms booked for a single night. A sea view double and a city view triple. Check-in was smooth, staff were polite and rooms were clean and of a good standard. Location is excellent and close to many restaurants, which makes up for the lack of dining options within the hotel itself. Staff recommendations for local restaurants were very nice. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and much better than some other hotel chains we stayed at. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend.

Modern hotel in the midst of everything
Fun hotel in the midst of the everything. We had a sea view and it was gorgeous to wake up to the waves crashing. Best turkish breakfast spread we had all trip, on a lovely rooftop restaurant with even better views. Walking distance from all the nightlife, restaurant etc. Definitely recommend and would stay again. There was music / sounds from outside till late night (we knew this would be a the case and it didn't bother us).

The place was exactly what I was hoping for it to be when booking it. Great location, incredible views from the room, and roof top pool area, delicious breakfast.

The property location is great. Close to shopping, restaurant and all happening. The only negative part is the loud music playing at night till 1am.
