The spa made up for the noise outside the hotel from 11PM to 3AM Thursday to Saturday night. Also, if you are really, really jetlagged and tired, you can fall asleep relatively quickly while Satisfaction by Benny Benassi is playing at full blast.

The staff are helpful, the breakfast is ok, the ac works, bed comfortable. But the hotel needs investment. Internet was patchy, bathtub had multiple holes that had been patched roughly, other room furnishings and plumbing were old, light switches in the room functioned erratically. The hotel felt like it was slowly dying. Not a bad hotel, but not worth the price paid.

Property needs updating and there was a quake in the middle of the night. There were no instructions as to what to do in case of earthquakes. Bed and pillows were too soft and difficult to sleep. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Algunos miembros del personal muy atentos pero con comunicación limitada, ya que no cuentan con un inglés o español básico.
La recepción todos en general desempeñan una gran labor, SÚBANLE EL SUELDO!!!! Ya que todo personal de la recepción y del desayuno son fantásticos y listos para resolver todo tipo de situaciones.
El spa, me fascinó, solo que el cuarto de vapor ( steam room) estaba dañado
Pero en general todo bien,
Les pido que por favor atiendan bien y alimenten a los gatos, y que no sean maltratados por los huéspedes del hotel. Vi algunos huéspedes ahuyentando los gatos de forma “TOSCA”
Ellos viven allí y es su casa. El turista está de paso.
Sugiero que debería haber un letrero o de antemano comunicar al turista

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a lovely experience overall. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops along the street. It’s just a 15 to 20-minute walk to the cruise terminal and the Grand Bazaar, where you can find lots of great items at affordable prices. We loved walking by the seaside every day and watching the cruise ships come and sail away.

We arrived after an overnight flight from the UK, landing in Izmir at 5 a.m. and reaching the hotel in Kusadasi around 10 a.m. We were so grateful that they allowed us to check in early, which gave us much-needed rest. Our return flight was in the evening, and they also let us check out late, which was much appreciated!

The room was well-equipped with shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner, though the conditioner was empty throughout our stay. We didn’t bother mentioning it since I had my own, but it’s worth noting. We also had bathrobes, which was a nice touch, although they were taken away a day before checkout, which wasn’t ideal.

We didn’t use the TV as it only had one English channel—BBC News. It would have been great if the TV was a smart one so we could connect our devices and watch Netflix or Prime on a larger screen.

Our room was on the ground floor with access to a small shared pool, which we loved. We used it frequently and enjoyed the privacy since we never ran into other guests. The room was quiet, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we slept well.

I don't usually leave reviews, but the view from my room was fantastic. When I arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly, making me feel safe as a lone traveller. It's just a 10-minute walk to the city centre, which was very convenient. The view during dinner was beautiful, adding to the overall experience. I will definitely come back. I wish I knew the name of the person who checked me in on July 6th in room 407 so I could thank him personally.

The hotel is located in a convenient location but it’s old and dark. Our room stank and when we told them, they sprayed it with air freshener. On check-out we told them not to give our room to anyone as the smell isn’t pleasant. The advice was not taken seriously, but we were thanked for choosing Hilton. Suggest guests to stay else where

I booked two deluxe rooms.the rooms size and furniture were ok but the noise from outside nightclubs was so loud that didn't allow us to sleep from 10pm till 5am. It was so loud as if it was next room. I went to reception and down graded my room category to get a room at the back of the hotel with local apartments view just to avoid the unbelievable mega noise. It was unbelievable sleepless night

Unfortunately if you get the wrong room then the noise from the next door nightclub is intolerable and goes onto four in the morning. It sound like you are in the club with the continued thud thud. To be fair the hotel moved my room to another, this was a cheaper room but they could not refund the difference. This does mean they should add a warning about the noise when booking.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Kusadasi, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. You can get the same for less in Kusadasi

The Hilton in Kusadasi is only an OK choice. I have stayed in much better hotels for a lot less money. The hotel is comfortable and provides all you need but doesn't deliver any extra. The buffet breakfast has poor selection if you're used to the chain in Europe/US, however, the most surprising part for me was the number of staff that didn't speak English. Many times staff had to go call someone else to get my order, in fact, overall that is the case in the city. You would think that the staff would know more though in such a touristic city.

The hotel is very old and everything looks low quality and dirty. At midnight our shower started by itself too many times. We called the front desk, they sent a technician it was 1 in the morning. He said that the showers are very sensitive and has to be turned off at a certain degree! It dripped water after that but was better than before. Next to the hotel there is a nightclub and music was so loud until 2 am.
We wanted to sit at the balcony but it didn’t feel safe! I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

İş ve tatil sebebiyle hem bilinen firmaların otellerinde (hilton, doubletree, conrad, swiss, movenpick vs.) hem de butik otellerde defalarca konaklamış bir kişi olarak, bu otel kadar beni hayal kırıklığına uğratan bir otel olmamıştı (butik otellerde bile böyle bir deneyim yaşamadım) Bir kere genel olarak yaşadığım hissiyat şu; sanki hilton bu oteli devren başka birisine bırakmış. O kişi de sadece o binayı devren aldığı gibi kullanmaya başlamış. Ne bakım yapıyor ne de yetkin bir kadro var. Çalışan emekçi arkadaşlarıma teşekkür ederim onlar elinden geleni yapıyorlar ama resmen ekibin yüzde 80’i uygulama otelindeki stajyer arkadaşlarımız gibi tamamen deneyimsizler her hallerinden belli. İlk gece resepsiyondaki arkadaş bizim aldığımız oda klasmanında bir odaya yerleştirmemiş. Kaldığımız odada sineklik kırıktı, gece yan gazinodan capcanlı konser dinledik. Odadaki minibar resmen endustriyel bir dolap gibi ses çıkarıyor sizi uyutmuyor. Mecbur fişini çekmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Bu da yetmezmiş gibi yatağın benim tarafı tamamen çökmüş, ben de çok yumuşak diye öyle normal sandım sabah 05.00e kadar uyuyamadan döndüm durdum. Sabah arkadaşımın tarafını denedim yarım saat sızmışım sorun yoktu. Sonra sabah oda değişikliği istedim. Diğer odada da minibar sorunu ve ses devam ediyordu. Buna ek duş aldıktan sonra içerde otururken beş dakikada bir duş su kusuyor, atıyordu :)) yani her haliyle sanki yakında kapanacağı için hiç umursanmayan bir otel. Front of house and reception staff were fantastic, check in went smoothly and staff very friendly and helpful.
Our swim up, deluxe king rooms were large and had all necessities but are dated and a bit worn. Bed very comfy.
Swim up pool was pleasant but needs to be cleaned and a lot of tiles missing.
Meal at the rooftop restaurant was nice, with great views but service was very poor with timings all wrong (starters arriving for some and mains for others) and drinks never delivered.
Overall a nice hotel and great location.

An escape from the rest of Kachadasi.

Many of the staff in the cocktail bar were students helping out who couldn’t understand any English. Unfortunately we are not Turkish speaking. Those who did speak English were very helpful.
The breakfast was excellent, however dinner was disappointing but the view was stunning from the 5th floor.
The swimming pool was lovely, and it was a restful place to relax away from the busy port. The actual area of Kachadasi is sadly rather a dump, so We spent most of our time at the hotel.

Absolute stunning hotel in the heart of Kusadasi within walking distance to shopping marina restaurants supermarket .staff are excellent could not be more helpful .rooms where big bright modern spotless with a huge balcony looking onto the stunning yacht filled marina .cookies on arrival for the kids and cakes delivered to the room .amazing breakfast buffet and indoor and outdoor swimming pool.we booked dinner in Gio’s on the 5th floor .Food and service and views are 5 star .Would highly recommend .You won’t be disappointed

When booking this hotel the website says pay at the property. We arrived at the Hilton at 12.30am. we proceeded to check in and the people at reception informed us that they could not take payment from my bank card, plus they had tried to phone me but could not get through. They then informed me that they had given our room away. It was our first visit to turkey. We had no where to go. It was late at night. I was with my daughter and her friend. I did ask was there any room available. They told me no, but if came back tomorrow they would have a room. For an extra 190 euro for less days. We were in shock as we did not know what to do at this point. The receptionist was not a bit helpful, he simply said ( well what do you want to do, will I phone you a taxi) I asked him a taxi to where. He said there were hotels down the road we could check there. It was so late and we were so tired. We left and walked looking for a hotel to stay in. 3 woman walking alone with suitcases late at night. There were no hotels so we got a single room In an old hotel down the road. The staff there were so nice and friendly. Hotel solzar. They had students staying so there were no rooms. But they put us somewhere for the night. We did go back to Hilton the next day. As there were no rooms at the solzar, I ordered a club sandwich at the Hilton. It was the worst sandwich I had ever are. Then they put us Ina double room with 2 single beds and they told in a bed, for us to fold down every night. Not nice

What I liked was for one the WiFi worked well and was easily accessible. The staff were very helpful and nice. Also it was nice to have 2 key cards for our room as opposed to one in other hotels we’ve stayed at. Also it was nice that the power in some of the outlets stayed on when we weren’t there so I could actually fully charge my devices while not in the room. Some issues were that the carpets need to be restreched but the staff acknowledged that it was on the list of things to be done. Lights in our bathroom were dim with no power outlet for a hair dryer or flat iron. My wife was not happy about that. Heater in the room didn’t work properly either.
Overall it was a nice stay for our family.

great hotel but a few issues

we booked one of the more expensive rooms at the hotel and when we arrived in the room it was not ready for guests. There were things missing from the room that should have been in place before we arrived. Then we found the water in the bathroom sink was not working. We got that repaired only to find there was no hot water in the entire bathroom. The hotel then moved us to another room of the same type but a little smaller. This room though sealed to show it was clean and ready for guests was also missing items from the room and it took two trips to get the missing things.
The next was that the door to the room did not close properly and after bringing this to the attention of the hotel it was still not repaired. The next day we returned to the room to find the door had been left open and unlocked. This issue was never resolved despite talking to the manager of the hotel. After too days I gave up trying to get this fixed and found a way to get the door to latch when we went out. This room also had an issue with hot water... but at this point I gave up trying to get things fixed.
For the most part the hotel was very nice in most areas. But was old and worn in the pool and spa area. The ceiling in the pool was falling down and water was leaking through. There were flakes of paint on the pool deck and in the water. There were missing tiles on the steps in the pool and in the main area of the pool. Only one of the six lights in the pool were working. There were more issues.

I recently stayed at this hotel and must say that I wished I was staying there for a longer period of time. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were nice; and the Turkish bath/massage experience was awesome. I had a lady from Thailand (can’t recall her name) and had the best treatment. I do have to say a that the young lady at the Spa reception gave the impression that she didn’t want to be bothered. She gave me minimal instructions on where the women’s room was, how to use the locker or what to expect. The hotel reception staff were professional and nice. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our worst stay in Turkey

This Hilton must be the worst Hilton in the world. The staff tried their best and they where friendly as you would expect but the things that happened made me come to this review.

First off I will start with the worst, that is when we went to the spa inside the Hilton (whether it's part of them or not) We hopped in the sauna just before we started with our session and this old guy walked in, we did not know there was a maximum of two people due to covid so we just left it as is. We enjoyed a good friendly chat and then my girlfriends session started, shortly after mine did too. Once I had my massage I enjoyed the pool and sauna a little longer waiting until my girlfriend got out. I was absolutely astounded what she told me when we walked up to our rooms, once she got in the hamam the lady that serviced her told her she could take off her bikini if she'd like, luckily my girlfriend refused as the door was suddenly opened by the old dude who asked her if she'd like a marijuana (I bet because I'm Dutch and she lives with me). When she refused he left, but then later when she got the massage and the service lady left the room, she was fully naked with only a towel covering her. The ***hole opened the door again, which he shortly after closed when he left.

I absolutely cannot comprehend how this can happen, how this can be allowed to happen.

Sadly there is not enough characters to continue, more happened, this hotel is in a very bad state it's noisy, unsafe, moldy and damaged.

Above and beyond!

The staff were great! Excellent service and beautiful facility. The pool was our favorite. When we didn’t receive our Covid test results prior to leaving Turkey and not speaking Turkish the hotel staff called the hospital for us and tracked down the results. They went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Great location with great seaside marina view...Perfect for weekend trip or longer stay in Kusadasi.Inside and outside pools nicely managed.I reccomend to book with dinner included to try all meals hotels offer.All very tasteful and fresh.Especially asian soup is excellent!Hotel manager is very kind,always helpful for anything you need.I use to stay for my weekend golf games in Kusadasi Golf International,very nice break between weekend play.

Perfect for weekend family break...

I use to stay in Double Tree reguralry while playing weekend golf in Kusadasi International golf club. Hotel has very friendly environment, save building with friendly staff...I like location in the city center, great service especially breakfast and reception staff always very helpfull with any requirements you may have...price wise pretty good for service you got!

Amazing hotel and service - all amenities at very high standard, clean and tidy throughout. Very spacious room and COVID procedures managed very well. OK stay at good location

Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is quite good, with a ot of options in walking distance as well as attractions. Property is getting old; the rooms are not to the standard I had expected. I used the hotel mostly to sleep and shower so the comfort level of premises wasn't a huge issue as the bed was large and the mattress was comfortable.
