One of the best hotels I booked. Excellent and friendly staff. Cozy and clean rooms. Wonderful location with a private beach. The special terrace in each room was wonderful, providing an excellent view on the sea. Great dining options. Had a lovely experience and really like to repeat staying in the near future. We had a very lovely stay the Turkish bath and spa was very nice great area by the water to sun bath clean rooms. The bedding could have been better. There was just a single waffle weave blanket for the cover. No top sheet or comforter. Great breakfast

I recently stayed at charisma de lux . The hotel itself is nice, with good facilities and a pleasant environment. However, the biggest disappointment was the staff. Unfortunately, most of the waiters, waitresses, and even managers were extremely rude and disrespectful. The customer service was weak and far below the standard you would expect from a hotel of this level.

On top of that, the staff came across as very greedy, constantly looking for ways to get extra money from guests. This left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.

While the property looks good, the poor service and unprofessional behavior ruined the overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel if you value respectful treatment, transparent service, and professional hospitality. Management should seriously address staff training, attitude, and ethics toward guests.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in – truly unforgettab

The attention to detail at this hotel was unbelievable. From the housekeeping team to the pool staff, every single person was a top performer who clearly takes great pride in their work. What really stood out to both myself and my partner was the personal touch – being greeted by name every morning (“Good morning, Patrick”) was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel incredibly welcome.

The spa was absolutely amazing as well – a real highlight of our stay.

We’re already planning to come back in October because of the exceptional service and treatment we received from every member of staff. It’s rare to see such pride and dedication across an entire team, and it made our experience truly special.

Thank you all for a wonderful stay – we can’t wait to return!

I had great time at Charisma. Location was ideal for me as I preferred to stay away from the noisy crowd of Kusadasi centre but still easily access to it when I want. (10 min. walk) I stayed in superior room with sea view and the room was spacious with a large balcony to enjoy the view and fresh air. Beach, pools and dining places offer more than satisfactory experience. The only negative comment I could make is that the dining area in the beach is small for the scale of the hotel. I had breakfast included booking and the breakfast was quite good with more than sufficient offerings. Staff deserves a special appreciation for their hard work with kind and attentive attitude. Looking forward to stay at Charisma in my next trip to Kusadasi

You can't consider putting two twins bed as one king size bed. I dialed 0 or 555 but didn't dialed. I told receptionist. He called my room then he said phone is working. But it wasn't working from room to reception. Both phone. No fan in the bathroom. Made a trip to spa no one there. Blankets are so thin. no conditioner in the shower. Just combination of body wash and shampoo. Poor quality of dinner buffet. There is a club across the street open till 4 am . Hard to sleep with the sound of the music club. Must have sound proof windows.

The view was wonderful. The room staff cleaned / tidied well. Excellent breakfast buffet. The seafood restaurant was very good and staff friendly.

The reception staff were dismissive, slow, disorganised, unhelpful and in-smiley. I was asked to return twice to book an extra night. On the 3rd try I was assured that it was booked only to receive a phone call on the original check out day asking me to check out.

The morning of my actual check out, 2 different reception staff were on duty- smiley, quick & efficient.

Customer Service was top notch and exceptional. Unlike the other hotels we stayed at (who were frugal with everything), they were very warm and hospitable throughout our stay - we thoroughly ENJOYED it. The half-board meals were a great spread of food, especially the desserts. They even packed a lunch box on our last day as we left before breakfast

They did not let us stay our extra days in the initial sea view room our tour booked for us so we had to change to a \"side sea view\" room we booked room, which was a pain (but fair enough). The massage in the spa downstairs was OK but the Turkish bath was a disaster as it was very noisy, chaotic and not relaxing with kids running all over and screaming. The Jacuzzi was lukewarm, so I didn't enjoy that, but seemed to be the case with all the hotels. But my overall experience at this hotel for the things that really mattered was 5*. I would love to go again for a relaxing week.

Although the bed was not that comfortable, but overall we had so much fun staying and surely we will be back and recommend the place to our friends..And also, if you can have some English movies on your TV channels or even an English subtitle that would be a big factor to entice more guests….

Property was nice for the day time, however at night the very loud music started and lasted until 3am. I feel with a discounted expedia rate, we were given a room closest to the noise. Tour group rooms appeared to be located further away from the noise. I dont just mean noise, even while wearing ear plugs, I still felt the room vibrating. Hotel appears to cater to tour groups, as we watched many groups come and go.

very enjoyable stay, great hotel with very nice staff. there was quite a bit of maintenance work going on during our stay which would have been nice to know about before our stay. i have never stayed in a hotel that confiscates food and soft drinks before. no food allowed in the rooms unless it is room service? even the locals were amused by this one. other than those 2 points it was a very professionally run hotel

I had made some request before coming and they were able to accommodate all of them except maybe just for one thing- I had made a request for nonsmoking room- but don’t think it was- I entered the room could smell smoke and was covered by an air freshener. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Our rooms were looking at the sea and very spacious. The hotel was very elegant, great breakfast area with a wonderful view, a feast that was included in the price. They had a huge lap pool, one of the best infiniti pools I swam and a great exercise room. Close to town with a comfortable walk.

Intimidating and Aggressive Reception 😠

Over many years we are returning guests to Charisma, we were treated horribly by the reception staff upon check in. A minor error in the reservation resulted in aggression by the reception and they demanded to see my personal cell phone. This is not the Charisma I came to love years ago. Embarrassing! 😞

Not a 5 star hotel by any standard!

This is not a 5 star hotel!! The reception staff are unfriendly at best and rude at worst, totally useless when asked to do anything.
Our room was non smoking but had a cigarette burn on the bed runner, we had to request the room to be cleaned 4 out of the 7 days we were there. We called housekeeping several times for extra pillows and when we asked for cups and saucers instead of cardboard cups in our room we’re told “this is our standard” we did eventually manage to get some. The breakfast is bedlam as the buffet is served to you thus creating long queues at several stations.
The decking was not down so no sun beds as pictured on their site and the pool was drained. The cocktails in the bar are the worst we ever had.
Totally inadequate parking outside the hotel even out of season.

Booked this hotel for a friends birthday, as a treat. We cannot fault it, staff can not do enough for you, breakfast has so much variety, rooms are really comfortable and the swimming pool was really relaxing.

Very nice hotel with a great location and view. Only the restaurant and the quality of evening food was below par. The restaurant is very noisy, drafty and the food options few. The hotel also has a good location for divers, with only a few minutes to the A300 wreck and 5 minutes to some very cool caves.

Magnificent sea, great swimming. Charisma resto quite good, but music a bit loud. Small complaints: should put 2 coffee pods in room every day, not just upon arrival. Should give 2 room keys to a couple. Breakfast adequate but not great. Otherwise, a very good stay.

The hotel is very centrally located, with some breathtaking views over the gulf of Kusadasi. The staff is all very attentive, super helpful. We loved the food! The only thing we did not like very much is that the sound insulation of the windows/ doors of our room wasn't good enough, we could hear all the music and the customers of Charides Restaurant until very late at night and it messed up with my sleeping a lot even though I am a heavy sleeper. Apart from that, everything was perfect. The room and the common areas of the hotel were very clean.
