The Charisma hotel is amazing. Beautiful views ocean views from our complimentary upgraded room. The breakfast was amazing and access to the ocean to swim and relax made it one of our top stays. We will definitely return to this beautiful location!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property feels old, worn, and in serious need of renovation. While I can overlook dated decor if the service is good, unfortunately the staff were equally disappointing.

During my stay, I accidentally left an item by the pool and asked the staff for assistance locating it. They seemed completely uninterested in helping and offered little effort or concern.

Another frustrating experience happened during dining service. I politely asked to be moved away from a smoking guest, only to be told by the hostess that no other tables were available. However, it was obvious there were open tables throughout the dining area. The unwillingness to accommodate such a simple request made the service feel dismissive and unprofessional.

In addition to these frustrations, when I asked the concierge for an outside dinner recommendation, due to my poor experience from the previous evening, I was told she was restricted in doing so per hotel policy. She very nicely offered to come to my room and call covertly on her personal phone. I have never been to a hotel in which the concierge is prohibited from recommending an outside restaurant

The amenities are horrible. There is one dispenser of low quality soap in the shower, of which you are expected to wash your hair and body with. Leaving my hair a tangled, dry mess.
Overall, the hotel lacked both the quality and hospitality I expected. I would not choose to stay here again.

Location was sublime: the hotel was directly on the sea and its main restaurant had seating on a pier that jutted out into the sea. Views and especially sunsets were spectacular. Backside of hotel also had jaw- dropping view of a sheltered harbor where cruise ships docked.
Breakfasts were huge with lots of variety in food choices (although the only downer: no expresso/cappachino machine) and both indoor and outdoor seating.
Pool area was beautiful, with lots of plush lounges, umbrellas, and even cabanas.
Staff was efficient, but very warm and helpful in every way, especially the chief receptionist (I believe her name was Omer) who got me settled at check-in, the friendly bell hop who delivered my luggage, and the men who parked my car for me each day.
I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Rude staff!

I recently stayed at charisma de lux . The hotel itself is nice, with good facilities and a pleasant environment. However, the biggest disappointment was the staff. Unfortunately, most of the waiters, waitresses, and even managers were extremely rude and disrespectful. The customer service was weak and far below the standard you would expect from a hotel of this level.

On top of that, the staff came across as very greedy, constantly looking for ways to get extra money from guests. This left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.

While the property looks good, the poor service and unprofessional behavior ruined the overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel if you value respectful treatment, transparent service, and professional hospitality. Management should seriously address staff training, attitude, and ethics toward guests.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in – truly unforgettab

The attention to detail at this hotel was unbelievable. From the housekeeping team to the pool staff, every single person was a top performer who clearly takes great pride in their work. What really stood out to both myself and my partner was the personal touch – being greeted by name every morning (“Good morning, Patrick”) was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel incredibly welcome.

The spa was absolutely amazing as well – a real highlight of our stay.

We’re already planning to come back in October because of the exceptional service and treatment we received from every member of staff. It’s rare to see such pride and dedication across an entire team, and it made our experience truly special.

Thank you all for a wonderful stay – we can’t wait to return!

I had great time at Charisma. Location was ideal for me as I preferred to stay away from the noisy crowd of Kusadasi centre but still easily access to it when I want. (10 min. walk) I stayed in superior room with sea view and the room was spacious with a large balcony to enjoy the view and fresh air. Beach, pools and dining places offer more than satisfactory experience. The only negative comment I could make is that the dining area in the beach is small for the scale of the hotel. I had breakfast included booking and the breakfast was quite good with more than sufficient offerings. Staff deserves a special appreciation for their hard work with kind and attentive attitude. Looking forward to stay at Charisma in my next trip to Kusadasi

You can't consider putting two twins bed as one king size bed. I dialed 0 or 555 but didn't dialed. I told receptionist. He called my room then he said phone is working. But it wasn't working from room to reception. Both phone. No fan in the bathroom. Made a trip to spa no one there. Blankets are so thin. no conditioner in the shower. The reception staff were dismissive, slow, disorganised, unhelpful and in-smiley. I was asked to return twice to book an extra night. On the 3rd try I was assured that it was booked only to receive a phone call on the original check out day asking me to check out.

Customer Service was top notch and exceptional. Unlike the other hotels we stayed at (who were frugal with everything), they were very warm and hospitable throughout our stay - we thoroughly ENJOYED it. The half-board meals were a great spread of food, especially the desserts. They even packed a lunch box on our last day as we left before breakfast

They did not let us stay our extra days in the initial sea view room our tour booked for us so we had to change to a \"side sea view\" room we booked room, which was a pain (but fair enough). The massage in the spa downstairs was OK but the Turkish bath was a disaster as it was very noisy, chaotic and not relaxing with kids running all over and screaming. The Jacuzzi was lukewarm, so I didn't enjoy that, but seemed to be the case with all the hotels. But my overall experience at this hotel for the things that really mattered was 5*. I would love to go again for a relaxing week.

Tour group rooms appeared to be located further away from the noise. I dont just mean noise, even while wearing ear plugs, I still felt the room vibrating. Not a 5 star hotel by any standard!

This is not a 5 star hotel!! The reception staff are unfriendly at best and rude at worst, totally useless when asked to do anything.
Our room was non smoking but had a cigarette burn on the bed runner, we had to request the room to be cleaned 4 out of the 7 days we were there. We called housekeeping several times for extra pillows and when we asked for cups and saucers instead of cardboard cups in our room we’re told “this is our standard” we did eventually manage to get some. The breakfast is bedlam as the buffet is served to you thus creating long queues at several stations.
The decking was not down so no sun beds as pictured on their site and the pool was drained. The cocktails in the bar are the worst we ever had.
Totally inadequate parking outside the hotel even out of season.
