Very friendly staff and good food. You’ll likely be satisfied as long as you don’t set your expectations too high. Overall, a great value-for-money hotel.

The facilities are a bit dated, but functional. The beach area, however, may not be ideal for non-swimmers.

Otelde herşey çok kötü ilgi sıfır. Oda temizliği sıfır. Paranızı çöpe atmayın. Rezarvasyon yapıldıktan sonra otelle irtibatı kuramıyorsun. Hiçbir şekilde telefonlar açılmıyor. Korıdorlarda hep çöp var yerlerde. Temiz hiçbir zaman yapılmıyor. Odaları kirli alıyorsun kirli veriyorsun.

Better experience than expected

We had a room facing the ocean. The sunset view with the hotel's many leveled court yard settings was fantastic. Very satisfied to the all-inclusive food and beverages. Only complaints are the poor sound proof of the rooms.

Otel çok eski bakımsız temizlik kötü personel sayısı yetersiz deniz kenarına inmek için oldukça dik ve yüzden fazla basamak kullanmak gerekti bu özellikle yaşlı insanlar için çok zor. Asansör 5 gündür bozuk olduğu halde yapılmamış. Yemekler 5 yıldız otele göre çok zayıf ve lezzetsiz. Kısacası bu otel 5 yıldızı değil 3 yıldızı bile zor alır. Ona göre gelin. Otelin tek güzel tarafı konumu ve manzarası.

İyi değil

Su çok dalgalı ve hep yosunluydu. Yemekler genelde hep benzer çeşit ama fena değildi. Fakat maalesef yemekten kaynaklı gıda zehirlenmesi yaşadık. Pek çok misafirde aynı şikayetler olmasına rağmen kesin bir dille yemeklerden kaynaklı olmadığını söyleyerek insanları aşağı yerine koyan bir üslup kullandılar. Çift kişilik yatagimiza tek kişilik ince bir çarşaf sermislerdi. Gece arayıp çift kişilik bir yorgan istedik fakat gece 12 den sonra çarşaf yorgan verilmediğini söylediler. Resepsiyonist arkadaş sağolsun yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ve kendim gidip alabildim. Hizmet anlamında istediğiniz şeyleri birkaç defa söylemeniz gerekiyor. Çalışanlar laubali ve gereksiz muhabbete giriyor. Otelde çok eksikler var. Bir daha gitmeyi planlamiyorum. Ayrıca çok fazla çocuklu aile var. Çocuklardan ötürü hiç havuza giremedik hınca hınç doluydu

Für Kurzurlauber durchaus zu empfehlen.
Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen war alles sehr gut.
Wir hatten Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen.
Ort und Lage ist als Top zu bewerten.
Verbesserungsbedarf gibt es an den Snackbar´s. Dort war das Essen leider ungenießbar. Pommes nicht gut fritiert, Pizza nur mit Meis und Käse, Hamburgerfleisch mit Lamm, nur Selfservice, und die Hambugerbrötchen waren nicht frisch. Snachbar´s am Pool leider sehr unhygienisch.
Negativ war, dass die Siebe besonders an den Kinderpools und Rutschenbereich zerbrochen und lückenhaft waren. Zerbrochene Plastikteile von den Sieben lagen am Pool herum. Große Verletzungsgefahr für Kinder. Hier sollte das Hotelmanagement sofort tätig werden.

Tesisde hijyen sıfır, odalar çok pis, kesinlikle personel dip temizlik yapmasi lazim ve kesinlikle otelin citti anlamda bir tadilat ihtiyacı var. Havuzlar ve otelin genel alanlari da iyi bir temizligir ihtiyavi var, barlar çok vasat sanirim tek güzel yani yemekleri, mutfak ekibini kutlarım.

Güzel bir tatil

Fiyat performansın çok çok üstünde.
Kötü yorum yapanları asla anlayamıyorum, sanırım deluxe hotel ücretleri ödemişler. Verdiğiniz paranın farkında olan mantıklı bir insansanız memnun kalmama ihtimaliniz olamaz, tatilinizi doyasıya yaşarsınız.
Giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren güleryüzle karşılandık. Giriş işlemlerimiz hızlıca halledildi ve odamıza girdik. Temiz bir oda, temiz çarşaflar, temiz havlular… ben öyle temizim böyle titizim, yatagın koltukların altına bakarım, en yüksek dolapların üstünü incelerim tarzında bir insansanız, sorun yaşayabilirsiniz belki, benim gibi yattığım yatağın, kurulandığım havlunun, banyonun temizliği yeterli derseniz yeterli temizlik fazlasıyla var.
Yemekler her öğünde çok çeşitli ve başarılıydı. Zeytinyağlılar, ana yemekler, ızgaralar, pideler, tatlılar birbirinden güzeldi. Tabağımızda yiyecek kaldıysa bile kötü olduğu için değil tıka basa doyduğumuz için kaldı.
Ana yemek saatlerinde güzelce doyduğumuz için snack bardan bir şey yiyemedik. :)
Havuzlar temizdi, deniz zaten mükemmel, balıklarla birlikte yüzdük. Şezlonglar minderler gayet iyiydi.
Animasyon ekibi inanılmaz yüksek enerjili, güleryüzlü ve sevimli. Günün her saati bir şeyler yapmaya çalışıyorlar ve eğlendiriyorlar.
Eksikler yok mu tabii ki var.
Odalardaki ve genel mobilyalar yenilenmeli, personel sayısı genel olarak arttırılmalı, barda sıra bekleme sorununun önüne geçilecek hamleler yapılmalı ve en önemlisi restoran kapasitesi arttırılmalı özellikle akşam yemeğinde.

Öncelikle personel yetersiz ve nitelikli değildi(muhtemelen az para çok iş beklentisi yüzünden), afrikada daha steril kabileler vardır. Yemekler ortalama ancak çürük limon ve domatesleri müşteri önüne koymazsın, bardaki alkol çeşitliliği yetersizdi akşam yemeğinde rakı isteyen bir müşteri buz olmadığı için vazgeçti, sürekli bir şeyler eksik, açık büfeden lobi kısmına çıkarken bar tarafı berbat kokuyordu ve 2 gün boyunca koku devam etti daha anlatıcak çok şey var ancak kelimeler yetersiz. Dipnot ilk defa her şey dahil bir tatilde türk kahvesine para ödedim.

Orta dereceli bir herşey dahil otel.

Öncelikle otel çok bakımsız ve bazı yerleri eski görünüyor. Bahçeler , ağaçlar , ışıklandırmalar, boya eksiklikleri çok fazla göze çarpıyor.
Lobiden katlara tek yerden asansör mevcut.
Plaja inen asansörün lambasından su akıyordu ve çok ciddi bir problem olmasına rağmen 4 gün boyunca hiçbir müdahalede bulunulmadı.
Denizi sürekli dalgalı ve iskele merdiveni kullanıma kapalıydı 3 gün.(sabitlemesi olmadığı için)
Denizde yüzmek mümkün olmayınca havuzlar çok kalabalık ve kirliydi. Aquapark yalnız 2 saat açıktı (4gün içinde)
Yemek çeşitliliği çok fazlaydı ve yemekler genel olarak güzeldi.
Çok kalabalık olduğu için barlardan içeçek almak uzun süre alıyordu. Alkoller genel olarak orta-iyiydi.
Çalışanlar kötü değildi ama sanki zoraki iş yapıyoruz havasındaydılar.
Eğlence imkanları , animasyonlar geliştirilebilir ama bu halleriyle tatmin edici değillerdi.
Otelin konumu ve manzarası çok güzeldi, odamız da temizdi. Çoğu zamanımızı lobi latındaki balkonda manzaraya karşı geçirdik diyebilirim.

Otel konum olarak çok güzel bir tabiatın içinde. Ulaşımı kolay bir lokasyonda. Sorunsuz bir şekilde girişimizi yaptık. Odalar gayet temiz düzenli ve herşey çalışır durumdaydı. Yemekler, tatlılar, kahvaltılıklar lezzet olarak yeterli seviyedeydi. Yorumlardan birinde kızmızı et namına çok birşey beklemeyin demişti. Doğru söylemiş. Izgaralar daha çok beyaz et ağırlıklı ancak lezzetli. Oda temizliğinden şikayet edenler haksızlık ediyor. Çünkü siz kapıya odamı temizleyin yazısını astığınız takdirde gerekli temizlik yapılıyor. Eksi yönleri olarak ana binada asansör yetersiz bazen gelmesini uzun süre bekleyebiliyorsunuz. 4 günlük tatilde denizi bir kez deneyimledik çünkü koyda kirlilik birikmesi söz konusuydu bu belki dönemsel olduğu için bizim şansızlığımız da olabilir. Havuzlar yeterli ancak temizlik olarak biraz daha özen gösterilmeli, genel olarak bulanık bir görüntüsü vardı. İkramlar alkoller gece 23 e kadar kesintisiz devam ediyor. Çalışan arkadaşlar ellerinden gelenin fazlasını yapma gayretindeler. Son olarak verilen fiyata alınan hizmet ne eksik ne fazla bu nedenle ben memnun bir şekilde otelden ayrıldım.

Otel fiyat performans oteli . Çok beklentiye girmezseniz iyi vakit geçirirsiniz. giriş çok kolay oldu odamız hazırdı oda yeterli büyüklükte ve temizdi. Yiyecek içecek hizmetleri orta kalite türk kahvesi ücretli çalışanlar özverili yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Havuz yeterli ancak temiz bulmadığımdan kullanamadık. Birde asansör sıkıntısı var ana bina da sadece 2 adet var teki bozuldu beklemek sıkıntı çıkarıyor internet tek lobi de çekiyor bu devirde bunun acil yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Otelde aç kalmazsınız yemek ve içecekler iyi. Konum iyi .

Otel konum olarak iyi, çok güzel bir manzaraya sahip. Ancak hizmet konusunda sıkıntılar var. Karşılama ve resepsiyondan memnun kaldık ancak deniz çok kirliydi, yosun ve çöplerden giremedik. Bu sıcak havada buz sürekli tükendi ve içecekleri sıcak içtik. Kokteylleri başarısız. İstediğimiz hiç bir kokteyli ya bilmiyorlardı ya da çok alakasız şekilde yaptılar. Yemekleri çeşitli ve yeterliydi. Ortak alanda tuvaletler çok kirliydi. Animasyon ekibi çok isteksiz laf olsun diye bir şeyler yapıyorlardı. Garsonlar genel olarak güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. İlk girdiğimiz oda aşırı derecede rutubet kokuyordu, koltuklar bariz lekeli halıfleks aşırı derecede kirliydi. Yataklar özensiz olarak düzeltilmişti üzerindeki çarşafların ve pikelerin rengi grileşmişti. Talebimiz üzerine başka bir oda verdiler. Bu oda ilkine göre daha nezihti fakat üstteki duş başlığı bozuktu duş bataryası randımanlı çalışmıyordu. Yerdeki halıfleksler çok eskiydi ve üzerine muhtemelen kırmızı şarap dökülmüştü ve oldukça büyük bir leke sıçrama izleriyle beraber yatağın kenarında iştah kesici bir görüntüsü vardı. Klima son ayarında olmasına rağmen zorlukla serinletiyordu. Mobilyaların her köşesi dökülmüştü. Tavandan geçen yangın borularının delikleri kırık dökük içi gözüküyordu. Yatak yine özensiz şekilde düzeltilmişti. Odadaki kasa arızalıydı. Pencerelerde sineklik yoktu. Restoran bölümü daha bakımlıydı fakat çatal bıçak takımları masalara çıplak atılarak açık havada bekliyordu. Bu konuda büyük bir hijyen problemi olduğunu düşünüyorum. Çatal bıçaklar düzgün yıkanmamış vaziyetteydi. Özellikle tatlı büfesi sinek doluydu. Sıcak yemekler, tatlılar, mezeler gayet güzeldi. Asansörler çok yavaş ve yetersiz haldeydi. Kişisel davranışlar biz misafirlere karşı gayet ilgiliydi. Son olarak Ada Kulenin kuruluşundan beri kalitesi ile anılırken maalesef bu kaliteyi yitirmiş durumda olduğunu gördüm. Bunun bir sebebinin de her şey dahil sistem olması olduğunu düşünüyorum. Para kazanmak uğruna kaliteden ödün vermek turizme zarar verdiğini düşünüyorum.

Yemek çeşidi sulu yemekte çok azdı. Çok lezzetli diyebileceğim birşey ile karşılaşmadım.
Bı sure sonra bardan birşey alabilmek zulüm haline geldi. Günümü doldurdum ama sabah ilk işim çıkış yapmak oldu.

Yorumları dert etmeyin

Kötü yorumlardan dolayı son tercihimizdi. Ancak diğer yerlerde yer bulamamızdan dolayı burayı tercih ettik. Ancak ilk andan beri bu yorumların çok uç deneyim sahipleri tarafından yazıldığına kanaat getirdik. Otel gerçekten çok iyi. Personeli güler yüzlü, kibar ve sürekli yardımcı olma niyetindeler. Lokasyonu muhteşem, bulunduğunuz herhangi bir alanda inanılmaz bir manzara sizi bekliyor. Yemekler gayet iyiydi akşam yemeği menüleri çok çeşitliydi. Beklenmedik anda pide çıkıveriyor, pizza sürülüyordu masalara. Özellikle pideler muazzamdı. Pide ustası herhangi bir büyük şehirde tanınmış bir pideci olurdu. Etkinliklere hiç katılmadık bu yüzden yorum yapamıyorum ama genellikle çocuklu ailelere yönelik eğlenceler vardı. Hoşumuza gitmeyen tek özelliği sahiliydi. Küçük koyun iki tarafında betondan alanlar yapılmış, şezlonglar koyulmuş su sporları falan var. Ancak bölgedeki ekosistemi olumsuz etkilediği bir gerçek. Çok fazla yosun var bu yosunlar sahile vurmuş ve temizlenmiyorlar. Bu betonlar yerine ortadan bir iskele yapılsaydı da yüzmek isteyen buradan girseydi güneşlenmek isteyen de havuz kenarlarını kullansaydı keşke. Ama tabi rakip otellerle yarışmak adına bu yapılmış. Desteklemiyorum. Genel anlamda memnun kaldım tekrar giderim, mükemmelliyetçi ve çok zengin değilseniz kötü yorumları dert etmeyin. Biz çok eğlendik, tekrar geliriz öneririz de.

Oda temizliği istiyoruz, resepsiyon telefonu açmadığı için gidip söylemek zorundasınız, gitmek de öyle kolay değil, merdiveni asansörü bitmiyo neyse ki bizim odamız yakındı yoksa tuvalet kâğıdınız olmadan idare etmek zorundasınız. Otel eski ama eskilik pisliği gerektirmez Konumu çok güzel olan bu otelin işletmesine daha çok önem verilmeli.
Bilgisiz ve eksik personelle hizmet sektörü bir yere varamaz.
Kalofirlerin yanmaması söylediğimiz halde umursamamaları uyduruk bir battaniyeyle geceleri geçirmemiz ailecek hastalanmamıza sebep oldu.Nereden geldiğini bilmediğim ama havuz savağından verilen bir su olarak tahmin ettiğim bir suyun kontrolsuz olarak servis yolundan denize dökülmeside ayrı bir ilgisizlik.Zaten küçük bir koya sahip olan sahilin diz boyunda yosun birikintisinin temizlenmemesi de işletme ilgisizliğinin başka bir göstergesi.
Umarım bu yazdıklarım bu güzel tesisin daha dikkatli işletilmesine sebep olur.

İlanda oda ile ilgili hiçbir ayrıntı bulunmamakla birlikte insan umutla yaşar mottosuyla dıştan görünümü güzel gözüken otelden rezervasyonumuzu yaptırdık. Otele vardığımızda bodrum katında bulunan odalara yönlendirildik 117 no lu odada kaldık. Aşırı rutubet kokusu vardı. Odada bulunan yatak koltuk vs. İnanılmaz kirli ve pisti üzerinde ne lekesi belli olmayan kirlet vardı. Banyo iğrençti duş jeli bile yoktu. Temizlikçiler günlük olarak gelip hiçbir şekilde havlu değişimi ve çarşaf değişimi gapmadan odadan çıkıyorlardı. Birde otel yönetimini kandırmak adına 1 haftadır serili olan çarşaf ve kullandığımız havluları yerlerini değiştirerek düzelterek temiz görünümü vermeye çalışıyorlardı. Aşırı derecede yabancı uyruklu kalabalık bir ortamdı. Havuza girmek için resmen belli saatleri kovaladık. Arı ve sinek çok fazla vardı. Otelde yenileme yapmayıp terkedilmeye bırakılmış bölümleri çoktu. Asansör yetersiz ve küçüktü. Kat sayısı fazla olduğu için asansörü bekleme süreside uzundu. Otelin tek güzel yanı lobi katında bulunan teras ve kahveleriydi. Tabi terasta oturmak için aşırı mücadeleye katlanabilirseniz . Tekrar bu otele gelmem etrafımada önermem.

Fiyat Perfomansı çok iyi

Fiyat performans olarak gayet güzel bir otel. Yemekleri çok başarılı. Havuzları güzel. Ancak deniz çok kötü ve pis. Buna bir çözüm bulmaları lazım. Deniz düşünerek giden üzülebilir. Odalar eski ancak temiz ve oldukça geniş. Balkon olmaması eksi. Verilen paranın hakkını veriyor.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht über das Hotel. Das Personal muss bezüglich Freundlichkeit neu geschult werden. Sie sind nur zu den Touristen freundlich, zu den Staatsbürgern nicht. Unser Zimmer war sehr sehr dreckig. Die Möbel waren zum Teil kaputt. Sehr schade.

Olumsuz değerlendirmelerimiz:
Çok kalabalık! Çok! Ortak kullanım alanlarında (özellikle restoran) mevcut metrekarenin çok üzerinde müşteri var. Yemek alırken sinirlerinize hakim olmanız gerekiyor.
Asansörlerin kapasitesinin arttırılması gerekli, bu kadar kalabalığa 8 kişilik bir asansör çok yetersiz. Üstelik bozuluyor bazen… Animasyon ekibi yetersiz. Deniz ve havuz kenarındaki barlarda çay yok.

Yorucu bir otel

Adakuke eskidennberi merak ettiğim bir oteldi, hayal kırıklığı oldu. Öncelikle yorucu çünkü koyda yamaç üzerine kuruluboldugu için mersiven inip havuza, sonra yine merdiven in çocuk havuzuna ,yine merdivenden dolaş denize ki denizi berrak ama deniz kestanesi var.
