The hotel did not honour our Expedia reservation which was confirmed and paid. We were turned away at security gate late at night, and were only able to speak to reception by phone. A very bad experience.

The room I had stayed was excellent. We all had the amenities in the room( hair conditioner, shampoo and shower gel). And all of them had got the famous brands. The pools both outside and inside got heated. This was quiet good because of coldness and rainy days. The hairdresser was quiet good either.

Food was excellent. However especially meatballs and chicken taste were not good. It was looking like raw/undercooked. The personnel were quiet good.

Worth of staying in here. Especially the room number 1105. Thank you all.

Hotel was amazing i extended my stay for a week, the hotel even gave me a great offer.

Only two things to mention, sometimes there is a rush and hard to find a suitable seat during peak dinning times. Uphill walk to our room could be a bit much when tired.

An enjoyable, all-inclusive resort.

The resort is well set out around a headland with plenty of trees, a secluded bay with sandy beach (lots of fish to see if you want to snorkel), plenty of pools, water slides, and, if needed, shade to escape full sun in the middle of the day.
Food was generous (a mixture of Turkish and other styles) in the main buffet, though some dishes were better than others. There are also ‘a la carte’ restaurants, but we didn’t try those. Bars and cafes (good coffee) are plentiful.
There are other activities (gym, tennis etc) but we would need a longer stay.

Booked a very last minute stay. We’ve done ‘all inclusive’ stays in Turkey before - this was easily our favourite.
We had a ‘Superior’ hotel room but the resort has both “Hotel” and “Bungalow” style accommodation.
It is well set out around a headland with plenty of trees, a secluded bay with sandy beach (lots of fish to see if you want to snorkel), plenty of pools, water slides, and, if needed, shade to escape full sun in the middle of the day.

Renovation, Renovation! I he rooms were in terrible condition, old dirty carpets and wall paper, old showers. Food is great, but the place was understaffed, we had to wait for clean tables at every meal. Beach is beautiful, but the hotel needs major renovation, and more staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous resort! It’s a truly a beautiful place to spend your holiday. The meals were plentiful and had great variety. The beach and pools are perfect. The only issue was the air conditioner in our room didn’t work properly, making a loud sound and not blowing cool air. Then it shut off completely in the middle of the night. We needed to have maintenance come twice. They would not switch us to another room, which would have been much appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

My partner suffers from arthritis in hear neck and shoulders, and the cold aggravated it. There is not one high backed chair or settee in the whole hotel to provide any support for her neck.

Great location, lots of facilities, rooms very dated- we stayed in a superior room which was a large room however very tired looking. Shower leaked, carpet stained and ripped up. Just needs a new lease of life!
Would definitely be a summer holiday as not much indoor seating areas.

That being said the service was great, staff lovely, food tasty and lots of choice, spa was fantastic. Water park, beach, pools indoor pool, conference center all great adition to the hotel

Overall would go back for another long weekend, only if hotel is on offer. Seemed expensive if you payed full price considering its meant to be 5*

The staff in general was really rude.

They didn't have king size bed. They told me that the 10% of the bedrooms in the hotel just have king size. The rest of them are twin beds although they put together but it is not the same feeling. I had a bed for my baby. Thanks that they change it into a baby crib.

The English of the staff of room service is: wow, no words. I ask for a hand wash, body wash or something to wash my body and I got a conditioner: what?

The food was all oily food. If you are gluten intolerance or you suffer from lactose intolerance you will not have many options in terms of milk or bread.

The facilities are very good. If you want to go just to drink, alcohol or soft drinks and eat like crazy and enjoy this is your place but be careful with the food.

The problem is that many parents complaint about the slippery places for kids or teenagers, so it is not that safe for kids.

horrible rooms..we checked in and the AC won't cool the room at all. we tried to change rooms but none was available had to stay up all night due to the heat. Communication in turkish is a huge challenge and these folks are not english aware. Never ever stay at this hotel. It's not worth the money spent neither the facility nor the staff. Absolutely pathetic

Definitely wouldn’t return

We stayed here for 6 nights with family and friends and we wouldn’t return ... club rooms awful , food terrible (my son and I both had food poisoning) , hotel wasn’t run properly... not organised at all, not suitable for the disabled as we struggled with our sister who is in a wheel chair, paid a lot of money for this hotel and in my opinion it was a waste of money , def far better hotels than this ... I would recommend palm wings Ephesus as we stayed there the week before and it was absolutely amazing

Huge resort.

I booked this for our family holiday, and was concerned about the relatively low rating as given by quite a few others.

However, I shouldn't have been concerned as this place is fantastic!!!

The whole resort is absolutely massive, and there is a feeling of being in an actual village, not a resort.

Absolutely everything needed, and more, is available on site, from food to scuba diving, buffet dining to a la carte, swimming to water park.

I really don't understand why some people have given it a bad review, but I wasn't there to see how their holidays went.

The private beach are is beautiful, as is the whole resort...... and the maintenance work that goes on behind the scenes must be incredible!!!

The entire resort has a wide variety of accommodation, but only 6 luxury villas with private infinity pools. We had booked 3 hotel rooms, but upon our arrival we were immediately given the option of a free upgrade to one of these fantastic villas.... Superb.

All the food was of a very good standard and variety, and the drinks were also much better than normally experienced with all inclusive packages.

The gym is very well equipped.... However as airy as it is, there is no AC in there.... But that should be okay, as most people go there to sweat anyway!!

One thing that was a welcome relief is that there is absolutely no sales pressure at all.... For anything. The resort has EVERYTHING already in it, so there are zero pesky club/pub/spa/restaurant/excursion reps ANYWHERE!

Beautiful resort with poor services and old room

Beautiful Resort with poor services and old rooms. The resort is really beautiful with awesome views. The exterior really good but yet the room was old. There is a smell when I entered the room. They should really revamp the room to provide a more pleasant stay! The hotel provides free wifi but not in the room, only open area and the reception is very poor! I can't really use the wifi at all! Services were poor, they could not even provide late checkout for an hour delay even though the rooms were not full~ disappointing

Not a 5 star by any means

Arrived with low expectations after reading reviews and still wasn't prepared for how basic the rooms were. Mouldy bathrooms and hair everywhere. Even had a bug fall on me while I was sleeping. This was rectified slightly by the guest relations team moving myself and my wife to a newer room but it still was probably 2.5-3 star accom style.
Linens were pretty non-existent on the beds. Staff although seemingly nice never followed up on requests. Food was OK but getting through the crowds for food was disheartening.
Needs an overhaul, staff retraining and more hires.
Water park was great as was some of the nightly entertainment on offer. Cocktails were average and inconsistent depending on who was making them. Would not stay again.

People that are rating this place highly have probably not experienced true 5 star acomodation.

Doesn't really go for 5 star hotel, but is very well located with large territory, good pools, water slides, water sports, very good animation program and beautiful views.
Had few problems with our room at first - looked not very clean, did not have soap, problems with air-conditioning (it was fine, just noone told us we had to close balcony door for conditioner to work), chair broken and garden view was not really pleasing. Took time to solve cleaning and furniture - whole evening and next morning, but after that everything was very good.
The hotel in general needs cosmetic renovation. And I did not see lifeguards at the beach and indoor pool at all.
Food was good, but restorants were open and there was too many wasps. Bars were good, except unpleasant smell from time to time
It is very easy to go from the hotel to Kusadasi town by dolmush (mini-bus) and there is large aquapark in walking distance.

COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF WHAT IS SHOWM IN PICTURES

It was a stay that I can forget about . The more I think more is the remorse .
Complete opposite of what is shown on the hotels.com website . Never again will I prebook prepay for a non refundable option . To start with hotel was over booked and we were supposedly upgraded to a room which is was far inferior to the pictures shown . There was no one to attend and the place was like a circus with people running around and the employees of the hotel completely helpless and ignoring and unconcerned . The rooms were allotted 1 km away on a steep uphill walk up and no conveyence available to drop us with bags to room . Finally on repeated request and escalating it was arranged .

Two rooms were requested and paid as interconnecting if possible or adjoining for a small family of 3 , however rooms given were on different levels and therefore we used one room for us and a fully paid room was returned to the hotel . One travels miles away for a sea view at Kusadasi and what we got was a partial sea view within the trees

The room had NO WI FI though free wifi was published in the confirmation also . Wifi was super slow and only in Lobby which was 1 km away . There was no kettle to cups no glasses . Room was seemingly made up in hurry with used toiletries and linen in toilet . The Locker was broken . Air conditioning off with no Remote . Room had a significant smell and toilets had no ventilation or exhaust making it impossible to get in there .

Great time at Pine Bay with 3 children!

We had a fantastic time at Pine Bay, we had 2 hotel rooms next to one another as 2 of my children are teenagers and that worked well. We would recommend booking the a la carte restaurants for evening meals as soon as you arrive, as the buffet restaurant for breakfasts and evening meals can be too much as busy. The a la carte restaurants were all really good. Hotel rooms were well air conditioned. No air con around the hotel, they would have really helped as it was very hot.

Nice hotel for families with kids

We have visited the hotel at the end of July, 2015 and it was very busy. There were lots of families with children and enough pools for all age groups, though for adults it was a bit crowded time to time. The beach area was perfect, and the section for kids had sand underneath and kept clean.

The snack bars served very good food, sometimes long queues but understandably it was a busy time at the hotel. Staff was generally kind and understood English. Food was excellent and a lot of different varieties was served.

Room was very spacious with two bathrooms which helped a lot when we were back from pool or beach. Overall during our a week stay we had a great time and kids loved the hotel facilities.

There was a taxi company in front of the hotel which offered good service to the nearby locations like Ephesus. If prices are reasonable, would consider to go there again next year.

On the surface

On the surface the hotel grounds are gorgeous. Set against the beautiful vista of he Mediterranean on steep slopes spotted with cedar and other old grown trees it is beautiful. The room was sub par (family club) and lacked enough towels, bedding and pillows. Clearly cleaned but dirty beneath. The bathroom reeked of unine. The deck was never swept or washed. The air conditioning barely worked making sleeps uncomrtable. The amenities were nice but the no one supervising the seating as people would take up chairs and never show up leaving decent seating hard to find. Obnoxious music and heavy smokers made anything barely tolerable. The beer was watered down and the food was highly variable and inconsistent. The grounds were steep so expect a lot of hard climbs. No wifi in the rooms.

Great All-Inclusive Resort

Booked this resort without knowing it was all-inclusive. What a nice surprise, although it feels a little like a cruise ship. Only complaints: the property had no a/c during our stay. The staff were extremely apologetic, and as it was mid-May, it was not too hot with the windows open at night. Also, why can I not get a beach towel between noon and 2p? Silly. Otherwise great resort and would recommend / return.

Spotty off-season service

Our experience was that this hotel seems to have very spotty service on the off-season. The \"special restaurants\" (non-buffet) were closed when we were there, and although the waterpark had *just* opened, only 3 of the slides were in operation. Ironically, despite being off-season, it appeared that the hotel was under-staffed, overwhelmed at times by a very large group of tourists there during our visit.
That being said, there were benefits to being there off-season ... the hotel's beach was quiet and relaxing, and there were no lines for the waterslides. We made the most of it, but did end up only staying 2 nights instead of 3, in order to move on and find a different experience elsewhere.

Danke, aber nie wieder

Unser Aufenthalt war eigentlich im Großen und Ganzen sehr gut bis auf unser Zimmer als drittes Bett, wo du uns zwei Matratzen übereinander gegeben. Eine Matratze, die wir bekommen haben. Die war richtig dreckig aufgerissen man konnte ihn unter Schaum sehen. Der Teppich, auf dem wir gelaufen sind, war auch komplett dreckig. Aus der Klimaanlage kam Staub raus, als wir die gestartet haben. Und nach einer Woche Aufenthalt bin ich sogar noch krank geworden. Und wenn wir dann zu der Animation kommen es war gefühlt jeden Tag das gleiche. Ich war schon in mehreren Hotels, und die waren weitaus kreativer. Ach und was mir noch einfällt unser Zimmer war direkt nehme den großen Müllcontainern, wo die das ganze Müll vom Hotel gesammelt haben. Und dieser ganze Geruch kommt natürlich in das Zimmer rein. Wir konnten unser Balkon gar nicht nutzen und auch gar nicht das Fenster öffnen, weil das ganze Geruch bei uns rein kam.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold! Hotellets beliggenhet er helt nydelig – nært både natur og strand, med vakre omgivelser som skaper en avslappende atmosfære. De ansatte var imøtekommende, smilende og alltid behjelpelige, noe som virkelig løftet hele opplevelsen. Vi satte stor pris på de store fellesområdene med ulike soner for både ro og aktivitet. Bassengene var flotte, og de naturlige strendene gjorde det hele komplett. Det eneste lille vi kunne ønske oss, er at rommet var litt mer oppdatert – men det la ingen demper på det ellers veldig gode inntrykket. Tusen takk for et herlig opphold!

Die Anlage ist top, mit tollen Rutschen und einem großartigen Essensangebot – wirklich lecker! Leider sind die Liegen durch Handtuchreservierungen oft knapp, was aber überall vorkommt. Die Hotelzimmer und das Hotel an sich sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber in der Nähe gibt es zwei Wasserparks, die sich perfekt für coole Tagesausflüge eignen. Parken kostenlos möglich.

Öncelikle bu otelden oda alırken aldığınız odanın ana binada veya ayrı bir bölgede olduğunu belirten bir uyarı yok. Bu yüzden bize verilen odanın uzakta ve bir sürü merdiven çıkılarak ulaşıldığını gördüğümüzde hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Odaya girdiğimizde odaların çok eski ve yeterince temiz olmadığını gördük. Daha sonraki günlerde Odadan çıkmadan önce yerde gördüğümüz lekelerin temizlik sonrası yine orda olduğu için Uyardığımız personeli ise bizi başka personele çekiştirirken bulduk. Otelin yerleşkesi imkanları çok güzel. Ama öğrenene kadar çok fazla zaman kaybediyorsunuz. Sabah en geç 08:00 de şezlong ayarlamazsanız daha sonra bulma şansınız sıfır. Yemekler fena değil ama yer bulmak sıkıntı. Otelin konumu civardaki gezilecek yerlere yakınlığından dolayı ve doğa içinde olmasından dolayı güzel. Bütün otel ve odaları artık bir tadilat görürse ve bakımlı olurda çok daha iyi puanlar alır.

Die Anlage an sich ist schön und man kann sich erholen und auch Spaß haben mit der Familie, aber die Familien Zimmer ( Club Zimmer ) sind echt im schlechten Zustand. Dazu kommt auch noch das das Reinigungsmittel Personal die Zimmer nur notdürftig reinigen. Also wir würden zwar das Hotel weiterempfehlen aber nie wieder dieses Club Zimmer buchen.

Otel kendine ayrı bir tepede yerleşmiş olmasıyla çok güzeldi. Sahil yemek olanakları gayet güzeldi. Deniz ara ara pis olabiliyordu fakat Aqua parka yakın olan kısım güzeldi. Otel çok temiz değil, klimalar kendini bile soğutmuyor. Oda temizliği çalı süpürgesi ile yapılıyor, eksilen hiçbir şey yerine konmuyor, örneğin tuvalet kağıdı...
Yemekler fena değil, ancak kırmızı et ile tanışamadık, biz tatil yaparken kendisi otelde değildi. Yine de aç kalmazsınız. İçecekler vasat, şişede birşey yok, hep dökme veya sifon.
Ana havuz hiç temizlenmedi, girdiğimiz günden çıktığımız güne kadar dibi hep kumlu ve pislikli idi. Suyu da bulanık, bi tuhaf.
Deniz çok temiz ancak girmek pek mümkün değil, çoğu kısım taşlık ve kayalık. Kumluk olan tek alanda su üzerinde çöp birikiyor. Denizde balıklar çok fazla, sürekli ısırıyorlar.
Çok keyifli bir tatil olmadı maalesef.

Fint hotel med fantastiskt läge. Frukost, lunch och middag var otroligt bra och personalen var väldigt hjälpsam. Städningen var okej, det är ett stort hotell så förståeligt att allt inte städas direkt. Vi var två vuxna och ett barn, rummet kändes lite litet med tre sängar. Det var väldigt mycket barn familjer, vilket var bra. Helt rätt typ av hotell för oss.

Eğlenceli ve yeşil bir otel

Otelin eğimli bir arazide olmasından dolayı çok fazla yokuş olduğu ve yürümenin yorucu olduğu yorumları çok öznel. Bize göre oteli keşfetmek ve değişik manzaraların keyfini çıkarmak çok güzeldi. Sahil ve otel arasında asansörler mevcut, dolayısıyla yorucu değildi. Yeşilliği ve etkinliği bol bir otel. Yataklar rahat ve oda yeterliydi. Banyonun 5 yıldızlı otele göre daha konforlu ve yeni olmasını tercih ederdim. Denizi akşama doğru dalgalı oluyor ama havuz ve aqua park deniz yerini dolduruyor. Personel eğlenceli, çalışkan ve saygılı. Yemekler iyi, italyan a la carte’ı çok sevdik. Barda görevli birkaç kişi kokteyl yapmayı bilmiyordu, çok kötü kokteyller geldi ama iyi yapan personelleri bulunca hep onlara hazırlattık. Genel itibariyle memnun kaldık.

Temizlik çok iyi, yemekler güzel, hizmet güzel ancak otel çok geniş bir alanda dağılmış durumda ve yokuşlar çok. Bu nedenle Küçük çocuklu aileler için bir yere gitmek, denize inip çıkmak vs zor oluyor. Denize inen bir asansör var ama ana binada değilseniz shuttle kullanmak zorundasınız

Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren bereits im Pine Bay Hotel. Seitdem hat sich einiges im Positiven verändert. Die Zimmer sind jedoch wirklich nicht 5* gerecht.
Schwimmbecken und Kinderlandschaften gepflegt und reichlich.
Essen nicht Kantinenhaft, wie in manch anderen Hotels

Die gewünschten 250€ pro Nacht im Juni sind jedoch für dieses Hotel viel zu überteuert

Çok güzel bir tatil oteli

Otelin Yeri lokalizasyonu iyi, plajları çok alternatifli. Snack bar menülerinin farklı olması çok iyi. Alakart Balık restoran hizmet ve menü çok iyi. Tüm personel güleryüzle, hizmet kalitesi çok iyi. Yemekhanenin bulunduğu alanda özellikle balkonlu bölümün altına çok çöp atılmış. O çöpler mutlaka temizlenmeli. Otelin farkındalığı olsun diye belirtiyorum. İç mekan da ki çiçeklere bitkilere daha özenle basılmalı . Konsept iyi düşünülmüş ancak otelin çevre dostu olduğunu göstermek için bakımı daha iyi olmalı. Odaların konumu çok iyi düşünülmüş.Manzara süper. Tatil sonrası güzel bir hotelde tatil yaptım dedirtiyor.

3. konaklamamız. Otel uzun yıllardır popülaritesini kaybetmiyor. Harika konumunu, tecrübe ve yenilik ile birleştirebilmiş. Tek önerim kış sezonu kalabalık grup olduğunda Sunset Bar biraz yetersiz kalıyor. Bu arada yönetimin eski müşteri olduğumu hatırlayarak harika konumda bir oda ve ayrıca ikram göndermesi çok hoştu. Das Personal an der Lobby muss ich loben, sehr Professionell und Freundlich!

Im Allgemeinen war das Hotel sehr schmutzig, von Anreise bis zur Ausreise habe ich im Aufzug eklige flecken gesehen die nicht weg gewischt wurden.

Die Teppiche im gang waren immer dreckig,
Im Zimmer war es schmutzig flecken an der Bettwäsche und an der Gardine.

Im Hotel gibt es Regel die gut wären wenn man sich daran halten würde..
Das Springen ins Wasser ist verboten die Bademeister Interessiert das nicht die waren beschäftigt Frauen hinterher zu schauen während wir uns jeden Tag geärgert haben und keinen Entspannten urlaub hatten.

Im Restaurant fehlt die Hygiene!!!
Es gab Gäste die mit der Hand das essen rausgeholt haben das Personal hatte soviel zutun das sie das nicht sehen.
Im Restaurant gab es Personalmangel ich bekam mein Getränk erst wenn das Essen fertig war,
Das Essen allgemein hat nicht geschmeckt und war immer das selbe.

Very nice.

I was there with my family, so four people. June 27-30. For that we paid SEK 9,000 and it was definitely worth it. Also booked well in advance. We got to stay in a detached house from the hotel. It was definitely not five star standard but nice. The sea was wonderful and lots of fish to see.
the service was very good. the buffet during breakfast and dinner was huge. It was not a taste experience but well done and clean and there was a lot to choose from. Lots of people but we still found the place relatively easily.
The guests were polite even though there was a free bar.
A large comfortable slightly cooler indoor pool, and right outside a large warmer pool without disturbing music.
There was a large pool and children's pool but there was more disco and loud music.
But beware of the price. I watched with curiosity what the same number of days would cost in August if I booked now. 35,000 Swedish kronor. Definitely not worth it.

De zwembaden en dan met name het binnenzwembad is prachtig en met name een mooie combi voor de meivakantie. Het eten is geen 5 sterren waard. Verder wel een heel fijn hotel voor gezinnen met kinderen. Veel glijbanen en het hotel is heel sfeervol.

Otele giderken cok buyuk beklentiyle gitmemistik o yuzden sorun yasamadik. Personel sayisi azdi ancak personeller tum gucuyle calisiyordu. Bazi durumlarda yetisememeleri normal kendiniz kalkip isteidiginiz ne varsa alabilirsiniz. Personeller yettigi kadariyla size guler yuz ve hizmet vermeye calisiyor. Oda da 3 tane tek kisilik yatak vardi. Havuz cok sicak degildi. Otele havuz icin degil yeme icmeye ve doga yuruyusu icin gidilebilir. Otel cok buyuk bir otel. Kuslar baliklar meditasyon icin birebir. Spa kesinlikle yeterli degil. Pandemi yuzunden rezervasyon ile aliyorlar. Onceden gidip yer ayirtmakta fayda var. 30dk kullanim veriyorlar. Yemekler her ogun farkli cikiyor. Kendini tekrar eden bir otel degil. Yemek sirasi olmadi bizim gittimiz zamanda. Odalar temizdi. Otel biraz soguktu. Disarida isitma saglamadiklari icin insanlar iceride dolusmustu icecek suresince. Iceceklee fena degil dedigim gibi beklentiniz yuksek olmasin. 1 gece maksimum 2 gece hayatta bir kere konaklanabilir. Bir daha gitmem ama bir defaligina iyiki gittim diyorum.

Olumlu olarak, cocuklu aileler gidip kafa dinleyecegi bir hotel. A la carte restaurantlar başarılı. her konumda cafe -bar olması pratiklik katıyor. Diğerleri içinse 3. Günden sonra canınız sıkılır. Zira cumartesi akşamı bile 22.05den sonra herhangi bir etkinlik yok. Animasyon , eğlence açısından beklentimin çok uzağında kaldı.

Otelde korona tedbirleri alınmış, çalışanları güler yüzlüydü otel misafirlerine karşı. Kıdemli çalışanların çalışan gençleri azarlamalarına şahit olduk, otel misafirlerin yanında hiç hoş değildi. Biz şahit olmasak bile, hiç yapılmaması gereken birşey.

Otel büyük ve yapılacak çok şey var, doğa içerisinde çok güzel bir otel.

Havuzlar temiz değildi. Denizi de temiz değildi. Bardaki içecek seçenekleri çok kısıtlıydı. Alkolsüz kokteyl bile yoktu. Yemekleri lezzetliydi, fakat etleri (bilhassa kıymaları) kötüydü.

Minibar kötüydü; her gün iki kola, bir bira, bir fanta, iki su ve iki soda koyuyorlardı. All in bir otel için bence aşırı kısıtlı bir minibar.

Odalar iyi temizlenmiyordu, çöpler bile atılmıyordu. Yatak ötürleri iki güne bir değişiyordu.

Son olarak plaj ve havuz için havlu veriliyor fakat havluların bir çoğu ya yırtık ya kirli.

Son günümüzde late checkout istedik, fakat 3-4 saat için 50 euro istendi ve saat 15:00’e kadar kalabileceğimizi ilettiler. Bunu ilk kez yaşıyorum. All in otelde bir sürü ısraf varken, müşteriye kibarca 3’ten sonra burda kalamazsınız demek pekte misafir perver olmuyor.

lobide Eray isimli saygısız, kaba ve ukala bir görevli tarafından işlemlerimiz yapıldı ve bizimle tartıştığı için odamızın nerede olduğunu bile tarif etmedi, etrafta bellboy da olmadığı için uzun uğraşlar sonunda odamızı bulabildik, odalara girişte nedenini çözemediğimiz ağır bir koku var ya odalarda rutubet var ya da banya veya tuvaletten gelen kötü bir koku. Yemekler lezzetsiz, yemekte ızgaralar tamamen bitmedikçe aşçılar yenisini yapmıyorlar o yüzden uzun kuyruklar oluşuyor, restoran bölümündeki bar görevlisi çok kaba, sadece garsonlar güler yüzlüydü. Barmenlerden çerez isterseniz var mı diye sormayın sorduğunuz taktirde yok diyorlar ama direk çerez istiyorum derseniz vermek zorunda kalıyorlar.İçecekler çok kalitesiz, özellikle şarapları ve rakısı içilecek gibi değil. Kapalı havuzun olduğu yerde ısıtma sorunu var, her ne kadar kabul etmeseler de havuzun bulunduğu alan ve havuz suyu sıcaklığı olması gereken derecede değil.

Otele aynı dönemde ikinci gidişimiz. 3 yıl önceye göre epey gerilemiş. Zaten eski bir oteldi ama bakım yetersiz. Yenilemeye gidilmemiş odalar , yataklar eşyalar çok çok eski. Banyo tıkanıyor ve taşıyordu.Duşu açmamızla odaya kadar göl oldu her yeri. Havlu çarşaf her şey çok yıpranmış. Tesisi bu kadar güzel lokasyona ve imkana sahip bir yerin yenilenmeye gitmemesi çok üzücü. Yemekler çok çok kötüydü. Epey çeşit vardı ama içlerinde tadı düzgün bir şey bulmak çok zordu.İçkilerden bahsetmek bile istemiyorum. Biralar sulu, kokteyller sadece aromalı su... Odalara giderken geçilen koridorlar öyle soğuk ki kış için zorlayıcı büyüklükte bir yer. Yaz dönemi daha güzeldir, denenmeli diye düşünüyorduk ama döndükten sonra havuzdan mikrop kaptığımı da öğrenince benim için bu otel üçüncü bir şansı hak etmiyor artık. Kongre ve toplantıların vazgeçilmez tercihiyiz havasındalar ama yakın zamanda yenilenme ve tadilata önem vermezlerse kimsenin tercih edeceğini sanmıyorum.

Odalar gerçekten çok eskimiş artık. Yataklar hiç rahat değildi. Oda alerjik bünyelere iyi gelmeyen cinsten aşırı tozluydu, öksürmekten uyuyamadım. Havuz çok kalabalıktı, çocuk gürültüsü çok fazla dinlenmek imkansız. Yemekler ve personel gayet iyiydi.

Bu kadar büyük bir tesiste kapalı disco/ bar eğlenecek alan bulunmaması büyük bir eksi. Otelin açık bir katında düzenlenen canlı müzik/ DJ vasattı. O kadar konaklayan misafirlerin akşam eğlenebileceği bir yer olmalı.
