Communication before the booking was very poor through messaging in the hotels.com app and over the phone. I called for five times and was left on hold between getting passed around between different staff that couldn’t speak English.
My parents enjoyed their stay but felt they weren’t given an actual sea view room despite paying for it.
Staff was nice but I wouldn’t rate this a dive star hotel experience.

Really lovely hotel but we went at a very quiet time of year (April) so there was not much to do and many of the bars, restaurants and other facilities were closed.

What a fabulous hotel…

What a fabulous hotel… All Inclusive, plenty of food options with great variety, spacious, and very clean. They take very good care of the hotel and all the facilities offered. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean/beach. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel had great night events, including one night with a DJ and alien out of this world decorations, which were enjoyed by all ages. They make you feel very comfortable. Easy to get around from the hotel, taxis are available outside the front of the hotel and can get you into Kusadasi in 10 minutes. Will definitely book again.

Family friendly resort. A lot of good food. Perfect sea view and many swimming pools. Live music and activities until midnight close to local market and port. We had a good time. But, Front desk not as Professional As I was expecting for 5 star hotel.

Nice Beach, horrible food

I chose this hotel due to its beautiful beach, but I was really disappointed with the service quality.
The most of the staff work long hours and the food was absolutely terrible for the price. They use the worst quality ingredients which is not acceptable for the price they charge.
Also, they only gave 1 key for even big families, so you have to constantly plan for going to your room with the rest of your group.
Lastly, you can only get fresh pool towels in a 2 hour time frame per day, if you miss that, you simply have to use your old dirty towel.

Good location but poor facilities

I never will back there. though this hotel is in a good location and big area, but staff are terrible and not friendly (even in some case they were rude). I have many problem to communication with them even reception was not able to speak English. there were no entertaining programs. All restaurant where closed. Finally, I wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Quality hotel on beach with good sea swimming

We were impressed with this hotel. Rooms are spacious and well equipped as per website. Meals are buffet style and there is wide choice in the all inclusive package. The staff were all very helpful and the waiters in particular were friendly and offered every assistance. The location is attractive being on one end of a long sandy beach. Views stretch out over the attractive bay over the Aegean to Samos. And, with a dolmus stop right outside, so getting to nearby towns was cheap.

Beach is narrow but the sea is very clean and clear. The beach shelves gradually so it is super for swimming, even for small children.

Minor gripe for us would be the fact that smoking is allowed in open air restaurants - not inside. That is a british thing though. Many guests were Turkish or east europeans who smoke.

Excellent hotel!

Tusan is a beautiful hotel with a great location. The front desk managers are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Hotel was completely full and a little hectic when we were there but that's something out of the hotel's control, and they were managing everything nicely. Overall, great facilities with fantastic entertainment, we recommend 100%!

All inclusive resort hotel with private beach

We were really pleased with this hotel. It has a resort feel, away from the main town, is all-inclusive and has several wonderful swimming pools. The service was very good, more than we expected, good entertainment in the evening and lots to do for children with their own adventure water play area set separately away from the main pools. It is a large hotel, but never felt overcrowded, even though we went high season. Beautiful massive covered veranda overlooking the sea, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. The rooms are modern and comfortable, flat screen tv, zircon and shower room, and all rooms seem to have sea views. The staff were all really helpful. There are a number of shops on site, and a hairdresser. The communal areas are large and modern, and it takes a few days to discover all the areas of the hotel, so there is a lot to offer. We were glad to note the many different nationalities holidaying at the hotel. There is a marvellous hammam/spa on site. Overall, a lovely hotel with a real resort feel, and plenty of variety for all tastes.

Tusan worst experience in Turkey

I have never rated a hotel but this hotel was so bad I don't want others to have the same experience. unless they offer the stay for the price you can't say no to don't book the hotel. such a beautiful location and hotel but customer service at every level I interacted was bad and rude in most cases.

In room only first day of arrival they give you free bottle of water and tea with coffee after no more
Tea in the lobby by time only from 4 to 5 pm
No tea or coffee after dinner
So what all inclusive means I want your reply or my money back

we stayed only one night since the hotel is close to ephesus ruins. it's a nice facility, close to the beach, family friendly. food and drinks were good, you coul get 24/7 food and drinks.

There were a couple of things I was not satisfied with. First, I was very disappointed with the pool hours. 8pm closing time is too early for people there on vacation and the beach was also closed. The shower in our room was cover with half glass shield and allowed water to spill excessively on the bathroom floor. The floor towel was soaked immediately when the shower was turned on. Hotel staff does not provide any transportation information regarding shuttles, buses or any other type. Yes, taxis were available but there should have offered other alternatives.

Dream vacation spot for middle class

The staff is not very respectful. The food quality is not very good (this is an all-inclusive resort). It is hard to get good quality drinks because everyone rushes to the bar about the same time for the free drinks. That said it seemed like all the middle class families from around the world (mostly Western Europe) seemed very content just with the beautiful beach, swimming pool, and the scenery.. I am not in the same demographics with those other guests and regretted staying here.

How I found Paradise

Greetings,
this is Theresa, when I booked this vacation I had no idea what a beautiful country Turkey is. I took a taxi to the Tusan Beach Hotel, when I saw the beaches an crystal blue waters I feel in love. Upon arriving at the Tusan Beach Hotel I was greeted with the most friendly people who made me feel more like a friend returning home then a guest. I was given a green wrist band to wear, which I still have on today. When I was taken to my room on the 5th floor it was large an clean and had everything I needed. I stepped out on the .the balcony my breath was taken away. I said I have truly found PARADISE as the view is to die for. The hotel food is excellent there are so many restaurants to chose from, small wonderful shops, pools, night life an the spa, well I spent every ay there.
I highly recommend the Tusan Beach Resort to you and if you take your family there you will be happy as they also are very children friendly, there is a place for your little ones to be watched after, to swim, play and should you wish the parents want to have some time to your self, they a save place your children can be looked after.
So, my friends, go to the place I call my Paradise The Tusan Beach Resort, in Kusadasi, Turkey.

Otel oldukça temizdi, sabah ve akşam yemeği çeşidi ve lezzeti iyiydi. Personel güleryüzlüydü çoğu yabancı ve Türkçe bilmiyorlar. Neden 3 yıldız, odalarda su ve su ısıtıcı yoktu. En küçük otellerde bile var. Ayrıca içecekler ücretli 1 şişe su (1.5 tl) 150 tl yazdılar. Kahve 220 tl anlamsız ücretler. Hamam var ücretli giriş. Yani anlayacağınız fiyatı düşük tutup kalan tüm hizmetlere yüklenmişler. Yazık

Otel resmi olarak 5 yıldızlı olarak görünüyor ama şahsi deneyimine göre 4 yıldızlı bir tesis. Fiyatına göre de alınan hizmet gayet makul. Personelden herhangi bir talep olduğunda , ellerindeki imkan dahilinde yapmaya çalışıyorlar. Yemekler ne kötü ne iyi orta seviye.

Hotel 5 stelle secondo i parametri Turchi ma paragonabile ad un 3/4 stelle Italiano. Personale di sala troppo invadente. Praticamente portavano via i piatti da sotto il naso anche se uno non aveva ancora finito di mangiare.
Spiaggia praticamente inesistente. Non tornerò.

Der Blick vom Hotel aufs Meer war super, das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Meer war sauber und das Essen sehr gut. Insgesamt war alles bestens für einen schönen Urlaub.

Preis leistung ist top, am meisten hat mir das essen gefallen, sehr abwechslungsreich und schmeckt auch super. Internetverbindung gibt es auch aber verbindung ist miserabel. Hotel ist 5 Sterne, aber es gibt viel bessere hotels kosten aber auch dementsprechend. Für Hamam, zimmersafe, etc. muss man extra bezahlen.

Deluxe Zimmer eine reinste Katastrophe…. Abgenutzte Möbel und eine defekte Dusche. Haben uns 4 Tage lang beschwert, aber es hat niemanden interessiert. Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und nicht kompetent!!!! Bedienung und Service im ganzen Hotel lustlos und langsam. Tische wurden erst mach einer Aufforderung sauber gemacht. Putzfrauen auch überhaupt nicht gründlich, weder auf dem Zimmer noch in der Hotelanlage. Tagsüber Animation sehr langweilig. Abendshows waren wirklich gut. Essen wenig Auswahl aber guter Geschmack. Getränke waren in Ordnung. Insgesamt würde ich für das Geld nicht nochmal hin.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Traveled as couple. Nice, romantic trip. Beautiful sea view, rooms were quiet, staff so attentive, great private beach. Buffet food was good set on nice terrace, but was loud because busy and lots of families with children. Offered at least 4-5 hot selections and plenty of cold mezze, salad, soups, breads and desserts. A la carte restaurants only for weekly stay guests. Various food options available almost 24hrs. Beautiful, clean, calm private beach. Beach chairs reserved early but plenty on upper level if you want shade. Great value for what they offered. Would stay again.

Grundsätzlich war das Hotel in Ordnung und für Kinder und Kleinkinder super geeignet. Es gibt insgesamt vier Pools und das Meer. Das Essen wurde nach dem dritten Tag etwas eintönig. Das Meer ist zwar ein Sandstand allerdings ist der Anfangseintritt ins mehr steinig, sehr steinig. Das Hotel ist hauptsächlich gefühlt mit Azubis besetzt, die dementsprechend etwas unbeholfen teilweise wirkten. Alles in einem war das Hotel in Ordnung, aufgrund der vielen Bademöglichkeiten und dem Spa Bereich. Nochmal würde ich es allerdings nicht auswählen.
Das Hotel hat eine Top Lage! Sehr privilegiert.

Çıkış yaparken oda bilgisi sorduğumda yeterli bilgi verilmedi. Satın aldığım odadan daha küçük bir oda verildiğini düşünüyorum fotoğraflardaki boyutlarda değil kanepe yoktu yalnızca yatak yanında bir berjer vardı. Yemekler genel olarak vasat diyebilirim. Çok ilgili çalışanlarla birlikte asık suratlı ve ilgisiz çalışanlarda vardı ancak mevcut durum itibariyle hoş görülebilir herhangi bir çalışandan kötü bir enerji almadık. Büyük havuz ve plajda şezlong sayısı yetersizdi. Büyük ve kalabalık bir otel, tercih ediliyor olması iyi olarak düşünülsede gerek akşam oturma alanları ve bahsettiğim diğer durumlarla birlikte bir memnuniyetsizlik oluşturabilir. Genel olarak f/p olarak tercih edilebilir.

Bu fiyata daha iyi oteller var. Yemekleri aşırı lezzetsiz ve çeşitliliği yok. Kırmızı Et yok sebze yok. Sadece tavuk eti hindi eti balık var. Mezeler lezzetsiz kullandıkları yağ kötü. Havuz inanılmaz küçük. Sadece denizi güzel oda öğlene kadar sonrasında kıyıya yosunlar vuruyor. Tekrar asla tercih etmiyeceğim bir otel.

resepsiyon giriş biraz kalabalıktı, onun haricinde herşey güzel. odalar temiz ve bakımlı, yemekler çeşitlli ve lezzetli, denize gün içinde ve sabah girmek gerekli. akşam üstüne doğru denizin kıyıları kirleniyor. ana havuz kapasiteye göre biraz küçük ama çocuklu aileler için çok ideal. ve eğlenceli. çocuk havuzu dahil 3-4 adet havuz var. personel ilgili bardaki içecekler normalin üstü idare eder. vermiş olduğunuz paraya değer.

Ein zu empfehlendes Hotel. Die Zimmer und die öffentlichen Bereiche sehr sauber. Man fühlt sich wohl.
Die Getränke-Auswahl an den Bars lässt etwas zu Wünschen übrig. Aber der All-Inklusive Preis ist auch günstig. Service-Personal teils super, teils leider enttäuschend. Ümit von der Gästebetreuung ist Top!!

Meer total schön und klar aber der Sand kommt leider etwas später, man muss aufpassen das man nicht nach einem Schritt doch auf Steine tretet, kann man nicht so ganz einschätzen

+ Sehr gute Lage des Hotels, direkt am Strand.
+ Schöner, allerdings ein etwas zu schmaler Privatstrand
+ Die Anlage an sich (Bars, Pools usw.)

Negativ:

- Safe ist gebührenpflichtig.
- Die Zimmer haben einen sehr alten und unhygienischen Zustand (vergilbte Toilettenbrille, schwarze Schimmelspuren an den weißen Silikonfugen, Abflussgeruch,...)
- Ständig unterbrochener W-Lan Empfang.
- Mitarbeiter haben sich untereinander öfters mal gestritten
- Wasser in der Mini-Bar wurde nie aufgefüllt

Yemekler başarisiz, garsonlar kürtçe konuşuyor kendi aralarinda sanki arkandan konuşur gibi ve laubali, animasyon ekibi ortada yok, barlar az vs. Bu otelin yerine palm wings ephesus, ephesia beach resort ve ramadayi tavsiye ederim

Tusan otelde kalmisligim var ve cok begenirim. Bu yuzden misafirlerimi orada agirlamak istedim fakat giris yaparken ilk esnada hotels.com uzerinden yapilan rezervasyonu bulamamalari beni misafirlerime karsi mahcup etti. Sonrasinda sorun giderildi fakat ilk irtiba onemlidir, beni bu durum hayal kirikligina ugratti.
Haricinde her seyin guzel oldugunu iletti misafirlerim.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hoteleigenem Sandstrand, der sehr flach abfällt. Auch sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, da auch liebevolles Kinderparadies (für kleinere Kinder) vorhanden und etwas abgelegen vom Strand und vom großen Pool. Dadurch keine Lärmbelästigung durch Kindergeschrei.

oda temizliği iyiydi. yataklar sert ama ben rahat ettim. wifi çok yavaş.
yemekler vasattı. ana restoranda çay yoktu. meyve suyu desen ne idüğü belirsiz. mutfak ekibi fena değildi ancak garsonlar çok kötü.
güvenlik ekibi de iyiydi.
deniz sabahları iyi, ikindi sonrası rüzgar nedeniyle dalgalı oluyor.
kesinlikle fiyatını haketmediğini düşünüyorum.

- im internet wurde ein Fitness angeboten, dies gab es auch nicht !!!

Es ist ein sehr altes Hotel!
Die strandliegen waren alt, kaputt und dreckig
