We stayed in a two-bedroom family villa, which was nice overall. The only issue was the bathroom door — it was made of glass and didn’t close properly, so it lacked privacy. We had to take turns for showers to manage that.

Access to the beach was from the top restaurant level via stairs, and getting back up was quite a hike. Most of the staff seemed a bit grumpy, except for one lovely lady named Songül, who was very helpful and cheerful.

• Food: Limited hot options and hot meals often arrived cold because of long queues; good variety of salads and cold dishes; no table service for drinks — you collect your own.
• Accommodation: Villas need refurbishment; sash window in our villa detached when opened, which felt unsafe.
• Access and location: Spectacular hillside setting with excellent views; however there is a long, steep climb with many steps down to the beach and back up to the villas, so not suitable for those who struggle with stairs. A tractor-and-trailer shuttle runs to the beach at regular intervals if you don’t want to walk.
• Pool and sunbathing: Attractive pool areas, but loungers fill up quickly — even in October you need to be fast to secure one.

A very average stay

I stayed for 6 nights. The first room I checked into was unsafe. The floor was uneven and I fell. The second room also had flooring that was beginning to lift and was well worn. The bed was like a brick but I was able to get a foam topper and this helped somewhat.
There are 3 lifts but it was rare that all 3 were in working order at the same time. This meant long waits.
The buffet area had lots of variety but the food was rarely more than luke warm. I asked for gluten free bread and was told they didn’t have any and would not be getting any in.
On the plus side there were never any issues getting a sun lounger and a foam topper.
The hotel is in a rural location. The local busses stop at the hotel entrance and are cheap. A one way taxi into Kusadasi was about 20 euro.

Excellent hotel! Many things to do and very close to Ephesus, the house of the Virgin Mary. Bus 1 stop in front of the hotel and takes you to Kusadasi port and center which is BEAUTIFUL!!!

I highly recommend Labranda for couples with young kids and teens. I was in the area for business and stayed there…it was not ideal for single travelers but still very nice. The staff was fantastic, the food was decent and the views were really nice.

I used the hotel as a hub to visit historic sites. The food at the fish restaurant is amazing. Expect to see bird poop on the veranda rails of the main restaurant. The property is on a hill and if you have bad knees you better be prepared or call reception for the bell boy to take you up or down with the cart. I do not like cold water, so I didn’t swim at all in any of their pools. There is a local bus that stops outside the hotel that goes to Kusiadase. I was very upset that security did not allow my friend to drop me at the reception. The guard didn’t even bother to call reception so I had to walk all the way frim the ebtrance to my villa. The staff at the reception are all smiles but never felt they were genuine. The cleaning ladies, the waiters, the tractor driver, and the gardener are behind the good image of this hotel and the nice memories I have from my stay.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness and location of the property. On the opposite side, I very much disliked the quality and taste of the food. Especially, grilling frozen food, turkey meat, and “unknown” fish and serving them frequently was extremely disappointing! A true 5-star property should offer the real Turkish cuisine to its guests..

Slow and chaotic check in process

The hotel is OK, Check-in was very difficult. It took almost 45 minutes. I parked the car in front of the hotel and waited 10 mins, No one showed up, then left the car and went inside, they gave me so many forms to fill, it took almost 20 minutes to fill it all. Meanwhile there was a tour bus outside trying to turn in a narrow road, I had to go back and forth to the car a couple of times. Then I parked the car in the parking lot, leaving all the luggages is in the trunk, No one asked them, anyways check-in it was a chaos. The food, and the services OK. They have only three small elevators going to the Restaurant and the pool area.

It’s a huge hotel and you need to hike in order to reach the restaurant, pool and beach there is no wifi in the room, the food was ok but not special, when you have an issue you need to call reception many times in order to resolve it. the beach could be better, overall It’s average hotel and suitable for short stays 2 or 3 night max.

The hotel was good I’m the main areas, but the standard rooms do not deserve 5stars whatsoever. It smells of damp, the bathroom needed to be redone, the floor in the room needs updating and the headboard of the bed seemed to be the cause of mouldy smell in the room.

Only go there if you can book this place at a very low price, max $40 per night as if u pay anymore you will be hugely disappointed. Everything is very low quality and things have not been maintain to the best of standards. The food is terrible at times and bearable at others. The rooms themselves are nice enough though I highly advised to avoid the villas and try to stay in the main building. The property is located on a cliff so its feels like a hike every time you decide to go to the beach. Location is a bit nice for day trips. Overall, I would say that you get what u pay for here so don't have much high expectations.

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Fantastic spa area for treatments and fantastic pools.

Claimed to be 5 star but more 4 star due to:
Some to some areas needing updating for example round the pool and beach
No table service in the bars or main restaurant (for drinks).
Poor local alcoholic drinks and mixers within all inclusive offering
Room air con not working with out an engineer

Overall we were pleased with the hotel, the food was pretty good, the staff were friendly and everything was clean. On arrival we were a little dissapointing to find we were not in the main hotel and our room was in a villa setting quite high up, with a climb up several flights of steps.
The sea front was also down a steep hill, which made if difficult to get to.
Those with mobility problems should beware of this.

Good place for value

The hotel is located ina hill, going all the way down to the beach. We really liked the place. We stayed in the villas, with a great view. The whole facility was in good conditions, although the bathrooms in the public areas could be upgraded. The food was really good, and drinks could be got at the bar and during dinner. For the dinners at the special restaurants the alcoholic drinks, which is fare due to the price we paid. There are some steps to go to the beach, but they also offer a shuttle every half an hour.
We really enjoyed our stay, and recommend the place

Cheap hotel with cheap service. Not a 5*

Hotel will be nicer in summer when they open it properly and tidy it up. Just don't stay there in March. Also the hotel isn't 5 stars it is more like 3. There were issues with the hot water, extra charges in the a la carte, rude staff, spa not fully functioning etc. Location is out of town but nice views. You'll most likely stay in the villas too so if you plan on going and don't like walking then book the main hotel.

Das Essen war von minderer Qualität, kaum abwechslungsreich und oft kalt.

Es gab lange Schlangen in den Restaurants, da zu wenig Personal vorhanden war.

Mehrere gastronomische Einrichtungen und Servicebereiche waren geschlossen oder nicht funktionsfähig.

Der allgemeine Zustand des Hotels entspricht keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Niveau (Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Servicequalität).

Kellner total unfreundlich und bei den leichtesten Bestellungen überfordert. Sie werden den Gästen gegenüber laut und beleidigend. Die Dame hat an der Rezeption falsche Informationen gegeben, wir hätten fast unsere weitere Busfahrt wegen ihr umbuchen müssen. Der Herr (Umut Bey) hat sich um unser Anliegen gekümmert und konnte es in wenigen Minuten lösen.
Die Zimmer sind schön, aber unnormal dreckig, Handtücher werden erst beim dritten Mal der Nachfragen aufgefüllt. Frische bezogene Betten sind trotzdem dreckig. Das Essen ist schrecklich, alles schmeckt gleich aber trotzdem nach nichts und es gibt keine Alternative. Diese Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt und dazu auch noch schlecht.
Die bekanntesten Cocktails gibt es nicht, wie zum Beispiel Mojitos. Auf Nachfrage wurde der Kellner auch wütend so das ich nichts mehr bestellte.
Die Tische von keiner Bar oder auch Restaurant werden regelmäßig abgeräumt, man muss regelrecht an den voll gepackten Tisch von den Vorgängern sitzen.
Die Poolgröße ist gut, aber der ist sehr verdreckt und hatte jeden Tag eine andere Farbe aufgrund der Verdreckungen. Im Hotel gibt es zu wenige Liegen, da bräuchte man Nachschub um den Gästen gerecht zu werden.
Hunde sind für mich absolut kein Problem, aber bitte dich nicht im Pool und auch nicht im Restaurant.
Allgemein war dieser Aufenthalt nicht schön und keinen Cent wert. Wir können dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen und bereuen unseren Aufenthalt sehr.

Son dakika aldığım Promosyon odam bungolov giriş katıydı. Kendimize ait seçimli balkonu vardı. Odamız Beklediğimden çok büyük ve temizdi. Yemekler ortalama. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi.plaja 10 dakikada bir ring vardı. Sadece düz ayak bi yer olmasını isterdim ama o da coğrafik bir durum😁
Olumsuz olarak havuz bana çok hijhenik gelmedi.

Otel bir tepenin üzerinde, sürekli inip çıkıyorsun tatil esnasında. Eğer yürümek istemiyorsan sahile traktör otel içerisinde de asansör var onlarda da sürekli tabiki sıra. Eğer bungalov kısmındaysa odanız mecburen sürekli tırmanış yapacaksınız. Yemekler Labranda zincir oteline göre çok vasat. Personel çok gayretli ve nazik ellerinden geldiğince eksikleri gideriyorlar. Ben Hotelzs.com dan çok ucuza bilet bulabildiğim için çok umursamadım lakin büyük paralar verilip kalınacak bir tesis değil bence. Ayrıca Güvenlik Adem arabayı çektirmek için beni havuzdan çıkarıp oradan 8 kat yukarı ve oradan da dağın başındaki odama anahtar almaya çıkardığını ve aynı yerde sürekli başka arabaların Park ettiğini unutmayacağım. Son olarak biz hayvan dostu otel olduğu için seçtik. O yönden bir problem yok, küçük dostlarınız sıkıntı çekmez.

Konumu ve manzarası çok güzel, en büyük artısı da bu calışanlar ilgili, bungolovlar arkada uzak kalıyor ama agaclarin içinde olduğu için problem değil. Açık alanda kapalı şişe su vermesi hoşuma gitti ama bunların dışında Malesef yemekler ve içecekler vasat uzun kalacaksanız can sıkar, parasina göre idare eder. Çok güzel bir şarap evi yapılmış ama atıl kalmış şaraplar pahalı yanında nohut veriyorlar başka ikram yok (peynir tabağı olabilirdi) .

Bazı yorumları okuyup çok tereddüt etmiştim bu otele rezervasyon yaparken ama hizmet konaklama yemekler hepsi bir harikaydı tüm çalışanlar güler yuzlu tekrar tekrar gelebilir bu otele gönül rahatlığı ile gidilebilir.

Hotel is perfect except for the baristas. They fulfill all the requests of foreign guests but whenever we wanted for ice coffee, received negative answers. (The coffee machine was working) Another guest (esspecially a foreign guest) could get ice coffee whenever they wanted. If we ignore this issue, we liked all dishes and desserts, pools, room (it was very comfortable), and cleaning too much.

Otel konum ve ulaşım olarak güzel odalar geniş ferah fakat havasız ve klimalar yetersiz gibi yemek ve olanaklar güzel havuzu temiz plaj yeterli ve güzel ama odadan denize inmek ve çıkmak biraz yoruyor deniz maalesef bulanık ve kumlu su sporları da çok yakın olduğu için deniz iyice bulanıklaşıyor

Hotel konum olarak guzel. Odalari ferah. Yemek cesidi cok ama sanirim ascilari cok kotu. Ellerinde malzemeyle nasil kotu yemek yaparim diye ugras vermisler. Onun disinda eglenceli guzel bir hotel. Denizi de fena degil.

Denizi gerçekten çok kötü , denizin içi bataklık , yamaça kurulmuş bir otel ,sahile gitmek için shuttle bekliyorsunuz , merdivenler çok dik taşları eğri , iniş oldukça tehlikeli, denize girmeyi sevmiyorsanız, havuz merkezi yerde . Ana binada konakladık , oda ve manzara güzeldi. Ancak arka taraftaki odalar, restoran ve havuzdan oldukça uzak. Yemekler vasat , sürekli hazır köfte vardı , zeytinyağlılar iyi , tatlılar lezzzetsiz . Tekrar gitmeyi tercih edeceğim bir yer değil

Tesis konum itibariyle bir yamaca kurulu odalar otelinde yaşı geregi biraz eski durumda, bungalov evler ana binadan ayrı bir alanda ve ulaşım oldukça zorluyor bir traktör ile servis yapıyorlar ama daha farklı bir çözüme ihtiyaç olduğu kesin. Yemekler genelde tekrar eden menüler, kahvaltı salad bar ve tatlı çeşitleri zengin ben alkol kullanmiyorum ama kalite yüksek olmasada çeşit fazla gibi duruyor. Saçma bir durum olarak otelde 4 restoran var sadece ana restoran rezervasyonsuz diger restoranlar konsept geregi rezervasyonlu ama ana restoranda yetersiz kalıyor surekli bir yer kapma telaşı var. Havuz 4 adet ama biz konaklarken kapalı havuz kullanim dışıydı. Diger 3 havuzda da en çok ana havuz kullanılıyordu orada da yine geç kalırsanız boş şezlong bulmak imkansız yeterli şezlong yok. Genel olarak fiyat performans olarak degerlendirirsek fiyatına göre tercih edilebilecek bir seçenektir.

Oteli ilk defa deneyimledim. Yemekler, temizlik havuz gayet başarılıydı. Fakat odaları bungalovlardan tutmuştuk ne kadar mesafede olduğunu bilmeden bir buçuk yaşındaki kızımızla çok zorlandık evler çok yukarda havuza restauranta inmek için epey yürünüyor 2 asansör çalışıyor ve yetersiz ilk gün denize indik çok aşırı yorucuydu. Tercih edecekler ana bina odalarından tercih etmeli hele ki çocuklu olanlar. Animatörler heleki özlem mini clupta kızımızla çok ilgilendi çok güler yüzlü. Yinede tüm yorgunluğa ragmen güzel bi tatildi.

Herşey dahil olarak otelde kaldık yemekler güzeldi aç kalma şansınız yok odalar temizdi herşeyi düşünmüşler ama yangından kaynaklı elektrikler kesildi ve kesintiyle beraber asansör bozuldu toplamda 3 asansör varken 1 tane kaldı bol bol spor yaptık ve denizi güzel değil biz bütün zamanımızı havuzda geçirdik

Otelin konumu yeri muhteşem. Önceliği deniz olanlar başka bir yere bakabilir denizi kötü çünkü .Yemekler genel olarak yeterli ama meyve ve çerez olarak seçenek çok az hatta hiç yok gibiydi. Alkollerin kalitesi kötü. Devamlı asansör kullanmak insanı yoruyor. 3 asansör vardı 1 tanesi arızalıydı o yapılırsa yeterli olur. Personeller ve çalışanlar çok iyi ilgili ve yardımsever. Otel çok temizdi.
