Capital Hotel & Resort Seminyak - Amazing Hotel, the stay is always great here. The staff make this feel like a home away from home! When im in Bali all my friends know this is where I will be. Special thanks to Nova for always making sure im well looked after and for teaching me some places to visit in Bali! All the staff are wonderful and do really look after me!

Convenient location, very friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable and large.

However, sound proofing on ground floor was horrible - conversations outside (by the pool area) were very clearly audible within the room, many of which would happen whilst we were trying to sleep (e.g. 11 pm and 4:30 am).

Additionally the wifi was non-existent; there was a wifi network, but we never got service from in the multiple days we were there despite our best efforts.

Thin walls, excessive noise from neighboring rooms, even in normal conversation volume. 5 sleepless nights, only last night was slightly quieter. Called reception twice, security activated twice, still futile. Room change didn't help. Towels were dirty, black, and had bloodstains. Afternoons were quietest as guests were out. Location is good, but soundproofing claims were false. Massage services were skilled, though.

Hôtel ok.
Bien situé mais a besoin de rénovation.
Il y a des traces d’humidité partout.
Le petit déjeuner est très limité et toujours la même chose.
Les espaces communs sont très chauds et le gym est un sauna! Ils veulent pas partir l’air climatisé!
Les serviettes propres sont souvent sales avec des taches jaunes. J’ai demandé de les changer à chaque fois.
Les chambres communicantes sont bruyantes.
Les gens qui y travaillent sont très gentils et serviables toujours le sourire dessiné sur le visage.
Pour moi c’est un hôtel 3 étoiles et pas 4.

Just a basic hotel nothing fancy all that impressive. Towels yellow, not too white, cell phone connection are low signal downstairs the lobby has no AC very very hot. Breakfast is not really great.

One night stay

Jut stayed for one night.

Lobby entrance is around the side of the building with the restaurant taking front and center of the building so was a bit misleading initially but found it easily after that.

Hotel is a bit dated but comfortable. Conveniently located in Seminyak with a supermarket next door for your needs and cafes/restaurants within walking distance as well.

Didnt get to use the facilities like the pool but gym looked small but with decent equipment including barbells etc.

Our stay was overall pretty good, the room and bathroom was very clean and well maintained. My only issues were that the water in the shower wouldnt stay at one temperature, you could hear noise from the hallway and although they stated that breakfast was from 7-10am - we went one morning around 7.20 and it wasnt ready yet. But pretty minor issues. Overall happy with our accommodation and would stay again.

There is NO WAY this is a 4 star or even a 3 star hotel. Is very outdated and considering that I paid less for a better standard just five mins walk from The Capital, this rating should be reviewed. There was mould in the room, overwhelming smell, toilet stank of pee and we even asked to be cleaned again after checking in. Furnishings looked tired and old, several defects. There were stains in the bed sheets and worse, middle of the night woke up with a scratching noise, there was a mice/rat. Breakfast was awful, despite their best efforts, I had just a toast. Luckily the location is good so had breakfast elsewhere. That said, not even worth the €50 paid for it, the owner needs to stop calling this a four star, close it and refurbish it or get out of business.

The staff was exceptional! They were ready to assist with anything big or small, from warming your food to scheduling excursions and or transport. Breakfast was a great selection of rice, pasta, cereal, eggs, juice, fruit, etc. If your a vegetarian don't fret you'll be fine. This property is very environmentally friendly as you need your key for the electricity and when you leave everything shuts off. The pool hosts karaoke, so it’s a great way to meet other travelers or create memories with the people you’re on holiday with. It’s a great stay if you want to be in the heart of the city. For instance, for a 10-minute walk, you will have 15 food options, 5 spas, street vendors, and more. All in all, the staff will ensure your stay is excellent!

Only good thing about it is the location.
Rooms.. towels and bedding are dirty.
Water dripping from the roof, shower doesn’t drain, walls aren’t sound proof.
Only 1 tv channel in English, and no streaming apps
The gym.. oh god it’s embarrassing to even call that a gym.
‘Buffet breakfast’.. don’t even bother.

My partner and I had to last minute book this accommodations due to our other accommodation being terrible, The staff were amazing they provided us with comfort and support. The room is large with a huge bed! Everything was clean. We arrived and our ac wasn’t working, it was fixed within 10 minutes. The upstairs sky bar is great the pool so clean and bar service was great! They also provide a shuttle to the airport for a low charge! We will definitely be coming back on our next stay

One of the most solid sub $50 hotels near the beac

This hotel seems to be one of the better ones for the price. They have an underappreciated roof bar, friendly bartenders and a clean pool. The front desk attendants were also very nice. The gym is really exceptional (for a hotel). The room is for clean but a little bit in need of maintenamce. The a/a just barely kept the room comfortable but the doors to the outside allow a lot of warm air through so keep the windows blinds shut. Great location. Oh, the business center is a joke. You can't have a conversation in it because of the echo.

Property was much better than anticipated after reading many Google reviews. Interior is showing its age and a bit \"dated\" but the room was comfortable with cold aircon. Walls are thin and various adult sounds may be heard from the next room ,). The restaurant for lunch and dinner outsources its food and may be \"out of stock\" on many items listed on the menu but there are many food choices close by. Gym is a bit small for a hotel of this size. Employees were pleasant and helpful. I would return for a future stay.

Used sheets and old towels (bedbugs)

First thing when we arrived they did not have any dry pillow cases so they brought up wet ones that we had to put on ourselfs. Then we noticed the bed sheets were all dirty, the towels had stains on them everywhere like they where so old and used. During our stay they never changed our sheets or towels. My boyfriend got spots on his legs, we can just assume it was because of how dirty it was or bed bugs. Then when we was checking out they showed us a picture of a dirty towel and said we needed to pay extra so they could clean it. The towel was dirty when we got there. We think they have a picture of a towel in their phone and show it to all customers at the end of their stay to make them pay extra because there is no way to prove we did not make them dirty like that.
Besides that the hotel was neither clean or nice in any way, the room feel like a hostel so noisy and you can hear your neighbors breath. I would recommend you to choose another hotel. And for the people working at the capital, please buy new towels with the money we had to pay you extra :)

They say there are two restaurants but neither were open. Breakfast only. My room wasn’t made up even when i was out and had the “make my room up” button on for hours. The trolley was on the floor the entire time and only a small amount of rooms. The doors are extremely loud so it was really hard to sleep and the constant slamming would wake you up. Staff were lovely but it was a disappointing experience. My room was pool access but you can’t access your room outside with swipe card so you have to lock it and then go out the corridor, which defeats the purpose. There are better places to stay

The staff were lovely but the Capital Hotel was far from a good stay. It was damp and musty with electrical and water issues.

Five days out of our 11 days had issues. Two days with no power or aircon and a day without water. A day where we were asked to stay out until after 2pm and on our first day the room we booked wasn’t available so we were downgraded.

We insisted on a refund for those days but despite it being approved the inconvenience outweighed the money. I do not recommend this property.

2泊3日短期での利用でした。
【立地】
真隣にペピートスーパーマーケットがあります。
また、徒歩圏内に飲食店が複数ありました。
おしゃれなカフェやコンビニ、ランドリーも徒歩圏内にあるため生活には何も不自由がありませんでした。
ここに限った話ではありませんが、ホテルの前の歩道が狭く交通量が多いため小さなお子様連れの場合は目を離すとやや危険かもしれません。

【チェックイン】
ここで頂くジュースが美味しかったです。
よくある普通のチェックインを済ませお部屋の鍵をいただくのと、WiFiの設定を行います。
WiFiの設定がちゃんとできたか確認してもらえたのが何気ない話ですが嬉しかったです。

【お部屋】
大変シンプルなお部屋ですが、大きな窓があり開放感があります。
また、シンプルですが必要なものが全て揃っています。
冷蔵庫はよく冷えます。
エアコンもよく冷えますが、エアコンのフォルターから水滴が垂れてきて水溜りになってしまうことがありました。滑りやすいのできをつけたほうがいいです。
リゾートホテルによくある薄暗いおしゃれな照明ではなく、ちゃんと明るい照明なのも嬉しかったです。
テレビは日本語のチャンネルは1つ見られました。
YouTube等は見られなかったので今後見られるようになると嬉しいです。
一部口コミで騒音があげられていますが、外からの騒音が気になる程度です。
それも日付をまたぐ頃には収まるので耳栓やノイズキャンセリングイヤホンがあれば乗り越えられました。
ホテルの客室同士（隣室から）の騒音はそんなに感じられませんでした。

【水回り】
トイレは清潔です。
洗面台も大きな鏡があり、広い洗面台で使い勝手が良かったです。
バスルームはレインシャワーとハンドシャワーがあり水量は十分でした。
ただ、排水が悪いのか水が流れず溢れてしまうのがやや残念でした。
ここだけは早急に改善いただけるとより良くなると思います。

【朝食】
品数が多いわけではありませんがとても美味しく標準的な朝食でした。
毎日少しずつメニューも違いました。

【スタッフ】
皆さんとても親切です。
程よい距離感でいつつ、こちらが必要なタイミングで声をかけてくれました。

【その他】
今回は日程的にも利用できませんでしたが、施設の中にはプールやジム、スパもあるようです。

改善が必要な点はあるかもしれませんし、ヌサドゥアやウブド等に点在している『バリ島っぽい』ヴィラやホテルとも違いますが、コスパのいい便利なホテルだと感じました。
ホテルでは少し休むだけ、昼間は観光に行く！というタイプの宿泊スタイルであれば絶対におすすめです。

Un petit effort pour retrouver le faste d'avant

Il est clair que cet hôtel a été magnifique à une époque et il a encore de beaux restes comme le confort et l'équipement des chambres mais vu l'odeur d'humidité il est évident qu'il y a eu un dégât des eaux, le service de restauration réduit au petit dej est vraiment ultra minimaliste et sans aucun intérêt. On a un peu l'impression d'être dans un bâtiment fantôme.
En revanche, tous les employés sont adorables et dignes des plus grands hôtels.
Pour 2 jours c'était bien

익스피디아에 리뷰가 없어서 고민했었는데 호텔은 대만족입니다.
1. 신축건물이라서 깨끗합니다. 에어컨도 티비도 냉장고도 새거라서 기능이 좋습니다. 온수도 잘나오고 수압도 좋습니다.

2.직원분들이 친절합니다. 영어를 잘못하는 저희에게 천천히 말해주시고 번역기도 활용해서 설명 해주시고 호텔 가이드도 해주셨습니다.

3.조식이 맛있고 깔끔합니다. 호텔1층에 위치한 일식당에서만들어서 2층조식당으로 가져다주시는데 세트메뉴 5가지중 선택가능하구요~ 음료도 스무디도 맛있고 커피도 같이 주시는데 맛있고 깔끔합니다. 서브해주시는 직원분도 친절하시구요^^

4.위치가 좋습니다. 파파야슈퍼마켓 바로옆건물이며 대로변입니다. 그바로옆에는 24시간하는 편의점도 있구요 .양쪽길가 건너편 길가 맛집들 까페들 많습니다. 슈퍼쇼핑하고 쉬기엔 최상입니다.
스미냑스퀘어까지 걸어가보니 25분정도 걸렸는데 스미냑스퀘어보다 호텔주변이 먹을거리,맛사지,바 등등 더많아서 구지 갈필요가 없겠더라구요. 부모님모시고 간거라 포테이토헤드는 가지는 않았지만 지나가게됬는데 걸어서 10분정도 걸린거 같아요.
블루버드택시도 많이 지나다니고 그랩도 금방오고 고잭어플로 야식도 시켜먹었습니다.

5. 일층과 옥상루프탑에 수영장이 있습니다. 수영장이 총 2개인데요.수영장옆에는 피트니스장이 있구요. 옥상 루프탑에는 루프탑바 가있고 웰컴드링크 주시는데 맛이 납니다. 경치는 덤이구요~^^~
