Enjoyed the stay at Kunja throughly. Service from staff is top notch and villa are a perfect layout, will stay again for sure. Only thing to consider that no food option inside the villa if you want to be lazy in the evening but order in with grab is just as convenient.

What an amazing hidden gem in Seminyak. You’re in the heart of the city but feel so secluded. The staff provided exceptional service and what a treat to have breakfast cooked for us every day in our suite. Would highly recommend if you want a more relaxing stay in a busy area!

This place was absolutely amazing and well worth it. When I visit Bali again, I am definitely staying here. The Kunja is so clean, the staff are amazingly nice and they are right next to everything you need! This place is so perfect, waking up to homemade breakfast and a morning swim was the best part. We also loved our driver who took us to see some awesome parts of Bali. If you are debating about visiting here, trust me this is the place for you!

Picked the property based on its location and facilities available.
As you can imagine its not a short trip getting to Bali.
But it didn't fall short of expectations.
I called ahead of it time explaining that we were celebrating our anniversary and if there was anything the team can do. The team kindly provided a flower petal bath and a decorative bed display really sweet of them.
We were greated with a much needed cold towel and refreshment. The Team there asked on every occasion when they can attend to do the villa clean to fit around our scheduled for the day.
It's was a full clean from the pool surface and floor, kitchen, bathrooms bed turn over as one would expect.
They attended daily to spray for the mosquito at 6:30pm like clock work.
When having breakfast at the villa you have the option of having it set up in the pool or the table. We opted for the table as we didn't fancy a cold dip in the morning.
The pool is not heated so best to wait for the sun to heat it up if you fancy a dip.
Now I would mention that since it's an open door villa you do get Geko's coming and going as they please. These little creatures can keep you up at night but nothing a pair of ear plugs can't resolve.
We arranged for spa treatment while we were there. You can have this arranged at the villa or the spa room we opted for the villa for more privacy. Just as a note they only have female staff members for the spa.

호텔스 닷컴에서 숙소를 검색하다가 우연히 발견했는데, 너무나 만족한 숙소였어요. 개별 풀빌라라 사생활 보호 완벽하고 가까운 거리는 카트로 일일이 데려다줘요. 외출할 때 일일이 그랩 부르지 않고 직원이 운전하는 카트로 바로 바로 나갈 수 있다는 것이 메리트가 꽤 커요.
그러나 이곳에 가장 큰 장점은 숙소 그 자체입니다. 소파에 앉아 풀장만 보고 있어도 힐링이 돼요. 필립스 오디오를 휴대폰과 블루투스로 연결을 해주는데, 음악 틀어놓고 풀장에 있거나 물멍을 하는 시간이 너무 좋았습니다.
나무들로 둘러싸여 있지만 모기는 많지 않았어요. 밤 늦은 시간에 한번 정도 물렸네요. 전자 모기향 여러 개를 비치해 놓아서 부엌과 욕실, 방에 켜둘 수 있어요.
아침 식사는 직원이 약속시간에 직접 와서 바로 해줍니다. 메뉴는 나시고렝과 미고렝, 아메리칸 블랙퍼스트, 과일 정도로 간단하지만 그 정성이 휴가를 더 특별하게 만들어줍니다. 빵도 아주 맛있어서 엄마가 좋아하셨어요. 저희 5박을 머물렀는데, 메뉴가 한정적이다 보니 4박쯤에는 좀 물려서 마지막 날은 취소하고 밖에서 나가서 먹었어요. 하지만 그래도 이 호텔에서 인상적인 서비스 중 하나였어요. 꼭 드셔보세요. 오랜만에 단점을 찾기 어려운 호텔을 만나 좋았습니다.

We really liked The Kunja Villas in Seminyak. The Villas are very nice and clean, The Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely, only downside was the water temperature was quite warm. It was quite Hot (1st March to the 9th March 2024) when we visited and only place to sit to get relief is in the bedroom where the A/C is located. We did enjoy our stay thank the staff for a wonderful time!

Perfect villa for a 2 week stay. Kitchen had all we required, pool was best designed we have seen. Comfy bed a ceiling fan in bedroom would have been good. Great outside bathroom. All staff were fantastic housekeeping, Spa ladies, security, pool & garden guys 😊 and the added benefit of a shuttle to Seminyak square and other areas. We will differently be back. Maybe needed to do a fogging for the mozzies of an evening.

Went for a week-long break with my wife and we booked a single bedroom villa at The Kunja. The villa was excellent, clean and tidy. The staff went out of their way to assist in any way possible, we almost felt likes royals. They had a buggy that took you to wherever you wanted to go at no cost. There were so many restaurants nearby to choose from, we were struggling to make up our minds. Fantastic experience and we would definitely book there again.

My wife and I recently stayed at The Kunja in Seminyak, Bali for 2 weeks in Jan 2023 and it was a truly amazing experience. The villa was beautiful and well-appointed with high-end appliances, dishes, and utensils, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom had an open-concept design that was surprisingly spacious.
The private pool was a highlight of our stay, and we enjoyed spending time on the pool deck, surrounded by lush greenery. The outdoor pavilion with a large daybed and fans was also a great place to relax and escape the hot and humid weather during the rainy season.

The private pool was a highlight of our stay, and we enjoyed spending time on the pool deck, surrounded by lush greenery. The outdoor pavilion with a large daybed and fans was also a great place to relax and escape the hot and humid weather during the rainy season.
The staff at The Kunja was exceptional, always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. We also appreciated the daily breakfast that was served in the villa, which was always delicious and perfectly prepared.

Stayed here 2 days for my honeymoon. We had our private pool villa, it was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and we got free transportation to some local places in Seminyak. We paid for English breakfast (the chef came to our villa to cook) the breakfast isn’t worth it, I suggest eating outside at a cheaper price and better food quantity and quality. They have in room service from restaurants, we ordered from Italian Job Restaurant and they gave a pasta with crab and the crab wasn’t cut and nor did they provide crab cutting cutlery ( we were disappointed). We also were disturbed twice during our stay by staff. Once our door bell rang, received notice and was advised there will be construction going on then the day we were going to check out, we received call from front desk at 10.m. to remind us that we have to checkout at noon 12:00p.m. which I found rude and wrong of them, we obviously know we have to check out and no other place has ever done that before. Overall good place to stay if you want privacy, quiet and peace.

The villas themselves, ours was a one bedroom, are amazing. The bedroom is large with an extremely comfortable bed and great air conditioning. Bathroom is spacious with a large tub.
The outdoor lounge area is spacious with a nice couch and table.
The pool was a really good temperature and size but a rather odd layout ranging from 1.1 metres to a small section that dropped to 2.2 metres with a \"ledge\" around the inside of the pool that was a consistent 1.1 metres. It didn't have any negative impact as we spent a lot of time in the pool.

The Kunja is without doubt the best place we've ever stayed. The accommodation itself is very high end (fluffy towels, super comfy bed, brilliant shower, hairdryer, toilettries, bathrobes, slippers etc) and the staff simply cannot do enough for you. I was worried that I might find having someone to come in and cook my breakfast for me a little intrusive. It's anything book. The breakfast cooks arrive at a time of your suggestion, cook your choice of breakfast, wash up and leave. They are friendly, polite and great chefs. The pool is a good size and brilliant to cool down in on a hot Bali day. The location is quiet and a 5-10 minute walk to the start of the bar/restaurant/shopping areas. The beach is probably 20-25 minutes walking, but the staff will take you anywhere you want to go and will pick you up again on request. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you want relaxation, privacy & comfort at a reasonable price don't look anywhere else. The Kunja has it all!

We only stayed for two days but the staff at Kunja made every single effort to ensure our happiness. They offered to drop us and pick us up from near by attractions and even after we had checked out they dropped us at the airport later that day. The Restaurant was closed so they arranged a private chef to cook us breakfast at an arranged time.

Total privacy with the benefits of a good hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the hardworking staff. It’s not often that the reality is better than the pictures. The villa was spotless and spacious with the watchword being ‘privacy’. The icing on the cake was the transport service on offer. The Kunja would take you where you want to go locally then come and collect you when you’re ready to go back to the villa. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the way the Kunja works is copied across the world. I highly recommend a stay at the Kunja if you’re planning to visit Bali. You won’t find anywhere better.

My wife and I had spent 2 nights at the Kunja on November 15-16 and we were not disappointed. Loved everything about the villa from the modern room, kitchen, bathroom, pool, etc. Also appreciated having the cooked breakfast, tea time, and transportation around the Seminyak area. Service and attention to detail is absolutely world class. Definitely felt like a 2nd honeymoon and was sad to leave so soon. Hope to come back again another time!

We stayed 4 nights in villa 14 in October 2017 and, while we were there for a friend's 40th birthday, the highlight of our short holiday was definitely the time spent at the villa.
I couldn't fault a single aspect of our stay, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the services in terms of complimentary local transport and airport transfers, the complimentary breakfasts (cooked in the villa by a dedicated chef) were excellent, the private pool was a godsend, the accommodations themselves were absolutely first class and for what you get for your money the price was very reasonable (I've paid significantly more in Bali for accommodations that weren't as nicely appointed and had a much lower level of service).
It's only a short walk number of very nice restaurants, the day spas if you fancy a relaxing massage, and maybe 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach and Ku De Ta.
I've already recommended The Kunja to a number of friends and we'll definitely be staying there again ourselves next time we're in Bali.

Beautiful property where everything is catered for
This is the most beautiful property we have stayed in Bali. We were very appreciative of a complementary upgrade to a 3 bedroom villa - especially welcomed as it was my birthday weekend. A little out of the way but the complementary shuttle is available and we used it many times - often a motorised golf cart to cool you as you travel around Seminyak. It is peaceful and quiet. The pool was beautiful and refreshing, the bed extraordinarily comfortable and the breakfast (which was made each morning in our villa) was delicious and very large. The bathroom is also beautifully large. The outside lounge/dining/kitchen area isn't air conditioned nor is the bathroom - so the pool is terrific to cool off in. A lovely surprise was the birthday cake they brought to our villa with all the staff singing Happy Birthday - it was very thoughtful and delicious. Thank you for a memorable weekend.

The villa is lovely and so are the staff. However I just wish they had lunch and dinner served from a restaurant within the villa. It would be nice to have that option as you'd be able to meet others on holiday. We did not meet any other person whilst staying at the villa hence it was like being at a graveyard! Great if you want peace and quiet but it wasn't our cup of tea. Also there was no entertainment at the villa. Just wished there was live music or shows of some sort as we had to visit other hotels in order to get that buzz :(

A small complex of stylish villas with private pool set 10 mins buggy ride from Seminyak centre and the beach with Kunja Villas providing free transfers all day until 11pm. Blown away by Kunja!
Reluctant to leave Ubud after such a wonderful visit, we knew we had made the right decision as we were ushered into our gorgeous villa at Kunja Villas in Seminyak! I've stayed at amazing hotels on 6 continents. Kunja is among the very best of these and probably my favorite so far! While we enjoyed exploring around some of the must-see temples and tracking down fine culinary experiences, all paled in comparison to the time spent in our villa. Employees arrived at a time of our choosing each morning to prepare a lavish breakfast to order, which, to my astonishment, was included in the very reasonable price. The entire villa was beautifully appointed and well equipped with every amenity conceivable (including a sound system, mini-library, water reservoir, etc). A special highlight was the unique bathroom design with a luxurious tub situated in a portico that faced the outdoor swimming pool. Our \"private\" pool could have comfortably accommodated 10 people! And the gargantuan 4-post bed was positioned in a large, deliciously air-conditioned bedroom, which proved to be a welcome oasis from the oppressive heat. Finally, the staff was extremely courteous and consistently helpful. We loved our stay so much that I had a pang of sadness at check out and was tempted to abandon my life in the US to hide out for a few more days! :) Seriously, select this hotel/villa as your primary Bali accommodation. I don't see how anyone could not fall in love with this place!
