The staff at Aria were so accommodating and friendly. Our villa was so lovely and comfortable and our evening note and turndown service was such a nice touch. I really can’t fault the property and staff and would definitely stay again. The daily breakfast is made fresh and there are many options to suit all dietary preferences. It is walkable to restaurants and bars and shops but if your feet are tired from traipsing around Seminyak then it’s only the equivalent of an AUD $2.00 taxi fare back.

The villa was beautifully maintained, pool really clean and refreshing. I loved the outdoor bathroom, and having the air con in the bedroom was perfect. The villas are close to restaurants, cafes and shopping which is great, as the traffic in Seminyak is horrible. So you want to be able to walk to everything. Breakfast lots of options. Of course the staff always smiling, helpful and friendly. The gardens are magnificent, so lovely to walk through them going in and out of the property. Would definitely come back and stay again.

The villa itself offered a great amount of privacy, with spacious rooms and pool being cleaned daily. The villa was beautiful. Very spacious. Cleaning was done twice a day and a note left every night saying goodnight. Tv had Netflix which was great to chill in the aircon. Aircon is only in bedroom but the doors all close so it stays super cool. Bathroom is huggggeee and partly outdoors. Outdoor area is amazing! Two pool sitting areas and can move the deck chairs into the sun. Kitchen was handy we kept lots of snacks in the fridge. Massages were done in the room which was a nice little treat.

Pure bliss! Great price, the villas are big and have so many lovely areas to relax and unwind. Big pool, great kitchen area if u wanted to use one - huuuuuge bathroom and bath tub in a covered outdoor area - just beautiful! Staff were incredible and transfers a great price and easy to organise! The breakfast that is included is the best bali breakfast we have ever had - I highly recommend the eggs Benedict croissant ! Close to a heap of shops and restaurants and a short taxi away from downtown seminyak - we only went twice as everything close by is just as good!

A mozzie coil was put on in our bathroom every night and there was mozzie nets around the bed which made us feel very content. Everything was great from start to finish. The villa is beautiful and the shower was my personal favourite part! and of course the private pool. The grounds are beautiful. The hotel helped us organise anything we needed such as bike rental/taxi. All staff were so attentive and welcoming, and went the extra mile. The location was good, nearby to plenty of amenities. Our villa was near to another hotel/bar as we could hear loud music/live music when we were outside. but we actually enjoyed it. The included breakfast included was great. The only different thing for us personally was the breakfast was between 7am and 11am and each morning the staff would call us at around 10am to ask if we were coming which woke us up a couple times. Not necessarily a bad thing just something to mention. Overall I would return here and definitely recommend to anyone visiting Seminyak.

Villa was absolutely beautiful however they were doing renovations to the villa next to us which was disappointing as all we could hear was grinding and hammering which didn’t make it very nice to sit around our pool. Good friendly service....except for the feeling one should be tipping for any task the staff are actually PAID to carry out, very off putting. The pool is a good size however I had to keep requesting for the filter to be turned on and for the water to be topped up. The food from the restaurant is really good. The kitchenette WAS NOT equiped with the relevant crockery etc ...The bathroom floor is dangerously slippery when wet, I fell and now have a fractured wrist. The bedroom mosquito netting is old, tatty and filthy. The bed is good, comfortable however ALL the towels were stained, not dirty just old and marked. Very expensive for the condition of the villa.....well and truly over priced.

This place was perfect. The villa was beautiful and had everything we could possibly ask for. The staff were so welcoming and polite at all tomes, nothing was a trouble for them. Breakfast was included and it was a buffet of fruits and bread and fresh pressed juices and then you could choose a meal option off a set menu and they cooked it fresh for you. It was always quick and delicious. The check in and out process was easy and we felt completely safe leaving our luggage with them waiting for our flight.

Loved our experience here, we had transfers to and from airport which was included in price. The aircon didn’t go as cold as we expected but it was nice to feel so comfortable and not cold after being in the Bali heat.

It was my first time in Bali but this place was like the Bali villa of my imagination. Comfortable bed, amazing semi outdoor bathroom, private pool, semi outdoor kitchen and dining table. The breakfast was great with a good selection of options. The staff friendly and helpful.
Just a five minute walk to the beach but an hour drive (due to traffic) to Kuta

My husband and I stayed at Aria Villas and really liked it. We particularly loved the private pool, we were surprised at how big it was. The villa was spacious and nicely decorated, I was a bit unsure at first about the outdoor toilet/shower but it was actually very private. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and kept our villa clean. The villas are located a short walk from many of the more popular restaurants and beach clubs which made it easy for us to get around without having to get a taxi.

My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon at Aria Villas. The villa was extremely spacious and tidy, some furniture was a little worn and torn however it didn't detract from how beautiful and relaxing it was to stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The villas are located near a lot of great restaurants and a 5-10 minute walk to a few beach clubs. The villas are suited to couples on holiday and we rarely heard any other guests.

If you want a quiet secluded peaceful room in busy Bali then this might suit. décor is a little dated, Pool is totally private with lounges and a day bed. air conditioning in bedroom but not in bathroom or dressing room which are \"outdoors\" . has a mini kitchen with table and chairs so can be self sufficient but the in house dining room is good and there a lots of restaurants 5 to 10 minutes walk away. beach is 7 minute walk and have major resort hotels and Potato Head a further 5 minutes.
Staff are excellent and provided a free shuttle for us when we had to change hotel for family reasons.

One of the best hotel \"rooms\" you will ever see - it's a villa with pool so large you can swim laps in it. More birds of paradise flowers than you can count. Outside shower. Gorgeous bedroom and overall design. Excellent breakfast and staff.

The villa had plenty of space both inside and out, very clean and tidy with comfortably and tastefully furnished. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The outside area had a lovely pool to cool off in surrounded by native plants a very relaxing area which was usually so peaceful in contrast to the main road only a couple of hundred metres away.
The breakfast was great, a large range of choices that could satisfy all tastes, always plenty available.

Loved the in room villa. Had alot of shade by the pool so it was not very good for sun tanning... It was a very inconvenient location from the front entrance but awesome location from the back a one minute walk to W retreat and 7 minute walk to Patato head.. You can also walk to the main Eat street in about 12 minutes. Flat walk and close to all.

This place is awesome. Very quite location, very romantic and close to the beach. Very friendly staff and amazingly helpful. We needed gluten free bread and we didn't even ask for it they just got it for us. Great breakfast nothing over the top but more than enough. rooms are very clean and well cared for lighting could be a little better but not really an issue. Would recommend Aria to anyone and will most likely go back and stay there again. Beautiful place.

WOW Very Private, clean, Villas with fab Pool
We stayed at Arias Exclusive Villa and Spa, Seminyak recently from 27th May 16, Villa 5. Overall we both had a really fantastic stay. ALL the Staff there are very friendly and so helpful, no matter what, esp the front desk manager, Mr I Wayan Sudiartana. The Pool Villas are WOW enormous, fresh, clean, and well maintained twice daily, Villas are not tired, unlike the last one we stayed at, Kanishkas.
The Restaurant is clean, the food is great, and your kichen staff are very friendly, English spoken is very good by most staff, altho i do speak a little Indonesian, which they love to hear. The Villas are close walking distance to good shops, restaurants, massage, etc (Just a short stroll from the back of complex) and also the stunning beach, where you can also get an ocean view, eat, and cocktail, from the beach hotels.

Great last minute choice
Decided at the last minute to go to Bali and didn't want something to far away from everything but still quiet and peaceful. This was the perfect mix. There are enough restaurants close by and the staff are only too happy to help you with hiring a scooter or they have daily shuttles to the shops. This is not the place to stay if you want the hustle and bustle of Kuta or Legian.

Others reviewers have complained about mozzies but we stayed in the middle of summer and rainy season and this was not a problem as the staff spray daily and set mozzie coils around the villa at night when they do the turn down service.
The best part is having your own private pool to swim in at your leisure and sun loungers to lay on all day long the pool and lounge area is so private nobody would ever see you ( wink wink )
The open air bathroom is amazing to say the least and wow the outdoor shower is unreal in fact I wish I could have a bathroom like this at home!!!

Good property, well designed for complete privacy. Its a 15 minute walk from the closest beach. Quiet locality. Staff is very responsive, always smiling and quick to act. The property itself looks old from a closer look. The pool was a bit cold so we couldn't enjoy it as much as we would have liked to. The bath tub was excellent though. Large enough to accommodate 2adults and 1 kid.. The bed was simply super.. Just the right amount of fluff.. Not too soft and not too hard. There are a few mosquitoes and we noticed a couple of small wall lizards at night, but that's because its an open property. The breakfast is wholesome but the same fare everyday. The a-la-carte menu is also basic, but the preparations are nice. All in all - highly recommended for the price..

My fiance & I just spent a week at Aria and we loved every minute of it. The rooms have everything you need and they're really clean. The villas are in a great location and the back exit makes it just a short walk to all of the best bars & restaurants.
If I had to nit pick I'd say the only down sides are the breakfast & the bath. Most of the breaky was nice but they cooked the bacon until it was rock solid. Really not a big issue and the villas are close to some great breakfast cafes. The only other disappointing thing was the giant bath that looked so inviting on the website. My girl was really excited about the bath as we don't have one at home. The hot water ran out after 15 minutes which made it impossible to fill up more than a few inches.
