Everything as wonderful, staff were so friendly all the time and throughout the hotel, always smiling and saying hello.

Pool was beautiful but consteuction noise while I stayed made it a bit less relaxing during the day, but it was quiet in the morning and evening. (Noise only around the pool not in the room)

Location is perfect.

I thought the staff were lovely helpful and engaging. It was a pleasure to come back to the hotel every time. My room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. I was in the front facing room and the traffic was very busy. Thankfully I had earplugs to help reduce the noise but everything in the room is very functional.

The hotel has a rooftop bar where you can have a drink and look towards the ocean and enjoy a sunset. The cocktails can be cheaper at happy hour. The hotel has a restaurant attached and you can get a one time voucher for 25% off. The hotel is in a great location and not far from the beach. It’s also across from the entrance to potato head which is very helpful. There are many restaurants close by and places to have massages. I really enjoyed my stay here.

We were here for two weeks and let me tell you your staff is amazing!! The vibe is fun and relaxing with a home style feel. Everyone says hello every time we enter the hotel and the smiles. Breakfast is delicious with so many options to choose from. We are beyond impressed with the hotel and the service we have received during our stay!!

Room and common areas could definitely use some renovations. The door to my room was clearly broken into before. Carpets and rugs were stained and dirty. Fridge was leaking condensation onto the floor.

Pool view rooms with entrance facing the street were extremely noisy from street traffic at all hours.

Everything and EVERYBODY WAS AMAZING!!!!!! This place was such a vibe. I'm mad that I did not spend my entire trip here of instead of Villas hoping. This place is a true gem and it's in the heart of the city. Everything is withing walking distance and GET THE BREAKFAST!!! its all you can eat made to order... AMAZING.. im still in shock this was the cheapest and very ladt minute hotels I booked yet the BEST and itsright across the street from Potatoe Head.THIS PLACE IS 100000/10. They also allowed late check out of course for a small fee but its totally worth it if having a late flight. I will revisit this place ALL THE TIME when staying in Seminyak.... The colors ,the decor, the theme floors, the staff, and rooms... this place is truly one of a kind! THE BEST...

Not bad, but pretty low end

The hotel was overall not bad. Staff was pleasant, rooms are huge, location is pretty good. However, the place is not as nice as it looks in the pictures (kind of like Bali itself, actually...). It's lower end than it appears. The food in the restaurant is mediocre at best, the \"rooftop bar\" doesn't really exist.

One note: a place like this should not be charging for laundry by the item, but by weight. You're not the Four Seasons.

Great prime location close to everything needed and plus has a restaurant and a convenience store attached to it! The cool pop art and other decor located around the property makes for a great photo. My only negative was we had a city view and it would be loud until midnight and were early risers so not ideal. But the bed was the best we’ve had. Lots near by to walk to. They were super nice and accommodating. I had a room which gave on the street and we could hear the cars. I asked to change rooms to something quieter and they advised i could for 30$ additional per night. I agreed and the staff gave me a discount for 10$ per night and then he spoke to his manager to charge me only 7.50$ per night for the change. They also let me check out later without any issue or fees. Service was 10/10.

I enjoyed my stay at Viva Dash. Staff were friendly and polite. Room was funky and well decorated. Bed was comfortable. Shower floor was plain concrete and difficult to assess cleanliness. Balcony overlooking pool. Nice restaurant with adjoining bar, with snooker table and band / DJ. Good food and atmosphere. Another small pool and seats in the rooftop bar. Excellent cocktail specials and food. A bit difficult to find but worth the effort. Very good value. Good location.

Great budget hotel close to the beach which can be access through Potato Head beach club. They offered free local beer during the check-in process. The restaurant downstairs is good but pricy. I would recommend Warung Dedalu restaurant or Roasted Bar. Picturesque rooftop, convenience store downstairs, walking distance to shopping area.

We waited for a while to be checked into the room. The water tap for hand washing and the water from the shower was literally dripping rather than the normal constant water flow. Luckily they sent the maintenance man to rectify the issue pretty quick. Then the drainage in the shower was blocked when we showered, and the AC was not cold at all. Another maintenance man came to clear the blocked drainage and injected some gas for the AC but the air was still quite warm.

We understand that the air is not potable but having sediments at the bottom of the glass/kettle was something else. We boiled water to wash our hands.

The price we paid for the room for two nights was not worth it, should have booked elsewhere. Didn't like the shower and toilet decor, looked very third world rather than a 4 star hotel

This hotel should have been a 5 star review, but very simple things are missed by housekeeping and maintenance. All the other reviews regarding cleanliness are accurate. At first glance, the hotels and rooms are very nice, but the cleaning of the rooms and property is very “surface level”. At check-in the hotel makes a big deal about leaving stains on the sheets in such a tone that I felt paranoid. I did not leave stains and was not charged for stains, but other guests in the reviews have and it’s obvious that the hotel has cleaned these same sheets without using bleach or an effective stain remover and then put them back on the beds. It’s impossible to get a room here without stains on the sheets. I alerted the staff and they had me change rooms three times, because I didn’t want to get charged for a previous guest’s stains. There were also big, obvious hairs on the bathroom vanity that could have easily been cleaned up by housekeeping. To sum it up it seems like all they do to clean the room is spray a very noxious ammonia-based cleaner around the room and change the beds. Every morning the entire hotel smells very strongly like cleaning chemicals, yet nothing gets properly cleaned. It’s nonsensical. If I hadn’t checked in very sleep deprived and if my stay had been longer I would have stayed somewhere else. However the staff was very friendly and accommodating. If the hotel was as nice as the staff this would have been a 5 star review.

The standard rooms are very comfortable and the furthest away from the main street. Excellent value. Oh and since the pool was changed to blue as opposed to red tile? It’s really good.

This is a really quirky hotel that we loved staying in. Location is great, next door to a convenience store and a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms are well equipped with bath and shower, big bed, hairdryer, toiletries, a safe, robes and flip flops.

The larger pool on the ground floor has a couple of loungers and seats but limited sun, however the roof garden has a small pool to dip your feet in and a number of large lounge beds. There's also a bar for food and drink.

All in all, a great hotel that we would definitely stay in again.
