Everything was amazing. We were picked up from the airport and the driver was so lovely. We were greeted with a lovely drink and incredible staff. The villa was incredible and so quiet! Very clean. 100% recommend & would definitely stay there again.

This was our third stay and we love the staff and location. All of the staff work really hard and are super friendly…can’t be faulted and they’re one of the reasons we keep going back.
However, the owners are getting complacent and need to spend some money! The bedroom furnishings have seen better days (the mould on the bedroom voile curtains is totally unacceptable) and the scrappy/stained towels need to go. The missing lock to the outside shower was also a security concern.

This was truly a wonderful place. The staff was very humble and always accomodated to our needs. We came here to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and while we went out for lunch the staff decorated our room which left my husband speechless when we came back. Our rooms were always clean and i would definitely come back again.

We had a great stay here at Koenokoeni Villas. The location of the villas is perfect tucked away in a quite area but close enough to walk to main attractions like Seminyak square etc or a quick grab ride or scooter ride. I would love if the villas had there only buggy ride to this spot. The villas themselves are beautiful and a great size you can easily spend a day resting by the pool or reading a book. The rooms are comfortable and has all the required amenities. We will be back for sure

Loved our time here. The staff were helpful and friendly and the private villa was amazing. It was an easy 10 minute walk or 2 minute scooter taxi ride into Seminyak Village. Definitely recommend.

Staying at the 3 room villa here we had the most wonderful time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Gave us flower lei and drinks when we first arrived. Easy to work with and they helped find a way for laundry service even though they didn’t offer. Restaurant is convenient for room service and also to get a meal, right at the property. Beautiful rooms with private pool and courtyard. Kitchen with a few items and drinking water, can make coffee. Has a microwave if needed. The large bedrooms that my kids have never had the chance to sleep in before. Villa is on a small street but 5 min from the beach and since on a small street is more quiet from the bustle. If you’re looking for a villa experience in Seminyak, then I highly recommend this one.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. The rooms were huge and clean with comfortable beds. We had a private pool which was nice and quiet. We ordered a floating breakfast- it was great with good breakfast options. I wished the room service was 24 hr service (like most hotels). The area of the hotel was nice but still a far walk to the restaurants nearby.

We were fortunate enough to see and try many wonderful new things, but it is our apartment/villa and the hospitality from the staff at KoenoKoeni that really elevated the whole experience into a best vacation we ever had.

From our first online interaction with Tya through our ride to the villa with Ben (thanks for everything Ben) and throughout our time at the hotel, we were listened to, felt appreciated, given amazing dining advice, tour suggestions and first and foremost - given incredible service. Every breakfast at the villa was an event - there is a wide menu to choose from (ranging from 'sausage and eggs' to Indonesian breakfast faves) and it will brighten up your day and give you the necessary energy so you can take in all the beauty around you. Premises were kept impeccably clean during our stay all the while we were given ample amount of privacy and discretion.
The venue was borderline magical - spacious bedroom with a beautiful tall pyramid like ceiling (a Balinese architectural staple) with several outdoor showers, an amazing pool and a small but very luscious garden. Separate, spacious dining/daytime area, facing the pool. It was equal parts otherworldly, exciting and comfortable and cozy.

As mentioned on their website, they were supposed to provide a courtesy shuttle service. Despite this small inconvenience, I would still highly recommend Koenokoeni Villa for its overall excellence. The rooms were spacious and cozy, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The air-conditioning worked flawlessly, providing much-needed respite from the tropical climate.

The hotel was not overall bad. Everyone was pretty friendly. However, the hotel itself is very rundown. The bathrooms were not really that clean, and the maintenance of the room was subpar. The pool had a light that was burnt, and they said they were going to change it and never did. Food was awful, would NOT recommend to eat there, there are plenty of options nearby that are good, or you can easily order a grab. The hotel had a shuttle that drops you off nearby. However, when we tried to request it the second day, supposedly the driver was not there. We requested it twice, once at around 11am, and the other one around 2pm. I was told the driver has not arrived to the hotel yet, but I was frustrated because why would you offer a service to then not be available.
Overall Its not a bad place, but its definitely not a 5star hotel. Closer to 2.5/3stars. Having the pool outside was nice, but overall the rooms are not well maintained.

I mean a place with 4 showers, 3 of them outside is the best!! A bath & two toilets. The villa was fabulous & staff lovely and attentive. The only issue, it was a bit far from evrywhere. Motorbike ride helps..

Excellent hotel, with staff that couldn’t do enough for you (in fact you feel they are offended if you try and help). Accommodation provides you with all the amenities that you could ever need, excellently equipped (that you really won’t use) large dinning table and sofa more than adequate for the party size of 4. Both bedrooms are fantastic, with beds that’s could sleep 3 easily, dressing room and wardrobe space adequate for your home let alone being on holiday! Bathrooms are fab, his and her sinks, large bath and separate showers (the master even has an outside shower). The wife and I can’t rate this place highly enough and will definitely look to come here again if we get the chance to visit Bali! We had Breakfast included within our costs and this was wonderful, the choice amazing and the quantity outstanding! In fact we started ordering less then they would allow as it was just becoming glutinous (you could also choose for breakfast to be delivered to the room). As we had breakfast in the rate, this also meant that we had a fridge refilled every day of 2 chocolate bars, 2 biscuit bars, 2 packets of nuts, 4 cans of Sprite/Coke, 2 bottles of juice and more water that you could drink, this was complimentary. Again I want to add how amazing the staff at this hotel are!! They just can’t do enough for you, form making sure the room is tidy, or getting things to the room and even a lift into the local town. The Villa is set in a wonderfully kept setting with beautiful foliage.

We really enjoyed our long weekend in a two bedroom, private pool villa. At first I was concerned as there had not been many recent reviews as Bali has been closed down in some areas due to COVID. This of course effects everyone and everything. My concern was on the upkeep of the rooms and structure during this time. It was unwarranted. The rooms were spotless. The air conditioner worked amazingly. As did water pressure. The pool was refreshing and clean. The beds were comfortable and the numerous, various pillows were generous. As for eco friendly, there are the refillable soap and bathroom products but having a refillable water fountain would have been preferable to the many plastic water bottles that were in the Villa. Albeit , you could walk up front to get your ice and water. Or even call room service. The staff were more than accommodating and very friendly. Making everything easier. They arranged for the doctor to come to Villa to get the antigen test as well as having massages in our bedroom. This was place was wonderful. That being said, make sure you know this is in a quiet part of Seminyak and not walking distance to shops and stuff. You can walk to a beach but it is not the “fun” beach. Just so you are aware. The Villa can arrange for transportation. Or you can get a Grab. This was a great and relaxing experience. I would heartily recommend for others to stay here.

Wow if you are coming to Bali, Seminyak to be specific I highly highly recommend this villa! It’s the best bang for your buck and wayyy more spacious than the photos! Not to mention the staff were more than attentive and were absolutely wonderful! Anything we asked they handled for us almost immediately and were super super friendly. Breakfast everyday was also amazing and delicious which they brought to our villa every morning! The hotel is also located very central in seminyak and super spacious and luxurious. Not to mention we had 3 hours in our 1 bedroom villa! (2 outdoor and one in the master). I would definitely stay here again

Unique was the excellent cleaning service twice daily .Also delivery of breakfast to the villa and the facility of a barbecue being prepared in our villa.The staff were generally courteous , friendly ,and helpful.On a negative point the property is advertised as quiet location ,but there is currently building work going on near the villas which on some days we experienced several hours of noise while sitting outside by the pool .The staff did acknowledge the problem offering another villa.However none of the villas are a significant distance away, to impact on reducing noise level .On a positive note we were offered a complimentary barbecue one evening .This was appreciated ,but didn’t take away the building noise in what we paid for an expected advertised quiet location .
