The staff were very professional and helpful. The room was very clean with lots of space with a very nice balcony facing the road. The breakfast staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed as vegans. The garden and pool were beautiful and peaceful and the hotel was walking distance to everything.

Excellent accommodation in this charming colonial hotel. We had a balcony room on the top floor overlooking the inner courtyard. This made it a quiet oasis. The hotel was clean with helpful staff. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of fresh food. It was minutes walk to the Old Quarter or to the riverside.

The staff were particularly helpful and friendly, offering important information even before I knew I needed it! The location is wonderful, too. Close to the tourist areas, but set off from the busiest streets so that its quiet. Beautiful garden area for pool and breakfast patio.

This trip was a complete mess because of the flood, which came right up to the porch of the hotel and flooded the breakfast room. The staff made other arrangements for food for us, the cafe across the street waded through the flood to bring us lunch or dinner. When the water rose even higher, the staff made arrangements to book us into another hotel and called in boats to ferry us out. The two front rooms with balconies overlooking the street are the ones to get. You get to watch Hoi An life in full bloom. Many thanks to Rossie and the staff for making a challenging few days so memorable

Hotel staff had the best check in service I have ever had. Complimentary drink, moist towel and the staff member told us what to see and do. Provided a map with sites on it and then drew her own recommendations on it.

This is a fantastic hotel. We cannot fault it. Out of the 6 places we stayed in Vietnam, this was our favourite hotel.
The rooms are big, lovely bathroom and shower. The pool is beautiful. The buffet breakfast has a great selection and is taken in a pretty courtyard outside, a beautiful setting and a great start to each morning. Service is second to none.
If we ever return to Hoian, we will definitely stay here again.

We just spent 12 nights in this absolutely lovely little boutique hotel. It is central to everything you could ever want or need, everything is a 10 to 15 min walk away. The hotel only serves breakfast, which is a lovely fresh assortment with optional eggs/omelettes or rice paper rolls and pho. We loved it here and will be back next year!

Our stay at Hoian Central Hotel was perfect. We had 4 lovely nights and we were sad to leave. From check in to check out the staff is very helpful, accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast is abundant, with eggs to order and a soup choice each day. The garden setting for breakfast was so delightful and they had a nice little pool. Everything was close by and walkable. It was so quiet at night, which was good for sleeping. We will be back!

What a beautiful hotel to stay at. The staff were amazing. Rossie went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of with plans and even brought us watermelon juice in the pool with fresh fruit. My husband and I stayed 5 nights at Hoi An Central Hotel. Our experience was fantastic! The hotel is a short walk from the ancient city, so very convenient to everything you want to visit. The hotel was super clean and the rooms all looked recently updated. I cannot say enough about the staff though. They were kind, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were having a great time. When a tour cancelled without notice, they immediately came to the rescue and set us up with a new tour without missing a beat. This is a great option for a small local hotel. We loved Hoi An, and the hotel was a large part of why we enjoyed ourselves so much. Thank you to all of the staff. My husband loved the bag of candy you packed up for him at check-out! Small details matter!

Simply the best, location, service, breakfast

I booked this hotel at short notice, and I’m so glad I did as it turned out to be the best Hotel on my extended trip to Southeast Asia. As they were not fully booked that night I was given a free upgrade, which I was very grateful for. I got a complimentary drink on arrival and information about the local area and places to visit. I needed to get some stamps on the post office and was offered the hotel bicycle to go and get them as it wasn’t really walkable. Fantastic complementary breakfast and so relaxed in the garden area by the pool. What way to start the day!

Lovely staff members, beautiful spacious and clean room. Air con works perfectly for a very hot and humid climate. Highly recommend allowing the hotel to book your taxi cab from and to the airport as they charge a fair price. Do not jump into a random cab from the airport as they will take advantage and over charge you. The hotel will even book tours for you. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location with easy walk to Old town and night markets and convenience stores and great bakery nearby.
Our room was decent size with a large walk in bathroom and rainfall shower which was delightful after long hot walk.
Pool area was small and could do with a bit more seating but pleasant gardens and peaceful. Has an honesty box for cold beer/drinks etc which was very handy.
Staff were most helpful - booking taxis and show as well as lots of useful advice.
Only real miss for me was the breakfast both in quantity and quality on offer. Could get made to order eggs (great) and noodles (avoid!) but overall not a great breakfast. We bought pastries and coffee from the nearby bakery for breakfast.

They have bicycles for use free of charge, which made popping to the tailors for fittings super duper easy. And popping to Nourish Eatery for lunch super duper easy. I’d stay again

No.1 accommodation in Hoi An!

The staffs there are really awesome. They are pretty helpful and so kind. I strongly recommend this hotel when people stay in Hoi An. They have very good access to everywhere around Hoi An including Hoi An old town, night market, Japanese bridge and boating. There are also lots of cafes and restaurants near the hotel, which is very convenient. It is not nosisy in comparison with the accommodation in the central old town. They have good balance between relaxing in calm stay and exciting activity in looking around old town and night market!

A really nice looking interior and walking distance to the old city. There is a lovely little pool. Breakfast is good and everything is fairly modern. There are three floors, but no elevator, so folks with mobility issues would need to stay on first floor. We enjoyed our stay, it was one of the nicer looking hotels we stayed at in all of Vietnam. Staff was very helpful, right from check in till check out. Very friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved this hotel!!! Everything about it was so awesome. Such clean and cozy and bright rooms. The pool and the ladies there serving drinks were also wonderful. All of the staff was extremely helpful and kind. A huge and delicious buffet breakfast too. Big variety of foods. Very central and they have free bikes to use. Beach is close by too. This hotel is very new and is gorgeous. The rooms are large with good bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The breakfast and pool area, as well as the communal areas within the hotel, are beautiful. There didn’t seem to be a lift, which wasn’t an issue for us but could be for others. The service from the staff was great and they arranged an airport transfer for us with went very smoothly. The hotel is really conveniently located for exploring the Old Town by foot.

The location and service were great！The reception is very professional and caring for guests. When the bikes were all rented out, they rented from other places for us to use for free. Whenever we were relaxing in the lobby, they brought us drinks and tower to refresh. The room is very clean, bed is super comfortable. However, the two rooms facing the road need much better sound isolation. We were waken up by motorbikes very early in the morning. We wanted to change room when check in, but they were fully booked so...

Clean modern room except that it has no sound insulator. Was in level 1 and i could head the reception and staff talking early part of the day and the passage of motorcycles... I requested for 3rd floor, i can still hear especially when the staff clean the adjacent rooms. Its ok if you wake up as early as 6am but if you want to get sleep, look somewhere else. It is modern, clean and nee though!

This is a beautiful new hotel, very close the old town. The rooms are clean and spacious, very well decorated, with all the things you would find in a much more expensive alternative. The staff greats you with a big smile, every time you enter the hotel.I will for sure recomend this hotel to anyone... I have previously lived 5 years in Hoi An and know all hotels by heart.
