They really need a renovation. The rooms are very outdated and not very clean as well. As soon as you walk in you can smell the mold. As far as the staff no complaints at all.

Precisando de uma reforma urgente. Os quartos são bem antigos e mal conservados, a limpeza pode melhorar também. Assim que você entra sente o cheiro de mofo. Os funcionários são o único ponto positivo.

I lost R50 it fell off my pocket. I traced back my steps and asked a waiter at the restaurant if anyone found it. He responded - I found it by that table and turned in to the manager. I had to insist that he accept R20 as a thanks.

Great place near the beach

It's a nice hotel, 100 metres from the beach and 2 little blocks from a 24 hour grocery store. Clean rooms, very courteous staff. Spoke or understood Spanish and English, possibly more.
Breakfast was a variety of Brazialian foods with fresh fruits, Brazil coffee with hot milk and more. Nice quiet location that is near the pools, a part that has natural pools at the beach.

Atendimento ruim.

Atendimento ruim. O recepcionista que me atendeu e o supervisor não deveriam estar no cargo que atuam. O carregador de malas (Flavio) deveria assumir o posto de supervisor, pois esse, sim, tem habilidade de tratar com cliente. Em relação ao quarto, percebi que os móveis são antigos. As janelas vibram muito com o vento ou com as chuvas, fazendo, inclusive, muito barulho. A garagem fica no subsolo e é apertada, além de ser necessário pagar 20 reais por diária. Café da manhã satisfatório. Localização boa. Wifi funcionou durante o uso.

Pernoite agradável em Recife

Excelente localização. Hotel simples. Cheguei apenas para pernoite antes de seguir viagem. Camas limpas e confortáveis. O banheiro com vazamento embaixo da pia. Janelas precisando de manutenção. Ar condicionado novo. Bom café da manhã. Estacionamento rotativo pago mas deixei na rua(bem tranquilo). Bom custo/beneficio.

Não trocaram as toalhas porque não existia mais no hotel, ficamos em 4 pessoas com 2 toalhas por 2 dias.

Já havia ficado nesse hotel antes de ser da rede aram, tive problemas de elevador sem funcionar, quase fico preso. Chave cartão magnético que não abria tive que descer 3 x pra resolver. Café da manhã bem inferior, e hospedagem com valor significativo pra oferecer algo tão ruim . Apenas recepção foi reformada pq demais continuam mesmo jeito perguntei sabor do bolo, o cara só disse não sei ao invés de dizer vou saber e te digo . Pedi uma tapioca e demorou muitoooo. Não indico. Fiquei pq achei que tinha mudado.mas pelo jeito mudou só o nome de Canarius palace p aram. E serviço péssimo como sempre

Bom, atendeu as expectativas.

A estadia foi boa, os funcionários e a localização são os pontos altos, fui muito bem atendido desde a entrada pelo pessoal da recepção, pelos funcionários do café e pelos funcionários da limpeza e manutenção, e o hotel fica a menos de 100 metros da praia. O café da manhã é muito bom e completo, com bastante variedade de coisas. O ar condicionado do quarto é extremamente silencioso.
O ponto baixo é a manutenção da estrutura do hotel no geral. O banheiro do quarto estava com o box de vidro de correr deteriorado e emperrava, a janela do banheiro também estava quebrada só ficava aberta, o chuveiro estava entupido e ficava como se fosse uma bica d’água. O trânsito nos dois elevadores também foi um pouco ruim devido a serem só dois, um grande e outro de serviço bem pequeno.
No geral a estadia foi boa, atendeu as necessidades mas precisaria de uma reforma.

Aniversário de casamento perfeito!!!

O hotel está um pouco velho, algumas partes do banheiro e do quarto estavam descascadas. O cheiro de mofo típico das áreas do litoral era intenso nos quartos. A cama e os travesseiros eram desconfortáveis. O atendimento na recepção foi excelente, os atendentes muito simpáticos e ágeis.

Gostei do hotel. De fato as instalações são antigas, as melhorias são necessárias. A piscina estava muito suja, esverdeada (creio que pelo movimento do final de semana, pois chegamos na segunda, mas severiam ter jogado produto domingo a noite e limpado segunda cedo). Nao tomamos café da manhã, mas o atendimento na cozinha foi bom. Atendimento gentil de todos. Quarto simples, mas com tudo funcionando. Recomendo!

Não pretendo voltar a esse hotel

Razoável, quando cheguei na madrugada, o recepcionista estava dormindo e quando chamei na recepção não me atendeu bem. Estava com uma criança e minha mãe, idosa e chegamos de carro, com várias malas, ele não ajudou. Também perguntei se tinha como estacionar o carro e ele disse imediatamente que não tinha vaga, não se disponibilizou a verificar se seria possível estacionar. Tentei estacionar na rua, porém um porteiro do prédio em frente me alertou que o carro poderia ser guinchado, então tirei e voltei a recepção, foi quando vi um carro da garagem saindo e falei com o manobrista e novamente com o recepcionista e pedi para verem uma vaga para o carro pois não tinha como deixar na rua. Achei o recepcionista despreparado, o manobrista foi muito mais gentil conosco e nos tratou muito melhor do que o ele.

Hospedagem muito agradável, com bom custo x benefício! Acomodações simples, mas não faltou nada e desde o atendimento dos recepcionistas até às camareiras, fomos muito bem atendidos! O local é excelente poucos passos da praia de boa viagem. Bom atendimento, bom café da manhã. O que tive de insatisfação foi em relação as instalações (quarto 112) - espelho, cama de solteiro não era uma cama de verdade, colchão rasgado. Cama de casal confortável, porém a cama é menor que o colchão. Roupas de camas velhas (embora limpas), mesa sem sustentação e móveis de madeira velhos também. Embora as condições dos móveis, estava tudo limpo - para quem busca uma boa localização e não se importa com os móveis, tem um ótimo custo benefício.

PÉSSIMO!

Logo quando cheguei, informaram que não tinha estacionamento disponível, ou seja, tem que ter a sorte de encontrar vaga na rua. Depois avisaram que tinha 1 vaga, mas já era tarde.
Porém, o pior de tudo, foi o quarto, tivemos que mudar de 2h da manhã, pois não estávamos conseguindo dormir, devido ao barulho da janela que era insuportável e super alto (impossivel dormir). Além também da torneira da pia, que mal saia água.
Ou seja, não valeu a pena a estadia! O certo seria a devolução da hospedagem!
Única coisa que se salvou foram alguns colaboradores que foram atenciosos e não têm culpa da precariedade do hotel.

Hotel atendeu as expectativas, café da manhã bom com uma atendente grosseira, garçom impaciente e o que salva é a recepcionista do restaurante simpática, cama confortável, estacionamento super concorrido (8 vagas), praticamente não tem estacionamento e na rua um pouco difícil estacionar, piscina atrativa porém me pareceu carente de cuidados/higiene. Grupo de Recepcionistas/arrumadeiras muito eficientes, simpáticos e solicitos. Elevador muito concorrido.

Infelizmente fiquei sabendo da falta do estacionamento no local. O quarto 707 não deveria estar sendo usado. O banheiro cheira fossa, mesmo o pessoal da limpeza tendo ir lavar novamente. Tudo parece estar maquiado para uso...se foi feito uma reforma recente não souberam fazer a limpeza pós obra. O ar pifou de madrugada, pedimos para manutenção arrumar e quando voltamos apesar de dizerem que estava consertado não estava. Tivermos que trocar de quarto. A piscina, minha filha que entra em qualquer água não quis ficar, estava cheirando a urina. Enfim, precisam investir no hotel. Tá bem caído.
