The pool area seems abandoned, and there was trash there all days as well as rusted areas and a gigantic hole on the ceiling. We were three people, and they refused to give us a third pillow. There were no hands towels in the bathrooms, and only bar soap. Beds were not comfortable at all….. They also gave us our towels at the end of the first day of our stay. Breakfast was pretty good though. And it’s across from a supermarket, three blocks from the beach, and close to restaurants, drugstores, which made the location pretty good.

Pleasant stay at this very affordable Inn / Hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was small but comfortable, I would recommend for budget conscious folks.

They charge 100$ for the dog while it’s says pet friendly and it never said that they charge, parking was not available and they ask to pay 25$ for private parking, the room was not clean at all the sheets were so tinny and over used

The entrance by car is very limited and only have two lines. If there are cars parked, it’s a problem to get another car moving if they are picking up ppl. Manager is very unfriendly, ready to debate with guest no matter what. Reception ppl are ok, in particular Rebeca,- very polite and attentive. Extreme noise on the rooms because if all the air conditioning standing just outside the windows; not ever think about open the windows, noise are serious problem.

O ar condicionado do meu quarto estava vazando com força. A ponto de molhar as minhas malas só no tempo em que fui tomar banho. Fui até a recepção e a equipe que me atendeu me ofereceu como solução um balde !!! Depois de recusar essa proposta, por razões óbvias, insisti para que me trocassem de quarto e, depois de muito insistir, finalmente me colocaram num quarto para solteiro, menor do que o quarto que eu havia locado, sob o pretexto do hotel estar lotado.
Ao final, no checkout consegui falar com a responsável pelas estadias e satisfação dos clientes. Ela me ouviu, me atendeu super bem e, acredito que se ela estivesse no turno, quanto eu tive esse problema, ela teria resolvido fácil. O problema é que fui atendido por um time limitado ao extremo.

Embora tenham sido flexíveis na nossa entrada com um early check in de 1hora. O quarto apresentou problemas com chuveiro que não esquentava, ficava localizado em andar que não chegava o elevador e tínhamos que ir de escada, Wi-Fi não funcionava e tudo mais. Além disso, o apartamento tem infiltrações.

A equipe é prestativa. Achei caro o valor do estacionamento por o carro ficar no sol. Café da manhã muito simples, sem muitas opções, mas ok. O quarto que fiquei, 803 precisa de reforma e o banheiro também. A exaustão é muito ruim. A janela é trancada, não abre. O quarto não pode ser arejado, por isso o cheiro de mofo. Não ficaria para a estada de mais de um dia.

O Hotel precisa passar por uma reforma geral. Num modo geral os funcionários são esforçados em oferecer uma boa experiência. Estava em um quarto que para acender um abajur dava choque, foi informado a recepção e a equipe de manutenção veio prontamente e solucionou o problema. Para quem deseja assistir algum filme ou série tem que se preparar pois nem todas os quartos do hotel são SmartTV e que pode frustra. Num geral o hotel é OK.

Combinei em três oportunidades a minha chegada no hotel às 4h da manhã, foi confirmado duas vezes pelo hotel, que eu poderia chegar e realizar o check-in sem nenhum problema e que a recepção do hotel já estava ciente da minha chegada.

Paguei pelo cansaço da viagem, mas o meu quarto havia um barulho insuportável de um ar-condicionado, parece que a encanação dos ar-condicionados dos outros quartos passavam pelo meu, e ficava batendo no vidro.

Chegamos de madrugada e havia um morador de rua literalmente na entrada do hotel. Ao subirmos pelo corredor do nosso quarto tinham várias toalhas emboladas jogadas no meio do corredor e no corredor da minha amiga não havia teto na entrada do quarto. Sobre o café da manhã, tinha até que boa variedade, mas havia tanta gente no espaço com pouquíssimas mesas que as pessoas acabavam tomando café da manhã em pé, cena que se repetiu no segundo dia também. Tirando tudo isso, o quarto era espaçoso e o chuveiro muito bom.
