Ficamos uma semana neste hotel, a única coisa que podemos falar é decepção.
O hotel está completamente velho, sem estrutura para hospedar, portas, lâmpadas sem funcionar, ar condicionado quebrou e tivemos que ir para outro quarto, mas a pior parte deste local é a piscina, não tem nenhuma supervisão ou segurança, as pessoas vão pra lá bebem colocam música alta, palavreado chulo, o hotel não dá nenhuma importa a não ser que algum hóspede reclame

Alguns dos funcionários são ótimos, principalmente cozinha e recepção, Natália e Aline são muito atenciosas

We showed up to check in and waited almost an hour before we were given our room. Only one person was working the front desk. Then we get to our room and it was dirty, no toilet paper was there. We got our second room and the WiFi doesn’t even work. There is very limited plates for breakfast. And to top it off they have a list of tv channels that you can’t use. I do not recommend booking here. The only save it has that it’s close to the beach. But it was super inconvenient to book here

The service delivered is not what was purchased.
Our experience left a lot to be desired, more details below:
1. The double bed is an arrangement and not a real double bed. As a result, I woke up with a lot of lower back pain because the bed split in half during the night and I slept in an uncomfortable position, causing pain in my spine.
2. The curtain on the bedroom window is very worn and looks dirty.
3. The bedroom door does not close smoothly and always scratches when opening and closing.
4. It offers a minibar it works, but the drink options are very limited.
5. The hair dryer has not worked for years, as far as we were able to find out. So they offer a hairdryer for use for a maximum of 30 minutes that needs to be picked up at the hotel reception.
6. they offer car parking service for a daily fee, but we always need to call someone else to open its door to get in/out of the park. For late night arrives this puts us at a security risk situation as we need to wait outside for someone to open parking door.

Next time I'll look for other options and we do not recommend this business.

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a praia de Boa Viagem. Fica a uns 20 minutos a pé da Paróquia Nossa Senhora da Boa Viagem, para quem é católico e não quer perder a missa durante o passeio.
O único ponto fraco do hotel é o café da manhã, pois sempre é servido a mesma coisa: cuscuz, ovo mexido e salsicha. Como também pães, presunto, queijo, bolo, suco e frutas. Poderia ser mais variado, mas valeu.
O quarto tem um tamanho bom, o ar condicionado é modelo antigo, mas funciona perfeitamente.
Os funcionários são atenciosos.
O hotel fica perto do Shopping Recife e do supermercado Carrefour.
Oferece estacionamento pago.

Foi a pior acomodação que já fiquei. As camas formavam canoas, colchões muito velhos. Os forros de cama eram gastos e encardidos. Os travesseiros eram péssimos, formavam bolas e eram impossíveis de usar. O quarto tem poucas tomadas, as paredes são sujas e a porta do banheiro toda quebrada. A cortina é pequena e fica longe da janela, deixando frestas que clareiam todo o quarto assim que o sol nasce. Os elevadores eram uma loterias, funcionavam quando queriam, as vezes abriam deixando “degrau” de uns 30 cm para o piso do prédio, dava medo. O café tem poucas opções e de má qualidade. Oque parece é um hotel de uns 50 anos que nunca passou por reforma.
