What a crap, all only lies about their services!

Expedia says that \"This Recife hotel also offers multilingual staff\" - Hardly you will have a way to resolve things in a language other than PORTUGUESE. There was a problem, they said they don't find my reservation, so I had to call Expedia and the Expedia Agent even had a hard time to help them find my reservation.

\"and room service\" - There is NO room service (note that even on their own website said that there is and the manager yelled at me, that there is no and that I shall be looking better on their website... until I showed her the TRUTH. Next day it was removed from THEIR websites, but continue here.

\"Porter/bellhop\" - Don't expect to see one of them here.

\"Minibar\" - Empty

When I made my reservation on Expedia it said there even that they have a \"ROOFTOP TERRACE\" which never existed at this location and \"AIRPORT TRANSFER\" should be \"FREE\".

The good thing is that the WIFI Internet is quite reliable. The only negative point with it is that you have to log in several times a day and it might interrupt you from writing your email without any warning.

You get what you pay for I suppose.!!

Imagine the hardest material in the world... then think of it being used to fill this hotels mattresses.There was constant building work while I was there, and not just in the hotel but all around it....and the Brazilians like to start early,with no real regard for guests or what time they may have got in the night before... Also,in this area, every apartment building is fitted with electronic security gates which will bleep very loudly when opening..Why don't I close the window,I hear you say.?...not a hope.. Night temps are still in high 20s to low 30s and although the rooms all have air con,mine seems to have been stuck at North Pole setting,so no happy medium... They make a big thing about there wi fi being free 24/7....well I know my maths is a bit rusty,but it's only on between 0630 and 2230....sure that's not 24.!!!..to be fair though when it was on it was pretty quick. There 24hr mini bar consists of a Coke machine in the lobby.They will also charge you 100 Reals( £20 ish) if they suspect you of having a crafty cigarette in your room...Breakfast consists of some..er...fruit.. Thats sums up breakfast then.. All in all,if you have to come to Recife, try to save a few more pounds and book something better... Did I forget to mention the nightlife..?... No,because there isn't any( that's nor the hotels fault though)... Finally, people speaking English here are virtually non existent... Try to brush up your Portuguese before you go... I'll start you off..Cuervaja = beer...

If you have to stay in Recife, this place is okay

I had to stay in this hotel because my friend and I got stranded in Recife after flooding and TAM Airlines did nothing for us. It is a safe hotel with nothing too spectacular. It has everything you need to get some sleep and be safe in a city that is a little sketch. Go to the restaurant across the street and a BBQ option. It is one of the best steaks I have ever had.

Cheap and cheerful

This is a perfect example of \"you get what you pay for\". It is a perfectly adequate place to spend a night or two. Clean, with comfortable beds, good wifi (despite other reviews- although you do have to keep logging in every time your phone goes to sleep), and all the facilities you would expect for this price range. Staff were cheerful and helpful, with some English. Breakfast was a fairly good spread of cereals, fruit, patisserie, cheese and ham, with reasonable coffee.

Disappointed.

Although well located and a great airport shuttle service, the reception area and nice breakfast is about the best of this hotel. Humming, vibrating air conditioners or something else made sleep almost impossible. Internet did not work in the rooms. It's only weak slow dial up. Staff nice, but that is always the case around Brasil because everyone is nice. We would have moved but the choices in this area are few. We were relieved to get on the shuttle to the airport.

Hotel bem localizado e perto de tudo (supermercado, farmácia, bar/restaurante, praia). As instalações e o café da manhã são ótimos, pena que quando limparam nosso quarto só arrumaram nossa cama e tiraram o lixo, o chão ficou sujo (quarto e banheiro), mas como no outro dia já iríamos embora não reclamei! No geral é um bom hotel!

Bom cafe da manha e boa localização, limpeza fraco

Durante minha estadia de uma semana no hotel, fui surpreendido negativamente pela realização de obras no local, das quais não fui previamente informado. Embora tenha tentado continuar minhas atividades laborais a partir do hotel, a constante interferência do barulho, que iniciava pontualmente às 8h da manhã, tornou impossível tanto trabalhar quanto descansar adequadamente. Além disso, constatei que o quarto disponibilizado apresentava um espaço excessivamente reduzido, adequado apenas para a acomodação de uma única pessoa. No que tange à limpeza, identifiquei uma quantidade significativa de poeira acumulada sob a cama e um odor desagradável no banheiro. Ressalto, porém, que o atendimento, o café da manhã e a localização do hotel mostraram-se satisfatórios. Devido a essas circunstâncias, foi necessário formalizar uma reclamação junto ao hotel e à plataforma de reservas.

Hotel simpático, bem equipado, com bom café da manhã, tudo condizente com o preço cobrado. O staff é simpático e prestativo, desde a recepção, até as pessoas da equipe da cozinha, que foram fantásticas no atendimento e na atenção. Estadia somente não foi melhor por conta de problemas no banheiro (ralo semi-entupido e assento sanitário de plástico rígido quebrado).

Razoável, ficamos 5 dias e desde o primeiro dia tivemos problema com o cartão que sempre dava problema quando tentávamos entrar no quarto, tínhamos que ir até a recepção e pedir para que liberassem o cartão novamente. Outro ponto foi o fato de não ter um espelho de corpo todo no quarto, o que era bem ruim na hora de arrumar, tivemos um problema com a descarga no primeiro dia, que após algumas reclamações foram resolvidas. Funcionários atenciosos, mas devido todos esses contratempos, não voltaria.

Hotel bom, porém pode melhorar…

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, pois é próximo da praia de boa viagem, em uma região nobre de recife, tbm tem um bicicletário próximo da praia. Possui tbm um café da manhã muito bom, com pães variados, bolos doces e tapiocas feitas na hora.
Porem, tenho alguma observações sobre o quarto:
Não possuem espelho no quarto que pudéssemos observa o corpo todo, só possui um espelho pequeno no banheiro.
O vaso sanitário ou o ralo do banheiro sobem um cheiro forte de esgoto, então o que torna muito perceptível ao entrar no quarto.
Não possui água no fregobar, o que torna o consumo durante a estadia mto ruim, tendo que descer pra comprar.

O hotel tem boa localização, porém o que dificulta é a falta de estacionamento. Os quarto não estava pronto na hora do chekin tivemos que esperar cerca de 30-40 minutos para receber um quarto. Café da manhã frio, camareira muito mal educada pois pedi pra ela esperar 20 minutos que era o tempo q íamos sair para q ela pudesse arrumar o quarto e ela disse que não podia esperar pq se eu não quisesse naquele momento ela já estaria livre.

Hote Muito Ruim - Decepção total

Cheguei no hotel era meia noite e sai as 6:30, ou seja reservei somente para dormir com minha familia. Resumindo chuveiro não funcionou, ar não funcionou, banheiro com cheiro de esgoto e contaminava o quarto, TV não funcionou.
O pior foi colocar a situação do que passei para attendente na saiida e ela nem ligou.

Muito boas acomodações, porém o andar estava em obras, passando uma impressão um pouco ruim a principio. Um dos elevadores estava com problema parando em todos os andares, levando muito tempo para subir ou descer até o andar final. Café da manhã simples porém saboroso.

Ao chegarmos fomos hospedados em um quarto com cheiro de esgoto, piso sujo, uma taboa solta em cima do armário e cortina toda despencando ..e ainda o quarto não correspondia com as fotos conforme estão no site. Ok......solicitei a troca na recepção , no qual fui atendida. Mas ainda sim não era o msm das fotos, * quarto triplo standard, café da manhã no domingo foi bom, porém no decorrer da semana pouquíssima opção e sobras dos dias anteriores. Qto ao atendimento; pessoal da cozinha super gente fina, da recepção não foram mto simpáticas.

Minha estadia foi perfeita, o hotel é muito confortável e muito bem localizado. Os funcionários são super gentis e educados. Amei.
Mas tenho duas ressalvas, não reclamação mas pontuações para que o hotel fique ainda melhor.
A primeira é que os funcionários lá não devem andar de ônibus, pois eu perguntei para eles sobre linhas de ônibus para Olinda, Recife Antigo e Itamaracá, mas não sabiam explicar direito. Em alguns hostels costuma ter uma pasta com as linhas de ônibus devidamente numerada, os pontos e os destinos para os hóspedes que optam por usar o transporte público. É uma ideia que poderia ser adotada.
A segunda está relacionada com segurança, duas noites eu e minha namorada chegamos e não tinha absolutamente ninguém na recepção. Como levávamos a chave conosco, subimos para nosso quarto. Mas uma pessoa não hospedada no hotel poderia ter feito a mesma coisa.
É isso, se eu voltar a Recife, com certeza me hospedarei novamente no Dublê Hotel.

Experiência ruim e decepcionante

Nossa experiência foi bem ruim, os quartos tanto o nosso quanto do casal que estava conosco estava com cheiro de mofo.
O hotel estava em reforma e em alguns momentos atrapalhava nosso descanso.
O chuveiro do nosso quarto estava cheirando queimado desde o primeiro dia e na última noite ele deu curto, pegou fogo, avisamos a recepção nos informaram que o técnico de manutenção iria subir para arrumar e não apareceu ninguém, no outro dia de manhã fizemos o nosso check-out e deixamos o hotel sem tomar banho pela manhã.
Uma das senhoras do café foi muito grosseira com minha amiga, quando ela solicitou um tapioca (um serviço oferecido é fazer tapiocas e omeletes na hora).

Nas fotos o hotel parece superior em espaço e conforto. Os quartos são bem menores e mais simples. O atendimento ficou dentro do esperado para um hotel que deveria ser 2 estrelas e não 3. Como passamos apenas uma noite, tudo bem. C

Nada SATISFEITA

O Setor de reservas do hotel, simplesmente recebeu meu e-mail, mas não fez minha confirmação! Cheguei no Hotel e esperei até que houvesse uma solução. Fiquei revoltada com esse descaso e incompetência do setor de reservas. Me deslocaram para um hotel muito mais longe, fora o transtorno causado.

Boa localização e bom preço

O hotel fica próximo á praia , restaurantes e padarias .O café da manhã é bem variado com frutas,bolos,cereais ,sucos e café.Há na recepção vários tours á disposição..O wifi funciona muito bem enfim uma feliz escolha.

Pode melhorar.

O Hotel deixa um pouco a desejar. A localização é ÓTIMA, porém peca em outros recursos. O café da manhã é básico, e se faltar algo, você que tem que pedir para repor. Troca de toalhas nos quartos é de três em três dias, um pouco de relaxamento. Além de não ter estacionamento para hóspedes.

Banheiro muito antigo, feio. Cortina de plástico no box. Cama de solteiro muito pequena para um adulto alto. Atendentes muito simpáticos,, café da manhã básico.Ficamos apenas uma noite, então foi ok. Mas no geral atende pelo preço.

Excelente custo x benefício e localização!

Sou cliente do Hotel Dublê desde que se chamava Tivoli, acho que há cerca de 5 anos, o hotel vem passando por diversas melhorias significativas e ficando muito bom, porém tem uma coisa que sempre está ruim e apesar de já ter reclamado diversas vezes, nunca melhoram, que é a internet que é PÉSSIMA em todos os quartos. Tirando isso, tudo no hotel é bom, sobretudo o custo X benefício.

Espero que tenha sido horrível por causa do feriad

O quarto foi liberado com praticamente 1h de atraso, o que comprometeu minha agenda para aquele dia, a caixa da água da privada não funcionava direto e demorava horas para reabastecer, a cama possuía um desnível gigante, e eu sentia a inclinação do colchão a noite toda. o serviço de quarto não foi realizado e só descobri isso por volta das 19h quando voltei para o hotel (mesmo com a plaquinha pedindo a limpeza posta na porta). a solução foi trocar de quarto já que nem as toalhas haviam sido trocadas.

Pelo custo beneficio, foi uma péssima estadia.

Ótima localização mas sem estacionamento

No geral gostei da minha experiência. O quarto, apesar de não ser grande, é confortável e limpo. O café da manhã diversificado e, principalmente, a localização é maravilhosa! Tivemos um pequeno problema na hora do check in: a recepcionista quis que eu passasse o cartão e realizasse o pagamento no local alegando que o que eu tinha feito pelo site tinha sido negado, no entanto já estava tudo certo. Ligamos para o site e acabamos resolvendo. Além disso, o fato do hotel não ter estacionamento é horrível porque, mesmo já tendo lido isso no site antes de me hospedar, a equipe não nos oferece nenhuma outra alternativa como um manobrista ou estacionamento próximo. A rua é bastante movimentada e achar uma vaga é bem difícil. Um dia passamos 40 minutos no meio da rua esperando uma vaga. Indo de carro eu não me hospedaria lá novamente.
