No check-in a recepcionista apresentou dificuldade de entender nossa solicitação, e depois de muita conversa o impasse foi resolvido! O local é ótimo, quarto muito confortável e limpo, pessoal da limpeza super gentil e atencioso! A área da piscina que deixa a desejar pela falta de um bar local.

O quarto precisa de reforma, pelo menos, uma pintura nova. O serviço de quarto não foi feito. O hotel fica a dez, quinze minutos de carro das principais áreas do Recife, mas tem pouco comércio perto. A equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa e profissional.

This is my second stay at Transamerica Beach Class hotel in Pina. It's a well maintained hotel. The breakfast is excellent as well as the restaurant. Being in front of the beach is fantastic. It's well located and an easy taxi ride.

Os funcionários sao cordiais e atenciosos , o quarto tem um bom tamanho, porém o blackout é antigo e sem manutenção, também incapaz de bloquear a claridade então às 5 horas da manhào quarto já está claro . A cama é muito dura , então você não descansa bem e não tem uma boa noite de sono. Nunca nais ficarei nesse hotel em Recife

Construction works noise are very disturbing

The hotel is very well located, the major issue with this visit was the noise all day long, even during the weekend, from a construction work. It sounded like they were inside my room, located on floor 27. This should have been communicated before the confirmation of the reservation, not after.

Uma das piores estadias que já tive em um hotel. O quarto e cama em si são bons e avista para o mar é maravilhosa, mas somente isso. Banheiro com mofo no teto e infiltração caindo agua do andar de cima. Cortinas não filtram o sol e 5h está extremamente claro no quarto impossibilitando de dormir. O café da manhã que está incluso é horrível, tudo com gosto de velho e parece que preparado no dia anterior e esquentado cedo. Além do fato de estarem em reforma e só avisarem depois que acaba o cancelamento grátis da acomodação.

A experiência como um todo foi muito ruim. Pedimos um berço e uma banheira para dar banho na bebê de 6 meses e eles emprestaram. A banheira estava suja, com pelos e com uma espécie de lodo, como se nunca fosse higienizada. O AC é muito forte de de frente para a cama, então não tinha opção de não passar muito frio a não ser desligar o aparelho e passar calor, isso não ajudou o nosso sono e da bebê. Mesmo colocando em 25 graus a cama ficava gelada. O restaurante estava em reforme e o café da manhã foi servido numa sala de reuniões no mezanino, onde o AC sempre estava muito forte e a sala gelada. Deixava o ovo mexido na mesa e ia pegar um café, quando voltava o ovo já estava gelado. Por último, o chuveiro não estava funcionando. Ao abrir a torneira da água quente, saíam apenas gotas. A comida do restaurante não é muito boa também. Pedi um camarão com crosta de algo e risoto e o risoto estava duro e seco. Por último, os preços do frigobar parecem abusivos. Cobram 10 reias por uma água de 269ml.

No frigobar algum hospede deixou cair cerveja dentro, estava horrível com cabelo dentro solicitei limpeza na recepção e não foi limpo, vaso sanitário correndo água sem parar, a camareira não avisou? Ducha com jatos ruins, visivelmente velha.

Perfect beachfront spot on Boa Viagem with modern, comfortable rooms. Excellent Brazilian breakfast with fresh tropical fruits. Helpful staff who know the area well. This hotel is very well kept. My room was very sound proof and quiet. The bathroom was ample. The room had plenty of space with amazing ocean views. Breakfast is excellent. They have 4 elevators don't have to wait long for an elevator. The hotel feels quite luxe for the price it's good value for money.

Trans America 3 week stay

Hotel is nice, location is great but service is off. Service is slow and they forget easily. I would have to order water 3 different times until they finally bring it up 3 hours later. Same for bath towels. Also, bed sheets are stained/burned… I asked them to change it twice during my 3 week stay but they never did. They just make the bed and leave these ugly dirty sheets.

Gostei muito do hotel. Os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos. A cama é muito boa, o banheiro é grande e confortável. O serviço de limpeza do quarto é bom, embora tenha acontecido sempre quase no final da tarde. Tive problemas com o acesso ao canal Youtube na tv, liguei para a recepção e, mesmo sendo quase meia noite, o técnico veio rapidamente e resolveu. O hotel tem estacionamento mas não informa que é terceirizado e pago. Quando chegamos fomos informados que é pago, que tem serviço de manobrista e a diária custa R$ 25,00. Mas o serviço é muito bom.

O quarto disponibilizado estava num andar em reforma. Andar (piso, portas) extremamente sujo, quarto muito empoeirado com um buraco no teto fechado apenas por fita adesiva... lamentável. Nao tinha toalhas para a qtd de hospedes e tbem nao tinha sabonete líquido (compartimentos vazios), srndo necessario solicitar.

The staff is friendly and responsive. The hotel is well located. However, the facilities are generally in poor condition. In addition, little care is applied in ensuring that the rooms are ready to receive guests. Two out of the three rooms our group rented had a defective safe or no safe at all, two had non-working AC units, and one had a very noisy mini fridge. Very disappointing for a four-star hotel.

This is a 35-story tower building. I stayed on the 24th floor in a nice suite with a balcony and a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The room is large, modern and spacey room. The bed was comfortable and extra large with ample space for me and my wife. The bathroom is spacey with a nice shower with plenty of water both hot and cold water. The breakfast was very good with both hot and cold items. And it is served in a ample restaurant room on ground floor. Our stay was great, and I would stay again. The only bad side was the elevator that required a cardkey to unlock it, and sometimes the card would not work. Also, if you have kids beware that the patio does not have protection.

Não foi uma boa estadia …. O hotel informou que as reformas na área da piscina se encerrariam em novembro , e em janeiro ainda estava interditada.
Com crianças pequenas e a praia com tubarão não houve nenhuma atividade a ser feita …. Depois de reclamar muito , me cederam um acesso à piscina de um hotel parceiro .
