Fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Josh at the front desk to the second we departed, everything was so great! Josh was very helpful and informative and got us all set up in a great room. The room (and entire hotel) was perfectly clean and tidy, smelled great and looked professional. The views from our room overlooked the bike path and the river, our window view looked like a painting! The bathroom was exactly what we expect from a great hotel, great lighting, lots of counter space, extra towels, and a very clean shower with HOT water!
We would absolutely recommend this hotel and have decided to look into Clubhouse Hotels first when traveling again in the future!

Safes didn't work in either room. Staff didn't know how to fix. Heater/AC very noisy so we turned off and opened windows. Bathroom fan is so loud and tied to the light switch. Shower tiny, with a limp little stream, a kids plastic watering can might have the same flow. Pool is not swimmable though kids would like it. Breakfast average hotel fare.

First time I stayed here was excellent. This time we had a couple incidences; someone pooped in the pool, we had to wait 15 mins for someone to light the fire, marshmallows were so hard they wouldn't melt, and the staff were a little rude.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at! Everything felt clean and tidy. Beautiful updated decor and colors. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was better than most. My kids aged 5-11 loved the pool, absolutely perfect for that age range. There was happy hour on weekdays so my husband and I got complimentary wine and the kids got a free soda. The room was immaculate and our beds and pillows were comfy. I highly recommend the clubhouse. The area around the clubhouse was very nice! Felt safe and had restaurants and anything you’d need super close. 10/10!

It’s definitely a hotel for families with small children. The pool area has a little water area for kids, but nowhere for the adults to sit in the pool. There was a lot of garbage outside the hotel area. The staff at the front desk weren’t very nice, but the breakfast was really good.

Very clean and well maintained. The included breakfast was EXCELLENT and exceeded expectations. The beds were very comfortable with great mattresses and pillows but the sofa-bed, not so much. We had a King suite which was advertised as sleeping 4, but if the sofa bed is meant to actually be used it needs a MUCH better mattress. Also the bedroom and sitting room need to have separate temperature controls.

We booked the one bedroom king suite that also had a pull-out sofa bed as we had 3 people. The king bed was nothing fancy, pretty average. We knew the sofa bed wouldn’t be the comfiest thing either (are they ever?) but I was surprised that such a nice hotel didn’t have nicer ones. I can sleep ANYWHERE and that pull-out bed was horrible. Ended up folding it back up and sleeping on the sofa like normal with a ton of blankets instead. Again, this wasn’t a make or break thing, just book an extra room if you more than 2 people.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 kids. The pool was perfect for younger kids (7, 6, and 4) with depths between 1-3 feet, and the hot tub was nice. Breakfast had a large variety including mini waffles and toppings, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, eggs, potatoes, and more. There was also a complimentary beverage and snack time for kids and adults that we didn’t get to go to but looked nice. There were coloring pages sitting out all the time for the kids. We would definitely book a room at this hotel or another one of their hotels in the future because it was both family friendly and a great value.

This was my first time to stay at the Sioux Falls clubhouse. It was so nice and clean. And the staff was wonderful. We really enjoyed the outside area for my dog and the kids. We also used the eating area when friends visited. We had a place to sit and visit outside our rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel.

REALLY loved the size of the room and the bed was REALLY comfortable. This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this hotel and is now our \"go-to hotel\" in Sioux Falls! Especially like Johnny's next door!

Beautiful place, was clean and good staff but if you’re a light sleeper ask for a room away from lobby, get the top floor, bring ZZZ quil and ear plugs. We had room 212 (next to lobby and on stairway from lobby) and it seems the building is lumber construction with no insulation in flooring or walls, can hear every footstep on your floor, the floor above you and anytime anyone turns their faucet on or flushed a toilet.
Not the hotels fault, but people are so inconsiderate, at 11 PM at night I about went to the lobby and went full Karen on the obese people being loud in lobby…luckily by 11:15 they must have been told to shut it down. There were children running and being loud on second floor too so guessing they belonged to the trashy loud slobs in the lobby.

It’s too bad the contractor/owner/developer skimped out on insulation & sound deadening for this property otherwise easily a $240 night place…it’s no more than $110-$120 night place.

There was a party of 12 adults in the lobby until 11:30 screaming and yelling and drinking. Little tough to keep kids asleep wonder full hotel as far as everything else.

Room was clean and in good condition, but the drain in our shower was backed up and the pool and hot tub were cold. That is not normal for the Clubhouse. Pool is normally bath water temperature and hot tub is hot.

We were in town for Disney on Ice, and it was so fun seeing all the little princesses running around — including our own! We stay here any time we’re in Sioux Falls, and once again our stay was great.
We didn’t opt for housekeeping this time, which was totally fine. We were able to go down and grab a couple of extra towels without any issue. My husband accidentally left his jacket at the pool, and thankfully we received a call from the front desk — at midnight, no less — letting us know they had found it along with some keys and a wallet. Even though it was late, they chose to call so we wouldn’t wake up worried, and we really appreciated that. Great job, folks!
