The pool was completely u see construction but not informed. Chose this hotel so kids could swim. Room was very dirty. Vomit splatters on back of bathroom door. Food(?) stains on the couch cushions. Sink vanity was unattached and falling off the wall- not safe. Saving grace- we didn’t find bed bugs and the AC worked. 100% will not book again.

Room was fine: clean, good shower. Breakfast did have waffle maker & eggs/sausage - if you got there before it ran out. Paid $30 EXTRA for a dog, and there was NO GRASS in sight (drive to a park a few blocks away).
The motel itself was not as described: no laundry, pool closed down.

We found live cockroaches in our room, when we asked for a refund we were told we could switch rooms, which no thanks where theres 1 there are many. Only 2 other hotels in town, state wrestling weekend, so we ended up paying another $520 for a bug free hotel.

Was one of the dirtiest hotels I've stayed in. The towels had stains , the floor was dirty , the furniture was stained and grubby . The water pressure was terrible in the shower.
only good thing i can say is that the bed was comfortable. For $100 dollars a night I don't recommend.

The common areas were dirty (bathroom, hallways)
Our bathroom only had 2 of the 4 bulbs.
The decor is old and looks dreary.
The towels are cheap and they only provided 1 hand towel.
The grab bar was missing from the tub
The breakfast was meager and not restocked
The staff was pleasant.
The common areas smelled too much like overdone carpet freshener.
The place needs a serious scrub and refresh.

The bathroom was filthy, so I couldn’t shower. The door jamb was also broken so the room wasn’t safe, but they said it was the last room on the first floor and there was no elevator. I refused to lug my heavy suitcase and 2 cats up the stairs. When I complained and showed the front desk person pics of my room and demanded a refund, they said since I paid through a third party, they couldn’t do that. The manager was supposed to contact me, but has not done so.

Any port in a storm. The front desk was polite. The condition of the hotel was a bit run down but not dirty. The switch for the vanity light was broken and the bathroom exhaust fan,although working, rattle so badly from wear that we could not use it. It seems to be a problem in more than one room because we heard the same sound from a room down the hall. Yes, it was that loud! Overall, our stay was quiet but it should not have been almost 100.00.

Qaulity Inn? Hardly. Cheap and thats what we got.

Rooms were very affordable. My family had two rooms for two nights over the Fourth of July.
Pool was was operational but small and shallow. It served its purpose.
The Rooms.
The first room: hair dryer didn’t work, bathroom fan didn’t work. Direct TV signal to week to use Direct TV. However, other digital channels like Tubi did work.
The second room. Bathroom fan cover missing. Bathroom door cracked in half, AC unit fan unit not draining properly and is sloshing water around. Room door not properly hung so it did not freely close. We had to force it shut.
Hot Continental Breakfast. Powdered eggs. Coffee machine was not properly mixing water and coffee so all coffee was watered down. There wasn't any fresh fruit. On the second morning found a bug in the bowl of sugar packets!

For the basics it’s fine. But there is no way to even buy so much as a bottle of water (and the tap water isn’t good).
Also there is no elevator so carrying luggage is difficult.

The staff was amazing!! The bathroom had a new toilet, but the bathtub needs replaced. The towels were good, but the hand towels and wash clothes were very worn.
It appears they are renovating. Maybe it will get better.
The breakfast area is small, but the biscuits were delicious!
The bed was awesome.
Conveniently located near gas stations, restaurants and a grocery store.

We selected this hotel for the pool and the breakfast, well those did not happen. The pool was drained and that was not listed on the web site. Then for breakfast, I asked the owner to refill the batter for waffles and fruit, after waiting for 40 minutes, we left and had to purchase breakfast elsewhere. This was disappointing since there was a youth activity going on and where about multiple families waiting and leaving too. Also the used toothpick next to the bed was a yuck factor. The lobby was updated nicely and smelled good. However as soon as we hit the stairway the carpet was dirty and you could smell an odor. There has been an attempt to update the rooms. However it has been poorly done. There are cracks in the walls and painting was hastily completed. The room also had an odor of moisture/mildew.

Not sure where to start but the hotel was not very clean. The indoor pool wasn’t heated, but door open to the hallway and lobby of the hotel so they were unusually cold. Not sure why they wouldn’t drain the pool if your not going to heat it in the winter. Room had flying bugs, dust, paint jobs that looked half way done, stains on bed sheets and floors. I took a mirror off the wall because mount was coming out, would have fallen if we didn’t. Breakfast area was small, and had less than typical hotel food. When I tried the breakfast I had to microwave the “hot breakfast” items. The parking lot was not plowed, snow everywhere. I’m not sure why Quality Inn hotel brand would put there name to this hotel, we will not stay here again.
