Great location. Generally clean, dog friendly. Our room was concerning, as the door was chipped around the lock as though it had been broken into at another time but it latched and locked ok. The bed was poorly made, wrinkled and disheveled, so it appeared the sheets might not be fresh. We decided the room may just have been turned quickly and not inspected, as everything was clean but sloppy. Bed was comfortable. Nearby park and river walk was great for our dog.

Fantastic place to stay! I was traveling with a dog and my 82 year old mother. I had originally booked at another place hotel but they couldn't accommodate my needs. I was thrilled when I discovered how welcoming the Ramkota was at the last minute on a holiday weekend with state soccer finals in town. We ate dinner in the bar and the bartender kindly took great care of us.

The beds are new and comfortable. The facility is run down and the room was filthy. Carpet was dirty and only vacuumed in the middle. Sides had crumbs and dust bunnies. They haven't moved the chairs in years as dust bunnies were on the wall and just disgusting in cleanliness.

The whole place had a terrible odor. Help desk most time were on cell phone talk to who ever not waiting on check in customer or helping. Place has made a bad down hill impression. Dior key only had to get re programmed 3 times because would not unlock door. 2nd worse hotel I have ever stayed in in my life time . And I do travel a lot

Breakfast was terrible, maids only clean your room every 3 day's. TV quit working 1st day of 3 day stay. Room smelled like urine and musty cigarettes. Had to gp get our own towels for the room. Trash and dishes were left in hallway for 2 day's. Food in restaurant was good but service not so good. Overall this was a terrible experience and we'll NEVER return.

We had an overall terrible experience here. At check in they “didn’t have our room available” a suite as we anre a family of 6 and blamed it on me booking through Expedia. They accommodated us with 2 double queens that we were told were adjoining which did we’re not adjoining, the staff got super short with us and rude when we brought it up. One of our rooms was not properly cleaned, personal belonging and trash under the edges of the bed. We were then told there weren’t anymore rooms next to each other so that we would have to deal with it. Will not stay at the hotel ever.

The room was dirty, especially under the bathroom sink. The heater took about 5 hours to make the room comfortable, and the ice machine on my floor didn’t work. Additionally, the service in the dining room was slow. However, the staff were sweet and accommodating, and the dinner was delicious; we had the Prime Rib Friday special. The hotel needed a serious update; it wasn’t modern and was crowded due to conferences. When we went to the pool, it was strange because there were people there who weren’t staying at the hotel, and they said this was how they escaped being at home. Overall, it was a slightly unusual experience.

The pool is themed just for kids! My 11-year-old wanted his bday party there because of the alligator in the pool. It's not too deep so even the little kids are safe to have fun, and hot tub for adults! Great place to stay!

Pool hot tub broke. Said it was working when I called. My baby nephew was supposed to come to play in the pool. A/c unit outdated made SO much noise I was up all night. Housekeeping woke us up knocking on our door at 9 am. My fault I should’ve put the DND sign out. Bed was comfy. Paid a premium price for this mediocre room.

Property is very dated. They try to make it look updated when you first walk in the room but as soon as you walk into the bathroom you can see the age. Staff is friendly and welcoming. If you just need a quick bed for the night it’s fine.

Room temp control didn't seem to work, bathroom fan broken, mini fridge made cracking sound all night long. The main areas of room seemed to be clean but there was obvious trash Not much attention to detail on cleaning in less but still obvious areas. My daughter stayed in a different room and she found bed bugs. Her room was filthy. Boogers wiped on walls and side of bed and night stand. It didn't look like the room has been deep cleaned and vacuumed around bed frame and behind/around furniture ever. There was trash, tons of dust and God only knows what else. We stayed there the year before and had no problems, so this was a huge disappointment

Room was dirty. There was a splatter of something all over the side of the tub, popcorn on the floor next to the bed, one of the trash cans was covered in a sticky mess both on the inside and outside, the table were not wiped down so there was sticky drops of goo all over them, and the mini fridge top shelf was covered in a yellow sticky goop. The room was uncomfortably warm and even with the air on full blast it stayed uncomfortably warm. Beds were hard. The pool area is very very small and is in desperate need of updating, pieces of the slides a pool bottom were peeling/falling off. There were piles of the pool pieces stacked all around the pool. Pool towels were barely stocked or not stocked at all. And one of the elevators front door on first floor was literally hanging off. The hotel is in desperate need of a full remodel, it's obviously very old and is beyond any simple \"patch and repair\" the tv's are older with sub-par picture and sound quality. Parking lot is an absolute nightmare. Location is central so thats a plus.

We had a nice experience at Ramkota! Trevor very nice and room was clean. We liked the Wyoming vibe. It’s not overly fancy, but did the trick for our short trip to Casper. Close to downtown and a quick hop on the highway to get to other areas of Casper. Pool looked fun, but we didn’t get to experience that.

Still haven’t receive a refund I was guaranteed because they gave our rooms away and gave us a super small room and a room that smelt like mold. We came another weekend believing it would be better but this time the front desk lady tried over charging us and then had the wrong reservation at first. The male front desk agent was excellent tho. His name is Trevor. They are lucky to have him.

This place is low end. The restaurant served via a buffet. The food was not very good, the buffet line was dirty, the options were very limited and their \"Friday night prime rib\" was rubbery. We found popcorn on the floor of our room. We didn't have popcorn. Would not recommend.

One of the pillowcases had a blood stain on it about 3 inches in diameter. I'll save the details. The pillows may rank right up there with the worst pillows of any hotel I've stayed. The front desk personnel were polite and efficient. The restaurant was OK as well. Between the pillows (which I chose not to use) and the noise from truck traffic made for a night with little sleep. Sadly, I would not recommend.

The room's heater didn't work. We couldn't get the \"interior\" room above 67 degrees (in the middle of winter). They said the hotel was full, so they couldn't move us to another room (with heat). The only thing they offered was extra blankets.

When I arrived for check in, there was no one at the front desk. I could see the person in the office, but she ignored me for several minutes. After she finally checked me in she offered no other information. I had to ask maintenance staff where our room was. Our room contained no information about the hotel, no TV guide and no Kleenex. We also couldn’t get the room cooled to a suitable temperature.

Room was very nice. Avocado bacon grilled cheese ordered in the bar was huge and delicious. (Enough for next day)
Unfortunately our check in was less than pleasant. I checked the pet rate when booking on Hotels.com. It was $20. At the hotel I was informed their price was $50 and manager would not honor my booking price. I was able to get this resolved by contacting the Regional manager but overall front of desk personnel in the evening not pleasant.

Our room keys never worked, we had to go to the front desk multiple times to get new ones, and even the new ones struggled to work. If we ran the air conditioner in our room, there was a loud clicking noise that occurred every 45 seconds or so. It was loud enough that I couldn't sleep. I finally turned off the air conditioner because it was easier for me to sleep in a really hot room than it was to listen to the noise. Also, the food at the hot buffet is mediocre, at best.
