The pictures do not match the rooms. The room sizes are far smaller than depicted. The cleanliness as well as was not very good. There were yellow stains on the bedding. And the bathroom smelled like raw sewage and we didn’t even use the rest room. We decided to leave after one night even without a refund. That is how bad it was. We lost $277 in total for our stay but it was that bad we didn’t even care we were getting the money back. The amenities were dated. The upstairs pool and bar look about 15-20 years older than the pictures. The gym equipment was rusted. Another guest said they cut their tot on the bottom of the pool due to a sharp shard of tile that is coming up. -7/10

Outstanding!! Great breakfast. Great staff. Great location. Room and pool was perfect. Wish they rented beach chairs as you have to walk up the beach a bit to find chairs to rent. Short walk and ice cold $2 beers when you get there.

The hotel was nice. In an ok area. Safe area. But about 350 meters walk to the ocean. The room was in need of a good cleaning and some servicing. The light over the sink was burt out. The bath tub shower curtain was moldy and smelled at the bottom - needed to be washed. The batteries in the safe were dead.
Breakfast was nothing special. Toast, an omlet station. The coffee was at room temperature every morning. Even when I got there right at 6:30, only warm. I bought a bag of 3 in 1 coffee pakets and made coffee in my room. The pool was nice. On the roof with a great view of the area and the ocean.

Decent ish place. Clean enough. Gym was very rusty and outdated. Staff were okay, but on their phones, never said hello first etc. just could have been more hospitable. Room was okay, but lights were flashing. Think it just needs a refurbishment. Pool area was clean but no music or lack of atmosphere in all areas. Also about 30 minute walk to busy town, which we kind of regret

시설이 엄청나게 신식이거나 완벽하게 깨끗한 편은 아니지만 합리적인 가격으로 그 가격대에 매우 만족스러운 호텔입니다.

마사지샵도 가깝고 좋고 빨래방도 가까워서 정말 좋습니다.

This listing doesn’t match its description. It’s not in a nature park. You have to cross a very busy intersection to get to the beach. Once there, there are no cabanas, loungers or umbrellas. You are on your own. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. Not lunch or dinner. And once you see breakfast you will do what everyone else does. There is no spa. If you want a massage they will call someone to come in. A sauna? They will then turn it on for you and charge you. No swim up pool bar and the bar near the pool is rarely staffed. No transfer bus. They will call you a cab. All rooms do not have a bath. Upgrade to a premier deluxe? You won’t get the top floor as described. And the reviews? There’s no way known that anyone staying here would rate this place a 10. The reviews are made up. You will not get what you paid for. It’s also not where you want to be.

Great staff and great location! The only thing that was a challenge was there were a few days the fruit flies were all over the food. There were very few people staying at the hotel and therefore the food sat out for long periods of time. I would recommend covers for the food. On a positive note the accommodations met our needs and the staff were very active in gathering supplies for the recent flood victims.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. They had a good breakfast with great customer service from the ladies working at the restaurant every morning. The pool has an amazing view and the place is kept very clean. It is only two minute walk from the beach and there are so many activities to do in the area. I rented a motorbike which made it very convenient to go visit Hoi An, Ba na Hills and marble mountains.

One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, offering stunning ocean views perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options.
The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend Sea Phoenix Hotel and I will definitely be returning.

Good English breakfast selection, clean and very comfortable bed room with ocean view. We were spent a lot of time at pool cafe bar at the rooftop, that was a truly relaxing.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sea Phoenix Hotel. It exceeded my expectations in several ways. The rooftop pool and bar were the perfect spots to relax, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. - Breakfast buffet is diverse and eye-catching, suitable for my taste.

It was just OK type place. Location was good but staff was not friendly. Specially when we entered the hotel around 1pm, the lady on the reception was not very friendly. Rooms were clean but dining area was not very clean. The evening staff was helpful.

The Sea Phoenix is a quiet, calm hotel and we were quite close to the beach. Near the hotel are a selection of local places to eat, and we were comfortable with the location.

I unfortunately caught covid the day we were supposed to return home. I notified the staff at reception, who calmly responded “don’t worry, I will connect you to our manager”.

The lovely manager of the hotel was so kind and reassuring. She also told me not to worry and provided me with her direct WhatsApp line, letting me know that I could reach out to her for anything we needed. Whilst we quarantined, she checked in on us, and she and her staff kept us well stocked with kegs of water, breakfast and medicine whenever we needed it. She truly went out of her way to send us things to help us recover comfortably, sending up a plate of limes, lemongrass, and sugar to make tea, delivering tests, medication and thermometers washing up liquid and detergent, everything they could to keep us comfortable. She checked in regularly and made us feel like we weren’t a burden. We are really grateful to everyone who brought things up to our room when we couldn’t leave.

So I just want to say a HUGE thank you to the manager and her staff at Sea Phoenix for helping us through a tough time. This was a wonderful show of Vietnamese hospitality and I have nothing but good impressions after my first trip. We’re looking forward to returning.

When we got there they informed us to pool was closed. the bathroom window didn't close all the way. and there was spider web in the bathroom. put my arm on the window sill and got a white powdered arm. The air conditioner didn't cool very good. Bathtub took 20 mins to drain after a shower. Not sure how long it would take to drain if you took a bath. on a positive note if you have a translation app the staff was friendly.

The property is located close to the ocean and has some good eating places close by. There are also convenience stores, massages and a great taxi service out the front. However, the premises are aging and need a facelift and the linen is old, thin and worn. The Staff were very helpful and friendly and overall the stay was good value for the price.
