A wonderful stay at the Pullman. Beautiful
grounds and well maintained property. Very clean. The stars are the staff. They are absolutely lovely and provide five star service. Wish we could have stayed there longer than 6 nights. Can’t wait to come back.

Room conditition was good and all staffs were nice to deal with anything we needed. We love the beautiful beach and sun bed at the front of the resort where managed by staff privately. Nice cocktail and mango bingsu were our favorites. Hope to stay again!

Our room was modern, spacious, and absolutely great. Breakfast offered a huge variety of options, there was even Tequila! The resort itself was beautiful and set in a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return, but in the dry season next time :-)

Best hotel in Danang, beautiful resort, huge infinity pool, large relaxing beach front. Wonderful gardens. Great staff - Sophie at the front desk, Daisy in the breakfast room, Tin at the bar. All were helpful and professional. Why stay in a glass highrise box - when you can stay at gorgeous property with gardens and wonderful balconies.

The resort was stunning, the breakfast was exceptional, the private beach convenient - it was an amazing resort. Very quiet and peaceful. The only negative was at checkin... we booked for 2 adults, 2 children on wotif and it all appeared to be processed, however when we arrived we were told that we only had a room for 3 people as there was no room for the additional bed. Very disappointing that it wasn't rectified, lucky their version of a single bed was almost double, so it did not affect a stay in Da Nang.

Our stay at the Pullmans Da Nang Beach Resort was very good. We enjoyed all the amenities at the hotel from the restaurants, the bars and the pool.
There were some problems with a number of the staff who did not speak English, especially at breakfast where it was difficult to order a pot of tea and this happened on most days during our 7 night stay.
The bar closed at 10pm and nothing local to go to so it was not good.
The room was very nice, our room had a great view of the pools and the beach.
Overall a good stay and will probably come back.

Pullman resorts was amazing! Pullman’s property, cleanliness, location, beach, and staff was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. However, their food and restaurants on site was a ⭐️⭐️. Their morning buffet was not worth it. Although, there are a varieties of food it was not very good. The meat was tough and chicken has no flavor. Soup was bland.

Superb service !

Service at Azure Beach was impeccable! Special thanks to the staff who accommodated our requests to dine by the pool. Kids were happy to be able to dive back into pool right after dinner.

The shower in the deluxe room was unfortunately disappointing as the water pressure is too low.

Too little too late.

We were put into a room with a road out side were the traffic noise started at 5am (shortened sleep) and the building has little sound proofing so the noise from the shower in adjacent rooms is loud enough to wake you. When we pointed out the problem to staff the only response we got initially was 'sorry' .... After two sleep interrupted nights they moved us to a room higher up on the 4th floor where we had a queen mattress on a king wooden base so it was easy to knock our shins getting in and out of bed. The manager took pity and offered us a complimentary cocktail and when we went to pay our bill after 6 sleep interrupted night the checkout staff decided to argue with us about the complimentary drinks and would not take them off the bill. Our airport ride turned up so we left. Emails back amd forth about the bill now. Most unsatisfactory.

Pullman staffs did a good job. We check in early as room available for us after having our welcome drink. Penthouse king suite is really good maintenance and best room ever stay. Went to the beach restaurant AZURA for lunch and dinner on that day, nice food and drink, serve by friendly staffs, also back to have our drinks on that night, the coconut frenzy, cucumber cocktail was nice. Next day breakfast was perfect, lots of variety choices, only a bit warm restaurant busy timing. The private beach, swimming pools, sand and water was well maintenance. We tried in room dining was perfect and super fast of the food delivered to our room, delicious burger and fried rice. Kids club is good place and Childs enjoy the environment with friendly staffs. Overall satisfied with our stay and love it. we would recommend this hotel and surely come back again.

Staff are not helpful at all. I usually stay at the Vin Pearl which is wonderful but decided to try something new. BIG mistake. I had to leave early for a work emergency and staff would not provide a credit or refund. Total waste of money.

Thongs are provided in room, no need to prepare your own.
Brekfast is one of the best. We stayed 5 nights. Pho is order to made and Variety of Main meals sereve everyday. Also you can order barista made coffee for breakfast as much as you want.
Distance to Main City is 10mins away(au$6-7 for taxi fare - I used Grab)
Hotel Spa Massage is good quality.
I satisfied Most of my stay.
You might can feel room amenities are not enough. But if you ask it for more, they always serve you.

Location in a good position with great pool and right on a lovely clean stretch of beach. The service in the hotel was good overall. Slow check-in despite arriving after 4pm. Our room (Juniour Suite) was not up to quality of other 5*hotels. A good size room but so much empty space. The bed was comfortable, and I did like the jacuzzi bathtub. The noise from our room was awful and footsteps, closing doors from other guests/room and voices. The corridors were qlways loud and was woken up at 6am each morning of atay by thia noise. Breakfast optioba were good and the overall cleanlibess of the hotel was great. Food at Azure (the hotel beach restuarant) was ok - nothing out of the ordinary. Not sure if I would stay here again.

This is truly a five star fabulous resort. It could not have been any nicer and the breakfast was out of the world. There are many nice hotels in DaNang, but this one is close to the the city and shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We had friends staying at another hotel and although it was nice, it was distant from everything. The staff could not have been nicer...even arranged a driver to Hue for us. Do not search any longer-fabulous.

Superb hotel. Celebrating our anniversary and we were upgraded from a deluxe room to the two bedroom cottage, which was amazing. The hotel also surprised us with a cake, flowers and a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, such a large selection to choose from. Something different every morning. only downside that there wasn't much within walking distance. A couple of bars but nowhere to eat unless you like seafood. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Danang.

i stayed with my bf for 3 nights. my first booking was delux room but I upgraded to junior suite. Actually the room was big and clean, that made me surprised. Also it’s close to the city so very accessible. One thing that made me disappointed was not great view from the room but the staff told me that before staying so not much problems:) I recommend this hotel for family, couple, single everyone! Thank you for give us good memorable staying!

We booked 1 night for 2 room family suites and by the time we checked in, the staff mentioned that only 1 room family suites available due to something is broken in the other family suites. They offered us to replace 1 family suites with 1 junior suites and the difference for the price will be credited to my credit card. After 1 month waiting for my credit card statement, nothing show as refund. So I contacted hotels.com, hotels.com mentioned that pullman does not honor the agreement for refund but hotels.com gave us some credit. I am so disappointed how the pullman did not honor the agreement. I wish i had recorded all of this incident so there are proof.

The hotel uses a sofa cushion as an additional bed, although we requested and paid for a rollaway bed. No mattress was provided until we reminded them multiple times to provide a proper mattress for the extra bed.

The towel rack drop from the wall on 2 occasion, almost injuring my son.

The pool was small and hardly has enough space to swim due to several oversize floats use by guests. Would be more enjoyable if the hotel restricts the use of oversize floats or enlarge the pool.

Other than the above, the breakfast was sumptuous, and the staff were polite.

It was a beautiful place. Serene environment and beautiful beach. But I would have expected much better service. Staff were not friendly at all. And their website featured a herb garden, which turned out to be a rundown area tugged behind the cafe. Quite disappointed.

one thing can improve is about the bed size. Ours twin room, we thought the bed size is 4ft each, while it’s 3ft. it’s still good, comfy bed, definitely nicer if it’s 4ft one :)

It's clean hotel and the facility wes nice although there's no air conditioner at lobby.
We wanted to try stand up paddling, but we couldn't. The staff didn't let us know that only one hour there's a instructor when we asked him about the service. We could take a shower after check out at 12 pm and it was a good service.

Brilliant 5 star experience at the best hotel in Danang. Super chilled, great service (pool staff bring you iced water without asking), good level of English at the hotel, local area has some cheapo places just a 5 min walk away if you want a change of scene. I think the pool and beach really make this place special. Very worth choosing. I also stayed at the Sheraton grand resort earlier in the week but Pullman is superior in service. Fully recommend.

This hotel was a great 5 star. The staff were friendly and rooms were clean. The bathrooms are very clean and the beds are very comfy. What I loved about the hotel is the location on to the beach! Wide stretch of sand with blue waters! Things that could be improved upon were. We were not given any clean coffee cups in our room after we used them. And there seemed to be some confusion on whether breakfast was included during my stay (upon check in and once at breakfast time). This may be because we booked via Expedia and the price we got it for was a steal. There are lots of free activities but we didn’t get to try any as the waves were quite high however the process could have also been better managed as I waited over 15 mins to talk to someone about booking a water activity. In the end I went to the reception in person to ask. The towels by the pool were plentiful and clean. However there were some stains on some and some looked like they had better days. Hotel staff are prompt to serve you if you provide a tip by the pool. Other than that I have to say that the rooms are beautiful and my overall stay was very good indeed. Also if you are visiting try organising your transfer in advance. We paid $12 (USD) to get there by private car. The hotel charges $35 and on the way back to the airport (through The Grab app - Vietnam’s answer to Uber) it was $3. Happy travels.

Nice resort, nice beach. Not worth paying a visit to My Khe beach as it is literally an extension of My Khe, but with no crowds at all.

Room is clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. However staff needs to get more awareness training - they are not too environmental friendly as I tried to follow hotel's instructions to put the towels on the rack but still got replaced. While having breakfast for 4 days, realised staff were too busy and always have not collect used plates from every table. Most guests have to stack the used dishes themselves. Otherwise they are very helpful and always bear a smile and greet you.

Nice hotel by the beach

Overall nice hotel. The staffs were very helpful. The set back was the water pressure in my room extremely low and hot water practically none that it was impossible to have a shower. Air conditioner was not working well as I got up few times because feeling hot.
Other than my room condition, all were superb
