The dryer was very mediocre on property, with no notification that the on property restaurant would be closed during the majority of my stay. The location is very convenient and the shuttle is very nice! It would be nicer if the shuttle came a little more often and ran a little later but it was nice to have the option. Everyone who worked at the hotel was extremely friendly and spoke great English, Mudge was exceptionally helpful. The beds were pretty uncomfortable (very firm) but the staff was willing to bring up additional pillows and duvets as I was a little chilly and that held immensely!! The room also had a heater that was quite toasty and comfortable. There is a place to do laundry but the dryer setting did not work very well so we air dried everything in the room. Everything was very clean and the ski/snowboard storage area was very nice as well. The restaurant (Elements) was affordable and delicious as well!

We were quite disappointed by our stay at Always Niseko given the premium we paid for a tiny room without any space for our suitcases. There was housekeeping 1 time during our 8 night stay. Reception staff not overly service minded or happy. Restaurant was only open for breakfast so no place to have a drink in the evening. We would just have expected a bit more given how much we paid to stay here over the NYE period.

Breakfast served between 6.30-9.30am and the breakfast staff were lovely.

Budget friendly hotel just on the outskirts of the busy ski town Grand Hirafu. Rooms are incredibly small and amenities are basic. But you get what you paid for. Clean and safe. Free shuttles take you into town and to the ski lifts. Staff is friendly and speak English, as most employees are Australian( I think). From desk gave us late check out as we waited for our bus to take us to the train station. Overall, good value and great experience staying in this ski area.

Always Niseko gives affordable accommodation for travelers in the Grand Hirafu area. It is not a ski in ski out hotel, yet it’s free shuttle service which runs every half an hour will get you to all the major ski spots and restaurants in the area. The breakfast is decent and the staff are all very helpful. Our suite is clean and spacious for the four of us and there is Netflix so you will be entertained at night if you do not want to go out after a day of skiing. Will definitely come back again!

Nice clean hotel with a regular shuttle to Hirafu lifts and town centre. Pretty good for the price. Included breakfast was reasonable. Restaurant downstairs was a bit pricey for other meals and drinks, but similar to most of the local competition. There are some great ramen restaurants in town if you are looking for a cheap feed though. Rooms are pretty small, but perfectly adequate if you intend to spend most of your time on the slopes. The netflix option on the TV was a great idea. We enjoyed watching a show on the nights we felt like staying in.

The hotel provides shuttle services to multiple points of interests and runs at every 15 to 30 mins interval which saves us a lot of waiting. Their international staff speaks your language and it does feel like you are in the Swiss Alps instead of Niseko.

As they stated what is free are not stable and must, traps !
Unstable water pressure, suddenly very cold very hot while shower,
WIFI always cannot log in very unstable and very limited parking space on site only around 10 as when booked stated big that free , reception interaction needs more training although they all can speak english .
Not too much space inside room, fridge the machine is big but inside storing is thin cant really chill food and not cold at all.
I believe there are lots more around the area to choose

Always Niseko is probably the best priced hotel in the Niseko area that’s within walking distance of the slopes. It’s a proper hotel so you’ll pay more than you’re average hostel but not extortionately so.

Other than price, the rooms are very comfortable and clean with loads of space. The staff are also very helpful as they offer you loads of information about the area and help getting around. Regular free shuttle buses are available for those who don’t like the walk.

A reasonable price hotel in Niseko area

The hotel is new, modern & clean. It works like a self-service hostel. It is 3 minutes drive from Hirafu. There is free hotel shuttle bus every 30min. There are limited free car park spaces outside the building and you should book it in advance if you drive. The breakfast has limited choices. There were 2 kinds of fruits, oranges & apples, on the first day & then only apples or bananas (one kind of fruit) in the remaining 3 days. The price is very reasonable in Niseko area during this low season period for ski.
My room is a connecting room. The door between the 2 rooms has poor sound proof.

We stayed here for 11 days powder skiing. The staff are the most helpful hotel staff you have ever met unless you're in a super luxury hotel ( of which there are several in Niseko - but unaffordable to us!). Nice modern design, great staff including all the drivers of the shuttle bus and good mixed buffet for breakfast - evening menus well prepared but quite restricted but there are loads of accessible restaurants and bars a short shuttle ride away :) Jade and Wiro were stand out stars for the staff but everyone was keen to be of service.

Lovely hotel, exceeded expectations. The shuttle bus is really handy to get to the ski lifts and the drivers are super friendly and fun. Breakfast is okay. There’s a ski storage room. My room was spotless and everything was brand new and modern. Huge tv with Netflix. Amazing bathroom. Only ten minutes walk from the village if you don’t take the bus. Only complaint is that WiFi was not working on very well on second floor and when I told reception they never got back to me at any point throughout my stay. overall though I had an amazing stay at Always Niseko and would definitely visit again.

Service of the staffs could have been better - tired, reluctant and no service mind. Staffs don't seem to be trained on guests satisfaction or basic manners, they could be heard gossiping about other guests in lobby. Shame.

New, well appointed hotel an easy 10 minute walk from Hirafu junction in boots and carrying a snowboard. (Free shuttle operates every half hour if you don't want to walk.)
Nice rooms with big flat screen TV which defeated every attempt by me to get any programme; obviously for a younger generation!
Great staff with regular contact before arrival and who organised by lift ticket so that it was at reception on my arrival. Lots of help with car rental and many other minor requests; always with a smile.
Only improvement would be tea and/or coffee (capsule type) making facilities in the room.

Always Niseko is about a 15-20 min walk from the Hirafu slopes. It's a well maintained hotel. The rooms and rest of the hotel are clean, mattress is good, and they have a restaurant/bar that also serves breakfast in the mornings.

They have a bus that runs pretty frequently that takes you to all the key spots around Niseko, so the distance isn't an issue.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Staff were very accommodating to our questions and did their utmost to get answers if they didn't have it at their finger tips. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Free shuttle to the ski area and back. If you needed a ride off schedule, they'd arrange one for you. It was great. I do wish they would install hooks on the walls to hang up morenski clothes to dry but that would be my only criticism. They did have hangers but it wasn't enough for the two of us to dry gear after skiing all day. I'd stay here again though.

From walking into the hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful. They would be full of restaurant recommendations and would always be willing to make reservations for us.

The hotel provides a great shuttle service into town and the slopes. The shuttle is ALWAYS on time so would recommend being at the stop 5 mins early to avoid missing it. Also the hotel is not too far from town so it is ok to walk on the not so cold days/nights. They were also great in taking us to our pick up point at 6am when the shuttle didn't run.

Our room was a decent size and very clean. The bed was very large (two twins pushed together) but was rather firm and the pillows way too soft. However, after asking for an additional pillow helped a little bit. The fridge was very small to store a few necessities (drinks and snacks) but we got by by removing the shelves. Also there was not much room for two people to store/hang out their wet ski gear. The bathroom was a fair size however the shower water temperature would fluctuate from very hot to very cold which was rather annoying.

Finally, our room 103, was right at the entrance/reception to the hotel and the ski storage room so in the morning we could hear every word of the reception staff (approx 6am) and any guest's that were walking in and out of the hotel and storage room. I would recommend requesting a room away from the entrance, on level 2 or 3.

Overall we would stay at Always Niseko again but would be mindful of the few issues above.

New hotel with decent sized room and bathroom for Japanese standards. Plenty of storage for all your ski clothing, big drying room for snowboards/ skis. Attached restaurant is good with reasonable food and drinks, buffet breakfast is tasty and not bad value at 1200 yen pp. Close enough to town/ lifts with Hotel shuttle bus running each way every 30 mins or so or an easy walk in around 10 minutes to the bottom of town/ family lift. A little expensive but seems all hotels with your own bathroom are in Niseko!

The position of the hotel was quiet close to Odori Park where the Winter Festival was being set up during our stay, as well as many other sites to look at and enjoy. The hotel is close to the subway and a walkable distance to Sapporo Station.
The hotel itself seems aged and the room we were given was a smoking room with no window, the carpet in the hall way looked very dirty and we could not breath in it so we asked to be moved,. We were told no other room was available until my son mentioned 'refund' and they moved us to a much cleaner room. This proved satisfactory for the price and was in a much cleaner part of the hotel. There was no heat control and one night the heating was turned up so we had to sleep with the window open.
We had little contact with the staff but when we did they were very nice.

Always Niseko is a good location hotel in Niseko Village at its' value. Free shuttle bus from hotel to those main ski village and back. Free hotel transport arranged to pick us up and drop us off to the airport liner shuttle bus stop at the Welcome Centre. If you missed the hotel shuttle bus to the ski village, no worries. It is just a 10mins walk to the main Niseko intersection junction where you can find almost every necessities. Me and my friend used to have late night drinks almost every night and we would enjoyed the walk back to the hotel as the last shuttle bus is at 9.45pm.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They would give us all the food restaurant suggestions and directions. A booklet of good restaurants, Niseko map, shuttle bus schedule are all given upon check-in. They would also help to make any restaurant reservations when needed. They greet us in and out at the entrance despite their 'busy-ness'.

There is one thing that I am not happy about. It is regarding the towels. There is no instruction given saying that i have to leave the towels on the floor in order to get changed to new ones.

Overall, I have enjoyed my stay in NIseko. Thank you.

This hotel charged me usd270 for 1 night for a room (2 beds) so I do have expectation. They did not provide kettle, cups, coffee, tea bag, body lotion. Their shower comes with a cycle of cold n hot water which is the worst part. They only opened in Dec 2016. When u booked in Sept I believe the price is ok and expect it will not go down. However later i found out their price changed from usd270 to usd215 and did not honor me the discount claiming that when I booked through Expedia it is a fixed deal. Be fair I want to complement the shuttle van driver who is very supportive to hotel guest.

Good budget option with a private bathroom included in the room to access the Niseko Hirafu ski fields. Walking distance of 10-15 mins to Ace Family Pair lift, although there is a very prompt shuttle bus with friendly drivers that drive you to 3 x locations in Hirafu. The Hotel is new and clean, friendly staff with 24hr onsite availability, with a new/clean ski/snowboard drying room. Downsides are location to food options, although the shuttle bus takes care of this and the fact that the nearest convenience store is the seiko mart in Hirafu. I believe in due course there will be more cafe's and stores opening up in this area. I could have used a kettle as well. I used the drinks vending machine onsite, although didn't see a snacks machine which would be good. I would come here again as I had no issues using the shuttle to get to the ski fields and made friends with one of the drivers. I got the room at 30% discount and can't fault the place and private bathroom for the price i paid coming into peak season in Niseko. Nice touch with the Sony bravia flat screens with all streaming services loaded. I just logged into my Netflix account and could binge after a huge day on the mountain.

Rooms were a great size, the staff were so nice and always wanting to help if you had any dramas. Will definitely be staying again next time I'm in niseko

Great accommodation and great staff

I booked the suite for my son and 5 friends who wanted to ski in Niseko. It was easy to speak to the hotel staff on queries prior to the stay . They are still in Japan travelling but I was told by my son on arrival that the room was very roomy even for 6 people - all 22-23 yo adults , and the facilities were all very good and clean.It was great to have the shuttle service too.

7月に宿泊しました。とても清潔感のあるホテルです。無駄なものがない。宿泊費は2人で8千円でした。ニセコでこの値段は破格です。
エアコンがないので、ニセコは涼しいところですが、窓が開けられず（網戸がなく虫が入ってくるため）締め切っていると暑く感じました。扇風機は一応ありますが。暖房はしっかりありそうです。値段でのことを考えるととても良かったです
