Good location- close to Asiatique and ferry station. Very welcoming doorman. The room was clean with daily housekeeping. We were unhappy when we arrived as the TV, internet and safe box didn't work. These issues were solved the next morning. Surprisingly, there are no sockets near the bed. The receptionist told us she would buy an extension cord if we paid for it! Not a very customer friendly response. She then managed to find an extension cord.Don't expect much from the kitchenette. There aren't even knives. The same receptionist told us they are too dangerous for guests. This seemed like a ridiculous reason if you are going to offer a kitchenette. However, overall good value for money.

This hotel is one of the best for the money and the location is the best as it is directly across the street from Asiatique and has a ton of street food and 7-11 around. Super clean room and a super friendly staff, pay a little extra money and get a riverview, it is worth it!

I find this hotel very interesting the last night we stayed there i think someone tried to open our door but im pretty sure it was the cleaners! they have extra safety locks on there luckly we had all on so the door was just peeked open. Other than that i recommend this spot. Check in and out was quick and easy. Staffs was friendly also. When i go to Bangkok ill be staying here again.

Room was excellent for the price we paid. We stayed on the top floor which seemed to be recently renovated. Hotel was conveniently located next to Asiatique Pier for the cruises and market but was a bit of a drive to get to the other attractions. Accommodations were perfect for our one night stay. Although they were not able to accommodate our early check in request staff allowed us to store our bags safely while we explored.

I stayed for 2 nights. The WiFi simply did not work and I spent a considerable amount of time trying to get it to be consistent. On for an hour, then off and I would switch to my phone. Same. There was no food on the premises. But you could walk across the street to Asiatique mall for Coffee/food. There was no lamp at the bedside. Dangerous. There was no soap at the bathroom sink. Staff were nice enough. Would I stay there again? Depends.

The hotel was a good price for the area and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room did have a lot of dust on the table by the window and on the counters and windows. My girlfriend does have asthma so she did have to use her machine at times to help her breathe. The location was close to transportation (taxis and buses) and was in a good location across the street from The Chao River Front Asiatique Market. The staff and employees were very helpful and kind and welcoming. The only thing we had a problem with is that the rooms could be dusted and cleaned a little bit better

The Sunreno Hotel decor is very retro I felt like I was a kid again growing up in the 70’s. The bathrooms & appliances have been updated which was very nice. The staff was very helpful making sure we had taxi’s for excursions & the airport. The Asiatique Riverfront & night market are just across the street… we would stay again!

Sunreno is located right in front of Asiatique where the great foods and attractions are. There are also a lot of street vendors, the main transportion is bus. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room is very clean and spotless. Highly recommend.

I liked location and size of room, however I paid 5400 baht per night and would expect room to be ready and it wasn't, I tried checking in at 420pm and had to wait. Also they do not accept scan or credit card for deposit, they require 500 baht cash only...which I didn't have on me but luckily my fiancee had. Then safe didn't work, had to have maintenance come and fix.then when checking out, they made us wait while they checked room to see if we took anything or left room dirty. Luckily we got deposit back.

We stayed at this hotel with my husband and we’re pleasantly surprised with how cheap it was. The location was perfect and close to everything. Very easy to get a taxi from. I loved that they had front desk assistance and security 24/7. The room was very spacious and clean. The only thing was that the bed wasn’t super comfortable but overall we loved our stay. Definitely recommend :)

Very big room and plenty of space in the bathroom. I checked in at night time and flew in early morning. So couldn't spend much time at the resort. But if I visit Phuket again I'll definitely choose to stay there. It's closed to the airport and there is airport transfer. All staff are nice, polite and helpful.

I stay here all the time. It is right across the street from Asiatique outdor evening (4-pm to 11:00pm Mall) with soooo many great restaurants, shopping and some family rides. Many independent restaurant, as well as street food right outside your door, including 7-11. They give you 4 soft pillows, a very comfortable bed, but most importantly a clean environment and there staff and door man are superb, and friendly competent. Great value!

Reception staff very nice and helpful enough. Hotel feels quite dated but room was fairly clean. Location ... not very good. No restaurant but room service available. Very limited choice of nearby restaurants, especially during the daytime. The nearby Asiatique complex only opens at 4pm. More on offer in the evening. No pool, gym or such amenities. At over 2,000bt a night, not really worth it with so much else on offer.

Well done Sunreno, especially Diamond and gang

Sunreno was great place to stay, although I’m hard pushed to see that it as an apartment, as we had a microwave in the weirdest height,a Kettle, a sink and a spattering of k&f’s cups and glasses, fridge good size, but a hob and washing machine would have made it perfect . Surrounding area was good Asiatque for street food and shops. The area was well served by buses, boats, taxis and Tuk Tuks.
The staff were extremely helpful from the doorman, reception staff and chamber maid, especially Diamond the waiter at breakfast, who after our first morning remembered how we each took our coffee. My sister and I have been traveling for 3 months at this point, and that was a charming touch, well done Sunreno. We were only going to stay three nights, but extended it to the full time we were in Bangkok, before moving in to Cambodia.

Although the location is a bit far from BTS, there’s the view of Ferris wheel from my room and go to Asiatique just in 5 mins.

Hotel is in great location for the awesome Asiatique center with its miles of little Market shops and restaurants, river pier etc etc. There is plenty of street food nearby and a 7-Eleven every 30 yards along the road (or so!) Hotel staff couldn't be more helpful although not the best English speakers. 10 out of 10 for room make up staff. Suite shows slight signs of wear and tear which wasn't a bother. Would have liked to have had a coffee shop /Cafe on site but it just encourages you to get out and about!

As with most experience judging by the pictures can be deceiving. However, my expectations of Sunreno was above and beyond. Arriving earlier than check in time of 2PM the front desk staff was very helpful to answer questions and give advise of the area's entertainment. She also gave me instructions of the nearby express boat operations. This was very helpful and I made use of the information. It saved me time and money on taxi and tuk-tuk services. The area of hotel was full of activities and many street side stands to choose from.

We had a very amazing experience staying at the Sureno service apartments, It was centrally location by the Asiatique mall and the Ferris wheel, even over looking from our windows, Great service and friendly staff. It's a must great room service and Wi-Fi be careful not to eat in ed, we were charged 200 Baht for damage to linens, but they could of just washed the and it would of been taken care of, over all greta stay

We booked for river view room. Btw, there is only 8 floor and no river view room on 8th floor, so, we was on 7th fl. Mostly see the big wheel of Asiatique and parking lot.
Room is spacious but sign of ages. Basic amenities is provided. No breakfast, 7/11 and local restaurants & street foods are in walking distance.

Asiatique at your fingertips.

The busy streets outside disappear as you step into quiet and well appointed spaces for a restful night. Wifi signal in room is good. No tub, but very nice size shower. No pool. No breakfast, and Asiatique doesn't really open until mid/afternoon, but within easy walking you will find street food, fruit stands, and the ever-present 7-11's. I found a good foot massage nearby at only 120 bt/hr when I had been routinely paying 200 elsewhere. While you are near the river, you would make this choice not for a \"river view\", but for the location almost directly across from Asiatique with its huge selection of shops and food choices. Easy to find, a clean and well lighted area, a cool and quiet room, little kitchenette, a nice bathroom, comfy bed, the price is right, and if shopping and eating is at the top of your list, then this may be the one for you. Asiatique at your fingertips!

the stay was excellent and the staff was terrific and friendly. that they went out of their way to help me and also accommodated all my requests. however there is NO breakfast at the property one has to eat outside thought there are many places to eat close by, and there is NO kitchen in the room only microwave and a fridge. there is a locker in the room however its NOT bolted to the wall - anyone can WALK AWAY with the ENTIRE locker! so the purpose of a safe in the room is really defeated!
