I’d never recommend this place to anyone.
•The slowest wi-fi I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. And it just disconnects automatically.
•Found some hair on a shower curtain, shampoo bottle and a bathroom sink. I personally don’t mind but this should not happen in a hotel room.

Also this property is not very close to major stations so I’d recommend you to find something closer to more convenient areas.

When you first enter the hotel it's great - common areas (lobby/lounge/restaurant) are hip and cool and well designed. After a couple of mediocre hotels I thought to myself \"finally!\"

But... Looks can be deceiving. The 4+ star lobby gives way to a 2-3 star room.

Our room lacked any of the personality of downstairs, with no decoration or design and was quite small. As others have noted, it's awkwardly laid out, with separate toilet, wet shower (with no shelving) and then the sink in the room, about 1 meter from the beds. If you're traveling with someone you aren't super close with, good luck having any privacy when showering and dressing.

Wifi is terrible. Water pressure is decent.

Windows have blinds, not curtains, so the light comes blazing in at 4am, ensuring you awaken with the rising sun.

Location is a mixed bag. Short 5 minute walk to the subway station. 20 minutes to Kyocera dome. But a good 30 minute walk to the common tourist areas of the city, so YMMV depending on the experience you're looking for. Pretty limited dining options in the immediate vicinity, but there is a very nice grocery store just downstairs with tons of ready-to-eat fare. Hotel restaurant looked and smelled good, but I was chased off by the Y3000-4000 price tag for a pizza.

Bottom line - a functional room, but given the common areas, I was left wanting more... Or paying less.

A bit quiet of an area in Osaka, not much happening on a Saturday night. However the hotel was really great, had a nice vibe to it and a good bar. Good sized room as well.

We liked the lounge area at reception as we found it odd, staying in a twin room only one chair was provided for two people?
The reading lights over the bed were too dim, once again the lounge area provided a desk and writing/ reading area. The cafe staff makes good quality espresso coffee.
The railway stations are close, meaning most tourist districts are very easy to get to. The supermarket next door is very convenient and provides a great range of fresh produce.
The laundry was very clean and easy to use, but there were cues for a small number of machines .
The property was in a quiet/ residential part of Osaka.

Cozy hotel in Osaka!

Our stay at Hotel It. was absolutely wonderful! Located near the center of the city, the hotel was equidistant between 2 subway stations which made it very easy to get to any destination in Osaka quickly. The lobby area had a modern, botanical design and the rooms were cozy and affordable. Hotel It. serves fantastic pizza and Italian food for lunch and dinner and the highlight of their breakfast buffet was the granola bar. Our favorite part of the hotel was their bar and awesome bartender, Peter! Our only complaint was that the bar closed somewhat early so we couldn't continue conversing with him. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Osaka.

Great atmosphere, nice neighborhood and around the corner from the subway station. Super hip grocery store next door means that you'l have everything you need! A big plus was the high speed internet and modern rooms. Excellent!

ロビーやホテル内、客室も全て清潔でオシャレで快適に過ごすことができました。
チェックインの時間より早く到着してしまったのですが、快く案内していただき、遠方から歩き疲れていた私たちには大変有り難く感じました。

連泊したのですが、２日目に戻ってきたらスリッパが捨てられていました。フロントにお伝えしたところ、取りに来てくださいと言われたため、わざわざ取りに行かなければならなかったのが大変でした。
予約を1泊目と2泊目バラバラでとったのですが、同じ部屋にしていただけたのはありがたかったです。地下鉄が2本通っており、とても便利でした。ホテルの周りも静かで快適でした。

この時代にありえないくらいWi-Fiが弱いので、仕事には不向き。掃除の人が朝からガンガンとドアをノックしてくる。なぜ客の都合より自分の都合⁉︎と思いました。部屋に帰ると掃除はしてくれていたが、ゴミが入ったゴミ袋が部屋に置かれていてビックリしました。窓はブラインドがかかっていて、早朝から光が入りすぎて目が覚めてしまいます。クーラーの位置が悪くて風邪を引きそうになります。ロビーで中国人がメイク道具をめちゃくちゃに広げてゼロからメイクを初めたのに、フロントの従業員は何も言わない。ロビーで仕事をしていたので不快でした。といろいろ文句はありますが、部屋は普通のビジネスホテルよりも広く、バスルームも広く、清潔でした。

猛暑日に滞在だったので最寄りの駅から近かったのが良かった。スーパーが隣接していて便利だった。内装も可愛くシンプルで浴槽もたっぷりしてたので良かった。また利用したい。

特に周りには何もないけど、駅近で途中にコンビニもあら、夜でも明るくて治安は良さそうでした。
お部屋はスッキリシンプルだけどチェックが可愛いくて、自分の部屋のように落ち着く空間でした。
ラウンジも素敵だったので、次回行くならもう少し早目にかえって利用したいです。

綺麗でかわいいホテルで非常に良かったです。
ベッドサイズが小さいなとは思いましたが、部屋の広さある程度あり、良かったです。
遅めの時間だと周りに何もなくなりますが、
次回はホテルのバーが開いている時間までには、チャックインしたいと思いました。

清潔で、空間デザインも行き届いていて、かなり満足です。モーニングビュッフェも充分美味しかったです。フロント従業員の接客に慣れていない対応が見受けられたので、それだけ改善してもらえれば満点です。

連泊した際のベッドメイクが適当だった。
同じシーツを使うにしても綺麗にするくらいはやってほしい。
スリッパも1日目のものが汚れたのでゴミ箱に捨てたら、追加されていなかった。でも、フロントにかけたら即座に対応して頂けたので、その点は良かったと思います。

京セラドームでのライブのために宿泊しました。歩ける距離なので散歩も楽しめました。
手持ちがあって良かったですが、綿棒などのアメニティが一切ないのにビックリしました。
お部屋はチェック柄でかわいく、きれい。コンセントも使いやすいところにあり良かったです。
浴室はユニットバスでしたが結構広めで動きやすかったです。
清掃は今回頼みませんでしたが、清掃の方には迅速丁寧に対応していただけてとても気持ちのよい宿泊でした。
また泊まりたいと思います。

駅からも近く、近隣にスーパーやコンビニもあり、便利でした。京セラドームからも徒歩圏内でしたので、立地は良かったです。今回、ツインの2人部屋だったので、椅子が1つしかなかったので、人数分あると、いいなと思いました。

お洒落で、綺麗なホテルでした。
海外の方が多かった印象です。

難波や、梅田へのアクセスは乗り換えが必要ですが、ホテルの最寄駅からは、徒歩5分もなく、ホテルの横には、夜遅くまで開いているスーパーもあり、個人的に便利でした。
また、大阪に行く際は、利用したいと思います。
