Really enjoyed my stay here, very peaceful, everything I needed in the room including pjs and slippers. One star knocked off as for the price I'm surprised breakfast wasn't included, and the eco friendly needs work. The cleaner left the main and bathroom light on all day.

Overall everything was good. It takes 7 to 10 minutes to walk to the metro station, from which all areas of interest can be accessed. Nothing interesting or worthwhile anywhere near the hotel itself

We stayed one night for an early morning flight. The place did the job - kinda. A few things to note which effected the comfort of our stay. The walls are very thin, traffic could be heard all throughout the night and being close to the airport the traffic was non stop. The toilet had no door which was just weird, and quite frankly very uncomfortable even as a couple. The worst part was there was no light switch for the main light. We had to remove the key from the power activation to turn off the lights. Which meant no air conditioning in the middle of winter. So all in all, a bit of a rough nights stay. The receptionist was lovely. Their shuttle to the airport was not available that morning but plenty of Uber’s even in the early hours of the morning so no sweat.

Basic hotel, clean and efficient
We stayed here for 1 night at the end of our trip so that we would have a place to shower and store our bags before our evening flight home. The hotel is positioned between two subway stations, so while convenient it is a bit of a walk to the station. The hotel staff were great with storing our bags for us and assisting with the cab for the airport.
The rooms we booked were just basic double rooms, but had everything needed. The rooms were small with a tiny bathroom, but were clean and we had no issues getting extra towels. Overall, this is a good basic hotel with good service and is located in a decent neighbourhood, within a couple of stops of Namba.

The hotel was located in a good area, easy to access by metro with a 7/11 underneath. However the aircon didn't work which made the room really hot and at time almost unbearable. In sayong that, they did warn us as soon as we checked in so we knew what to expect. The breakfast, location and Staff are amazing and I highly recommend this place for your Psaka stay!

Convenient depending on your plans
I had to attend a convention at the Osaka International Convention Center and this hotel was in a great location: 15 minutes walking distance. There's a 7/11 just next to it so you can buy anything you need without having to walk a lot.
The nearest subway station is Honmachi, on the Yotsubashi Line, but it also connects to the Chuo Line and the Midosuji Line, although for the last one you'll have to walk around 15-20 minutes. However, once on the train you're only a couple stations from Umeda or Namba.

The nearest subway station is Honmachi, on the Yotsubashi Line, but it also connects to the Chuo Line and the Midosuji Line, although for the last one you'll have to walk around 15-20 minutes. However, once on the train you're only a couple stations from Umeda or Namba.

If you stay more than 2 nights in this hotel you will regret it. Room is not cleaned. There are stains here and there. The bathroom looks like the one you get from an airplane. It smells weird everywhere in the hotel. I believe they have smoking and non-smoking room. But the smell of the smoke is all around.

Personally the bed was too soft and we could not control the temperature in the room so it was a bit cold, but overall the service was good and everything we need was there. The location is convenient, but the hotel is just a bit far from the station but of course walkable.

Cityroute Hotel - A good option for staying Osaka
At check-in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. They spoke both Japanese and enough English to answer my questions. In addition, the staff helped me find a good quality restaurant in the neighborhood. During my stay, the staff continually helped me with both business related and tourist related needs.
The only negatives to staying here were it was a bit out of the way in terms of nightlife and the cab rides back to the hotel from the major districts in the city were a bit pricey.
Beyond these minor inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an inexpensive, clean, quiet hotel.

車で行きましたが、靭の駐車場を利用、翌日夕方まで利用しても2000円の割引（通常3200円）が知らなかっただけに得したきがしました。また、全室禁煙もありがたいです。
