Nice stay in Osaka

The location is quite good in Osaka
The staff are friendly and courteous and speak English rather well. The room was decent but it wouldn’t be nice to be given some water and better amenities (usually Japan hotels are quite good about this)

Great hotel with great pricing.

Within walking distance from the main shopping street in Osaka Shinsaibashi area. Given the price...it's definitely worth it to stay at this hotel.

Hotel staff are friendly and were helpful with our luggage on our check out day (we left our luggage at the hotel concierge from 11am check out timing and pick them up only at 7pm).

Also during check in...I accidentally booked a smoking room and the hotel staff were nice to allow a room change when we arrived. An overall pleasant experience stay.

Good hotel close to Shinsaibashi

The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to Shinsaibashi. The closest subway station has easy access to Shin Osaka (for the bullet train) and Namba (for the airport line) stations. All the staff are very polite and friendly, the receptionist speaks good English. The room is clean and tidy. Standard room amenties are provided and they give a special amenity kits for ladies upon check in. I highly recommend this hotel.

English language movies were a welcomed respite

This hotel is close to the subway. The rooms are a good size. The bfast is continental Japanese/Western. They are in walking distance to a 7/11 (only international ATMs in Japan other than Post Offices). They got me on the 1000¥. English language movies because there was no other English TV & after 2wks of all Japanese TV (very low budget panel game shows & crazy commercials) I needed a break. I'm grateful for the unlimited movies but 1000¥ for 5year old movies is a little steep! Especially if I can't watch more than one at the end of 12hr+ day of sight seeing.

Small room but it's the average of what we can find in Japan.
Very clean. Beware of the hotel's parking. I used a small KEI car but it couldn't fit in the parking. If you have a regular sedan, non KEI car, maybe it won't fit in.

Tops with their buffet

The best part about Daiwa Roynet Yotsubashi is the breakfast buffet with its made to order coffee, French toast, and assorted Japanese favorites like natto and grilled salmon. The service is outstanding, too. Loved using the fully automatic laundry machine. And it's across from a great little udon restaurant.

Great location and room size but...

the size is surprisingly big for japanese hotel. Location is great to explore shopping and food. However, staff would call you at 11am on the dot to ask you check out and remind you a charge if late check out 10mins. Couldn't wait to get rid of you was a shame.

Close to Shinsaibashi Suji, covered shopping area

When we first arrived in Osaka and followed Google maps, it took us to a different Daiwa, not hotel fault of course, but be aware. The room was Japanese standard size, offering all the amenities you would expect. Laundry room is easily accessible and did a good job. Breakfast is both Japanese and western. Overall we enjoyed out stay.

Two nights just before Christmas

Hard to find at first - I got lost after dark and wandered around the grid-lined streets of Yotsubashi - but a comfortable, clean and well-set-out hotel. Room was fine, typical size for Japan and spotlessly clean. One negative was there was no safety box, nor anywhere to store all valuables at the reception desk. Surprised. Breakfast was moderate but did the job. Overall, would go there again.

Was ok for one night.

Was a bit early to check in but was told can only enter into the room after 2pm. My room was next to the washing machine don't understand why they had such room design. Room was small and not so quiet. There were even small flies in toilet. Was not very happy with my stay there.

One minute a way to one subway station, and less than 5 min. to another main line. Surounded by cafe and convenient stores.
Staff was ery helpful and provided an umbrella. Room a little small-japonese style- but confortable and clean.

ok hotel but what a great location

Hotel was ok, but after spending two day around the city. I realize the hotel location is pretty ideal for getting around. The closest subway station is an easy 5 min walk. Even Kansie international is only one subway stop and a bus ride away for a total of 1200 JPYs. If you get breakfast plan with your stay for around $120. It is a good deal. All the shopping, eating areas are within walking distance or a easy subway hop.

Great Stay in Daiwa

I and my daughter enjoyed our 2-day stay in this hotel. The room is big for the price and the hotel staff are accommodating. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has many variands. However, it's hard for us to locate the hotel on our 1st day since we don't have GPS. The sign board of the hotel name is in Japanese character. We can only read its English name when we're already in front of the hotel. At night around 7:30pm, we no longer passed the small streets beside the hotel coz they're few people passing.

A nice stay

Neat, clean and tidy. Nearby there are some convenient stores and coffee shops. There is a park opposite to the hotel, where there were beautiful cherry blossome during our stay. It was a bonus to us!
It is convenient to reach the subway station from the hotel. Only that if we are going to those main shopping streets, you need to take a >= 15 min walk or you take the subway. In general, I think the hotel location is convenient.

The overall experience is great.
The room is very clean and spacious.
I am very pleased that the hotel cleaning lady would provide clean towels and utensils (putting all inside a paper bag) despite a 'non-disturb' notice was put outside my room.

Room was clean and spacious.
There was a bit of a walk to the heart of the city but there was a train station close by if needed.
Staff were friendly and helpfull.

Great Hotel for good Price

This is my second stay in a Daiwa Roynet Chain and was another pleasant stay.
Very nicely furnished hotel with attentive staff. Walking distance from major tourist attraction Doutonbori.
Not too far walk from nearest station, One station away from Namba Station.
Easy access to KIX airport via OCAT bus or the Rapito train.
Will like to stay again in this chain.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, the staff is polite and helpful. In addition, one of the reception staff can speak Mandarin, this helps us a lot. Finally, the hotel security is good as you are required to use guestroom card to enter the hotel after midnight.

Nice hotel wouldn't mind coming back here again

About 10 minutes walk from Shinsai-bashi station. Its located somewhere between the apartment residential area.

Many izakaya (Japanese pubs) in every corner of the neighbourhood.

I must say, the indian restaurant few minutes walk, is a die must try to eat!

About the room, it seems a bit more spacious but still small compared to many other hotels i stayed in. TV channel selection is good, clean room, fast internet, and comfy bed.

Staff was very friendly and really tries to help you out and make sure your stay was good. They can speak english too, but not too advanced.

Keep in mind, though I say 10 minutes walk, if coming with lugguage walking to hotel can be quite difficult to find this place. So please download/print the map, so you know where to find this hotel, its not that easy.

Also, its 10~15minutes walk from hotel to Ebichi shopping district. Very big shopping district, and very long stretch to walk to shop/restaurant/souvenirs/etc. Walking at the end of this about 10~15minutes, is another famous tourist place called Dotonbori and Namba. The place is huge, at every corner of the street you walk into, it will tire you out fast. And this place can find mix western/japan pubs or clubs too in night time.

My room in this hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and able to assist me with any questions I had. As far as the location, it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Shinsaibashi shopping streets. Definitely worth visiting. I did a lot of walking staying at this hotel to get to the busier areas around Shinsaibashi, which some may not enjoy as much, however there were a few small shops, bars, and restaurants right around the hotel.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The location was fantastic - an easy walk from several train stations, which made travelling around Osaka very easy. Additionally, the hotel was a short stumble home from the great shopping, food and nightlife in Osaka. The hotel itself was clean and well presented. The room was a very nice, and the bathroom was quite spacious (by Japanese standards!!). Highly recommend!

다이와 로이넷이라는 브랜드가 주는 신뢰

객실은 클래식하지만 깔끔하고 다른 일본 비지니스 호텔보다 넓다. 요츠바라는 동네가 주는 느낌또한 편안한 마음을 가질수 있게 해준다.
출장시 필요한 넓은 책상과 빠른 인터넷, 넓은 객실이 참 마음에 든다.
신사이바시까지는 걸어서 10~15분 걸리며, 번잡한게 싫으면 이 동네만이 주는 로컬맛집들과 가게들을 둘러보는것도 좋을것 같다.

お部屋に少し匂いがありましたが、空気清浄機が設置されてましたので、稼働する事で軽減できました。ベッドも広く快適でした。

イベント参加のための宿泊だったので、立地、フロント、お部屋、水回り、アメニティ、申し分ないです。
周りにコンビニ、少し歩けばカフェ飲食店もあるので食事にも困りません。
ものすごく贅沢を言ってもよければ枕が選べると嬉しいです。

酒店附近環境寧靜舒服，便利店就在對面馬路，沿路兩旁有一些日本小餐館，街尾還有24小時Aeon Store, 保證就算你半夜肚餓都不會餓親，Aeon Store隔離就是地鐵站，交通很方便，走路大約8分鐘就到心齋橋中心位置。
酒店員工很友善，知道我是來自香港，安排會說普通話的職員一直協助我，借我熨斗燙衫板、安排出租車等等，真的很感謝她的幫忙。還有酒店花灑水很猛。如果真要說一樣不好，就是自助早餐這麼多天都沒有供應雞蛋，款式是足夠的，但天天都一樣，沒什麼轉變菜式，我吃了三天已覺得很悶，如果可以在款式方面多點變化就更好，還有是我很喜歡吃蛋，早餐一定要有雞蛋啊。
