The staff was friendly and they did offer any essentials you may have forgotten.

Hotel’s walking distance to train station. There’s a lot of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. Staff’s professional and friendly. The room is small but you’ll have everything you need. It’s clean and well maintained. Considering the cost of living in Osaka, I think the hotel’s affordable with all the amenities. I think the only negative I want to say and this is based on my taste in food, is to have a different breakfast menu, some of the food’s kind of tasteless. But other than that, overall the hotel’s great.

The hotel was conveniently located near eateries and shopping. There were 2 seniors and 1 adult. I thought we booked a single room for 3 people but instead we got 2 rooms.We checked in later at night about 9 pm because of a flight delay. We bought some food at the market and thought we could bring it back to the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel strickly closed a snack/dining area at 10 pm. We ended up using the microwave on the 2nd floor and eating in our rooms. Also, the seniors switched rooms the next night to a handicap unit and paid the extra fees. The original bathroom was small and resembled a modular type unit. You had to step up onto a platform to enter the bathroom and it became a tripping hazard for us. We're more used to a level floor from the bedroom to bathroom. The breakfast was more than adequate and tasty. We were impressed that all food groups were represented.

Our room had a slight musty smell on entering but dissipated after putting on the a/c and dehumidifier.

Awesome place in a great location in Osaka, so so many restaurant options around. The hotel is clean and well appointed.
One thing to note, the breakfast isn’t very good, for the price you can find way better options mere blocks away. Many of the items on the poster for the breakfast are not actually part of the buffet.

Would stay here again for sure and recommend to anyone. Location was amazing. Close to many shops, tons of convenience stores, restaurants including McDonald’s. It was clean and comfortable a good size for Japan. They had free soft drinks, coffee tea and even cup noodles. Used the laundry facilities and microwave. Excellent!

Hotel is very near Shinsaibashisuji shopping street. 8mins walk from metro station though. When I book it, it shown as a pair of connecting rooms. But when I check in I was told there is no connected rooms, the rooms are just next to each other. Rooms are very small. Will recommend this for the location though.

Right next to Shinsaibashi shopping and food area and walkable all the way to Nanba, this hotel is placed strategically for travellers to get out and immediately start your Japan experience.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is maintained well.

The rooms are small but that is to be expected for hotels in metropolitan Japan cities but they are well furnished and equipped.

Great find in the heart of Oska

What an amazing find! The hotel was perfectly located, with a metro 2 mins away and just iff the covered shopping street that leads to the canal! The rooms were a great size with spotlessly clean bathrooms.
I would definitely recomend this hotel to all travelers!

We weren't sure what to expect at this hotel. but we were pleasantly surprised. It is on a side street within walking distance of the Dotonbori area of Osaka. It is a short walk from the subway, so all of Osaka is accessible.

The hotel is comfortable and affordable. There are no food options in the hotel, but everything you need is a very short walk away. They have coffee and tea available in the lobby area. They also have coin laundry that we utilized.

Good and safe option.

My second time stay here. Just like last time, it was a great experience. 2 minute walk from a lot of shopping and food options. The staff was great and the rooms were clean. A bit small if you get a double bed just have had smaller. If you get the double twin beds, you get an extra couple feet of space. So that may be the better option if you car about having more room to move around.

This hotel is right where you want to be in Osaka. Very near shopping and dining areas. Walkable to.the metro too. The rooms are decent. There is a dining area after the lobby, that offers hot soup and beverages to compliment your take home snacks. I recommend this hotel.for the convenience and value for money it offers.
