Always my go-to accomodation when I’m in Osaka. Everything is GREAT! Location is the best- just a few steps away from the Crysta underground train entrance. Room size is standard Japanese, but very clean and well-kept. Amenities well provided. The free unlimited coffee from 6-11am, and free unlimited assorted drinks and ice cream from 2-11pm is a great treat for all guests. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

I would recommend upgrading to the double room if you can, otherwise the standard room is very small. An older hotel and I think you could stay somewhere a little nicer in a similar price range. Staff was polite and friendly and the stay was comfortable overall.

The hotel is located steps from an underground shopping center that's connected to the subway, and right next to Shinsaibashi shopping street, which leads to Dotonbori. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the variety of welcome drinks were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small as expected but was comfortable.

Good location right next to the station and walking distance to shinsaibashi. Didnt feel very clean. You have to request room cleaning when you want it otherwise they dont do it. The bathroom smelled moldy and i noticed a dust layer would build up on my ipad screen each morning. Although the linen was clean, the pillows were very uncomfortable. The room is very small which i suppose is normal for the area

Very nice location and is convenient to shopping areas like Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi Shopping Street. Amenities is great. The rooms is pretty nice but if you look closer, the carpet corners have so much dust it looks like it hasn't been vacuumed for years and toilet needs to be scrubbed.

I would stay again for the convenience.

What a great stay at this property! Although it was a small room, it came equipped with everything I needed and was comfortable and quiet.
The staff were efficient and kind, I was impressed by the housekeepers, front desk staff and the lovely breakfast room staff.
The breakfast was amazing! The best hotel breakfast I've ever had, I'm so glad I included it. So many fantastic options, everything hot and tasty. I can recommend this hotel for the breakfast alone!
The hotel is steps from entrance 5 to the Crysta walkway connecting subway stations. So many great shops, restaurants to try and make sure to use the entrance on the corner to get escalators up and down.
It's a 5 minute walk to Dotonbori and a 5 minute walk to all the shops of Shinsaibasi. You have everything you need within minutes.
I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

The room is super small, cant open larger luggages, also the drinks machine are only available from 2PM to 11PM, not sure who came up with this policy but we are in Osaka, no one goes out late and comes back early, which means the drinks machine is completely unusable. Other than that is the rooms by default are powered off, so the moment I entered the room, it was hot AF. Overall not recommended for tourists.

Booked for a few days stay in Osaka as it was centralized near many things we wanted to visit. Staff very helpful and spoke perfect English. Check in and check out was super smooth. Room was smaller than expected so be prepared for that and make sure to double check your room size especially if you’re tall. Room overall was clean minus a random stain on the wall, AC came in very useful as it was very hot during our stay this month, and the bed was very comfortable. Close to many 7-11’s and Family Mart’s, restaurants, and shopping.

If you wanna be the first in line at Daimaru, Louis Vuitton, Dior many more The location of this will surely impress you. This hotel has great location. Room is small compare to Western standard but it's pretty typical in Osaka tourist area. It's minutes away from Crystal underground shopping/ eating street. Two nearby subway stations. From Shinsabashi subway station takes exit 5... there is elevator to the hotel. Nearby there is Toyu Hand department store which opens till 9pm on week night. About 10 mins walk to Hotel Nikko Osaka where you can catch airport bus. Hotel is clean, wifi is fast and there are 100 free movies (mostly Japanese with subtitles). I stayed for 6 nights in early May 2019 ... only one night I hear ambulance siren for a period of time. This hotel is near a hospital and edge of the commercial area. The sound didn't bother me much. Air conditioner is cold and quiet. Breakfast is mainly Japanese breakfast and some Western continental items. They have welcome drinks from 2-11 pm (tea, soft drink, juice, tea...). I will stay here again. Building door is locked and only access by guests who has keys ... I feel safe staying in this hotel. Staff are polite and speak good English.

4 day trip to Osaka, Nara and Kyoto

Our stay was great. Location was close to train station and easy to find. Convenience stores and great shopping nearby. So close to Dotonbori and night life. Room was clean and had all the amenities provided. Staff was easy to work with and spoke English. Breakfast was awesome.

Amazing hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet! All for 10K JPY! The hotel was reasonably priced and spotless with all the frills provided. The only trade off for all the modern and clean finishings was as you guessed the size of the room. No big deal when you’re traveling solo and just want to see the city. Would highly recommend to any of my friends.

Cozy quiet inn in middle of bustling Shinsaibashi

When we got out of Shinsaibashi subway station,Exit 5 was closed for major construction to last for a year.Guests of the hotel can choose Exit 1 or Exit 4 ( through Daimaru floors) to walk to the hotel. Look for Tokyu Hands store and the hotel is a few shops ahead.Location of the hotel is good.If weather is rainy or too hot, guests can walk down( entrance in front of hotel) to the underground Crysta Nagahori underground shop mall as a short-cut to Shinsaibashi shop mall or subway stations etc. Size of room is small as expected( Japanese standard) but super clean.With a bit of adjustment or organizing, guests should be able to get used to opening suitcases etc. in a small room. Hotel`s buffet breakfast is tasty especially the Japanese dishes.

Great location!

Great location right next to many restaurants, bars and subways. The hotel itself was very clean and staff very helpful though some spoke limited English. The rooms are definitely very small, barely fitting luggage, so perhaps try to ask for one of the bigger units (corner rooms),

Comfy hotel good location

The location is pretty good, quite close to subway stations and walking distance to one of famous shopping area in Osaka. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The only thing is that I bought breakfast coupon when I checked in and there is no date on the coupon. I didn't use it and tried to get it refund when I checked out. No refund...so I would suggest buying the breakfast coupon only before having that.

Great Location, Small Room

This hotel is in an ideal location for exploring Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, and all that Osaka has to offer. The hotel is very well maintained, and staff were very friendly. Complimentary refreshments in the lobby were also a nice touch.

The room itself was super small, even by Japanese standards. Barely enough room to open one suitcase. At least the bathroom was super spacious and quite nicely equipped. For a convenient, budget friendly place to sleep in Osaka, I would definitely recommend staying here.

房間空調滿佈灰塵及看到內部全是霉菌，開暖氣會有一陣霉味。溶室毛巾附著一大片灰塵，而且水溫不穩定，洗澡時水溫忽冷忽熱。牆身有著不少污漬。


洗衣房遍佈灰塵，無論是乾衣機頂部還是水機，都是一層厚厚的塵！更離譜的是連乾衣機內部都是塵，衣服拿出來都沾滿塵。

總結而言整個住宿體驗實在是太差，絕對不會再選擇此飯店。

房間雖小但乾淨及寧靜，日用品也是自助形式的，牙膏牙刷、潔面乳護膚乳也有！酒店大堂非常舒適，很多坐位，也提供了很多充電的位置，而且飲品及雪糕可以任飲任食，款式也很多！

酒店地理位置非常好，過一條馬路便是心齋橋，也有7-11便利店，多走一段路便到黑門市場，周圍也是食肆。
