We had a great time at Osaka and compared with all the hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan during our holidays, this was the biggest room we’ve had so far, very well located, the free breakfast and snacks were very appreciated. It was also so easy to check in and out, plus the dinosaurs at the entrance make it very interesting. You have everything you need in the area, so I would totally recomend this hotel!

Great location with convenience stores and nearby, yet also a quiet location at the same time. Easy self check in and out process, clean, and always had clean towels provided to us every day. You can store your luggage securely in their lobby if you arrive early as they have an area where they have cables and locks for their guests to use.

The main attraction was the dinosaur check in. That aside it was a very standard hotel experience.

The rooms would benefit from more AC and the breakfast was very basic, but it was clean and the staff were friendly.

The option to lock up our bags for free was appreciated so we could explore the city.

Our stay at this hotel for 2 nights was excellent. Location is top notch being close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade. Room was clean. AC and elevators worked properly. Complementary breakfast were very good with soft drink dispensers operating to the late night to satisfy the thirst. Will stay again next time in Osaka

First of all, the bathroom and bed are clean. On the first floor, you can have as many drinks or meals as you want without having to worry about the staff. The atmosphere of the free but orderly hotel is nice and distinctive. The dinosaurs at the reception on the first floor are impressive.

We loved our stay here, it was a perfect location to get to everything we wanted to see in the area and so close to the train as well. We were initially worried about the check in process but it went smoothly and staff were there to help with any questions. They had a great snack/drink spread that was available most of the day and the room was small but had everything we needed for our stay.

What an experience! Wo much fun being checked in with the dinosaurs and they dress in theme for the holidays. If you do need a human easy to make contact with a phone avaiable in the lobby with a fast response time. Able to store luggage if you arrive before checkin. Checkin is prompt no early checkin. Great part of this hotel is the snacks throughtout the day. Breakfast is inculded but so are late night drinks before you hit the town. Staff was fanatstic and kept everything clean. Highly recommend for a fun time.

The property is in a wonderful location. Close to metro stations and walking distance to main shopping areas and Dotonbori, but not so chaotic and crowded.
However I am giving it a lower rating as I found it lacking compared to the Henn na Tokyo Ginza, where I stayed before.
This property didnt have laundry services, which was great to have in the Tokyo location. Also, the included breakfast was really good but the lounge area was too small so you'd often have to bring back the breakfast to the room, which was already small and cramped. Other than that, the hotel was good and the dinosaurs in reception are great novelty. Keep in mind rooms are small so I would recommend only for singles or couples, not familes.

Novelty check in, convenient location

Convenient location, novelty welcome and perfect sized room for what we needed. No frills, somewhere clean and comfortable to stay in proximity to the main attactions in osaka.
We had checked in advance re the luggage shunt service and were told we could arrange it. This didnt appear to be an option and we were instead sent to the shop to arrange at namba station - easy enough but meant moving suitcases about.

The staff-less check-in was awkward and didn't really work properly. Ended up having to call a staff member to help us and to take our baggage as we were early. The dinosaur robots are a gimmick that don't really work.

The breakfast advertised that was included with our reservation was definitely not a continental breakfast. There were not very many options for people who did not eat sushi for breakfast. This was NOT at all \"Henna\" hotel. Yes, there is a group of small robot dancers in the lobby but they never danced much. Yes, there were a couple of dinosaurs welcoming you at the front desk but they are not functional as a check in clerk at all. The self check-in didn't work and an actual staff had to come out from the back to assist us. The room was small (though very efficient layout I must say!) and there was no robot inside, nothing interesting. It's close from the subway station exit once you get outside but took awhile of wandering underground to find the exit. No laundry facility in the hotel, free snacks and drinks were meh. You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out at the self-serving lockers but there aren't many available and they fill up fast. Was hoping for some fun and interesting experience staying at a strange hotel but nothing exciting at all. Will not stay there again.

The hotel does not have front desk staff. Itw a self checkin service front by 2 dinosaurs.

The room is very small but clean. We didnt ask the staff to clean our room during my 4 days stay there. Even so, the hotel staff will always hang fresh towels outside our doorsteps everyday. A service which we really appreciate. Theres also free breakfast every morning. Free flow alcohol at night for those who loves to drink.

Overall a very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay there again if i visit Osaka again.

Great place to stay while exploring Osaka

Great location, near the train station (you need to find out and understand the underground layout of Shinsaibashi Station) and within walking distance to Dotonbori.

Room slightly smaller than what the pictures made it seem to be. Had 4 large suitcases, had to \"tetris\" the suitcase around to make space.

Room was clean and well maintained. Toilet and shower was separated.

We booked the LG Styler room, the LG Styler was a great device, used it everyday. But it take about 1+ hour to complete its cycle. Having refreshed clothes everyday and getting rid of smells on clothing at the end of the day was a great plus to my trip.

Had some issues at the automated check-in, but on-site staff was helpful and quick to resolve issue.

Bokade enbart på grund av dinosaurierna, men de gjorde inte så mycket. Funkade att checka in, men ganska omständigt. Vore bättre att få fylla i allt utom pass hemifrån.

Bra eluttag med USB vid sängen. Bra badrum. Rent. Relativt rymligt men dåliga vinklar för att få plats med bagage. Saknade krokar till handdukar vid handfatet och i badrummet. Toalettstolen hade ett lågfrekvent, störande ljud så vi blev tvungna att stänga av de avancerade funktionerna. Då tystnade tjutet.

Saknade svart te och kaffe bland gratisgrejerna man kan få. Grönt te fanns. Ingen info om frukost någonstans.

Vassa kanter på väggen! Kläder går sönder.

Så kallad ”eco friendly cleaning”, också känd som ingen städning, borde vara ett val du gör vid bokningen. Naturligtvis borde du få ett rabatterat pris per natt också.

Städning var TREDJE dag, men nya handdukar varje dag. Hade hellre sett att det var tvärtom. Fick inga nya koppar. Dumsnålt ”miljötänk”. Ska man diska dem i handfatet med handtvål? Har aldrig varit med om något hotell nånsin som inte byter ut smutsiga muggar eller torkar av smulor på bordet. Hotellet borde vara mycket billigare om man nu inte får någon service.

Varför en ny tandborste efter tre dagar? Räcker isåfall med ny tandkräm om inte gästerna kan köpa sånt själva.

Troligen dammsögs det ej den tredje dagar då smulor från vår frukost var kvar. Bra grundstädning, sen bara dåligt.

It was so amusing to be greeted by dinosaurs behind the front desk. You could choose your language and they would check you in. (We did have to get a human to put our bags in storage until we could check in.) Also in the lobby, there were about 20 little Robohan robots who did a coordinated performance on the hour. Also, they had little packets of green tea that you could use with the electric kettle in your room.

Great location BUT NOT CLEAN AT ALL. Clean sheets & towels are laid out on the ground at room corridor instead of on the trolleys. My bedsheet was filled with blood stains which were left behind from previous use. If u don’t mind all that then it’s a great location, subway just few steps away but I won’t return due to lack of hygiene.

This location was not the location with the large t-rex and the small mini little dinosaurs. BUT, it still had two dinos greeting us and it was just so fun! Also had quite a lot of robots saying hello to us as well. Nice clean hotel and had a fresh and woody feel. This hotel's rooms are porbably the most cool and mondern feeling rooms I have ever stayed in and we really enjoyed it. I wish I had stayed more days here! The best thing about our room was the japanese style bathroom. You bathe outside of the tub and then fill the tub with warm water to soak in. Our other hotels did not offer this and this is just something we really enjoyed relaxing in.

This hotel provides great quality at a reasonable price. My son loved the check in with the robot dinosaurs. I loved the fact that the staff was able to keep our luggage stored before check in so that we could visit the city without having to being our large backpacks with us. チェックインもアウトも簡単で早くてよかったです。恐竜のスタッフも楽しかったです。チェックインで戸惑っていたらすぐにスタッフさんが対応してくれたので恐竜のお出迎えも何の問題もありませんでした。
朝食は期待していませんでしたが、人気のおにぎり屋さんのようでおいしく、無料でお得感がありました。
部屋は狭かったですが承知済なので問題ないです。出かける時にカードを抜くとエアコンも切れるので帰っても我が家のように冷えるのを待たないといけません。が、それも狭いのですぐでした。

１：初日ガウンが１つ足りなかった。足りないと問い合わせてもすぐに用意されず、翌日は逆に５着も置かれていた。嫌がらせか？
２：室内が異常に暑い。常にクーラーを強にしないと冷えないが、異常に煩い。冷蔵庫のＢＯＸが異様に熱を持っていた。
３：予約問い合わせでの意思疎通に手間取った。

the worst hotel I have stayed in Japan. I had to book another hotel midway, just to avoid to stay in this hotel. The area near the TV, had weird beeping sound, I couldn’t find anything though but the beeping sound continues, also the room design was so bad that you can’t open a luggage properly. I don’t understand why there isn’t a luggage rack to let you open the suitcase either. There is only a creepy chair that you can’t even sit well. What’s worse, you can hear the staff member running around the metal staircase up and down. Honestly, I have stayed in another Hen na hotel in Osaka before, I was not such bad experience. I was very disappointed, therefore I think I won’t be booking Hen na hotel in the future. Also there is bug inside the room. The check out time was time consuming, the machine didn’t work and there was a staff who didn’t come out from the back, until a long while later. another staff was dealing with another customer for a fairly long time.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, chambre correct pour deux personnes et très propre. il propose plusieurs services différents tout au long de la journée (petit déjeuner, goûter, apéritif, et fontaines avec sodas à disposition) ce qui est un plus pour l’établissement, cependant il est dommage de voir peu de personnel dans la journée. Pour information il n’y a pas de machine à laver à disposition dans l’hôtel, il faut se rendre à une laverie à 800 mètres de là. Nous recommandons cette hôtel qui est parfait pour visiter Osaka.

心斎橋のど真ん中！
街ブラとか、夜遊びには最適な立地だと思います。
大丸もパルコも徒歩けんないです。
ロボットの接客も楽しかったです。

細かいことはフロントにスタッフルームへの電話があり、連絡すると細やかな対応をしてくださります。

外国人女性スタッフの方の笑顔がとても素敵で、また夜中にもかかわらず親切な対応をして下さりました。

気になる点は、入室時、部屋に少し残り香を感じた事。換気不足？又は置いてある空気清浄機の影響？

11時チェックアウトなのですが、時間前に廊下が清掃のための布類が溢れている事。

フロントのスタッフ呼び出し用の電話の位置が目立たない位置になっていて、フロントで困惑してる利用者さんを3度見かけました。

今回はお世話になりました。

直近でまたお世話になりました。

トイレ風呂がセパレートで嬉しいです！
朝食の味ラインナップが凄くよくて満足でした！

使い捨てスリッパだと良かったのとYouTubeも
テレビで無料で見れたら尚最高でした。

interesting to meet the dinosaur reception
still got human staff to help if needed
very good location, close to exit with elevator
good size of room in such heart area of Osaka
however the pillow was too thin and mattress not too comfortable
