The room was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond the expectations. Specifically Mr. Iwasawa. I went to him with questions about possibly getting Hanshin Tigers tickets and since it was tough for foreigners to do online he ended up walking me to a store about 10 min away and helping me buy the tickets in person instead. Explaining everything I needed to know and patiently allowing me to choose everything I wanted. He was extremely helpful and patient. Very thankful for him as I had a great time at the game!

Not what we expected from a 5 star hotel. Having travelled round Japan and stayed at some lovely hotels this was by far the worst. Despite good reviews we had seen I would not recommend this. We booked a double room but the bed was not even big enough for a child and wasn’t a double. We had to pay to upgrade to what was a slightly better room. Although every time you went to the bathroom in the night the lighting the room automatically and on. The luggage storage was tiny and hard to get too.

The breakfast was very average. The omelette you had to put a number in for and I asked for it to be cooked more 15 mins later after repeatedly getting up to see if it was ready and I had eaten the rest of the breakfast it wasn’t cooked and was cold. Awful system and not relaxing. We had to ask for food to be replenished and the tables were just left without being cleared. Poor service and poor hotel from start to finish.

I wanted to love the hotel it’s was beautiful. Our sink in our room had a nasty leak and from the smell it had been leaking for a long time. They don’t have coin laundry and the sofa in our room all stained when we went to check out no luggage carts, and they didn’t even offer to help us bring our luggage down. Very convenient to the airport, but I don’t think I would stay there again. Room was beautiful bathroom was very small and so was the shower

Amenities in room were the poorest of our stay in Japan, no bath robes unless in executive room, no body lotion despite dry weather warnings, pyjamas in one size and designed for men. Location not great for tourists. Avoid, there will be better places. Not 5 star.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and during that entire time I didn't have a single complaint.

The rooms were always spotless after being cleaned.
The breakfast in the executive lounge was always delicious with plenty of variety over the course of my time there.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I will definitely be returning to The Royal Park Hotel for my next stay in Osaka.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful; organizing luggage forwarding was very easy. Hotel and room were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good by the standards of other Japanese hotels around the same rating/budget, perhaps not as large an offering as some but the quality was good. Bathroom in the room was spacious and the amenities provided were good. One thing to consider is that the hotel is a short walk from the nearest station, nothing too major, but some may find it an inconvenience not having a subway entrance so close. Only minor gripe was that I felt the bed was a bit hard but that's a purely subjective complaint. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would return in future.

Amazing hotel and super spacious rooms! The bathroom was the main thing that stood out as it has a regular shower as well as a bath tub. The room also came with bath salts so the baths were amazing. 3 people managed to stay here comfortably without any problems with luggage space. Would definitely recommend.

I thought it was good and had a beautiful view. The only thing I did not like was when I asked about forwarding my luggage to Haneda airport, front desk told me it takes two days for it to get there. When I was ready to bring luggage down to have it forwarded, they changed it and said it takes three. Because of the change and lack of communication, it caused a massive inconvenience for me as I was preparing to leave Japan.

Room was spacious for Japanese standards, the bathroom was in good condition. Staff were polite and courteous. We were leaving Osaka for the airport and needed a bigger room to pack our bags, the hotel was able to change our reservation last minute with an added 3000 yen per night, so that was much appreciated. Wish breakfast was included as part of the fee. Only feature that I wish they had was a Japanese style public bath which would have been perfect. Would definitly visit again if when I return to Osaka.

Upon arrival/check-in, I received slight attitude from the lady checking us in. It was raining that day, so everything was a hot mess to begin with. Other than that, the stay was decent. The room seemed very small even though it does state that it is over 200 sq ft. Although it is \"luxury\", I probably would have been better of settling for a different hotel.

The room and it's amenities. We were on the lowest floor of the guest rooms. On our floor, there is a washer/dryer machine. The machine is clean. What is the best is that I can check whether the machine is in use from the TV in our room. The hotel is in a convenient location, right between two stations on the Midosuji line. The breakfast is good. Is there is a desk in the room, that would be perfect. Will stay again

Of course they had A/C which is good. The room is perfect. I really love this hotel as it was my second time staying there. Close to the 淀屋橋駅, Yodoyabashi-ek which you would take the Osaka Metro 御堂筋線, Midōsuji-sen. The staff members are very helpful and great service. The hotel was lovely with great staff, however do note that the gym was limited and rather small. It was very clean and furnishings were lovely but did find its location was a bit far away for everything as it seemed to be in the business district. Other than that we had a great time!

I've stayed here many times and it's always consistent. Super clean, super comfortable, large room size and excellent bath. Fairly good location walking distance to restaurants and train station. I always take a taxi from the station upon arrival as the nearby ones don't have elevator or escalator accessibility so traveling with luggage is difficult.

The rooms are nice, ɓut fairly standard for the price range. Large shower with plenty of water pressure and flow. Hot water can be set to extremely hot. We had dinner one night at the restaurant... very delicious with great staff. Highly recommend.

The location is a few blocks from the nearest rail station, but we chose to walk everywhere. Main tourist areas are a 15-20 minute walk north or south.
