This property has a direct access to the Midosuji line, exit M17 Yodoyabashi; check in on the 3rd floor. The check in/out process was easy; there was always someone at the desk to assist; essential toiletries were available in their lobby; there is a mandatory room cleaning on day 3; property was overall clean & well-maintained, except the heater in the hallways felt turned up all the time thus contributing to an even drier air, although this might be just a personal opinion; breakfast was fair, most of the selection was the same every day, except for a few items, staff very efficient and as always, polite; thank you for a restful stay!

By policy, my room should’ve had been cleaned on the third day. I did not ask for a clean room until the third day and they still did not do it. They left clean towels on the door and did not collect the dirty pile of towels and pyjamas in my room. Totally disappointing and made my last night in osaka stressful. On the same evening I did 2 machine loads of washing and even after drying it TWICE my clothes on separate machines were still humid. The detergent absolutely stinks as well. My clothes smell like an elderly person. Bedding and pillows were excellent and appreciated a clean floor and all the amnesties. But i do pay to stay in a hotel for it to be clean and tidy and that did not happen.

I don’t understand how this hotel has such high ratings. I stayed at five other hotels in Japan in the same price range, and this was by far the worst.

Rooms and facilities are basic and outdated. The bathroom is poorly designed—the shower handle is faulty, the curtain is not wide enough so water spills everywhere, and the shampoo/soap are cheap neon liquid. The hair dryer is old and kept collapsing mid-use.

Breakfast was bad. The food quality was the lowest we’ve seen. If you are gluten-free or have dietary restrictions, don’t waste your mone-you’ll be left with steamed mushrooms and a piece of fish. No allergy-friendly options.

Laundry service was equally frustrating. I came as the dryer cycle ended and found staff removing our clothes—still wet. We needed another 30 minutes but weren’t allowed. We had to hang everything around the room and put back in a dryer at 6am before leaving.

No complimentary water in the room either.

The buffet is pretty good and the hotel is perfectly located above a subway station exit for quick and easy access to the subway. This property was connected to the subway station and was super convenient to access anywhere in Osaka. We didn’t explore much around the hotel (except to visit convenience stores for snacks)—we mostly just exited the hotel to the subway station and went to other areas of Osaka to eat, shop, and sight see. The room was a little small, but we managed fine with two people. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast at the hotel had a wide selection and the eating area had a nice view.

We loved our stay here. Conveniently located above a metro station- you can take the hotel elevator down to the station, which was so helpful. Everything you need including tea, sleepwear, combs, etc are located in the hotel lobby. Room was spacious with lots of room to store luggage and beds were comfortable. The location is beautiful and not a far walk away from a ton of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

My partner was a bit shocked at how small the room was but I didn’t mind it. It was literally a double size bed and a small thin table at the bottom of it with a tv above it with walk way at the side of the bed
Has a fridge, kettle and hair dryer
Provides night wear, shampoo and conditioner body soap- descent stuff as well
Bath looked small but it was more of a sitting down than lying down bath which was superb for our aching feet every night
Had extra things you could take at reception like bobbles, brush, toothbrush and toothpaste etc and could lend items like iron etc
Could get to the subway from the lift of the hotel which was nice even though it was a bit of a walk underneath to the actual subway station but it was good for times like raining
They only gave us 2 pillows between us so we asked for 2 more and they provided

Good Facilities Can't Save Terrible Service

The room and facilities exudes a clean modern look, and appears quite new. The location is convenient as it's a few minutes away from Umeda and Namba. The elevator of the hotel leads to the subway station underneath. The hotel room was stuffy; you will need to crack open the window and use the air purifier at the same time. It was comfortable overall, however the front desk's customer service is quite lacking. There was only 1 front desk attendant that actually appeared welcoming while all the other ones couldn't care less. On the second day we asked a female front desk attendant about using a shipping service (Kuro Neko Yamato or an alternative) to ship our luggage to the airport prior to check out. The lady looked irritated and told us they don't do that then told us to go to the convenient store to ship our luggage. She gave us a map of the area and pointed to the closest Lawson and Family Mart. So we headed to Lawson to inquire and the clerk at Lawson told us they don't do that. The next day we asked the front desk about reserving a large taxi to help us go to the airport with all our luggage. The guy at the front desk told me that there's no such thing as large taxis in Japan. Unsympathetic to our issue, he said they could reserve a regular taxi instead. The next front desk guy I spoke with looked so irritated when I asked if English was okay. He frowned at me and went back to get another guy. At this point I had it with this hotel. I will not stay there again.

There are convienince stores nearby (1 minute walk to family mart and 5 minute walk to Lawsons) and hotel elevator goes directly to train station for midosuji and keihan line. There is a 7 bank atm nearby in the station 1 minute from elevator.

Negative was i felt limited in places nearby to find food but really you should be going out to eat and exploring as a better option.

B1 level directly goes to subway and JR station. If you enjoy walking, you could also walk the entire shinsai bashi covered walkway (about 1km away) to Dotonbori.

We stayed 2 days and the hotel breakfast had slight changes in the menu on both days, which was good. Rooms are clean and spotless and the staff are always ready to assist.

Very happy with my stay here. The room was dead quiet, clean and comfortable.
Bonus: The window in the room can be opened, which is super appreciated on days when the weather is really nice.
Bonus 2: They provide an extra \"key\" that can be used to keep the electricity on when you're away from your room.
Breakfast was good, though for those of us staying multiple days a bit more daily variety would be appreciated.
You can get to this hotel directly from Yodoyabashi station if you head towards exit 2 and veer right, walking along Keihan Main line subway (on your left) towards Exit 16 (see picture).

Good hotel providing you can find it as it's recently changed name so map's may take you to the other similarly named hotel 300 metres away. Subway station in the basement which is good as it's a long walk to the main centre...took me a day to realise that though...no issues nice modern hotel but I would probably look for something a bit closer to the centre if I visited again

Hotel staff very helpful, basement level of hotel leads to the train stations very convenient. Hotel can ship your bags with yamato but they do not accept payment so it will cash on delivery. I was able to walk my luggage only 9 min away to a yamato then send it and pay . Some hotels will not receive your luggage unless its paid for . My room was standard American size with desk and and eating table . Would stay again

Would definitely stay at this property again! It's about a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station (yodoyabashi station) and this was the station we used to get everywhere around Osaka. Dotonbori is about a half an hour walk which was not bad and theres so many stores that you pass by on the way. 7-Eleven, Lawson, and Family Mart were all within 10 minutes of us. Quiet area and very safe to walk around at night if necessary.

Very easy access from Shin-Osaka station if you’re taking the Shinkansen in. Just take the subway 4 stops and get off at Yodayabashi station. Then take the Kita exit (has escalator and elevator for luggage). You can follow the long underground tunnels to get directly to the hotel without going outside if it’s either raining or too hot.

Go all the way up the tunnel, then turn to the right and you’re at the basement of the hotel, where you can take the elevator to the 3rd floor reception desk.

Hotel is clean and modern, standard size rooms for Japan, but they’re comfortable with a decent size washroom and full tub. Rooms have a mini-fridge for your drinks. I like that they have all-in-1 laundry facilities on the 3rd floor for 400-500¥ depending on the size of your load, and you can monitor the status of the machines from your TV.

Breakfast is reasonable though not the biggest food selection in a hotel I’ve stayed in. Lots of convenience stores nearby.
