Staff was very polite and helpful, check in was smooth as well. Rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was really good here. The only big thing that sucked is that no tattoos were allowed in the Onsen, but that’s most hotels in Japan😂 they did offer if the tattoos were small enough that you can buy patches from them. Other then that the hotel was great.

Excellent hotel with practical and beautifully minimalist design. Between Namba and Omeda stations, convenient for exploring the shopping neighborhoods.

Immediately after checking in, we partook in a takoyaki making class in the restaurant, other days they had a discreet class or gave out free red bean soup there.

The public bath downstairs was excellent and every day felt like a spa day with us putting on our provided spa clothes and heading downstairs for a hot soak.

Hotel has nice lobby. Rooms are nice but bathrooms are poor. They are like a plastic shell. If it’s your first time in Osaka, I would consider staying in Namba. This hotel is pretty far walk to busy parts (abt 30 min), though fairly close to train stations. Neighborhood is very quiet. Onsen is nice and they also have short free classes for guests which is a nice addition. Didn’t eat at restaurant, but it only serves breakfast.

Staff and cleaning was very good. Close to metro station. These are small issues, but we found the room design not great, not good lightning, bathroom walls and doors are plastic and noisy between rooms and corridor. Guests in this hotel mostly foreign and so can be quite noisy also.

Near Kitahama and Yodoyabashi station. Very clean and have takoyaki and calligraphy (free) session. Public bath was so good! And they basically have a place to work. They also have hair iron, hair dryer. You just need to bring yourself!!

Amenity goodies were a good selection. I didn’t rent the hair tools, but saw that it was available to.
Public bath was super nice to have after a long day even if it isn’t hot springs. Shampoo and conditioner were better there than in the rooms.
Front desk made luggage forwarding so easy.
Breakfast was a good selection and clutch.
Room is very clean and no smell or stains.

Cons-
Nowhere to put my folded clothes. Luckily I use packing cubes, so I just put them on the table.
Very little bathroom countertop. Recommend bringing a toiletry bag that hangs.
My towel hook was not secure, so it dropped everytime I took my towel off the hook.

Overall this was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan! The room is clean and staff was amazing - always cheerful and greet you at the lobby.
Awesome having a laundry machine on a few different floors and the indoor onsen was perfect after a long day of walking.
The bathroom is quite small but I would say it is quite common in Japan

Exterior of hotel and lobby have a lovely design. Room was well designed for the size. The first room we were offered was on a low floor: we asked for a higher floor and the front desk clerk immediately found one. Found the location to be very central to all the highlights of Osaka. Would stay again. Spa was a real treat in an urban hotel.

Loved the welcome skin care products, peaceful environment, free classes for flower arrangement & onigiri making, super hot onsen (I only went once out of 6 nights), close to 2 subway stations, close to convenience stores, some restos around but pricey, pleasant staff, comfy bed, a bit darker in the room for me, fresh towels daily, all the essentials are provided for. We highly reccomend this place if you prefer calmness & no chaos environment compared to Dotombori area. Thanks so much to all the lovely staff & for the staff who kept our room clean during our stay.

Nära tunnelbana, men inte helt rent

Detta hotell är fint, men inte lika luxuöst som vi kanske trodde. Här kommer lite fördelar och nackdelar med hotellet:

Fördelar ✅
- Har en fin lobby och nu såg jag inte poolen de hade (för det är strikt förbjudet att ha tatueringar), men området utanför det området kändes lyxigt.
- Nära tunnelbanan!
- Helt okej sköna sängar!
- Har tvättrum, MEN… (fortsättning under nackdelar)

Nackdelar ❎
- Tvättrummet är ganska litet och det är ”vanliga” maskiner och inte industrimaskiner, vilket gjorde att allt tog VÄLDIGT lång tid. Inte många kläder alls blev torra efter en timme i torktumlaren och det var kö utanför tvättrummet (stort hotell och många som vill tvätta)
- När vi då skulle hänga upp vår rena/blöta tvätt i rummet upptäckte vi att det var otroligt skitigt överallt (t.ex. en ram runt tvn som vi torkade av för att hänga på saker var superdammig) (se bild)
- Genrellt var städningen OK och det finns möjlighet att sätta upp en skylt för att få daglig städning, men det fanns fläckar på heltäckningsmattan som gjorde att golvet kändes äckligt att gå på (se bild)
- Läget är lite ”off” från centrala Osaka
- Badrummet är ganska litet, men fungerar precis på två personer

Pros: Comfortable stay. Room was very spacious than any of our other stays in Japan. Very well decorated. Really appreciated the cleaning service they offer. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job straightening out our rooms in the mornings.

Cons: The staff checking us in did not hand out our breakfast tickets nor did she explain about the breakfast service which we reserved, which resulted in us being late for it the morning after. I also wish breakfast was open a bit later until at least 11am, often times it felt like we were being rushed to finish our meal. I also wish they would have hired staff with more English speaking proficiency as it was difficult at times to communicate with them. Some of the hostels we stayed in had staff who were better able to accommodate English speakers, so I'm quite disappointed by this especially since it is a service that caters to a large amount of international tourists. The room had a big TV which we wish was equipped with Netflix so we could've used it; it only had Japanese stations and does not support an HDMI cable. Note that the public bath prohibits swimming suits and you have to be fully nude to go in, which we wish that we had known before booking. For the amount of money we paid for this place, it fell short of our expectations.
