A masterclass in World Class hospitality.

Lia at check in was welcoming and made an impact after traveling all day.

Akiko & Yu at Kura provided by far our best dining experince in Japan.

Finally, Nanako, made our stay very special by taking something personal we shared as the reason of our trip and acknolegding it in our room for turn down. It's always the little things and she nailed it.

My wife enjoys upscale hotels, and this was the best hotel we've ever experience. Not just the room, which was good, but the architecture and design inside the hotel spaces. It was elegant, artistic, inviting, peaceful. Really an architectural and interior design masterpiece. Warning: you won't want to leave the hotel!

Amazing, except for the breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful. The views are amazing, and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The one downside was the buffet breakfast. One morning, the host was very rude as I walked up to tell them my family was already seated. When I did finally say they were in there, she just grunted and looked back at her ipad. Another morning, the host could not find my room number on the list, and while the apologized, it shouldn't be that hard. The service once inside was very slow. Overall, this is a great hotel, and they deserve to be well regarded, however, the breakfast was a miss.

I had the privilege of staying at the Conrad for 4 nights. The hotel is on floors 32 thru 40 in the middle of Osaka and I can only describe the view as stunning. In my room I was looking down on 13 helipads - an unbelievable vantage point. The room itself was state of the art with a central control system allowing me to open/close the drapes, control the lighting and air conditioner and set the alarm. The fitness facility was top notch with the best gym equipment available (Technogym) featuring a screen that guides the tempo of the exercise. The food was excellent. The best part of my experience, though, was the service I received from the staff. Friendly and helpful, they answered my questions and suggested places to visit in the city. You won’t find a better hotel anywhere in the world.

The Conrad is the definition of first rate. Wonderful food, friendly and helpful staff, amazing view of Osaka, world class weight room, sauna and other amenities. Excellent location with subway access. The minute attention to detail was very impressive. This is one of the finest hotels in the world. If you ever get the opportunity to stay here, take it.

We travel fairly extensively for both business and pleasure and this Osaka property rates right near or at the top for quality.
Conrad, Osaka is part of the Hilton group and I would put it on par with Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons.
Out suite had sweeping views of Osaka, was very spacious and beautifully appointed with all modern amenities.
We highly recommend and would most definitely re-book next time we are in Osaka.

My night at the Conrad was not only my favorite night in Japan, but it was one of the best night's of my life. The view is incredible... We were greeted by the kindest woman & we had a drink in the bar while we waited for our room. We stayed there for hours!

When we finally went to our room, we were stunned. it was just gorgeous... again the view! And the bathroom was amazing. All very spacious, warm & welcoming. We cancelled our morning plans so we could enjoy every minute.

We had dinner in the bar then went for a dip in the amazing pool.... and woke up for a massage (which was on of the best experiences I've had at a spa).

I highly recommend the Conrad. It will not disappoint & worth every penny!

Very Good Hotel But Can Be Improved

My girlfriend and I stayed at Conrad Osaka for a couple of nights. The hotel is beautiful and its staff were attentive and kind, especially Hoshizaki Airi-san. Her warmth and dedication to helping us and other guests must be commended.

Our room was spacious and clean. However, the toiletries were not as good as other hotels we stayed at in Tokyo and Kyoto, and the bathtub would have been better for us if it was longer, not wider. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided were subpar compared to competitors. They were highly perfumed and was a turnoff for us.

However, overall, Conrad Osaka is a fine place to stay and take in skyline views of the city. If the hotel would improve on some of the minute details in the room, it would border on perfection. We will gladly stay there again in the future but have alternative shower and bath amenities with us.

The beds are extremely hard. They would not provide cleaning services daily for the price we paid for this hotel.

The service and staff were awful. Extremely pushy and rude. For the price of this hotel the service deserves a 1 star. We travelled all across Asia in 5 star hotels and this service was the worst.

Very luxurious design with high window at lobby floor. Rooms are large for Japan standard. Did not inform that breakfast are chargeable based in type of room booked. Helpful concierge for directions and recommendations. Location is CBD which is not so enjoyable in terms of sight seeing or cultural experience. Lots of street shopping at dotonbori and shinsaibashi within vicinity.

5 star hotel at its finest. 2017 newly built, modern and temporary design. Excellent, breathtaking views from the lobby, lounge, etc, and to the rooms. The views it self is worth staying at this hotel.

Spacious rooms, loads of amenities. Cleanliness was top notch, didn't notice any off sights or smells. Comfortable king bed with in-room control system controlling temperatures, curtain blinds, etc.

Overall staying at this hotel, I can't fault a thing. A must recommend for those looking for that special night or got some extra cash to splash.

Everything was great but the staff was slow. They were very friendly but you can feel they are a little overwhelmed as it seems they need more manpower. Check in took long and we were the only one to check in and they forgot to bring food and drinks in the restaurant we ordered or brought us the wrong things. That should not happen at a hotel of this kind.

Our experience at Conrad Osaka was really superb.

The hotel staff was a shinning example of hospitality: warm, incredibly helpful and attentive to every detail of our needs. This applies to all areas of the hotel staff, from those greeting us at the entrance, to the concierge and restaurants staff, as well as those cleaning our gorgeous room.

We had the opportunity to eat both at the Steak house and Sushi restaurants, which were both stellar. The daily breakfast was also really great and so was the food at the executive lunge, which I thought was a really great benefit.

We regularly used the hotel's pool located in the spa, which aside from being really beautiful, also left most U.S. hotel pools in the dust.

We highly recommend this place as we very much would stay there again if we were to return to Osaka.

I arrived early and they did not have the room ready. The bell desk guy told me he was going to escort me to the 40th lounge, but when the elevator door opened he turned around and started to help luggage with another guest. So I went to the 40th floor lounge. They did not know that I was checking in and told me the lounge was full and did not offer me alternatives. So I waited in the lobby couch until I managed to find a table at the lounge. I did not even get an acknowledgement at 3pm and I was sitting at the lounge until 4:30. I felt that the experience was terrible, given I have paid for a 60 square meter room which I felt like I did not have enough time to enjoy. Good hardware but software I have to give it a big fat zero point score. Shame of you guys Conrad.

Osaka Conrad was the perfect spa staycation ever! Can’t recommend this hotel enough for its stunning location and views from it's40th floor lobby entry to the gorgeous rooms and excellent kind and warm service. Best spa services in my experience . Outstanding food in the central cafe. An excellent lux room service burger on late menu is a must! My only minor complaint was that the Sunday brunch Buffett ends promptly at 11:am , which on some occasions is when I start brunch.

ジムの清掃がこまめでいつでも清潔でした。
プールも利用させて頂き、少し動いてサウナを楽しんでジャグジーに浸かり、整った後で、食事を楽しめて良かったです。同行者との会話も弾み、お酒もいつもより美味しく感じてしまいます。

スタッフの教育レベルがもう少し上がれば最高かと思います。たとえば、チェックインの際、チェックインカウンターで日本酒を提供されました。とてもおいしかったのでグレードと銘柄を尋ねましたが、即答できず、奥のスタッフに確認する始末。なんとか銘柄だけ回答を得る事ができました。あと、ベルボーイが私のパートナーの荷物を全くケアしなかったのが残念。私のパートナーに不快な思いをさせてしまいました。
