Large room with king bed. Friendly staff. Several restaurants nearby although we used The Station next door to buy takeaway for a night in to watch the tennis. Bathroom was dated but would definitely stay again.

My stay was good and the room was clean however the amenities were either not fully stocked or not available such as missing hand wash soap. The staff was polite and prompt to respond to our requests. Also worth noting that the TV in the room wasn’t functional and the staff also weren’t able to make it operational which I believe should be improved and has impacted our stay at the property.

First class customer service from arrival to departure including an offer to assist with carrying our bags upstairs and in exiting the car park when leaving. The room although near a busy road was very quiet and the bed comfortable. Great budget accommodation.

Front Desk are very helpful - I was a late check in, and arrangements were made in advance, and it was a very easy process. At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support

Lovely staff, extremely comfortable & perfectly clean with all the amenities & more than expected with aircon, fan, microwave, toaster, larger scale fridge as well as mornal TV, great wifi, kettle and hairdryer as well as lovely toiletries, couldnt ask for more! The property is old, but kept clean. It can be noisy with traffic and the walls are thin. But the location is good with Dan Murphy next door and a great Tavern 5 minutes away on foot. It was a comfortable stay.

The facilities were old & the kettle even leaked but the beds were comfortable & the room smelt clean.
The other guests were noisy (particularly above) were extreme noisy late at night when my 2x young daughters & I were trying to sleep after me driving all day & needing to drive the following day.

This motel like many others in small towns and rural areas in Australia is quite old and hard to modernise. So room and bathroom are small and facilities hard to equate with 21st cent expectations. However the room as very clean, seemed freshly painted and we enjoyed a very comfortable kingsized bed. There are no meals available but there is a tavern next door . The manager /proprietor was very pleasant and welcoming on our rather late arrival. Traffic noise was bearable at night .

Beds were good, staff good. The room was nice and warm without need of the air con which at 22 deg was still hot. The chain lock for the door is on back the front so when you open the door it falls out. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet plane. The iron was broken. Very slow microwave.

Very comfy.

The service and room were excellent. Yes it is an older motel but it has been very well renovated. The king size bed was very very comfortable. The only negative is the parking... if you have a larger 4 wheel drive the parking is very tight and if there are trucks parked it becomes very hard to get in and out. But I still 100% staying at this motel.

Moved to NSW from SA. Stayed here for 4 weeks, the hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, the room was always well serviced and the staff friendly. they do a great breakfast, the bed was comfortable and the location is great. All of this made the extended stay comfortable

The room was clean and comfortable. Heating was reasonably quiet and the bed was comfortable there was a service station next door, shopping centre and hotel 5 minutes walk away in the next block.. the surrounding area was flat, good walking. There was an under cover car park.

This motel has handy access to the highway. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is available at a reasonable price and there is a hotel with bistro next door.
There were smokers on the common balcony from the room next door which meant that I couldn't open the door or window. I think if I owned the motel I would make all areas of the site smoke free.
The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable and was good value for money.

Pleasantly surprised by the service, condition and cleanliness of this motel. Pub next door and a servo next door makes this a perfect spot to stay. Working nightshift and sleeping during the day was fine although some trucks were a bit noisy at times but hardly an issue really. In room services are great too. I will be back

Great place to stay. Aircon, pool, clean, quiet and friendly. Well positioned to explore the region. A tavern two doors away with great food, a variety of wines and beers to choose from. I had the 300g rump one night and the 200g schnitzel another. Their pizza's look great, gonna try one next time I'm down. Close to Ballina central, a great little town with plenty to do . . .
