This stay was perfect. It was walking distance to a lot of stuff including the train stations which made it easy to get around. It’s located in a perfect spot with lots of food and little shops around. It was clean and comfortable!

Only reason for 4 stars was a couple of small things within the apartment, living room door to balcony wouldn't open ( 2 other doors available from the bedrooms) , batteries for remotes, bathroom tap stiff and moving. check in was was easy and staff extremely pleasant, would deff stay here again

My latest visit was the second time I have stayed at Elizabeth Downtown Apartments. I find the place excellent value for money. It's clean, close to transport links and shops and the rooms are well furnished. The little balconies are a lovely place to spend an evening, surrounded by trees and a little pigeon family, flying around collecting twigs for a nest.

The apartment complex is right smack bang between Astoria Metro and Deak Ferenc Ter, where the airport bus stops. A short walk to either of these transport stops and it's a quick ride to the Danube. The train stations are a little further, but easily reached on the tram or metro.

Dob Street is a lovely little hub of cafes, restaurants and bars and will keep the nightlife lovers happy. It's peaceful enough for an old man like me or a family too.

There's a little kitchen area in each apartment and a washing machine. The shower room was clean and shower lovely and powerful. The bed was comfy and there is ample wardrobe and drawer space.

The mere fact that I've stayed twice is surely high praise. I'll look to stay again if I go back to beautiful Budapest.

We had a executive penthouse apartment. It was very good inside with quality fittings and really big . I'm not sure it had been checked properly as there was no hairdryer, no sheet for sofa bed , batteries missing from remote control for blinds , and broken coffee maker. All were resolved eventually but had to make several trips to reception until they were delivered !

We had three balconies facing different directions which was lovely but all of them needed alot of tlc . Loads of weeds in fake patched grass . No cushions for wooden bench seat ( asked 4 times !) mismatch of random chairs and table . There was also no view other than roof tops as not on the top floor . We did mention several times and our complaints were supposed to be passed to manager but not sure they were. So although apartment was lovely the outside areas were definitely not executive penthouse and the views or furniture nothing like photos.

Loads of places to eat close by but it is about 10 mins walk to nearest public transport which gets quite far when doing it at least twice a day.

Nearby, you can find bakeries, Spar supermarket and lots of great resturants.
The room has a kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine .

We secured two apartments (Superior Family Apartment with Balcony) from Elisabeth Downtown Apartments by First Host. The first apartment was fully renovated, bright, clean and depicted as in the photos. Unfortunately, our 2nd apartment was Nothing like the photos. Although it was comfortable, clean and had some renovations done to the kitchen & bedroom (great closet organizer) - it was literally 1/2 size of our first apartment and the bathroom was dated. This was communicated to the management during our stay & front agent - after our stay. No apology or compensation was offered by First Host.
The reply from Management essentially stated that they have apartments of different sizes and layouts within the same category and can vary. Let me clarify - these two apartments were completely different - The decor was bright, new and \"airy\", 2 balconies vs. 1 balcony with dated chair, kitchen table vs. no kitchen table, large washer/dryer combo vs. small washing machines etc. May I ask why photos of My accommodations are not portrayed on their site?
Positives - Our traveling partners loved Their accommodations - beautifully renovated, great location, many different dining options, and safe.

The Elizabeth Downtown Apartments were the perfect location for our first visit to Budapest. Check-in was completed online before arriving so we quickly received our key. The apartment was spacious with plenty of storage. We didn’t really use the kitchen except for morning coffee and cooling drinks. Even though we were in District VII which had lots of night life, the room faced the courtyard so it was quiet.
Breakfast was available with a voucher at either of 2 nearby restaurants. We tried them both and they were great.
The bathroom was a bit small but we enjoyed the heated towels and floor.
I would recommend a stay at this establishment.

Great place located in 7th district which is walking distance to nearly everything. Check in took a few minutes, staff were great. I had a little studio on the main floor and everything i needed was there - even laundry detergent for a load of laundry. It felt very secure and safe (as a single woman) and it was generally very quiet - I faced a central courtyard with a little patio.
A little tip I figure out was that if you turn on the towel heater in the bathroom, there is heating in the bathroom floor which is lovely in the morning!
Luggage storage was available after check out. The only tiny issue I had was I tried to communicate with the hotel to ask a question before arriving but no one responded. Otherwise it is a 10/10!

First of all, I will definitely stay there again. There are unbeatable features. Location. In the middle of busy restaurant district fot any budget and taste. Close to public transportation. Grocery stores 5 min. Same true for the drugstore
Apartment had a balcony that looked at the backyard which gives you privacy. We were happy to use it for our lunches. Kitchen is adequately equipped for two. The fact, that its a onebedroom apartment, makes it very cozy and comfortable: when one of us slept, anotger can read the book in the living room.
Apartment is equiped with the washer/drier. Another important feature for our long journey. There is also a dishwater.
Perfect shower. The hotel provided bodywash but no shampoo (as experienced travelers, we always carry travel size with us, so not a big deal).
The weakest part is communication. The best way to communicate is to physically walk to the office (open 24/7 so again not a problem).
Thank you for your hospitality. We will recommend these accomodations.

This is my second time staying here. I like it for location and quietness at night and it's very clean. Every apartment is different and the contents of the kitchen will be different too. Close to all the must-do's in Budapest and about a ten minute walk to the metro. Close to restaurants (be sure to make reservations, even on a Monday night!), grocery store, bakeries, etc. My last stay was a little annoying due to a large construction machine blocking the entrance to the building and it was difficult to figure out how to get to my apartment having to navigate through either a parking garage or going to another floor in the building and basically walking around a few hallways until I figured it out. Not nice after a full day of travel and walking and no clear directions were given. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you value your hair. Everything else is great and I would book again. The 6th floor had a great view of the city and a short glimpse of sunset through the storm clouds.

Clean and pretty spacious. Loved having the small balcony overlooking a courtyard. Quiet street in a great location with tons of restaurants and bars in the area. Super centrally located and a full stocked grocery store a 2 mins walk away. Fantastic to be able to make tea in the morning, buy some groceries to not eat out every meal. Also appreciated the dishwasher and laundry in the unit. Front desk was great and responsive. Apartment was very clean. Would recommend!!

Best location for restaurants! We had a great time there, the apartment is spacious and welcoming.

Idea for improvements: the bed on one of the bedrooms was quite hard. Also the oven/microwave was in demo mode so we could not use it.

Great location, apartment had everything you needed . Bed comfortable, double glazing worked great for the Friday night crowds heading to or from the Ruin Bars.
We didn’t get an early check in (it’s a flat rate of 20 euros) which we requested , it’s at the hotel’s discretion, we did get late check out (15 euros an hour).
Breakfast deal with eggscueme!!, was great, it’s a short walk away from the apartments, great selection of food and drinks, set us up for the day.

The apartments were equipped. Perfect for a long time stay. We just stayed 1 night. We could do laundry so it worked. The check in process was confusing. I kept receiving emails asking to check in online 1 week before my arrival. The links sent didn't give me the check in options so I couldn't do it. At the end, they checks us in when we arrived and they didnt say anything. Those emails were a little overwhelming thinking that we might not have a place to stay upon our arrival due to overbooking. The lace was centralized.

Super large room, we got the family room with the pull out sofa bed. Was all comfy enough, when we requested an extra sheet they were happy to provide and someone was at the desk 24/7. Location was great, lots of restaurants a shops nearby. A little playpark across the street which my kids enjoyed. Easy walking distance to some sights and activities. Accommodation had what we needed. Comfortable beds and great that there was free luggage storage room on day of checkout. However the bedding was dirty I have taken photos and did immediately send them to the accommodation but received no response. The pillows had brown stains on them either blood chocolate or poop not sure what to be honest. And white stains all over the throw on one of the beds. Cleanliness is probably the most important thing to us when staying and that really put me off. Also a damp smell in the main bathroom not sure if from the bath or the washing machine but it filled throughout the apartment as a result.

Although there were plates and cutlery there were no pans etc. Even if there 1fry pan and 1 saucepan it would have allowed for cooking. It didn't affect me but if that's one of the reasons you choose this place just heads up. Otherwise fantastic place. Highly recommended

The room was a good size and the heated bathroom floor was a dream. The apartment had everything including a washing machine, dishwasher, clothes horse, iron and ironing board, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, hair-dryer, plates, cutlery, glasses, kitchen utensils, saucepans, sheets and towels etc. We were also provided with a few tea bags, sugar and coffee pods, tabs for the dishwasher and washing machine. We asked for more tabs at the reception whenever we needed. During our 11 day stay we had 2 cleanings included. There were no clothes pegs but that is ok as I had my own. The apartment was great and central but the cleaning could be a bit better, as the areas near the skirting and shelves behind the door were dusty. The bed and fold out sofa-bed were not the most comfortable. All in all it was in a great location and we were very impressed with the size and amenities. It is very close to Spar supermarket, Mama Goulash and other restaurants. Also, Mitico is only 5 minutes walk round the corner for a great buffet breakfast at around €15 each. We had a great time during our stay.

The location is very good, close to many places worth visiting in Budapest such as the Mini Pig Café and the photo booths.

It is also very near public transportation, which makes getting around easy.

I booked the room for 3 adults but there were 2 extra baby cribs in the room, which was the only issue. Overall, the location was excellent 😃

The location couldn’t be more convenient – just a short walk away from the main metro station, with easy access to public transport, and a short walk to the town centre. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The room was warm in the winter days. A very reliable and welcoming base for exploring Budapest. We would stay here again. These are lovely apartments and in a really good location too. Spacious and comfortable also really well equipped and excellent value for money.

Beds were comfortable and we had a small garden as well as a terrace. Staff on reception were really helpful too. Communication pre arrival was also excellent so very quick check in on arrival.

I’d really recommend these spans we loved the area they were in too.

Need shower gel and more toilet paper. I did bring my own shower gel, but it would be nice if it was provided too. Cleaning I think should be done at least once if you are staying 3 or 4 days. A light clean should be done, take out trash etc. I know it was an apartment, so I knew before hand that there will not be a cleaning done.

Give some toiletries and toothbrush etc.

Neat apartment in walking distance from old city . Fully equipped kitchen. Big AC- very appreciated! Big 60 inch smart Tv . Laundry machine. Nespresso coffee machine. Toaster.
If you come by car , parking on the street nearby was not possible ( all full and no much space). But parking in underground location is very safe and worthed. There is an elevator from parking up. All access is by card.
We took the breakfast option , but we didn’t know the location is 7 minutes walking from the apartments and is not buffet but a la carte( one hot meal and one hot drink). It opens at 9;00 am, so if you need to check out at 10:00 you barely make it back if you rush .

Not booked an apartment before but when we arrived we were pleasently surprised. It was a lovely, clean, spacious apartment with everything supplied that was listed. (The only thing they didn't list was an ironing board! But when i asked for one, they went out and bought one!)
We had a lovely stay and were able to walk to most places as the apartment was in a good location.

Lovely spacious and clean apartment. Comfortable bed and lots of wardrobe space. Very comfortable lounge and dining area. Dishwasher and washing machine if needed. Location great for walking and seeing all the sights. Excellent bars and restaurants nearby.

We had nice three bedroom apartment with garden. Our stay was very nice. Reception was helpful. Building and apartment safety was good. It's all good over all. Highly recommendable. Grocery shopping was so close too.

The property was beautiful, well kept, modern with nice furniture. Our unit was on the 4th floor. There was some noise from the neighbors in the building but once the patio doors were closed and the shutters were down, we didn’t hear the noise at all. There was lot of food options just outside the property. The concierge was super helpful. They replenished the detergent pod when we asked for it. They also allowed us to store our bags after we checked out. Overall, highly recommend this property for the cleanliness, upkeep, super quick response to queries and accommodating our requests.
