This was the most pleasantly surprising hotel that packs a punch well above it's rating. The hotel is very clean with friendly service, amenities, and great breakfast! The room was extremely spacious, closer to north american sized rooms than Japanese. The room was very clean and towels were replaced daily. Wifi worked reliably and I would stay again in the future

larger than usual room size which is nice, but way too noisy. From 5am you will hear doors and cupboards slam (from the kitchen I think), as if it were within your own room. Was unable to sleep due to noise. Otherwise a standard business hotel.

Great little spot to stay 😊

Nice hidden gem. Friendly manager, and he spoke a little English to help me with check-in. Rooms are well kept and comfortable. Breakfast was a simple Japanese menu, and it was all delicious. Definitely will look to stay here again in the future!

We were close to the castle and train station, halfway either direction. We used Hirosaki as a base to climb Mt. Iwaki. The information staff at the train station gave us all the information for bus transfers and the package deal, which saved us a lot of money. Well worth it! The hotel had many amenities, including a washing machine and great breakfast. The staff was helpful, including at breakfast. We would stay here again.

弘前駅から徒歩10数分、ちょうど駅と弘前城との中間にあります。牛丼の吉野家とコンビニが徒歩3分の所にありました。アメニティは必要なものをフロントで部屋へ持ち込むようになっています。室内はWiFiも概ね問題なく使えました。朝食バイキングは大変充実していました。コインランドリーが1台だけなので、順番待ちは覚悟しておいた方がよいかもしれません。

満足です。

1階にあるフリードリンクコーナーが充実していて、いつでもお部屋に持っていけるのでとても良かったです。
朝食の無料サービスも普通に美味しかったです。焼き鯖やサラダやカレーやソーセージなど、若い人もモリモリ食べれると思います。
リンゴジュースがたくさん飲めて青森だなあと感じました。
無料レンタル自転車サービスも良かったです。

良かった点はシャワーの水圧が強い事と
枕が薄く低反発の首に負担がない枕だった事です
浴槽には無名のシャンプー等が
付いていましたが、ロビーに好きなメーカーの
シャンプーを選んだ持って行けるようです。

良くない点は　やはり浴槽周りのカビが
気になりました。
他のレビューに書いてあったシャワーカーテンには
カビはありませんでした。
朝食は種類が少なく魚以外は　そんなに美味しくは
なかったです。

思いの外、気候が暑くて駅からホテルまでが遠く感じた。ホテル入口に階段が数段有り、スーツケースだと苦労する。ドリンクコーナーの珈琲等はインスタントです。朝食の内容は種類が少な目です。味はマァマァって感じ。TVはノートパソコン型の地デジのみ。スタッフは素晴らしいですよ。

とにかく立地とコスパが抜群。何度か利用しています。今回は、受付横に設置されたアメニティコーナーから、シャンプー&コンディショナー、クレンジングフォームをチョイスしてみました。前回、お部屋のリンスインシャンプーと洗顔フォーム使ってみましたが、何も問題なかったです。“選べる”って嬉しいですね。朝食無料もとてもありがたいです。

弘前駅から徒歩圏内、コンビニも近く朝食付きという事でコスパに満足です。
アメニティも種類があって選べるのは嬉しいですね。ユニットバスの床がタイルで珍しいと思いました。

24時間コーヒーは、インスタントでした。ドリップコーヒーが飲みたい方は、近くのコンビニorスタバなどをおススメします。他にも、インスタントですがいろんな種類のドリンクスティックがありました。
