出張時にいつも利用しています。
今回の部屋にはかなり劣化した部分がありました。清潔さは問題ないのですが、洗面台の蛇口？がぐらぐらしていたり、台がかなり剥げていたりしました。使う分には不都合はありませんが、改善が必要な部分ですね。

It was grubby with a tiny plastic cubicle for a shower (that worked well ). Area was uninspiring with clubs advertising women and bouncers on the doors ... (unusual in Japan). Car parking was good and the staff were helpful. Water was never replaced. Functional and meh.

It was a typical Dormy Inn stay. I enjoy the hotel for its location and amenities. It is within walking distance to many of the cultural sites in the city as well as many good restaurants. The free ramen in the evening is a nice touch especially after a long soak in the outside onsen. The breakfast buffet is good and has a large selection of food. The beds are extremely hard but clean. I tend to bring my own blankets and pillows from home to make them more comfortable. I do find it frustrating that when booking through hotels.com, I never receive the correct number of towels or complimentary items for the number of registered guests and I always have to call the front desk for towels.

The answer was absolutely wonderful. The beds were a little hard, but were okay. The room was spotless as was the bathroom. We love all the amenities that come with the Dormy Inn like the free ramen and the welcome drinks. The breakfast was a good combination of Japanese and continental. There was something for every palate and the dishes were all quite good. We love how convenient the location is in. The parking on premises really helped us navigate Hirosaki.

I will stay again.

The room was small but everything you need was there. Very clean.
There is natural spring water bath on the 10th floor which I loved. The relaxing room next to it smelled a bit cigarette. The washing machine is free and the dryer is ¥100 for 20 minutes. The hospital is near by and you might hear ambulance sometimes.

The room looks a little old-fashioned, but amenities provided are new. Love their rooftop onsen! Ladies are provided with not only the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, they also have facial cleanser as well.

Within the public onsen area, the laundry and dryer are located inside so you can start your laundry and pick them up once you are done after a good soak and doing your nightly facial routing. The make-up room has 5 cubicles so no fighting needed. Hairdryer was the best.

Love the omotenashi; they have free nightly ramen service served in the main dining area, good to finish the night with.

Parking is a little hassle. Car entrance to the hotel is tricky as the side where the hotel doors are is only one-way, which the other entrance is purely for the parking. You will need to go via the entrance nearer to hotel door as they have to assign you your parking lot.

The roof top onsen was wonderful. My kids love the free apple juice, yogurt drinks, and popsicles and parents enjoyed the late night free ramen and beer. The location is close to the castle and an izakaya area. Parking was 700 yen/nt. Highly recommend.

A really excellent stay for a good price.

Much better than average experience for a business type hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, there was self-service coffee available in the lobby and the onsen was excellent. There was an indoor and outdoor onsen as well as a sauna. Perfect after a long day of walking around.

Exceptional experience at Dormy Inn

We stayed 3 nights in Hirosaki and we are very happy with our decision to stay at Dormy Inn.
The hot spring is fantastic - spacious and clean. The free noodle every night is simple but tasty even though it is free. The location is convenient - the castle and other attractions and many restaurants are within walking distance.
The free shuttle service is exceptional: One morning we arrived at the waiting point a minute before departure time but the minibus had only 1 seat left and there were 2 of us. The driver informed the front desk staff who promptly ordered a taxi for us and it was FOC for us. For more than 20 years, I made more than 20 trips annually (mostly on business) and stayed in different categories of hotels / resorts (including global chains). The free shuttle is always on first-come-first-serve basis. I had never experienced this kind of treatment. What a nice surprise.

Excellent stay at Dormy Inn Hirosaki! The receptionist was very helpful in helping us make a local call in Japanese as we are unfamiliar with the language and needed to confirm details of our next lodging. The hotel was within walking distance to Hirosaki castle, and right next to a bus stop where buses took you to the Hirosaki Apple Park. They also provided free ice-cold apple juice which was terrific! The onsen is 5-star quality! Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering to visit Hirosaki.

This hotel is very conveniently located across the street from the Nikko train station. The staff is very friendly and professional. We arrived about an hour before check-in, but they were still able to proved a room right away.

The room was very plain yet clean and decently-sized (for Japan). The bed mattress was very firm. We didn’t find it too comfortable, but this is common in Japan.

The breakfast buffet (2,000 yen/person) is really good, and was very convenient. We tried the dinner buffet one night (4,500 yen/person), and it was good, but not quite worth that price. Restaurant staff were always courteous and attentive.

They have sweets when you check in an amazing local apple juice available in the lobby. Breakfast and evening ramen were both delicious! We appreciated that the staff was patient with us as we do not speak Japanese. You definitely pay more during cherry blossoms, but we thought it was definitely worth it.

The room was a little smaller than what we had in Akita, so we were a little disappointed. We had the same type of room. The location was a bit far from the station and the free schuttle is only for the morning hours. Took the 100 yen bus to travel around the city.
The Fujita Garden was exceptional and Hirosaki Park was absolutely beautiful with the autumn leaves. It was the highlight of our trip.

Easy to walk to the Hirosaki Castle, but a few km to the train station. I took a taxi and it cost about $10/¥1000. Not so bad. Rooms were small but comfortable. Bed was lovely.

Awesome Hotel In The Heart Of Hirosaki

When I arrived at the hotel, I was blown away by the warm hospitality of the staff. The hotel was very clean & very welcoming. The room was in perfect order, almost as if it was brand new & never touched. The spa on the top floor was relaxing with a great view of the mountains. I will definitely stay in this hotel again, upon my next visit to Hirosaki.

宿泊した部屋はツインルームで広く、洗面所とトイレが別になっていたので使いやすかったです。大浴場があるので部屋のバスルームには湯船がなく、シャワーだけでしたが充分でした。
ホテルの周りにも居酒屋やスナックなど多くあり、便利でした。機会があったらまた行きたいです

お部屋はコンパクトですが、少し狭く感じましたが、その他、お風呂は格別で、清潔に保たれて、非常に良かったです。また湯上がりのサービスも素晴らしかったです。お風呂から出た後の休憩所がタバコ臭いのだけが残念でしたが、それ以外はとても良かったので、ぜひまた利用したいです！

弘前城すぐ近くの立地で、徒歩で弘前城に行けるのは強み。反面、駅からは少し遠いのでバスなどを使うのが望ましい。他の共立リゾートの施設と比較すると施設自体はやや古い印象は拭えないが、それを補って余りある程にスタッフの方々の気配りと挨拶の気持ち良さが好印象でした。聞けば特別そのような意識を徹底しているわけではない。との事。普段からの接客に対する心がけが素晴らしいのだと感心させられました。食事は地のモノをいただける内容、お風呂も屋上の温泉がしっかりとあり特筆すべき程ではないが宿泊費から考えると充実しておりました。
