The only Con is the cleaning time. They clean the room every 4days which is ok but you have to be gone during the cleaning time 10am-4pm. They do provide clean towels every day though. Nice staff and clean room. A little smaller room than Art Hotel cross the street but it’s definitely newer than them.

I book this hotel only because I had to catch the train very early the next day. But I had to catch the next train because I couldn’t get the breakfast 15 mins earlier nor to go. If I had known it would be a problem to have the breakfast a bit earlier or cannot take it away, I would have booked a cheaper hotel and further from the station. The reason for not letting me pack the breakfast to go is absurd. Anyone can get food poisoning from just eating packaged meals anywhere.

Clean, easy check in process. Front desk staff were a great help when I tried to do my laundry, despite the language barrier (seriously thank you so much). Hotel let me keep my bag there all morning before check in so I could explore the city and Hirosaki Castle. Breakfast buffet was good. Love the apple juice 10/10.

A good value, no frills business hotel that's conveniently located next to the train station. I have stayed in a few toyoko inn hotels and they're almost identical in design ,facilities and services. Note that they're very rigid in terms of check in and out time. If that's fine with you they're a very good option .

Enjoyed a two-night stay here in Hirosaki. The inn is just two-minute walk from station exit and there’s a FamilyMart and two Japanese restaurants nearby. Walking to the Hirosaki Castle and the high street takes about 20 minutes of walking—but part from the far walk this is a great option if you’re gonna catch an early train.

It is very very very close to the JR and bus station. There are many restaurants near it. People are nice and polite. The breakfast is not tasting good.... WIFI is good. You will not be able to access the room until 3pm if you want to have cleaning services.
