robbed in first day(((

We spend last 3 night of our honeymoon in Bliss hotel. Hotel is nice, design of the room is very beautifull but a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was amazing good. I really suggest to go to spa: cinnamon scrub and massage is wonderful.
we got the room on the ground floor in beach house - worst choice - the room is very very humid and stinks of mold. Our cloths got the smell and smelled even after arriving home. And the worst- we were robbed!!! in the first evening some guy went inside our room from the terrasa. As we heard after from locals-it happens not the first time. territory is not closed, 5 meters from the house are public jungle

Home away from home

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our time in seychelles. I would say sleep quality is very good here as the beds are very comfortable and there is little outside noise. Also you must have a massage by their on site masseuse. She is really good - it's a very professional massage where she really works the muscles hard which is just what I needed. The food is also very good. My only concern is that I mentioned to one of the male members of staff that it might be a good idea to put in some handrails (there aren't many steps at all but there are a couple in key places and no handrail so for someone who struggles with steps it makes things difficult) and he said the owner does not like handrails so I don't think this shows a very inclusive attitude. All the on site staff are really lovely and helpful

Website led me to believe that the units were on the beach. We became aware that the property had been recently reopened after have been abandoned. The renovations fell short with dark rooms and no ability to change the shutters. My friend's room smelled of mothballs to the point he needed to change room. Maintenance staff didn't have a clue as to how to fix a problem, easily solved with better basic knowledge of the remote.Despite all that, the Bliss grew on us and we really enjoyed our stay, mostly because of the staff (and location).

I really liked the main pool area and overall it’s really a nice feature and a great place to relax in the hotel. It has also access to a beach, and it is enclosed in beautiful nature with tortoises which is a big plus. However, our room was lacking a proper thorough cleanse, and it is unacceptable that they put stained towels for us to use. I must also say that the food was great overall but the staff serving it just lacked the knowledge to recommend anything, it was very difficult to communicate with them. And just overall I must say that I was disappointed as the photos looked amazing and the feeling was that it was a more luxurious kind of place and when we arrived we felt a bit cheated.

We booked this property after suggestions from few friends. The hotel is located 10min. drive from the airport and is also easily accessible through cab or bus from the jetty. Nice and cosy place. Our stay here was memorable.

The best thing about this hotel is Mr.Adrian who manages the check-in, also the property (i guess!) and the ladies and gents who manage the bar and restaurant. Adrian is very nice and helpful and provides the best service he can. Unfortunately, he is not available in the hotel in day time and the lady who sits in front desk in his absence is least motivated to help.

The hotel has a unique decor and this is consistent in the rooms, common areas and the restaurant. The owner of the hotel seems to be having good taste. However, the lighting in the room can be improved. the rooms are poorly lit (dull lamps) at all times of day and one cannot open the windows in the mornings as there shall be no privacy if opened. Also, there is no room service nor phone available which might be important for many guests. If one needs some help in the room, you got to walk all the way to the reception located on the other side of the road.

Stylish hotel, very new & friendly staff

We stayed only for one night and had a late flight the next day. The hotel staff was very helpful and allowed us to stay checked in later in our room. The rooms are nicely decorated with beautiful local craft work. The pool area is very comfortable also the beach is just right in front of the hotel. We had lunch and dinner in the hotel and both meals were very delicious and reasonably priced. I can warmly recommend this place and would choose it again.

Terrible experience!
The reality of this hotel is far below what the photos suggest. The facilities are in deplorable condition, the breakfast was disappointing, and the room — the most expensive one in the hotel — was dreadful. Cleanliness is an absolute zero: I even had cockroaches crawling on my body while I was sleeping.

Wir waren in einem der Bungalows die uns sehr gut gefallen haben, hier war es auch deutlich windstiller als am Penthouse. Abends konnte man daher schön auf der Terasse sitzen.
Die Rezeptionisten sind sehr zuvorkommend und helfen einem bei allen Anliegen.
Die Pools waren sehr sehr sauber!
Das Frühstücksbuffet fällt für deutsche Verhältnissen etwas klein aus, aber für einen soliden Start in den Tag passt das.
Das Restaurant für das Abendessen ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben hier fast jeden Tag gegessen.
Toll fanden wir auch die Schildkröten, bei denne wir jeden Tag mal vorbei geschaut haben.
Einzig negativer Punkt: der Strand war voller Seegras
Wir hatten hier einne tollen Aufenthalt!

The garden rooms are dark and not really comfortable. The mattress was too hard for us and the rooms are pretty small. The towels and sheets were dirty and the coffee at the breakfast is extremely watery. Overall not a 4 star hotel standard compared to others.

An sich ein wirklich schönes Hotel - nur eine Renovierung wäre mal wieder nötig.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses passt hier leider gar nicht.

Im Zimmer hat es modrig gerochen und auch die Handtücher waren muffig.
Im Juli leider viel Seegras am Strand.

Direkt am Strand, perfekter Ausblick wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt. Das Essen im Hotel-Restaurant war sehr lecker. Wir haben viele Gerichte aus dem Menü ausprobiert. Zweimal in der Woche gibt es Buffet. Auch Frühstück abwechslungsreich und lecker. Personal sehr nett.

Negativ:
Klimaanlage pustete direkt ans Bett und die Stärke ist nicht regulierbar.
Strand war leider voller Seegras und ständig geflutet.
In der Umgebung nichts los.
Momentan (Juni 2025) Baustelle direkt nebenan.

Ingesamt hat uns dee Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhälnis.

Que dire, un séjour idéal. Un cadre idyllique, des personnes d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours prêts à rendre service, à proposer son aide et à vous fournir le moindre renseignement et autre « bons plans ».
Un merci tout particulier à Laila qui a pris soin de nous pendant tout notre séjour. Une jeune femme adorable qui a rendu nos vacances encore plus magique.
Et les tortues de terre…. Incroyable 😍

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in Ordnung, aber es gibt einige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten:
1.Frühstück: Die Auswahl war recht mager. Wenn man länger als 3 Tage bleibt, wird es schnell eintönig. Hier wäre etwas mehr Abwechslung wünschenswert.
2.Privatstrand: Leider war der Strand nicht so sauber, wie wir es erwartet hätten. Das könnte besser gepflegt werden.
3.Zielgruppe: Das Hotel schien überwiegend von Rentnern besucht zu werden. Das sollte für jüngere Gäste in der Beschreibung deutlicher gemacht werden.
4.Räumlichkeiten: Die Zimmer und öffentlichen Bereiche sind recht eng gestaltet.
5.Preis-Leistung: Für das Gebotene empfanden wir den Preis als zu hoch.

Positiv zu erwähnen ist jedoch, dass die grundlegenden Aspekte wie Sauberkeit und Service in Ordnung waren. Dennoch könnte das Hotel mit ein paar Anpassungen ein besseres Erlebnis bieten.

Cadre sympathique (notamment la partie resto) et personnel accueillant, mais la chambre que nous avons eue n’était pas très confortable (peu lumineuse, non aérée, odeur d’humidité, pixels morts sur la télé, vue sur un mur (alors que vendu comme « vue sur jardin en front de plage »), petite terrasse non utilisable en cas de pluie, lit très inconfortable (planche de bois pour sommier). Bref, loin du confort espéré pour un 4 étoiles.
Mer agitée sur la plage de l’hotel, baignade non recommandée.

Not an experience l would like to repeat

Had higher expectations for the specific hotel that were not met. l put 3* only because of the friendly staff, the nice breakfast and the nice garden where the Eden houses are built. Other than that l wouldn’t recommend it. The reasons: (1) the room was insanely small and l couldn’t even unpack my things from the suitcase (2) l asked for two electrical adapters at the reception because in the room l was with my friend and the reception told me that their policy was 1 piece per room (really now??), (3) the room was not so well maintained (the shower button was about to fall and the shower glass panel felt like it was made from paper (4) the dinner menu was quite poor and we didn’t enjoy it, (5) the room descriptions were very poorly presented at hotels.com and when l was trying to book it l couldn’t understand what was the difference between the rooms and the photos were the same. Overall l don’t think it really worths that price.

Clean hotel, decent cocktails

Nice relaxed atmosphere, food and cocktails were good. Room was very clean and the decoration for our honemoon was very cute. Both pool areas were clean and unbusy. The lady who checked us in and out was a bit unpleasant, but the service in the restaurant was great.

Die Unterkunft hat uns super gefallen. Der Strand beim Hotel ist nicht zum Baden, das gat uns aber nichts ausgemacht.
Leider war das Internet überall sehr schlecht. Hier könnte was gemacht werden.
Das Abendessen a la carte war toll. Das Frühstück ist etwas sehr einfach gehalten. Alles in allem aber ein sehr ruhiger und schöner Aufenthalt.

Leider kein Wasser am Ankunftstag und das in einer Suite. Mussten dann im dunkel draussen beim Pool kalt duschen (kommentar von Personal, es sei Wasserknappheit was aber nicht stimmt). Frühstück ok aber für max. 3 Tage. Strand Katastrophe voll Algen nicht gereinigt und wenn man langläuft ist man voll von sandflohbissen. Leider wurde von hotelseite nicht darauf hingewiesen obwohl das bekannt ist mit den sandflöhen. Für strandferien nicht geeignet im November. Cooles hotel aber preisleistung stimmt nicht. Die schönen Strände sind nur mit Mietauto zu erreichen.
