Nora and team were lovely. Apartments were comfortable and clean. Internet on the island is very spotty so our expectations were set and we didn't expect to have much there!

Nora cooked us a FANTASTIC dinner and we wished we had had her cook more. There is a beautiful (very expensive) restaurant across the street. The beach is just steps away for a night swim and sunset. 🌅

Big gem on Praslin

Wanted to stay in a place close to the beach but not surrounded by other tourist. This place fit the bill perfectly, it across the street from a restaurant and the staff if amazing. Nora goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort while on Praslin. She knows everyone and has great suggestions for meals. The beach is secluded and a great place to watch the sunset. We rented a car while on the island and this place does provide a place to park, I would definitely stay here again.

Very, very nice place. Excellent value for money.

Great place, nice beach just in front. Although there is a good restaurant nearby, you'll need a car or to take the bus to get into the village. I would definitely stay here again.

Good place, worth it!

We stayed 9 nights at Yasad in a 2-bedroom apartment with our daughters and it was a good experience generally. We liked the 2 single beds in our children room and the king size bed in ours. The living room and one of the bedroom have a balcony facing the sea and a very quiet beach were you can swim. There is a good restaurant nearby (Les Rochers) and the main city Grand Anse is 5mn away by car. The breakfast at Yasad is proposed for 15euros what is expensive for some toasts, fruits and juice. There is a daily cleaning up but the maid is not making a lot of efforts, she makes the beds, changes the trash bins, clean the floor but doesn't clean the kitchen, either the toilets. And we were the only ones in the Residence at the beginning of our stay; so she wasn't overloaded with work. However, we didn't pay more attention to it as the manager Nora was always full of attention and nice with us. Every time we had a concern, she will do her best to solve the issue and be sure we were happy. On the last day, we were supposed to have dinner at Les Rochers but they were closed like every Sundays and Mondays. We were ready to go out and Nora came to say good-bye, found out the Rochers was closed and managed to book a last minute table for us in a nearby restaurant...and it was Christmas Eve. So, thank you Nora, you have been a very responsive person and all that with a smile and warmth. We will probably go back to Yasad if we ever return to Praslin.

Studio apartament was small but enough spice for two people, was really nice and clean !! For me good :) studio have outside with chairs when you can drink Coffe in the morning and relax , beach is opposite and actually is just for people from
The YASAD. bus stop near the resort. Resort is in quiet location but not faraway from the city. One minus: first shop is not close . Around 15-20 min by bus :)

Dishonest description

We booked this place because it had a private pool and a spa tub, which didn't exist. We were also supposed to have an Ocean view, but since we were given an apartment downstairs, we could only see a wall. Needless to say, we were disappointed because the description of the facilities was a total lie. So far, I had trust hotels.com and I thought they had made sure that the properties comply with what they said they had.
However, I must say Noora, the manager, apologized for what she said must have been a \"typo\". She let us have a late check out and she was as accommodating as she could.
The apartment is new and there's a beach across the road. However, if you're looking for a private pool, a spa tub and and ocean view, this is the wrong place.

Good hotel but needs some attention.

Nora, the manager excels at supporting guests, she goes out of her way to make your stay easy and fun.
Few problems however, wifi is very poor and only accessible from rooms on the second level and not free.
Some of the equipment also needs repair, air conditioning and television reception.
Apart from these issues rooms are well fitted out for couples or families, great kitchen and washing machine!
Spotlessly clean and private beach.
Must have a car as this hotel is very isolated.

Päätie kulkee hotellin ja rannan välissä. Hotellin edessä oleva ranta vaatimaton ja hyville rannoille pääseminen vaatii vuokra-auton. Porttien sisältä löytyy hyvät parkkipaikat huoneiden edestä. Aamupala ei kauhean monipuolinen, koska tehdään vaan muutamalle, toiveita kuitenkin kuunnellaan ja kannattaa kertoa mitä haluaa aamupalaksi. Omistaja tekee tarvittaessa paikallista ruokaa illalliseksi rasioihin, mistä riittää syötävää useammaksi päiväksi ja hinta edullinen paikalliseen hintatasoon nähden. Hotelli ja huoneet suhteellisen uusia ja hyvässä kunnossa. Kauppoja ja palveluita ei kauhean lähellä, poislukien yksi parempi hotelli, minkä arvokas, mutta samalla hyvä ravintola on 5min kävelymatkan päässä.

Appartement très propre, ménage fait quotidiennement, le personnel est très gentil et accueillant, Nora est une cuisinière hors pair pour vous faire découvrir là nourriture créole!
Des plages tout le long de l’hébergement calme, un restaurant à 3min à pieds avec super vue.
Logement très spacieux et très bien équipé.
Je recommande ce logement sans hésitez.

Nous avons réservé un logement pour 4. Il y avait 3 chambres, chacune avec salle de bain. Une grande cuisine ouverte sur un salon et une grande terrasse pour pouvoir manger dehors. Le tout en parfait état et vraiment très joli.
L'établissement est fermé par un portail et on peut garer les voitures à l'intérieur. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant.
Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. La machine à laver de l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas et on nous a proposé de faire notre lessive si nécessaire. Elles nous l'ont fait sécher également avant de nous la laisser dans une bassine dans l'appartement. Trop gentil. Merci pour l'accueil !

Die Unterkunft war in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und konnten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 Minuten erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Managerin hat uns auf Nachfrage ein kreolisches Abendessen zubereitet. Das sollten Sie sich nicht entgehen lassen.

The owner is super service oriented and will fix everything for you. You will need a car, but it is a good base and the beach is good. There is no pool, but you do not need it, the beach is excellent. Very big family apartment with 3 bathrooms.

Trevligt ställe men man behöver ha bil. Finns en strand tvärs över gatan som är fin, dock går det inte att bada vid lågvatten. Men så är det nästan över hela ön. Välsigt trevligt att sitta på stranden i solnedgången.

Le logement était propre et plutôt sympathique, par contre gros problème avec les portes pour ouvrir et fermer … nous avons été dans une petite maisonnette à l’entrée, aucune intimité les chaises et la table dehors sont à la vue de tout le monde.. Toujours avoir les rideaux de fermés.
La manager était très sympa et le personnel aussi.
Nous étions en bus et nous le referions pas si nous avions lu les avis avant, il n’y a rien à proximité et les bus passent toutes les 1/2h et ils s’arrêtent à 18h. Il faut absolument une voiture sinon vous serez bloqué tout le séjour.
La petite plage en face était très sympa, mais pas pour se baigner avec les algues abondantes.

Tuvimos un apartamento de 3 habitaciones con aire acondicionado, y muy muy limpio. El desayuno muy abundante con fruta, yogures, huevos o tortillas, zumo, etc. Lo mejor de todas formas y por eso se merece un 10 es Nora, la manager, que nos ayudó muchísimo con una infección alimentaria de nuestra hija. Persona cercana y con valores, y preocupada para que tuviéramos una buena estancia.

Tranquillo e funzionale

Appartamenti in zona tranquilla a poca distanza dall’aeroporto ed a 20 minuti dal porto. Appartamento ben tenuto con cucina ben attrezzata. Ottima la gestione da parte di Nora che, oltre a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie (spiagge, gite, …), volendo prepara anche la cena e la porta a casa: ottima qualità e prezzi decisamente contenuti.

Clean, quiet, beautiful

Quiet and beautiful location right in front of a very nice beach. The rooms are clean and well furnished, the housekeeping is very good. Nora, the manager is perfect when it comes to handle any issue that may arise and she she will give you the best tips about visiting Praslin and the other Islands. It was our second stay and we would definitely recommend.

schöne Unterkunft und nettes Personal

Schönes Studio, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett (konnte uns ohne Probleme ein Auto organisieren und ein Taxi für an den Hafen bestellen). Ausserdem wurde uns einmal spontan ein frühstück serviert, da unser Essen auf der Reise zum Appartement leider schlecht wurde. stay is not bad. from airport to hotel, used Pick up service by a company called Donster (google it) to hotel, +248 2529950 . 20 euro. this hotel is like a compartment. has kitchen where u can cook. very nice restaurant nearby called les rochers (reservation needed!!!, nice view with superb food quality and quantity). other than les rochers, not many restaurants nearby. very nice beach right outside apartment. bed comfy but shower can be a bit weak. refrigerator and microwave oven available. no grocery store nearby, quiet environment. has wifi

Sehr geräumig und nah am Strand

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig. Es gab hier zwei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad und Wohnzimmer mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Das gebotene und im Preis enthaltene Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Strand war direkt auf der anderen Seite der wenig befahrenen Straße.

Qualità/prezzo ottimo

Appartamento pulito e dotato di cucina completa. Appena fuori il cancello c'è la fermata dei bus che non abbiamo utilizzato perchè automuniti e secondo me senza auto è un po' sacrificata come posizione. Il personale è discreto ma attento. Consiglio soprattutto per il prezzo ragionenevole!

Anm. zum Frühstück: Dieses kann man sich im gut ausgestatteten Appartment selbst zubereiten, und dies weit günstiger als das im Preis inkludierte!!!

Good hotel, evreything is new, includ laundry machine, we had problem with the water, there was no water from the morning until the late night, but that somthing not incharge of the hotel, the lady from the hitel try to help us with that problem and was very nice

Wir waren 3 volle Tage auf dieser schönen Insel. Diese Zeit war für uns auch ausreichend.
