When they say “welcome to paradise” - they mean it.

Trust me, by nature I am someone who likes to find faults and room for improvements but they have me stumped.

It’s expensive but you feel you are getting true 5 star service.

Stayed here for part of our honeymoon and wish we would have stayed longer! Everyone is super kinda and really makes you feel special.

Some callouts

-go to the Diva restaurant, such a cool experience
-do the sushi class with chef Michael
-take a boat tour with the hotel and not an outside vendor. Ours was cancelled due to weather but it was so much more convenient because you leave from the hotel beach and back. It’s also more private.
-If you do the half board it includes continental breakfast! Very worth it on morning you don’t want to leave your bed
-Take the shuttle to Anse Georgette! Super beautiful and fun to swim.

Will definitely be back!

We had a great time at Lemuria, the staff were really attentive and committed to make sure that you enjoyed your stay.

my only gripe, and it sounds like such a small thing, but matters, is the fact that when you’re paying 5* prices, in my opinion, you should not be charged c. 150SCR for tap water at meals, and the cost of wine at this resort was really expensive; one of the ‘standard’ small glasses of wine at the buffet were 550SCR.

We do not mind paying when you receive quality, but at instances during our trip to Lemuria, we felt like we were getting taken for a ride.

The price of water/wine is my only gripe, and other than that, all the staff, restaurants and facilities were of a very good condition and quality, and other than Raffles, which we visit and is supremely more expensive (and has a completely different vibe) this [Lemuria) is one of the best hotels on island; that said, we may consider an alternative if we visit the Seychelles again.

I wished I had stayed longer

Our 4 nights stay was fabulous. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. All staff tried to make our stay enjoyable. Junior suite was clean and had good size. All amenities were available. We were on half board and tried the main buffet restaurant, Nest and Diva. Food was excellent in all of them. Wine list was rich and sometimes overwhelming. Sommelier was there to help. Highly recommend this place. I am planning to come back with my children. Plenty of activities, golf, tennis, kids club,.. my inly recommendation to the hotel is to add few sun umbrellas. People fight for shade under the palms in the main beach.

A true 6 star amazing experience for us.

Excellent stay from the very beginning with Pheong who made the reception very welcoming and helpful organizing our stay.
Dinners were wonderful especially on the Rock. The brunch buffet was very good with Marcus chef being very helpful. The hosts Davis, Solomon and Valerie always helpful.
Also by the beach Jose was very helpful and heloed organize our stay. Bar tendes great even on the beach with Daniel.
A special thank you to Narish bar snd food manager for his personalized attention.
Assistant manager was also very friendly and attentive.
All to say great staff with superb service and attention.
It was a great anniversary celebration at a wonderful place.

What's not to like about paradise? This was our fourth visit to Seychelles, and first time on Praslin. Constance Lemuria far exceeded the other resorts where we had stayed in the past.The staff was incredibly, and genuinely, friendly. We were always greeted by a smiling face. The property itself was incredibly beautiful - especially the view you get upon arrival.

Our Constance Lemuria stay was incredible, start to finish. Upon arrival (at 8am) the team that received us gave the warmest welcome and gave us a tour of the property ending with access to a “VIP Suite” area where we were able to shower and cleanup after 14 hours of travel. The area is beautiful, the hotel is clean, open and comfortable. They take Covid precautions so travelers needing to feel safe and/or needing to test are supported. We did the half board option which was kind of pricey but the buffet at the Legends restaurant had tasty dishes every night, there was something for everyone. We had dinner On the Rocks for two nights and I would recommend the Romance Menu over the meat menu. We also did the Curious Island excursion which was an incredible experience. Definitely would recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway or for family fun. Both those type of trips can exist here with enough fun and options for everyone comfortably

Having enjoyed travel to many beach destinations around the world over the past 40 years, this property, and the Seychelles in general, has become our favourite. The property itself is beautiful, in all aspects, from location to layout and appointment. The food and beverage service in all locations was exceptional. All staff, from the grounds staff, to the management team (who were both visible and engaging), were professional, friendly and extremely efficient. We really cannot fault any element of this hotel, and, from travellers who readily admit to being extremely picky, and focussed on detail, we recommend a stay there without hesitation. Thank you to everybody at Constance Lemuria for making our stay so memorable.

Great resort! Excellent service! From the moment I stepped into the resort, they treated me so nicely every day. Restaurants are really good as well. The beach in front of the resort (Anse Kerlan) is ok. Anse Georgette which is still on the property is beautiful! If you challenge yourself, you can also do a hike from Anse Georgette to Mt Plaisir and then to Anse Lazio from there, which is the most beautiful beach in Praslin

We loved our time here!! To start, our room was beautiful, with a gorgeous sunset view from our balcony. The service was also excellent, with no shortage of friendly smiles and readiness to help. Incredible setting in one of the nicest parts of the island (Praslin). Lovely beach and lots of places to sit on it or by the pools. Food is good and drinks too. It is a resort which is the only downside - feels very resorty and priced like that but not so bad for a few days. A week might feel too long. Great beach (Anse georgette only 15 min walk). Anse Lazio is a very sweaty 45 minute walk up and down a hill.

Great food, and amazing rooms and service. Cannot fault on that; just very much a resort hotel but if you like that you’ll love it.

Only fault was my wife got food poisoning one day and the way it was dealt with wasn’t great by the hotel (they were great offering a nurse but no apology at all was issued!). Wasn’t too bad but did take 24h away from our honeymoon sadly (which at this resort is an expensive 24h!)

The hotel is located in a very nice beach. It´s a huge property with a luxurious style. Service and staff were nice and everything was good. Only minus is the obligation to use trousers at dinner. In holiday´s with 28 degrees it´s not pleasant to use trousers. We´re at holidays and we can dress very well with shorts, we´re in 2019.

An excellent luxury resort in a truly beautiful location. We stayed in the standard junior suite which was spacious, very well equipped and kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping staff. There are three gorgeous beaches - one with loungers, a beach bar and complimentary snorkelling and paddleboarding kit; the other two kept pristine including the exquisite Anse Georgette. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the three restaurants also very good. The golf course looked spectacular, and there is a small gym in the spa (although disappointingly, the steam room and spa were only open without booking treatments until 2pm). The service from the thoughtful, friendly and super-efficient staff was faultless.

My wife and I nearly cancelled the trip since the weather forecast for Seychelles was rain and thunderstorm but we saw nothing but sunshine!
The hotel was a dream and the service was absloutely amazing.
They welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a nice chicolate cake on the night of our anniversary at the resturant where we had dinner :)
I've been to many extraordinary hotels but this one is by far number one.
Highly recommend for couples and for families with children since they have a huge kids club.

Just amazing - can’t recommend enough.

This place was just fabulous, I can’t speak highly enough of our visit there. The staff, the facilities, the beaches, the food, were all just exceptional. I honestly can’t recommend it enough and it was definitely worth the somewhat high Seychelles price tag - even though we were in the most junior of rooms and had our 1.5 year old with us, we were treated impeccably (I have found other hotels treat guests in more superior rooms with higher priority/importance, but that’s absolutely not the case here). There were so many fabulous, thoughtful touches, from a lovely beach bag welcome gift, to a cocktail evening with the management team, to a complimentary trip to the wine cellar to have a cheese tasting. Half board dinners were well worth paying for (and getting a babysitter for!). Loved it, would go back in a millisecond.

I can not say enough about the Constance Lemuria- it was a beautiful resort with lots of shade and plenty of chairs on the beach. While we were there it was filled to capacity and we didn't feel over crowded in the least. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. They were friendly and really seemed to be interested in the people they were taking care of. We ate at the restaurants on sight and they did not disappoint - the morning buffet was plentiful and all of the restaurants had fantastic food. The beach was not only beautiful, but had a great breeze and was quite comfortable. We'd definitely stay at this resort again. It's too bad the Seychelles are so far from us.

I have stayed there for 4 days and everything was just perfect. The location is gorgeous. The hotel has been renovated and is modernised yet charming. The bedroom are big, and nicely decorated with super comfy beds. The staff is really friendly. The food is delicious. The boat trip organised by the hotel was great.
I honestly can't fault a single thing. I have really enjoyed my stay there.

We spent the last 5 nights of our honeymoon at Lemuria and it was the perfect ending to our trip! We stayed in a private villa and it was definitely worth it. The villa (really, villas - it's made of multiple buildings) was beautiful. The private pool was bigger than expected and walking out to (basically) our own private beach is incredible.
Janet was our villa manager and from the moment she first opened the gate to our villa to saying goodbye we couldn't have had anyone better. We were a bit skeptical about having the personal butler that came with the villas. We've never really interacted with one before. Janet was great though! She was there whenever we needed her but was also able to give us as much privacy as we wanted. After 5 days with her, we got the impression that she really loved what she did.
Food was very good. We stayed on the half board - breakfast and dinner - and it turned out to be a great decision. Dining at the restaurants/buffet without the half board would have probably cost over a hundred US$ each per meal. Legend, the breakfast and dinner buffet was solid. We had dinner here twice and both nights there were some favorite dishes that we'll try find or recreate at home. We dined at Diva twice and the food beautiful and delicious. The Nest was also good but perhaps not on par with Diva.
Staff is what really made the experience so wonderful! As mentioned about, Janet was a big part of it but so were Joan at Diva, Carol at Legend. Simon and so many more

The hotel provided a relaxing destination with very good food although drinks can be expensive. Half board is recommended which allows you to use all the restaurants. Other meals are pricey if on bed and breakfast tariff. The rooms were lovely and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful setting, but overpriced

Our travel agent recommended this resort, so we decided to give it a try even though it was by far the most expensive place we had ever stayed at $1,300 per night. What was really frustrating, that only included breakfast. Lunch and dinner were extra and there is no place else to go. The resort is all by itself on the tip of the island 20 min from the boat jetty and other eating options. Water is not safe to drink, so they provide bottled water in your room and breakfast, but charge $5 per bottle at lunch or dinner. Laundry was extremely expensive, $6 for s pair of underwear!! When you complain the staff says they will look into it, but nothing happens and we paid $125 to have laundry done!!!

A quality hotel in a fantastic location on Praslin

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a shame that the weather did not play ball, meaning that thunderstorms and rain ruined our plan to spend the whole time on the beach, but having said that the beaches at the hotel are really beautiful and the hotel grounds and well-kept without being overly manicured. The whole feeling of the hotel was luxury without being stuffy, which for us was perfect.

My wife and I recently spent 10 nights at the Constance Lemuria , Praslin Island , Seychelles.

The hotel has its own golf course and is beautifully landscaped.

The rooms are also very quiet and very comfortable and spacious. The only sound you can hear at night is the ocean lapping on Anse Kerlan.

Members of staff , in particular the diving staff and boat house , are very friendly , helpful and totally professional. The diving centre is good and the diving is decent with very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The only criticism that we have is that the prices for food and drinks are very high. We did not book half board up front , but paid an extra 68 Euros each per night for half board and on top of this which does not include drinks or special menus such as the lobster , prawn or beef menus. The food was of a good standard , although the buffet is not spectacular except for the Asian night which was very good. Lunch is expensive for what is on offer.

Extraodinarily Remarkable Resort

My husband and I chose Lemuria for our honeymoon and we couldn't have picked a better place. From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. Shortly after we went to our room we received a bottle of sparking wine, signature towels, t-shirts and a beach bag - all compliments of Lemuria. The service was impeccable! The staff, from managers to cleaning personel, knew and addressed us by name (they do their homework)! On our last night there Lemuria invited us to a private and most romantic honeymoon dinner (by the rocks, waves crashing) where the chef specially designed a menu just for us (all lobster, shrimp and crabmeat). Even personalized menus with our names were printed! The food, service, setting and private beaches are just marvelous.

Simply Amazing!

If you're lucky enough to make it to Praslin, you can't do better than the Lemuria. The Junior Honeymoon Suite was clean and nicely furnished, just a few steps from the beach. The service is excellent and so is the food. As you'd expect, it is quite expensive, but if you can swing it, you won't be disappointed.

Hotellet håller den höga standard som kedjan är känd för. Jag kan varmt rekommendera det – maten håller absolut toppklass (10/10), liksom servicen (10/10), hotellets faciliteter, stränder, pooler och aktivitetsutbud (10/10).
Detta är ett av de bästa hotell vi har bott på, och det går inte att jämföra med Constance Ephelia – detta hotell håller en betydligt högre nivå.

Este hotel fez parte da nossa viagem de lua de mel e foi simplesmente INCRIVEL! Recomendo vivamente o hotel, é um verdadeiro sonho! Da envolvente, aos quartos, à comida, à simpatia do staff, às praias.. tudo foi mais do que perfeito! A meia pensão vale muito a pena pois não há nada ali perto do hotel e se forem aos restaurantes do hotel e pagarem à parte as refeições, fica muito mais caro. Atenção que a meia pensao nao inclui bebidas. Mas inclui o restaurante buffet que todas as noites tem um tema diferente pelo que a comida é sempre diferente (1 dia é italiano, noutro dia asiatico, noutro dia indiano, noutro dia criolo, noutro dia mediterraneo, etc) e é sempre maravilhoso. Inclui tambem a possibilidade de jantar nos restaurantes à la carta NEST (comida local criola) e DIVA (fine dining), ambos maravilhosos também.
Pagámos 400 rupias (25€ +/-) do ferry ate ao hotel (porque negociámos ida e volta).

Apesar de todo o staff ter sido incrivel durante toda a nossa estadia, um apreço especial às seguintes pessoas:
Mrs. Sara from guest relations
Mrs Abeer from gust relations
Mrs. Vimla from housekeeping
Mr. Titol from breakfast
Mrs. Serena from breakfast and dinner

O hotel tem 3 praias, sendo 1 delas a famosa anse georgette, que é pública pelo que pode ter pessoas externas ao hotel. A caminhada até esta praia é de cerca de 15/20min.

Acabámos de voltar da nossa lua de mel e só queremos voltar para o constance lemuria! Obrigada pelos dias tao felizes que nos proporcionaram!!

Hotel limpo, estrutura impecável! Quartos excelentes, grandes, limpos e confortáveis! Piscinas limpas e organizadas. Serviço de transfer do aeroporto para o hotel eficiente. Café da manhã padrão, bom! Tem poucas opções de alimentação (snacks) na praia . Não esqueçam de olhar os trajes dos restaurantes antes de ir, infelizmente quando se é feito a reserva não tem nada avisando que você precisa levar sapatos ou trajes casual chic para todos os restaurantes, nem mesmo o buffet que é incluso pode ir fora desses trajes e eles te olham de cima em baixo para ver as roupas. Infelizmente, tivemos um experiência desagradável no check-out. Marcado para estarmos na recepção às 12:00 pois o Táxi para o aeroporto sairia às 12:25. Chegamos pontualmente, porém só fomos atendidos às 12:25, às pessoas iam chegando eles iam passando na nossa frente, eles não sabiam mais a ordem de chegada. Terminamos o check out às 12:35 e o táxi só chegou às 12:45, nosso voo era às 13:30. Quase perdemos o voo! Fora isso um experiência agradável!

Overall not really great.
When we arrived there were ants in our room and mosquitoes. The doors have huge gaps so humidity and all bugs can enter as they please.
Our guest relations manager that should help us setting things up didn’t help at all. When we inquired for a few activities she took forever to reply or forgot answering completely so I rather took care of everything myself.
It was our anniversary and we ordered a cake that they forgot.
The beach is beautiful but very crowded.
If you are looking for a bit of privacy you are here definitely wrong.
I would definitely recommend the nest restaurant, the food, location and the team especially Serena (she was the sweetest best waitress there).

Overall a very disappointing stay especially for the price of 1000€ a night….

Hotel fantástico. Serviço impecável. Comida excelente. Aconselho pegar meia pensão pois sai muito mais em conta do que pagar na hora. A praia Anse Georgette que fica dentro do Lemuria foi para nós a praia mais linda de toda Seychelles. Aconselho também pegar os bangalôs em frente a Petit Anse, que ficam perto de todas as atrações e restaurantes. Quero deixar um agradecimento especial a Vimla, que arrumava nosso quarto todos os dias com muita dedicação. Também quero agradecer toda cordialidade do gerente geral do hotel Bruno, sempre disposto a proporcionar o melhor para os hóspedes. Recomendamos muito!!!

Top notch in Praslin

Ticks all the boxes and I’m sure it will not disappoint anyone. Air condotion was the only thing we were a bit struggling with but that is the case in most tropical destinations. Waitresses call you by name is telling the story of the level of service. Very happy with this resort, food, service, facilities, location, beach, rooms and everything. You could live here for a week or two. Don’t worry be happy!

Cet établissement est surévalué par a rapport a d'autres aux seychelles.

L'offre de restauration est inégale avec un buffet dînatoire très cher vis a vis de la finesse (un hôtel de cette catégorie devrait faire 'a la carte' et qualitatif) et un restaurant gastronomique hors de prix compte tenu de la qualité des plats (prix 2 ou 3 étoiles Michelin) qui seront bons mais pas au niveau du prix ; seul le restaurant Nest est a conseiller.

La grande plage est interdite a la baignade et la petite plage est belle mais vous n'avez pas la tranquillité espérée d'un 5 étoiles car tout le monde se trouve a cet endroit où a la piscine.

Le prix des chambres est excessif par rapport a la concurrence. D'autres hôtels pour le même prix offrent des villas avec piscines privées. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles.

Le domaine pourrait être mieux entretenu et l'hôtel modernisé sans que cela nuise a l'authenticité.

Le petit déjeuner est bon et très varie, mais on regrette des plats à la carte plus qualitatifs.

Le personnel est très sympathique mais certains sont trop envahissants, le Check-in est interminable pour des détails. Pas de possibilité de check out tardif peu importe si vous avez des enfants ou pas. On vous charge pour tout, la nourriture des bébés est payante et même pas une navette d'hôtel gratuite pour aéroport ou port.

Il y a un problème de qualité generale alors que les prix sont très élevés et je pense que Constance devrait s'inspirer d'hôtels comme Four seasons.

Incrível!
Esse hotel é especial! Desde o Darren no concierge, o Nano da Gym, Quran breakfast All the Saff thé buggy drives, thé french sommelier todos são maravilhosos! O pessoal do check in e check out que não são tão legais! Mas o hotel e perfeito cuida de tudo, late check out tem um lounge Vip com tudo, a praia não tem o que falar!! Sonho! O que deixou a desejar foi apenas o room service a comida veio muito pouco, tivemos que pedir de novo e veio pouco novamente dormimos com fome e gastamos muito! Então é melhor ir nos restaurantes deles que são ótimo!

Wir waren 10 Tage im Lemuria und ausserordentlich zufrieden. Perfekter Service angefangen von Mitarbeitern beim check-in, Service in allen Restaurants bis zum Housekeeping. Alle waren sie ausserordentlich freundlich und erfüllen dem Gast jeden Wunsch. Hier ist der Kunde noch König. Leider hat es zuwenige Fahrräder und ab und zu gab es gar keine?? Des Weiteren unverständlich in Zeiten von Klimaschutz, dass in den Zimmern alle Lampen den ganzen Tag brennen müssen?? Weiter wird der Müll nicht g etrennt, d.h. Petflaschen im besonderen. Das ist aber das einzige was es zu bemängeln gibt -wenn überhaupt.

Séjour de 6 nuits en couple Très bel environnement boisé avec beaucoup d’oiseaux, emplacement pour les petits déjeuners avec très belle vues paradisiaque , sentiment d’espace , personnel sympathique et souriant .

What the team of the Hotel Constance Lemuria achieves is sensational! We have travelled a lot, but we have never experienced such loving hospitality! Every single member of the staff does an excellent job! The employees are incredibly attentive and trained to read your every wish from your lips – even when you are wearing a face mask. Obviously, this hotel is run by a management that has mastered the fine art of looking after guests and also pays attention to the small details.
In addition to the unbelievably good service, there is also a very well-maintained hotel complex in the middle of a natural paradise with a romantic view.
We thank you very much for the wonderful stay. We look forward to returning to Lemuria soon.

- Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen gigantisch und sehr lecker
- Personal super freundlich
- Anlage super schön
- kleines Präsent da Flitterwochen

Contra:
- Staub- und Spinnweben im Zimmer. Wurden auf mehrmalige bitte auch nur teilweise entfernt.
- Während des Aufenthalts wurde die Babymatzratze getauscht & plötzlich hatte unser Baby lauter Bisse von Bettwanzen

Fazit: Für den Preis sollte gerade in Punkto Sauberkeit mehr zu erwarten sein. Auch die Bettwanzen sind bei einem Preis von über 500 Euro die Nacht ein Wahnsinn.
An dieser Stelle möchten wir das Hotel bitten, auf ausreichend Hygiene zumindest bei den Kinderbetten/-Matratzen zu achten und diese nicht einfach den ganzen Tag im Treppenhaus rum stehen zu lassen.
