While being labeled as airport hotel it is a distance from the actual terminal, around the other side of the airport. That being said, staff was very welcoming and helpful. They arranged for a ride to the terminal for our very early morning flight the next day. Being located with a shopping center made getting a snack that evening very convenient. Check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and spacious.

It's a great location and super friendly. Free parking and a supermarket next door.
The room was a great size for 2 adults 2 teenagers. Good shower, bathroom plus a balcony. However the headboard was ripped and looked really bad, it is impossible for staff to clean this so no one wanted to sleep near it. The pillows were 1 each and poor quality and uncomfortable. There was no cover on the duvet.
There is no noise cancelling so anyone leaving late or early you can hear and the guests leaving had no thought for others still in bed and selfishly shouted in the corridors.
The staff were fantastic and would love to say I'd stay here again but with the noise the headboard and the pillows and linen it really wasn't a 4 star.

The hotel is close to the airport, but not directly attached to the airport. It's too bad that it costs 25 euro to get from there to the airport despite the close proximity... usually airport hotel shuttles are reasonably priced. But this is the going rate of taxis in the vicinity of the airport.

Super clean. Quiet. New. Very very nice staff. Amazing kitchen. Only weird thing is there is NOTHING in the kitchen. Not even cutlery so im not sure what the point is. There is no shuttle at this hotel. Only taxi that the hotel calls for you. which will run you 20 euros one way.

Good hotel, but seems under financial pressure

It's close to the airport and we needed it for a night.
The room is big and the shower is nice.

Although David at reception was very polite and helpful, the hotel seems to have some financial problems.

Our bedroom air conditioning was not working (to earlier in the year we were told), not even the ventilation. The room was very hot (27 C) and to make it more comfortable, we had to open the balcony door overnight.
The door from our room was broken and some places in the room were dusted (under beds and over TV) or had cobwebs (behind curtains).
They have a breakfast room, but no breakfast is being served at this time of the year, but there is a nice restaurant beside the hotel and a nice cafe in the area.

Great staff, great room and great cost benefit. I had a connection flight from Turin a had to sleep close tô the airport. I was with my Wife and three little children, The hotel has a great restaurant just beside. Great option for those who need tô stay close to the airport.

Decided to stay here for an early morning flight back the states. Studio king room was excellent...well appointed, large, quiet, very reasonable rate. Staff is a family run operation. Friendly. Printed documents that we needed for customs and covid protocols. Scheduled a taxi for transit to airport. Large grocery store and restaurants in same building complex which was very convenient. Highly recommend.

This is a hotel in a plaza, not near the airport as you may think but if you need an extended stay in Turin this is great. The plaza has a grocery store and few other stores. Service was wonderful and attentive. Since we were there only for one night the kitchenette was not stocked with pots, nor dishes or cutlery. Very large rooms.

Convenient Location

Very convenient hotel inside a plaza center. The plaza has 1 supermarket and another store that also carries food, snacks, and hobby/ garden items ( more health food items) opens 8am-8pm. Bought water there which was cheaper 0.18-0.22 euros. There is a shoe and clothing store, cafe for lunch item and a restaurant that opens up at 7pm and bill can be charged to your hotel room. Restaurant was decent basic pasta items.
The hotel parking in the plaza was great. Don’t have to squeeze into any small areas or find parking. Door to hotel is down the walkway of the plaza to your right.
Hotel staff was great and friendly.
I booked 1 night upon arrival because it was 10 minutes from airport (2miles), safe and I had to pick up a friend the next day from the airport.
Prior to leaving Turin I booked another night before my flight. Room was spacious with all amenities available.
I was pleased. If you open the balcony because it’s near a farm you can smell livestock nearby. It didn’t bother me and hotel was decent for the price, safe came with continental breakfast and convenient drive to the airport. If you don’t have a car the hotel can arrange for a taxi ride for you.
I definitely would rent here again if I’m in town in the future. I enjoyed the stay and felt safe.

Very convenient and comfortable. Expected a run of the mill airport hotel. Got a slightly quirky, but in the right way, nights stay.

This hotel is an absolute gem. The location is a bit bizarre (in the middle of a small shopping centre), but once you are inside it is just Wooow!
Very quiet, spacious, big rooms with very comfortable memory foam beds. Huge bathrooms with very big and modern showers.
Breakfast is typically Italian with fresh cappuccino from the bar.
Staff is extremely helpful and courteous.
The World of Hotels would be a better one if all hotels were like this one!

Really nice hotel. They stayed up for my two hour delayed flight which didn’t arrive until 1:30am. Decent breakfast. Lights turned themselves on at 5am randomly which was weird but overall would recommend for this area.

Fine Airport Hotel

The rooms were very nice, but there aren't many facilities in the hotel or nearby. Which is fine since we were staying there one night before an early morning flight. They arranged the taxi to take us to the airport (10 - 15 minute ride), and the driver showed up early for the 4:50 am pickup which was nice! They also arranged a taxi from the Turin Train Station to the hotel, which had some miscommunication issues but worked out fine. We had dinner in the associated restaurant which was tasty and pleasant

We booked 4x bed room.
First shocking thing was - black hair of previous guest on the bed.
No Wi-Fi in 2017 - it is not go at all. We received explanation at reception desk - \" from time to time we do not have it, because small city and bad internet provider\".
Hotel is very very very bad situated and very difficult to find. Near is only 1 restaurant and 1 shop and all close around 20:00. Far from everything.
Reception staff leave at 22:00 and after this time...do what you want, if you have problems or need any help.
Beds are uncomfortable. Only positive things - hotel is new, but that's it.

No go to stay there another time. Sorry.

Nice hotel very close to Turin airport

Very nice hotel, with comfortable and clean rooms and very polite staff. Good choice of hotel close to the Turin airport.
One drawback is the the transportation to and from the airport. I spent 40 euros in taxi (round trip from the airport) for just a 10 minutes distance each way. It would be great if the hotel could provide more affordable airport transfer since going to downtown Turin is 34 euros by taxis and the distance is about 30 minutes drive. Not fair....

Good price - wonderful service

Wanted to stay close to the Turin airport because I had a very early flight out. The hotel name is a bit misleading because it is a distance from the hotel. There is a 6 Euro surcharge on the taxi ride to get to this town, San Francesco al Campo, from the airport. The hotel did arrange a ride the next morning for 20 Euro back to the airport. The set up is a bit strange - it's located in what looks like an American strip mall with shops that closed up in the evening. However, the service was wonderful. There is an attached restaurant for those staying at the hotel that served a reasonable and nice meal. My room was immaculate and quite spacious with a lovely balcony looking out on the nearby small town. Wish I had more time to enjoy it all.

Great stay and convenient to the Turin Airport

This is an ideal hotel to stay near the Turin Airport. Huge rooms compared to most rooms in Europe. Hard to find as our GPS did not locate the address. It is above a grocery store and other merchants in a strip center. The rooms were awesome and clean. Nice breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I had an early flight out of Turin.

Good size room

Hotel is located in a shopping center which was very convenient. However, the restaurant (in the shopping center) offered by the hotel is not that great. Room is comfortable and a good size.

We were there to drive to Busano, the home of our grandparents. The two young women who worked there were exceptionally helpful.Before we left home we had a great deal of trouble via email trying to find directions to the hotel from the train station downtown. Your hotel information listed the San Maurizio station as being close to the hotel but it is not accessible from Porta Nuevo nor Porta Susa, and it was not walking distance from the hotel.

A new build, well appointed, good sized rooms, quiet, clean and comfortable. Probbly about 25 rooms in all....ie not overlarge, impersonal

Good continental style breakfast although the only tea missing from a wide selection was English Breakfast
Would have liked a kettle and the makings for tea coffee in the room...but to be fair, I didn't ask if they were available

Location good for the airport, parkng excellent. Easy access to Turin or the Alps although sited on edge of countryside I don't think there was much of interest in the near vicinity. Supermarket, Gelateria and Pizza store on site,

J’étais déçue quand elle m’a annoncée sue le petit déjeuner n’était pas compris alors que la réservation était faite . Chanté triple avec un lit d’appoint pour le 3 adulte. Cuisine vide même pas un verre . Pas de bouilloire, pas de fer à repasser, pas de service, restaurant ou bar fermés , vraiment décevant ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles . Toute la nuit les avions et la vue déplorable !
Je regrette d’avoir fait ce choix
