Superb value hotel

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a supermarket next to the hotel which was very convenient. The rail station is a short walk away. Turin city centre was more beautiful than expected. The buildings are amazing. We only had time for an overnight stay but would recommend this hotel and visiting Turin city.

Servizio clienti imbarazzante. Ho chiesto aiuto per prenotare un taxi e mi è stato attaccato il telefono in faccia più volte.
L’hotel è buono nel complesso ma è stata un’autentica epopea arrivarci. Una buona parte del merito è anche del comune di Torino che non sa attrezzarsi per gli eventi organizzati nella loro città.
Esperienza da paese del terzo mondo ( per metterla giù bene).
Umiliato e disgustato dalla disfunzione dell’Italia. Fortunatamente non ci vivo più e mai ci tornerò.

The bathroom was flooded with water every time we took a shower.
When i requested to be moved to a different room i was told that there were no other roons available, and there was nothing they could do.
Following morning i inquired agai about another room and i got the same answer, only when went to check out i was told they had several rooms available by which tome i had already booked another room.at a hilton hotel.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I am still waiting for them to refund me the money i paid which they said they would.

Great experience at Hotel Cascina Fossata. Great and friendly staff and a perfect location for my stay. I especially loved the complimentary can of Mole Cola.

I found out, without planning on it, that the hotel has excellent access to the local train network. A station is only 5 minutes walk away, which then provides great access to the airport or to other trains across the country!
That was very nice for us!

Great family 2 bedroom hotel apartments however the balcony room option isnt that great as it is small and overlooked by other rooms. Ideal location to the airport and comes with free parking and ok breakfast.

Good hotel to visit Turin

Ideally located just one cheap train ride from Torino Porta Susa station, this hotel was ideal for us. Safe parking for our motorcycle, super friendly staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast wasn't great but otherwise we enjoyed it.

Nice hotel, procedures can be improved

A pleasant one-night stay, with just minor inconveniences: the hotel has parking spots with e-vehicle charging stations (which is the reason we chose it), but in order to plug or unplug your car you have to make a trip across the floor to the reception to pick up a special card. It would be better to find a more straightforward way, with the popularity of electric cars growing. At the check-in, they make you wait a long time while they enter all your ID details into the computer system, and then they proceed with making a photocopy of your IDs for their records. Couldn’t you make the copy first, let us go, and then enter the details from the copy?

Decent stay

The rooms are part of a modern residential complex. The structure is rather well kept. During check-in, we had to wait around 30mins for the room cards because there was a technical issue. We missed breakfast due to an early flight the following day. Room was tidy and bed was comfortable. On the whole, it was a decent stay.

Non è la prima volta che vado in questa struttura, che apprezzo per confort e praticità.
Questa volta però non tutto è andato per il verso giusto, anzi....
Il riscaldamento della camera non ha funzionato e con il freddo che faceva, ho dovuto chiedere coperte supplementari e non è stato bello alzarsi al mattino senza riscaldamento.
Al mattino al check out sono arrivate le scuse della direzione e l'offerta di un caffè...., ma sinceramente di fronte ad un disservizio di questo tipo, mi sarei aspettato un trattamento diverso, visto che io la camera l'ho pagata per buona e funzionante in tutto....

O hotel é descrito como um hotel premium que é muito bom, mas é um hotel normal que não faz nada demais pelo cliente.

Na reserva havia a informação que ganharíamos um vinho, nenhum vinho foi oferecido, nem mesmo quando pedimos.

Prima volta in questo hotel, molto ben tenuto. Personale gentilissimo, corridoi vastissimi, stanza non grandissima ma di dimensione corretta, semplice ma carina. Una proposta alla direzione: potete insonorizzare meglio le porte? si sente respirare una mosca nel corridoio, quindi è imbarazzante stare in camera e non avere la necessaria privacy.

Hôtel parfait, les réceptionnistes sont très gentils et parlent français. Les chambres sont grandes, lumineuses, très bonne literie.
Gros plus pour le parking souterrain gratuit !

Le personnel est super sympa .
L'hotel a un parking privé gratuit .
L'atmosphère est bonne et la chambre était top .
Ce que je recommande : l'hotel etant grand avec 3 ascenceurs à destinations différentes : c'est d'améliorer la signalisation !
Pour ma part je m'était perdu pendant 20 mn suite à un des 3 ascenceurs ne donnant que sur l'exterieur . Quand j'ai enfin retrouvé la reception , on m'a gentiment raccompagné à ma chambre . J'en ris maintenant mais moin sur le coup !! Bon mais vraiment l'hotel et l'équipe sont top . Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir mais je jeterai des petits cailloux derriere moi 😅😉

Hotel innovatvo

Anche se solo per una notte, il soggiorno è stato bello. L'hotel strutturalmente atipico, particolare e molto confortevole. La colazione ottima e variegata. Personale cordiale, gentile e disponibilissimi. Il parcheggio sotterraneo con possibilità di ricarica elettrica dell'auto, top! Ci ritornerò molto volentieri.

Cascina Fossata è sito alla periferia Nord di Torino, non lontano dalle grandi arterie cittadine, non adatto per fare turismo perché in zona non c'è nulla ma comodo per chi si muove per lavoro. Servizio cortese ed impeccabile, negli anni ho notato che la colazione si è impoverita

Vi kom vid 21 och allt var stängt kunde inte beställa dryck eller mat och fick ingen hjälp att hitta matställen utan hänvisade till Google.
Visade sig andra dagen att det låg en restaurang vägg i vägg mot utegården som hotellet hade låst grinden till?
