The hotel was in good condition, we reported the heat was unbearable the first night night and that the air con was not working, we were told the air con was switched off because it was November, the hotel should be mindful of ambient temperature and respond in line with this; the receptionist was rude when informed of this and the advice was to open a window. other than this the staff were very good for our stay, the traffic noise outside the hotel and passing people were a problem, ear plugs are advised if staying here.

good hotel and great if you have an early morning flight from the airport. The airport express train station is just across the roundabout.
Also the 10n or 11 bus stops right outside the hotel and takes you into town in about 10 mins

The hotel was fine with good security but the area immediately surrounding was dodgy. The local supermarket had questionable clientele and I did not feel comfortable getting food there. We went for Juventus Stadium and it was two buses to get there so perhaps a cab is better but we'd bought all day bus tickets by that stage. The first night we had no hot water which was fixed the next morning. The second night there was a power outage during the evening - the hotel staff said it was due to extreme heat.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was generous with savoury and sweet options.

4 friends on a motorcycle holiday. Spent one night at the hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfywas excellent and we were able to park the miles securely in the garage under the hotel. We found a small family run restaurant nearby and had a fabulous meal. Great stay overall.

Located near the GTT Dora railway station

Using google maps I walked to the city centre in 30 minutes. Not to far from the bus stop that takes you to the Juventus Stadium and a 2 minute walk to Dora Station which is the train line to and from the airport. Salbora restaurant is nice and only about 5 minutes walk away. Just be cautious from the dossers walking about especially at night. I was warned by a nice local person that the hotel is excellent value for money but the area is not the safest. The hotel itself is excellent value for money with breakfast included.

For the money, the hotel was just what we needed. It was clean, hotel staff was great, and parking was easy. The breakfast was the best we had in all of our 3 week stay. The only criticism I had was that the location was in a seedy part of town but the bus stop was right outside the front door. Overall, nice experience

Nice staff. The breakfast buffet was basic but pleasant. The room was clean. Very convenient as the hotel is very close to public transport towards the city centre and airport. The only thing was the room temperature, a bit too warm to sleep at night so had to leave the window open most of the time. Over all good stay!

The hotel was fine, but PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED. In fact parking is 10 Euros per night despite their claims to have free parking. I asked how they could advertise that parking was free. The desk manager, a pleasant young Italian woman, replied, \"If you can find a space that is open, then it IS included. But parking in our garage is 10 Euros.\" = uniquely Italian logic I guess. There is a great pizzeria next door, but the neighborhood is pretty crummy.

One of the Worst Hotels I've stayed in

I booked this Hotel based on the 4.1 out of 5 \"Excellent\" Hotels.com rating, and could not have been more disappointed with what I encountered when we arrived. While there was decent proximity to the location I was working in, and a couple of decent shopping centers, the neighborhood after dark was a little scary. The hotel itself was decent, the room a decent size, and reasonably clean, but the overall experience was bad. The hotel is on a busy street and the room was loud. Every time somebody walked by our room it sounded like someone was pounding on our door. The air conditioning didn't work, and the room got very musty. The \"parking garage\" was down the road in a very strange and sketchy gated lot and required a key that was collected at the front desk. I am not one to rate hotels often, but I felt like I needed to rate this one, if only to help bring the score to a more accurate representation of what the hotel is.

Overall good hotel but a serious failing (to me) was their wifi. Both in the room and lobby it was hopelessly slow and with no english language TV channel it fails to allow for international travellers.
Friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. No.11 bus to city centre good. Small shopping centre 200 mtrs across the roundabout (Lidl sign) - convenient.

This hotel has a great location from the airport. A quick and easy train ride from the airport to Dora station and a 5 minute walk to the hotel. This was the best part of the hotel. Second, the hotel is clean and comfortable. Third, bus/trams are available just outside of the hotel. The easiest way to get to/from the city center. The only drawback was that the surrounding neighbourhood isn't ideal. Turin is quiet after hours. It isn't dangerous but if you spook easily best take a taxi.

Europa Cup Final Visit

Visited this hotel during the 2014 Europa Cup Final at Juventus Stadium. The hotel's surrounding neighborhood is of lower socio-economic status and doesn't feel very safe. The hotel staff was friendly and were as helpful as could be though.

Cigarette smoke came in through vents each night. Every night, with the heat turned OFF (in November) our fifth floor room became over heated (~85F) to the point we had to sleep with the window open (but just right so it wouldn't get too cold). The heat rises in the building and makes the upper floors very uncomfortable. We must have stayed during an immigrant convention; the floor was loud and full of heavy traffic. The last few nights the immigrant convention was replaced by a high school group who was just as loud and filled the hallways and elevators. The neighbourhood was dark and felt dodgy as though you should look over your shoulder when walking around.

From what the internet advertised its location to where it actually was was a huge difference.Felt unsafe outside the motel and it was nowhere near anything than a bus stop out the front which was always occupied by shady people.Wouldnt recommend the location at all,which is a shame as it was quite clean and some staff were friendly.Not happy that an email got sent to us 14 days before we arrived to say we couldn't put a bed in one of the rooms for 1 night.We booked in January,couldnt you have informed us earlier and the girl at the front desk was really rude about it.Spoilt our experience at your hotel.

Maybe ok for one night

Hotel seemed a bit run down and outdated. Room was large and clean, but was very dark and smelled of stale smoke. Very small parking lot which meant that by the time we checked in all of the free parking had been taken and we had to spend 8 euro to park in the garage underneath (given the size of the lot I would just assume that this will be the case unless you are very lucky). Most disappointing part was the neighborhood though. Had read some reviews saying it was a bit sketchy so expected it to be somewhat, but it really wasn’t good. Restaurant in the hotel only serves breakfast so wanted to find someplace nearby for dinner. Pizzeria down the street was good, but really didn’t feel comfortable then walking less than a block back to our hotel in the dark. The woman working the reception desk was incredibly nice (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) which made up for a lot, but would probably look elsewhere if ever staying in Torino again.

Good hotel, fantastic staff!

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. I would say the hotel is in the not so nice part of Turin but this did not affect our stay what so ever, the location is good as in a few minutes walk from the train station, and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel (buses are frequent and regular in the city and a great way to get around). The purpose of our trip was to visit the local sites and watch a Juventus football match both of which were easy to get to from the President Hotel. Breakfast was nothing special but totally adequate. If I were to go back to Turin I would definately stay in this hotel again - simple but does the job well!

With a 45min walk you could reach the old city centre.

A good hotel with easy access by rail to Turin airport from the nearby Dora Station, there are tram and bus stops outside with traansport to the City Centre. Ideal for business travellers or leisure travellers. A continental breakfast is provided. There is a lot of construction taking place in the area with improvements to the road system and Dora Station. Use common sense and be streetwise if walking around the area late at night, however i found the area perfectly safe. the hotel is 2/3KM from the city centre, Juventus stadium is around 3KM away.

Standard 3 star hotel. The breakfast is nice. Location is a little bit far from city center. You can take bus number 11 and get off at Dora FS which will take you about 15 minutes. The surrounding area has nothing to see or visit. There is just two or three bars and kebab restaurants. The room is good, but there is no Sports channel which is annoying.

Great budget hotel if you don't mind a short walk

Fantastic hotel situated a short walk (~15 min) or bus ride (<5 min) from historic centre. Excellent room and friendly staff, it is difficult to find much fault with the hotel at this price. Hotel has its own car park and the continental breakfast is adequate. The surrounding area is mostly residential but just across the road from the hotel is a fantastic pizzareia which serves authentic northern Italian cuisine to local clientèle primarily, it therefore does not charge tourist prices, nor does it sell poor quality tourist imitation cuisine. You will have to translate the menu although.

I would most definitely recommend to a friend. Visited March 2011

Scary neighborhood and broken train

Came in late by train...had to hike to get to hotel, then were directed by hotel staff several blocks to find a restaurant. We doubled back after a short walk through a very dark street with lots of loitering men. Even my big strong husband said he was glad we weren't mugged...

Hôtel légèrement à l'extérieur du centre ville mais le bus n°11 vous y mène en environ 20mn. Les tickets peuvent être achetés à l'hôtel. La possibilité de garer son véhicule au parking de l'hôtel est très appréciable (10€/jour). Le personnel est sympa et fait l'effort d'essayer de vous parler en français. Les chambres sont grandes. La décoration agréable. Seul point négatif, la salle de bain qui aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement... Bon pied à terre pour un arrêt de quelques jours à Turin.

Le gros plus de cet hôtel : le personnel qui a été vraiment très gentil en tous points. L’hôtel n’est pas au centre ville mais en marchant (il y a aussi un bus juste devant) on y est assez rapidement (un petite demi-heure). Le moins est sur le confort : climatisation un peu bruyante et surtout les chambres donnent sur un gros ronds points où les Klaxons sont de sortis. Globalement l’hôtel est ok pour une nuit
