I must say that the place is well-hidden and it was hard to find, which caused some frustration, especially with my daughter and mother out in the cold, I think you could make it easier for guests to check-in. Nonetheless, once you’re in, it is AMAZING. Let’s start with the cleaning staff, such kind and wonderful people, also the guy at the front desk is super cool and helpful.

You cannot beat the location, I’ve stayed in Turin multiple times and this is by far the best location I’ve found. The room was top notch and always clean.

So even if the check-in was complex, I’m still giving it 5 starts because of all the other perks. Now that I know the drill, I will certainly stay here in my next Torino trip.

Very important. I could not stay at the property and had to go to a different hotel. My cell phone was not working in Italy and long distance calls would have been too expensive. Also as a university prof on an intensive research schedule their hours were impossible for me. Yet i was working in the archivio di stato right near this hotel! In short a disaster for me!

Beautiful palazzo overlooking Piazza as described by other reviews. Slight negative is the check in. We travel with internet but not necessarily mobile roaming, and check in requires phone calls for access when staff are offsite. Thankfully a local in the building helped us 😀 but was a bit awkward. Great locatio! Interior room has a tiny outdoor sitting area w no view but it’s very quiet. Comfy, safe, little kitchen with enough tools to self cater. Check in and bag storage were easy. Just scroll on the doorbell menu and push the bell button to call up (previous reviewers had trouble but it was fine). There are free water and snacks and a nice deal for hotel guests for breakfast at a cafe around the corner. There’s no nighttime service or access to extras like towels or more toilet paper so ask for anything you need before the desk clerks leave for the night. Overall a pleasant and fun stay.

We were staying here as the last stop on our inter rail trip to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Out welcome was perfect we were given lots of information about where to see and go in Turin and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, it has the real wow factor. Two balconies overlooking the square- with its palace and museum, a kitchen with utensils, and just wonderful, beautiful decor - we loved the high ceiling and vintage finish. Extremely spacious room. The bathroom and attached dressing room were fantastic too. Perfectly placed in the centre of Turin and easy to get to and from train station and other transport. Highly recommend. We loved our stay here.

In real estate there is a saying, 'location, location, location'. This property knocks it out of the park. I knew very little about this property when I booked. I read some reviews, which were good, the price was good, and the pictures looked good. I was blown away when we arrived.

Our Uber dropped us off next to the Piazza Castello and pointed us in a general direction. I missed the front door on my first pass, just because I didn't understand the addresses. Once, you know what you are looking for, it is easily marked.

Before our arrival, the staff had been emailing us information and when we arrived had everything waiting for us. When I walked into our room, I was blown away. I kept expecting the staff to come in and say that we had entered the wrong room. Our room had two balconies with views of the Piazza which are simply amazing. There is a 17th or 18th century mural on the ceiling!

The bathroom is quite modern, the room is neat and tidy, so what's wrong? You really have to think long and hard about that. To be honest, in my travels I have stayed in a larger room. Would I trade that for even one of my balconies? Not on your life. Remember what I said, it's all about location, location, location. What you are getting is a 5-star location, with a 5-star view, with a 5-star staff for nowhere near a 5-star price.

I really can't say enough good things about this property. I found this place by luck. If I was going back, I would be fighting for a reservation.

The room is really large, beautiful an stylish and has 2 balconies facing the major square in town. Very modern and spacious bathroom with all the amenities.
Everything is within walking distance.
The only small downside was that the shower was a bit on the hot side and could not be set to cold. We did tell the staff so the probably fixed that by now.

The view and location couldn't be better. In the main square, no traffic, wonderful view. Most museums and theatres are at a walking distance. Restaurants and shops also concentrated around Castello.
The room was spacious, large windows, well equipped wc and kitchenette.
Nice recommendations to visit Torino, provided by reception staff.
I certainly recommend this hotel and when coming back to Torino, I will choose it again.

It was a fantastic experience. Great location, cool design, and very clean, with excellent AC. The big plus: very courteous and super professional people at the reception. By mistake I booked a room with an outside bathroom. I was a on a business trip. Once there I expressed my disappointment though it was written in the room description and I did not see it. I travel a lot and sometimes I miss reading the whole description. Nevertheless we found an agreement, they gave me a better room (fortunately it was available) and I paid less then the actual difference. I did not want to pay a big difference because otherwise I would have booked another place. So thanks a lot!! It turned out they gave me a wonderful room that was very comfortable. I was very happy of my stay there.

A superb place to stay. Super staff, funky and amazing room, modern and high level of finish and a fantastic view of the Madama Palace and piazza. Most hotels are good but bland. This one had an extra quality and this made this a short but great stay. FYI we stayed in the Regina room, complete with 17th century ceiling frieze.

Great for exploring the cultural side of Turin. Convenient for local restaurants and transport systems. It was not easy to find. My taxi driver took me to where it should be but I had to ask at the nearby tourist information office (who had never heard of it) before they helped me find a plain wooden door with an entry phone. It would be helpful for this information to be given to guest before arrival.

Had a lovely time, and the location of this hotel couldn't be better! I was within a 10-15 minute walk of all the attractions. Staff and service was excellent, especially as a solo traveler since they not only recommended other restaurants and local spots, but also gave a sense of the best time to go to them.

With the assistance of the very friendly and helpful staff, we had a great meal and really enjoyed the city life of Piazza Castello- that we were able to witness from our balcony! Lots of style with some downsides

This is a very new and stylish hotel. Quite impressive. However, there is such a thing as too much style! The shower does not have a door and it has a very low threshold to keep water in. The drain in the room where we stayed did not work, resulting in a flood. They kindly moved us to another room. However, the next day, as they could not get the shower fixed, they moved us (at their expense) to a different hotel near the train station. Which leads me to the next point: The move was welcome. You can't get a better view than this in Torino. It is right in Piazza Castello, in front of the royal palace. But that is also its downside. It is very noisy, day and night.

Beautiful rooms with quirky design

I spent two nights in the L'Infanta room, which is a single bedroom. I was expecting a small room but was pleasantly surprised by the spacious size of it. The room is equipped with a writing desk, wardrobe, coffee maker and small fridge. I loved the fact that the fridge was stocked with free drinks and coffee pods as well as some smaller snacks were provided free of charge. The bathroom was also very spacious and brand new with a rain shower. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. For me, the only issue was the fact that the windows are single glazed so the room was quite noisy (it didn't help that I was there during the jazz festival which was taking place in the piazza), but this is something you need to take into account when booking a room in the city center. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again if I happen to go back to Turin in the future.

Da migliorare : il check in è stato complicato in quanto non abbiamo ricevuto istruzioni per fare il check in: nessuna risposta al citofono e al telefono. Approfittando di una persona che usciva sono salito a piedi ( per l'ascensore è necessaria la chiave) e ho trovato i pittori che lavoravano nell'ingresso. Per fortuna hanno chiamato la proprietaria. Dare istruzioni chiare per il check in.
Altro punto da migliorare non c'è un bagno a disposizione per chi aspetta per entrare o uscire.

Unica nota positiva la posizione ma per il resto purtroppo non ci siamo:
Stanza grande ma riscaldata esclusivamente da uno splitter che prevede ( per mantenere la camera calda ) che non venga mai spento rendendo l’aria molto secca e poco salubre ma comunque non fornendo una temperatura ottimale e ben distribuita!
Pulizia approssimativa e nota assolutamente dolente tutti i cuscini sapevano di grasso derivante dall’usura e utilizzo! Le strutture dovrebbero imparare a mettere in primis dei copri cuscini e poi le federe ma soprattutto dovrebbero periodicamente igenizzare e lavare i cuscini o comprarne di nuovi!
Camera abbastanza vecchia e mobili un po’ fatiscenti. Nel complesso quindi non c’è stato minimamente il confort che si ricerca in un soggiorno fuori casa!

As a basic room my room was not well suited for work. Check if others have better chairs/ desk. Some noice from the plaza - but good aircon and isolated windows - so no problem

La struttura risulta bella in ottima posizione con vista fantastica in palazzo d’epoca, purtroppo abbiamo avuto uno sgradevole inconveniente che ha rovinato completamente il soggiorno e il piacere dell’esperienza.
Il bagno si è allagato a causa di un malfunzionamento dello scarico della doccia rendendolo inutilizzabile, e la struttura non è stata in grado di darci l’assistenza necessaria lasciandoci soli senza soluzioni.
