Extremely good location - close to transport (train/tram/metro line just across the road, direct airport shuttle bus 2 mins walk over the square), super easy to walk to all key sites, convenience store opposite for snacks and essentials, and plenty of bars/restaurants and nightlife around yet feels safe and friendly area.

Staff happy to help. I was given a suprise free upgrade on arrival (from economy double to kingsize superior) which was a lovely gesture.

Room was very clean, had adjustable temperature controls, mini bar (items at extra cost, but fridge could be used to store other items), kettle and large TV.

Choice of pillows (normal and memory foam).

Amazing powerful rain shower and decent smelling shower gel.

Some damage to the floor and shower door missing bottom seal so flooded the bathroom a bit, but didn't bother my stay.

Pro tip: take earplugs for peaceful night stay, as like with most hotels there was some noise from adjacent rooms.

Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel suited our needs perfectly for our 10 day stay. The room was comfortable, although the hanging area in the wardrobe was high to reach for shorter people! It was very clean. The room was also very quiet and in a hot period, kept nicely cool. The staff were very helpful and answered all our many questions, providing us with useful travel information when we needed it. The hotel was very well situated both easy access to the centre of Turin and also the train station. The airport bus was very close. We would return.

The staff here were wonderful, very kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I also appreciated the location, which was excellent: very walkable with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection, coffee, pastries, and fruit.

Unfortunately, the room itself was not great. It felt more like a dorm in that it was tiny, with stains on the walls, not very clean, and furnished simply. The shower was a plastic stall (good water pressure), and the bed was a single with only a sheet. The Internet was slow unless I was in the reception. While the A/C and heating worked well and the price was great for the location, the overall atmosphere of the room was a bit depressing. Stay here if you plan to be out and about for most of the day.

Just a five minute walk from the train. No need for public transportation to or from the train station made me happy. Walking distance from quite a few shops and so forth. I did locate a souvenir shop or row of them on my last day in Turin that was 10 minute walk from the hotel. Room was my second favorite on the trip, but it was quite nice.

The Gran Mogol is minutes away from the train station and steps away from shopping and restaurants . It only takes 15-20 minutes of slow walking to reach the Muzeo Egizio, Palazzo Madama , and Palazzo Reale. I visited over a weekend and the streets were busy with people and buskers; so lively! Breakfast buffet was impressive. Rooms are on the smaller side but clean. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here and found everything satisfactory! Breakfast was quite good and the hot eggs, bacon, and options were perfect! The only issue we had was the wifi. We had little to none as far as speed and reception was concerned. It was very frustrating. We had room 305 and had to go to the lobby or stand in the hallway to get a signal and then had such slow speeds it was not worth it. We had to buy more data on our travel sim card. We tried to tell the staff who were very nice and they couldn’t help us. So if you have your own data and don’t need wifi while traveling then this hotel would work for you. If they fixed this issue we would definitely return to stay!

Perfect for my needs.

Great budget hotel. Superbly located for most of the historic sites, few minutes walk from Porta Nueva rail station and from the main shopping area. Lots of good restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.

Room was spotlessly clean and very quiet. Good size bathroom and fairly decent shower.

Good selection of breakfast items.

Felt very safe which as a solo female traveller was important.

The staff are super helpful. Laura and everyone helped me figuring out the buses I needed to take. This made my trip so much easier. Thank you. The hotel is 2 blocks from the main train station and many bus stops that take you everywhere in the city. A few blocks from the Piazza San Carlos and the Egiptian museum. Two short blocks from the Roma corso, the main shopping area. Lots of options for food around. The room and bed were small, but clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

Comfort and Convenience in the Heart of Torino

Tucked away on a side street, this hotel is a great affordable spot to be in the center of it all in Torino. Walking distance to the train station and within 15 minutes of all major attractions (Egyptian Museum, Palazzo Reale, etc), the location can't be beat. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I had a single room which was quite spacious and comfortable. The hotel room itself could use a bit of a facelift, but not a major issue. Others have mentioned that it can be noisy in the evening. There are several restaurants close by so be aware that it is an active area, but was not a bother for me. I would recommend as a convenient base for a stop in Torino

Great location in the centre yet away from the main tourist areas. Within walking distance to most attractions and close to trains stations and airport bus. However if you open windows it can be noisy. The room can be hot and abit musty so we had to open windows when we go out during the day. There was air condition but only blows warm air andnot cold air so it is not good when the room is stuffy and warm.
Shower room can do with a little update. Beware of shower head splashing water everywhere!

Breakfast was excellent. It is a buffet type with hot and cold meat and lots of variety bread! There are tin fruits, yoghurt, hot beverages from machine and variety of juice to choose from.

I would say the best thing is location indeed.

This hidden gem is located on a sidestreet, just minutes from the Egyptian Museum and one of the major squares. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and shopping, this is the perfect hotel to use as a jumping off point to explore the city. Clean and spacious, the staff was very attentive. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location on edge of historic centre and near to train station. Staff were brilliant, couldn’t do enough to help. Nice room, though lacking in storage space. Every area in hotel spotlessly clean. Included breakfast gave very good choice, continental, cooked and staff were happy to offer to individual coffees in addition to those available in a machine.
A special mention to Valentina, who did her utmost to help when I had an injury and to find out about our departure flight when the airport had to suddenly close.
Noise from the bar/ restaurant opposite late on Saturday evening into the early hours of Sunday was the only negative issue.

Best location in town

This hotel holds the best position in the centre of town close the the train station and the main shopping street. I have stayed here before, and also at many hotels in Turin over the years. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The room had good facilities and did have a fridge and kettle. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a lot to like about the room and only one very minor inconvenience that would in no way prevent me from booking the same type of room should I ever be back in Turin.
I liked that it was in a great, clean, safe location, about 10 minutes walk away from all the major attractions. It also had plenty of shops nearby. The staff was kind and friendly, the room was clean, and had anything you might expect in this price range. The bed was nice too and had no trouble sleeping. It would have been a bit nicer if the room had better natural light but then again, when I visit a new city I spend most of my time outside so it's a nonissue for me. Also, the breakfast had enough good stuff to have a proper, balanced meal to start your day.

Great location, even better than we expected, so central with lots of lovely cafes, shops, bars and restaurants right outside. Meters from the airport shuttle drop off also. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to upgrade our room as there was a superior available (€20 extra per night) and also booked us a taxi to the airport. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. It was quite standard but had a minibar and was nice and spacious for a city room. Breakfast was simple but still we had plenty to eat.

This is a great hotel for a central Turin stay. It’s right off the street on the main drag so easy access to everything. There is a fair amount of street noise, but shutting the windows blocks it out well, and there is air con. The breakfast has a good selection and sets you up for the day. I will stay there again next time I visit.

Great place to stay for downtown activities. Central location and safe overall. Minutes to train station, palace, museums, and other places. One issue is that the area around the hotel is loud until 1am, or even longer, and gets loud again around 7am. Closing windows at night is not an option, because that's the only way to get cold air. The AC did not work during my stay.

The hotel was alright. When we arrived (around 2pm), the room wasn't ready yet but we could store our luggage and walked around the city.

The hotel is located near the intercity train station (about 10 minutes walk) and most sightseeing (15-20 minutes walk).

Room was small but comfortable. The shower area was quite dark though. But it was still alright. Breakfast was sufficient.

Room is clean and nice but there is little storage and the double bed was made up by two single mattresses, making it quire uncomfortable.
