Lovely staff, couldn’t do more. Room clean, perfect location and fairly priced secure parking if you reserve a spot. Only downside, the rooms can be noisy at night, we had a particularly noisy neighbour in the next room who was entertaining guests with music quite loud. The hotel staff did respond promptly to us requesting they ask them to keep it down, which they did but it was still audible and just annoying really when you’re wanting a peaceful stay. Wouldn’t stop me returning, the second night was no issue.

Everything was excellent about this hotel - staff, location, area dining - except one thing. The room temp is controlled from the front desk. When we arrived, the room was uncomfortably stuffy because the heater was on. The suggestion from the gentleman at the front desk was to turn the heater off. Wow, never would have thought of that. Even when we did turn it off, the room remained uncomfortable. Before the room is booked, guests should be informed of the situation. Hotels.com should also be responsible for notifying the guest. Especially at this hotel’s rate.

It’s not a cheap hotel, so I am holding them to quite a high standard.

This is in the center of Palma and close to many restaurants and activities. It was walkable to so much. Parking was a bit difficult, but they do have parking garages near by that are not affiliated with the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. There are multiple beautiful pools to enjoy. The breakfast was a bit pricy, so we didn’t get it. It was a buffet with many options it appeared. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. I would definitely stay again.

Spent 2 great nights at the hotel which is a very central base for all the attractions and restaurants in Palma. Lots of beds at the downstairs pool. Roof top pool had amazing views but was quite small and busy but we still enjoyed it. Great breakfast options. Car parking option was essential for us (with a hire car). Would definitely recommend a stay

The Expedia listing says the rooms are soundproofed which is an absolute lie. There is noise coming from the balconies, DJ on the rooftop until midnight in the middle of the week, cleaners were starting as early at 8:45am banging around in the hallways and adjacent rooms, I could even hear the footsteps of the people above me. Used earplugs and a white noise machine and was still woken up constantly.
The wifi was unusable. I ran a speed test and the download speed was 1.07 Mbps, upload didn't even register and was 0 Mbps. I had an important call and had to hotspot from my phone in order to complete it.
The toiletries in the shower were watered down, tried using the body was and all that came out of the pump were a few sudsy bubbles. It was not refilled during my 4 night stay.
Finally, most of the staff was great but there was one in particular at the rooftop bar who was so rude to me I was nearly in tears and ended up leaving sooner than planned.
I'd say location and the pools were the best part about this hotel but would have very serious doubts about staying there again.

Absolutely loved this hotel. We love a rooftop bar and this hotel had the bar, the views and the amazing food and drinks. It was so central and so easy to walk into town or to the marina. When I booked it, I didn’t realise there were 3 pools to choose from so if the rooftop beds are full (which happened mid morning) then you could just choose another pool.

Our 6 day stay was excellent. We had a Classic suite that had a wrap around balcony with amazing views. The suite was large, with a big bed, big corner settee and a large bathroom. All nice and modern - it even had a hidden partition that divided the suite if necessary. The hotel is so well situated and in a very nice part of the town. Lots of good restaurants to walk to - but you need to book (in early June. Weather was excellent and aircon just right.
The breakfast was really good with quite a few tables available outside.
Facilities all good and stylish inside and outside. 3 pools but really for sunbathing and a dip.

Really impressed by the hotel, it was a very welcoming establishment with good staff and stunning outdoor space. The rooftop pool was chilly but a great asset, the room was clean, large and had a big bed and a very good rainfall shower.
On our last day we left our bags, prebooked the shower room for 3pm and then had a great time on the beach. The airport bus goes from just over the road and is 5€ each.

The hotel is beautiful and we would return the staff especially Heidi were helpful. My slight issue was the breakfast as we do not eat pork it was limited to eggs nothing like a vegetarian sausage to add but apart from that we managed as everything else was perfect

Would recommend the Saratoga. Our balcony caught the morning sun. Was in walking distance of good restaurants, bars, shops, marina and Cathedral. Enjoyed having drinks in the sun on rooftop bar taking in the amazing view. Staff very helpful.

It had a nice roof-top terrace which I think was adults only. Unfortunately the bar/cafe wasn't open when we stayed.
We had a lovely Junior Suite - not a great view but it is a city hotel.
On the downside the breakfasts were 'just ok' and the soundproofing in the room was terrible. We requested a move part way through our stay due to noise from a family above us and next door.
To be fair, we were given another room very quickly (hotel was obviously not full)
On more than one occasion the noise from children in the pool beside the Spa was so bad that we felt we couldn't sit out there and that is when we used the roof-top terrace.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Palma. Excellent location of shop, bars and restaurants and within walking distance of the old town, Cathederal, harbour and a great childrens play area just across the road. Room was spacious and very clean, with everything you needed. Pools were small but as the hotel seemed fairly quiet, never too busy. Heated pool and sauna were a great bonus, given we stayed in February. Gastro bar next door was a lovely addition and outside seating area was nice during the evening. Stunning views from the rooftop. Would stay again.
